I went to Grappone skeptical they could help me get out of the vehicle I was in as I still owed $6,700, and I needed to keep my payment around $200 a month.

From the moment I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing service I received from Brandyn. Before even taking me out on the lot, he took the time to calculate what I could afford based on my monthly payment range. He did not want to show me any cars that I could not afford and did not want me to walk away feeling disappointed. He scrolled through a list of cars that were on the lot and talked to me about features that were important to me. After test driving 1 car and looking at 4 others, Brandyn offered to let me take the car home overnight to see if I would love it before finalizing the deal.

I now drive a 2020 Mazda CX30, and I could not love it more! At 44 years old, this is my first new car and my first Mazda - and I may be a Mazda owner for life! I certainly will be a Grappone customer for life! This is the 2nd car I've purchased from Grappone (my first was in the early 2000s) - both experiences were amazing.
