My experience with Grappone, Concord, NH - Used Cars, and specifically with salesman Nathan No Nonsense :) McGuigan, was just awesome. We highly recommend the dealership (and Nathan). My husband and I had been looking for good quality used cars for a couple months and the Grappone website ease of use, and transparency on getting information on the car (Carfax is right there on every car) made the process go even smoother. After experiencing the Grappone way and the people, it solidified our decision to not look elsewhere; it actually wasn t even about the car anymore, really. We strongly believe in their real negotiation free ethical way of business they have embraced 100%, which speaks to the heart and core of the Grappone business. The punchline you hear from businesses so often (which never seems to ring true), is true at Grappone they do treat you like you are a part of their family. We will NEVER buy a car anywhere else. This is hands down the best experience we have ever had buying a car. If you want a dealership that truly cares about the customer, service, their customer s experience, and always treats their customers with respect and honesty, there is only 1 place in NH for you Grappone Automotive/Awesome Group!!
