Husband took car for a recall check . Did great on that. When he asked about inside handle and how we could get the cd player checked, was no help. Never even offered to order us a part or suggest were we could have the cd player checked. Your a ford dealer I would think u may know. No help with the this at all. We did not want anything for nothing. Listen to all the ads on radio about family. I guess will try to find another dealer .
