I sent him 4 text messages asking him to tell me if he is still arriving today or not, or to answer my phone or messages. Finally, around 19:00, I was called by Ms. Gheorghe Florentina and she told me that she could not offer me a loan because (even though I was a GOOD-PLATNIC Provident client) 2 years ago years, a friend of one of my sons made a loan to the provident and did not pay it.
