Friendliest staff at a hotel ever. Thank you Birmingham

It was arranged a little different from the others we have stayed at. They were unusually busy. One elevator wasn't working. The pool and hot tub were as crowded as could be. Still a clean room, good food and free drinks.

Our stay at Drury Inn & Suites Birmingham Southeast was absolutely wonderful. The staff was friendly, efficient, and actually seemed to enjoy working there. Free breakfast, dinner, and even adult beverages. Great stay.

The hotel was wonderful. Corey was all over the place helping everyone. Our check in was fast and pleasant. The evening kick back hour and breakfast were great. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was Clean, comfortable bed, quite, and excellent staff. My girls really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Everybody was friendly and helpful. I'll definitely stay again.

Truly enjoy... Never really have to leave. Enjoy all the annemities and cocktail hour with great appetizers as well as great breakfast, luxurious rooms and close to summit as well as other shopping areas.

Quick meeting with a visiting coworker in the lobby. Coffee creamer was out, but otherwise enjoyable.

The best ever!!! Modern/Clean rooms. They even offered a complimentary dinner which was so awesome after a long day of travel with kids. Nice staff.

Recently, I had to have major surgery at UAB, and because we had stayed at Dury Inns and Suites at Cape Girardeau, Missouri a few years ago, we chose them again! Believe me, we were not disappointed! When the staff asked why we were in Birmingham, my grandmother told them that I had to have surgery at UAB they were genuinely concerned! They asked how they could help us? I can't say enough about how courteous and caring the staff was to Us! Service, food and snacks were great, and where can you get so much good, Free food? Also, they were confidently located to all the places that we Needed. Thank you staff and management at Dury Inns and Suites for making an unpleasant trip
into a more pleasant one!

A very nice and upscale Hotel with all the amenities that they promised the only thing that I can think of is that they should extend the kickback hours because some people do come in after 730 I would like to get that kick back before they go to bed other than that a great place.

It was very clean and the employees all respected our space. And pet friendly!

We arrived to your hotel and was greeted by Tina. Let me say my wife and I have never received such a pleasant sincere welcome. From the first greeting words to the last enjoy your stay we were impressed. You truly have a valuable employee in Tina.

My wife was just announced as the Georgia Pre-K Teacher of the Year 2018-2019. And i decided to take her for a weekend get away. And the check in staff and manager on duty was beyond amazing, they treated us as if we were FAMILY.

Extremely clean, very friendly staff, comfortable rooms and beds! Would definitely stay again!

The dinner and breakfast were great. The staff had personality. The hotel was bustling with energy. There was a bar with dinner. They have a soda station and orange juice. They also have desserts and snacks available for purchase which are expensive. This time, I did not pull the couch out and I asked for a blanket that was similar to those in the beds. I got a good night's sleep as a result.
This room was different from the last in that the bedroom and living room had separate air conditioners. It was very clean. Some excellent details: the lamps have an outlet to plug your devices into. The bathroom was great but The water pressure could use some more kick and there was no fan in this one nor The drury we stayed at the night before. The alarm clock provided is more customizable than usual. We were 3 people evacuating panama city due to Hurricane Michael. 50 per person including 2 meals was more than worth it. Thank you drury inn. :)

it was a good experience.well maintained rooms and warm,friendly staff.They also had complimentary cocktails,hot breakfast and wifi. good for a stopover.Better of booking through priceline as the costs are lesser than quoted on their website.

Everyone here is so nice and accommodating! I love the kickback (3 free drinks a night plus dinner) and free breakfast. Add in a jacuzzi and indoor/outdoor pool and this is one of my favorite hotels ever!

This a clean hotel with a friendly staff. Pets are welcome, but it doesn't have an animal smell about it.

This Inn was very clean, very nice decor. The dining area was phenomenal. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. Would go back again!

Nice area, great staff. Had a dinner like social gathering with 3 free drinks included. Room was not the cleanest. Did not appear to be vacuumed and there was a shirt belonging to a different guest rumpled in the closet.

When we checked in we were greeted by very helpful and friendly staff. Once we got up to our room you could tell smokers had stayed there and the maid service tried to cover it up with air freshener. When we went back downstairs, the two ladies up front, Katoya and Jasmine, were so helpful! They apologized, told us thank you for allowing them to fix it and then upgraded our room! No questions, no looks of boredom or distain. It was nice to be treated as a guest and paying costumer. The free diner and drinks were good and the bar tender (I didn't get her name) was awesome. My husband and I can't wait to stay there again!

Stopped in for a quick overnight stay. Rooms were great. Had a king bed with a pull out sofa for the kids. Super nice. Very clean. Didn t eat breakfast or anything. Just pooped in and out.

