We had the best time, they feed us and we had free drinks, the bartender was wonderful and very delightful. The room was very clean , and we'll worth the money. When we travel the Drury Inn will be our first choice, thank you Drury Inn.
The hotel was clean, and the service was polite and quick. The hotel was fantastic for us with our dog, very clear with the rules and kind. Breakfast in the morning was tasty and well-prepared.

Hy 280 Birmingham al, room was clean and lots of space to move around in and the food was great along with the amenities for the adults . The kids loved the pool and there own room

Clean and friendly service. The location was right down the street from The Summit and a short and easy drive from the venue holding the concert we came down to see. For the price the experience was great.

Normally Drury Inn & Suits has always been the hotel of my choice. However, this branch (Grandview Parkway in Birmingham Alabama) has increasingly become worse with each stay. The last three times my family and I have stayed here we have had to complain about animal fur on the bedspreads and barking at 5 A.M. in the morning. We stayed at this location (for the last time) on 3/16/19. Check-in was suppose to have been at 3 P.M but we were told that our room had not yet been cleaned. We had to wait over three hours and was not checked in until 6:45 P.M. Thankfully 50% was taken off the hotel fee and we were offered a late checkout of 1 P.M. (less than the full eight hours we should have been offered ). Once we got to the room we thought the worst was behind us and began to unpack. Imagine our discuss when we opened our drawers and discovered a house roach (we took pic). We killed the roach but yet another roach crawled out of the bathroom. There were no other vacancies and we just decided to keep our bags off the ground to prevent roaches from crawling into them. At 1 AM the noise from the guests next door woke us up. Children, as well as adults, were literally standing outside the door yelling back and forth. Needless to say we checked out the next morning before 10 A.M. This was the worst stay we have ever experienced. After this weekend we will be upgrading to a better hotel. Good Bye Druy...Good Bye!

I love this hotel. I'll stay at these before any others. They have a dinner and breakfast also serve alcohol up to 3 drinks for free per person over 21. Everything works.
Hotel staff very nice. Assistant Manager was on duty and you could tell he was very good at his job. Hotel is very clean, beds are very comfortable and grounds safe. Mall across the street and several restaurants. There is lots of green space around the hotel as well with great views. Felt like a getaway destination. They feed you at night and the morning. The food is better than fast food but not quite restaurant level. It saves you a bunch of money if you take the family. It's very close or is the perfect family hotel imo. Also, as an out of town traveler I can't say enough about how nice the people of Birmingham are in general. It's very welcoming.

Not the best Drury I've been to. When we got to our floor we were greeted by the smell of smoke in the hallway. We were thankful that the smell had not permeated the room. The room itself was alright and clean. However the window was simply a notch in the wall with the rest of the wall being like prison brick. The proximity to a great restaurant is the only reason it gets any stars. The location really leaves much to be desired

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Drury! We were only in town for 2-3 days because I had to finish a clinical rotation in the city, and we are from GA. It was a reasonable price and the room was beautiful and well-taken care of. There were no bed-bugs and the we were pleasantly surprised by their 5-8 snack/dinner service as well as their bartender (lol).
This particular location is close to the city, only about .5 miles away from the interstate, and has many delicious restaurants within walking distance. We are not very messy people and in fact we hung the "do not disturb" sign on our door because we would rather not have house-cleaning mess with anything, and they respected our wishes both days. The only down-side is that the hot-tub and pool are both very small and not very luxurious, but otherwise it was a beautiful hotel with many wonderful services included in the bill (dinner, drinks, wifi, parking, etc) and even then the bill was still very reasonable.
Even though I was there for business and my boyfriend had tagged along to enjoy the ride, we both felt like it was more like a vacation! We were super impressed and will definitely look for a Drury next time we are looking for a place to stay for vacation/business.

Having stayed at this Drury location 3 times, I can confidently say this is one of the best of Drury hotels. Even when checking in late at the night, the staff is always cheerful. The 2-room king, deluxe king room with sofa, and deluxe king rooms have all been clean and comfortable. The television in the deluxe king room with the sofa is a bit far from the bed. The fitness equipment was functional and clean as well.
Spent the night here last night (slept on top of sheets), woke up at 4 a.m. covered in bug bites, have been itching ever since, if you decide to stay here at least bring your own sheets and pillows.....girls at front desk were very helpful and polite as could be, would love to have been a returning customer as it is close to great hiking.

I'm a picky hotel guest, especially pet friendly ones. However, I'm pleased to review this hotel is in a safe well lit and populated area next to Pappadeaux's Seafood Kitchen. The property is. Fairly new. The receptionist..Angie was very welcoming..professional and polite. Our was was clean, huge and well appointed. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, large and comfortable. I really enjoyed the kickback time in the evening. It was a great time to get to know other guest and just relax with a complementary adult beverage. The hot tub and pool were a bit small but the overall atmosphere was great.

Great room and great staff. Fire alarm at 2am was an experience. But those things happen. Free breakfast and dinner were an added bonus.

We found this to be an Exquisite place to stay, wonderful staff wonderful food and very cleanly. On our next day we will be booking a room at this place.
This hotel is in a great location and is a good value for the price. The pool is pretty cool as it is an indoor and outdoor pool. My kids had fun swimming in it. They have complimentary snacks and drinks in the evening which was very nice. Their breakfast was also very nice. I would have given a 5 if the hotel employees were more friendly and welcoming. Kindness and a smile can go a long way. Most of the time we felt like we were inconveniencing the employees.
The only way to make the best decision for you is go see it and you will be able to come stay with them

I really enjoyed our stay at this location. We missed happy hour and didn't eat breakfast, so I can't attest to the food for this visit. I know last time, the food was good and turned out to be a great deal for us. Our room, was clean and quite. The staff was super friendly and helpful, we will be staying here again.
There was only one thing that bothered me but I know this is everywhere, but 2 doors down the smell of pot filled the hallway, Other Than That, This Was Absolutely the Best, I loved it here, best place to stay, the staff was Amazing, we checked in about 9:30 with a baby and a 2yr old the pool closed at 10 they allowed us to stay until the lights went off, they have complimentary fountain drinks and thats also turned off around 9:30-10:00 but offered to turn it on so we could get drinks then around 11:30ish the 2yr old was still up, we walked down they offered to let us get another drink and opened the milk machine just so he could have milk you can't find any better staff than that, the room was clean the bed was Amazing, the floor/carpet Actually felt clean, I would Definitely recommend this place
The breakfast was great! Sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, make your own waffles, and Continental breakfast items. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were very pleasant. Rooms were clean. Parking was accessible.
I love the hotel. We've stayed there many times over the past few years. The place is clean and well maintained. The staff is the best. This time however, it seemed understaffed. Everyone was waiting for popcorn during the popcorn time. We had to ask the attendant to make it several times. I will go back however if I were a first time visitor, I might not be a return guest.
Above average premises. Trash cans in parking lots and hallways were full of trash all the days we were there.
This is a very good low priced place the staff are so friendly it will surprise you, really good food and they also have a bartender by the name of jay that a really good guy and deink maker lol if you are in Birmingham I encourage you to stay at the Drury Inn
