Grand Hayatt Dubai is amazing,
smiling welcoming staff and good food
Child and family friendly.
It is very relaxing

Beautiful and luxurious hotel, cleaning, with its big, big, and restaurants that offer all kinds of food, and the hotel has a garden where you can spend some times in it. The owner of the visit, this hotel is located in the center of Dubai

Visited the Maifest opening evening. It was a fun and chilled out buffet evening with free flowing drinks.

Love this hotel, they really try hard to help. Food id good, bice and clean, rooms are spacious

It is a sophisticated hotel and a nice place .. at a very reasonable price .. Hatta for families

not good for wedding installation,the loading area is far,and very hard to go inside the ballroom.

Stayed there for a week my stay was excellent everything was perfect

The stay is very, very beautiful in Grand Hayat, and the workers all deserve appreciation for their elegant style, which makes me stay in it for 9 years.

For me this is not a very nice five star Hotel. The service was excellent. But in front of the Hotel is a big very noisy construction side, as their worked also in the night hours I slept with ear protection. Without the construction I will give one star more because of the very beautiful garden with the pools and bars.

So far so good , lovely place breakfast was included, buffet choice, so much to choose from, if you don't see it the staff are more than happy to get what ever you need, very accommodating people, the majority of the staff.
Went almost all the restaurant, all very good, be aware of the crab dish in pepperpot, they charge per weight can be a little confusing, and expensive, or embarrassing.
I checked . SO no problem.
All in all a wonderful holiday experience

Stay in 2018: very nice establishment which has a superb location. The equipment perfectly meets the requirements of an upscale family stay. The various pools allow young and old to enjoy as they wish. The breakfast is superb and without waiting. The room is spacious with shower, bath, walk in closet and extra beds for my baby and my 9 year old son were comfortable and installed quickly. The hotel staff is great at all levels with a special mention to valet parking. The valets are very responsive all day and in the evening in a heat overwhelming. Thanks to Taj (or Maj) who ochestre this balette of vehicles in the evening for his kindness and kindness.

The hotel looks more like a stadium, a lot of people and a lot of noise, the most ordinary Pyaterochka is nothing surprising ...

Wow.. brunch blow me away... desert counter I can spend whole day...

One of my favourite F & B locations in the world. The breakfast and dinner buffets are absolutely correct. For anyone with a lifestyle disease , this is the buffet to go to because you have so much variety and choice to meet your dietary needs.

Beautiful hotel. Rooms are great value, staff are so attentive. Great breakfast selection and IZ (Indian restaurant on site) is amazing. Pool is a good size and well kept. Plenty of really comfortable sun beds and good pool side service for food and drink.

Beautiful and wonderful resort and a large and large inside of many restaurants, shops, pharmacy and a forest of trees, swimming pools and playgrounds

We booked 2 rooms one suite and one king size bed room.
We should ve received the suite at 2 p.m but unfortunately it was delayed for 3 hours for unknown reason.
On the other side the best cheese cake I tried in the U.A.E was in grand Hyatt

It has been an excellent stay at the Grand Hyatt Dubai.

Special call out to Frederick and team at the Market Cafe. Firstly, the dinner were fantastic, with many choices catering to multiple culinary delights. The team will also cater for any special requests, like my Son, who had allergies specific needs. Free flowing drinks including alcoholic beverages from 6 to 8pm. Everyone were very tentative to our every needs. This goes for Breakfast and dinner. YOU MUST TRY THEIR CHIPS. Thank you team for making our meals a pleasant and unforgiving experience.

It's not all about food that was great. The Hotel experience as a whole was fantastic. Our rooms were spacious, very comfortable and above our expectations.

The swimming pools were large and shower facilities great. If you have an early checkout and late flight, relax at the poolside and try the shower facilities at the gym.

Still one of the best hotels in Dubai! Grand hyatt have everything inside, and is in the middle of the business area (exhibiton centre, but even close to burj khalifa)

Brilliant 10 days at this hotel. We would have given 5 stars but for being told to move rooms at midnight on our last night. The general manager dealt with our formal complaint swiftly and professionally. The hotel is huge but the staff are very helpful and kind. The food and beverages were outstanding at the market garden. This is a must if your stopping. The extra cost was well worth it. The drinks and food are expensive but you know this before arrive. Overall a beautiful hotel and staff and I would return.

I visited the place to have breakfast in Ramadan. A delicious buffet in which a beautiful variety of dishes from different Arab countries. I love live cooking but its place is not clear to everyone. Desserts are delicious and there is an icecream with children and adults. The man who distributes the sweet tamarind syrup and added his delight to the place.

I came to your hotel as the Hyatt was hosting a wedding in the Ball room, so my experience relates to this aspect of the hotel. if I could rate -100, i would. I had a close encounter with the 'bankquet manager' by the name of Yaseen, who believes he has the right to PHYSICALLY and VERBALLY abuse FEMALE hotel guests when there were no other witnesses present.

From a simple request for assistance, your worker though it was acceptable to deny us any assistance or customer care when we were extremely lost and confused at the hotel, with a porter who also had no clue how to assist. He was extremely unwilling to assist, and wanted to go back to sitting in the corner, playing on his mobile phone/texting, whereas he should have been carrying out is role, in assisting hotel patrons in the banquet halls.

Never have I seen such arrogance from a pathetic loser like he, who was acting as if he owned the hotel. He was kicking and screaming as he refused to provide us customer service when we needed to access to ball room for a wedding being hosted at the hyatt. Furthermore, he then demanded that the porter leave the loaded trolly of items to remian where it was, and demanded the porter return to the front of the hotel, and cease to assist us any further, leaving us in the middle of a banquet hall, with no information of where to go, and with no hotel staff willing to assist us in ascertaining where we needed to go!

When we demanded that the porter remain on duty to assist us, he felt it was acceptable to physcially approach me and stare me down (thug style from the streets) and intimidate me amd my team as if he was going to hit me!

Why is a 5 star hotel employing such cheap and unprofessional hotel staff. It is a poor reflection on the entire Hyatt brand. As a long term Hyatt patron, I can guarantee I will never be returning to your hotel, and will be sharing my experience on all social media platforms until I am informed the person has been served with disciplinary action.

Set in landscaped gardens, Grand Hyatt Hotel is conveniently located near Wafi Center Mall

I was here for the 3 days event. I love the ambiance inside the building.

Can't access any other floor other than yours and I couldn't go to my friends who found a room in a different floor, The hotel have no respect for the customers and the security was super rude with us and I don't recommend this place for anyone ...

Interior is grand. Service is superb. Food is great. Quite fancy and luxurious. Perfect for meetings, conferences, wedding and other events.

Great hotel, pool and gym included, nice large apartments, paid 3000 euro for 10 people, chic large rooms with floor-glass and good views! There are some minor flaws, in some places everything is neglected, for example, pounded door handles, dirty tiles and other things, but this does not allow me to reduce the rating by 4 stars, therefore, 5 s -

Lovely hotel interiors n specially the plants inside. But the Vietnamese restaurant was .disappointing. food ordered had no taste . The dessert chestnut in coconut milk...was all watery n just the coconut powder dumped. N not stirred. Guess the head chef was not cooking that day. Dissatisfied