Average room and the staff was very friendly. Towels are real close to being sandpaper.

Stayed here a few nights, I had booked through travelocity. Check in was smooth and simple. Staff was friendly. The hotel has a lot of perks that I didn't get to use including 3 free drink per evening, swimming pool and free meals. Our room was clean and well stocked when we arrived. Parking is convenient. One of the best parts of this hotel is it is located next to Pappadeaux restaurant. If you stay at this hotel you really should eat next door. I would stay here again if I'm in town .

I've stayed here, and other Drury Hotels, throughout the South, several times and without doubt, the entire chain is the cream of the crop!

I stay here often for business travel. The staff is always great. Rooms are adequate. Location is convenient. There are nicer hotels and there are cheaper hotels, but this is the best value I've found anywhere.

Great rooms with plenty of space. Well appointed and all items in good repair. The staff is friendly and it seems they actually do want you to have a great stay.

Small place right off of highway 280. Its quiet and clean. Good rates for everything you get. I was shocked with everything that was included. Free breakfast. Free WiFi. Free apps in evening. 3 free alcoholic beverages. Sometimes even a free upgrade. I'm sold. Thank you Drury.

Arrived at 6:00 PM went to the provided dinner at 6:15 PM. All that was left to eat was 6 small backed potatoes and a non-disrupt pasta dish. I don't expect a 4 star restaurant. We like Drury because we travel a lot of hours and don't want to look for a restaurant in a strange town but won't be back.

Poor layout of atrium rooms near dining, front desk, elevator and open hard surfaces made rest difficult even though it was booked as a business room. Waffle alarm every 3 min from 6 a.m. on, elevator beeping at each floor and all voices in these active areas wafted under my door. The bed was comfortable, room clean, but if you can't sleep.... They have a free breakfast buffet and push ordering mixed drinks at bar to qualify for free drink.

I usually have a good stay. We come to Birmingham regularly to visit family. However, this experience has made me want to venture to another hotel. At 4pm yhe day after our first night, housekeeping had not come by our room. I had to go downstairs and ask. I didn't enjoy hearing people in the pool outside while I was trying to sleep. The shower was broken and I didn't enjoy looking up while I was showering to find someone else's hair because it had not been properly cleaned. We may not be back. Considering the cost, we expect better.

Nice hotel. Seems to be centrally located. Nice indoor/outdoor pool. Walks might be a little thin and the doors are extraordinarily loud when people let them shut. Would stay here again, though.

It was convenient and close to many shopping and food opportunities. The staff was extremely helpful. The evening buffet was a bonus! I had a suite and thoroughly enjoyed the space and the weekend getaway. It was worth every penny. The service and the front desk were extremely helpful.

Location was very easy to access with plenty of parking. I went to attend our weekly Legal Shield briefing. Very nice set up.

Our stay at the Drury was excellent. I have never stayed at a Drury hotel prior but the experience has convinced me to look for a Drury Hotel the next time I need lodging. The price was affordable for the area and room size (I booked a suite for my family). We booked our room via Drury's website and were provided a lower rate for booking using their rewards system. We also offered (via email) an additional night at a reduced rate. Our room was very spacious and clean. Drury daily serves both a full breakfast and a light dinner. Both were well prepared. Other comparable hotels also serve breakfast and sometimes a light dinner but Drury serves a better selection than any other hotel I have visited. The dinner had enough options and quantity that everyone in our family (5 members) was able to eat and saved us the expense of eating out. There was also all you can eat popcorn and soft drinks available throughout the the day.

My husband and I stayed one night at the Drury in and loved it! They have so many different accommodations to make your stay the best. They have a indoor Jacuzzi, and indoor/outdoor pool, small gym, ice machines on every floor, and a laundry room (which we used! Great machines - gentle on clothes). Another thing that was pretty surprising, but complimentary, was that you receive three free adult beverages between 5 PM and 7 PM (the only hard part is that is dinner time so we weren't in the hotel ). Oh! And the beds. Everyone always wants to know about the beds, but for some reason no one ever mentions that. Our bed what is firm yet comfortable. I always love the smell of hotel sheets so that was very comforting. Lastly, waking up to a hot breakfast was the cherry on top. Biscuits and gravy for the win!

Staff is professional and friendly. Rooms and amenties are nice, well kept and maintained. They have a breakfast and dinner bar with good food. They take care of thier customers. Room rates are reasonable. Definitely worth the stay.

It's usually a very nice family getaway. Located off of Hwy280..I always get a king bedroom suite which separates by a door it's always a lot of space for anything...the services are always great... beautiful decorations indoor outdoor pool ..neat exercise room..we love it...
