I bought my car here many years ago and still come in for the complimentary inspection. On the rare occasion there is an issue with my car, it is fixed promptly.

I knew I needed new brake pads and was quoted over a thousand dollars for the work at a different tire shop, but Grappone charged me about half as much.

Scott was great with keeping me updated throughout the afternoon while they worked on my car and it was ready earlier than quoted.
