A fantastic place to stay. You will enjoy every second and you will be satisfied for every single fils you paid on that place. Everything gives you positive energy. The design is calm, the food is more than perfect, the pool view is fantastic and it is all worth it. I encourage everyone to give it a try and book in this hotel. I really enjoyed it there. Moreover you may be lucky and watch a wedding in one of the ball rooms that they have. It was a tramandous night there.
At the end, the price seems high but the stay is truly worth every dirham you are paying here. In addition to that reaching the hotel is easy and it is in a very great location to reach a lot of Dubai's tourisim areas.

We have been to this hotel at least 10 times It's 1 of our favorites.. Now they have upgraded the rooms looks much more modern, pools for the little one with slides and it's never busy like the marina hotels. Very affordable value for money only disappointment is there club lounge is below average hardly any variety comparison to other 5 star hotels. But 5***** in all other aspects. Definitely worth every penny

One of the many super hotels in Dubai. Nowhere else in the world do so many luxury hotels unite as in Dubei. And the Grand Hyatt is one of them. There are no wishes left here.
A very nice hotel, my girlfriend and I felt like princesses. We are absolutely thrilled with the room, the housekeeping did a great job, we had nothing to complain about in terms of hygiene. The hotel offers a very friendly and helpful staff. Big compliments to Saif, we felt very comfortable. The hotel offers a great ambience, we were very satisfied with our stay. We would like to give more than 5 stars.
Luxury hotel with great room price The grand room is spacious bed was comfy Housekeeping is great Staff are friendly Breakfast buffet is a must don't miss it They have very big range of food and choices Definitely will come back
Decent food.. Desserts were delicious.. Have been for Iftar tent.. It seemed to be resort style with lot of activities including mini 4 type of activity pool and play area for kids.. Lovely white peacock and witnessed some peahen eggs.. There were rabbits grazing in same cage..
What a lovely hotel, real luxury, quiet and peaceful. Here's everything you could want and more. Close to the airport although you do not hear aircraft noise and close to the Metro, it is also not far to the beautiful Wafi mall. The hotel can really be recommended.
Best thing about Grand Hyatt is its distance from airport! It's on house food court Was horrible but the paid buffet was great. However it was crazy expensive almost 250 derham per person!
The Grand Hyatt Hotel is great, the facilities are nice, everything is ready, rooms and apartments, the beauty is also the small grocery store under the lobby where everything is needed, the staff are very friendly and I would recommend it very much as it is suitable for families and anything lacking in the kitchen saves you, the pools and services are all beautiful "
Very good hotel according to location.Great ambience.I stayed in very hotels but after staying here its really a good experience.Very lovely and helpfull staff..Just the room service and housekeeping services are very slow..but I completely understand that its really hard to handle so many guests. Wifi is also a bit problem here and air conditioning took ages to cool up the room.. but rest you will definitely feel home away from home.
I stayed for about 6 days... Good hotel and the best thing is the breakfast ... The restaurant manager is super good, he was very helpful! He responded promptly to a complaint I had... his name is Amro Khankan,,, thanks Amro for the great chocolate mix and for the salmon!!
Its one of the premium hotels of HYATT, and the fact that ots located in Dubai makes it very obvious. Ultra luxurious hotel, with all amenities available. Spacious and luxurious rooms, an amazing well maintained pool with crystal clear water, the lawns are really romantic. The best part(considering the fact that I am a foodie) was the breakfast area, sumptuous foods with huge variety of cuisine from all over the world. The hotel itself was a place to be explored. One my best hotel experience.
Two days ago (Saturday morning, the 7th ) we have had the worst possible experience in our lives when walking into the Grand Hyatt hotel. Our day has started really bad because our car tyre broke on the middle of the highway, next to the Grand Hyatt hotel. While trying to change the tyre my husband's shirt got a bit dirty and after all the trying we were told to wait for the road assistance for an hour. During that time we've decided to walk to Grand Hyatt, refresh ourselves and go to have a proper breakfast (it was 11;30am). While walking from the highway to the hotel on 43 degrees we of course got tired and thirsty. Before entering the hotel my husband decided to flip his shirt because it was a bit dirty from the tyres he tried to change (it was a white shirt), just so he could be more representable. We've decided to have breakfast in Panini restaurant. Before sitting down, we went to freshen up in the toilets. I was sitting in the restaurant by myself for few minutes and the waitress (by the look i think she was an Indian lady) gave me the menu and greeted me. All the problems started when my husband joined. He sat down and we ordered sparkling water from the same waitress. While leaving she scanned my husband's flipped shirt and gave the disgusting look, thinking that i can't see her. Then she decided to send another waiter to check on my husband's shirt. Thing that they were checking was the logo on the top of his shirt (that's how they knew it was flipped). I immediately started feeling horrible, embarrassed and i told my husband about it. He was being calm and he told me to ignore it, that we should let them have their fun because obviously they don't know any better. But the things didn't end there. I think that 4-5 staff went out checking on us. Not just that we didn't receive our water during 10min we were there but then they've decided to send Ukrainian waiter (Vlad) to speak with us assuming that we are Russians (what we are not, we are Croatians and we don't speak Russian). Vlad was polite but scared and he didn't know how to tell us about the situation, he was about to tell us that we can't be served. We explained to him what has happened and then the situation changed, he told us to stay. I felt ashamed, embarrassed, sad, angry, and all the possible feeling you can have in this situation. We are a couple that very, very often travels a world for work and for pleasure and we have never experienced something similar. I assure you that Grand Hyatt around the world, in Dubai, or Abu Dhabi will never see our faces, our business partners, our family and friends ever again, and we will keep on saying what has happened to us. When we spend tons of money we are good, but the moment a person has a problem, people are assuming on their appearance without even checking first. Staff of Panini restaurant are probably the worst ones we have ever encountered with. After feeling the way i did i asked my husband to leave, because even other customers stared giving us the looks all thanks to the Panini staff. We left and had water and a coffee in a place above the Panini restaurant where the suited up waiter was really nice and polite. We couldn't leave the hotel without talking first to the manager of the Panini (mr. Deepak). Btw. He was also aware of what was going on while we were in Panini and he never decided to come to us or clarify the situation. We told him about the whole situation and then he invited us to come back and have a drink. We are not the kind that are going for free stuff, ever. We like to spend our money if the place, staff , location deserves it, and we enjoy doing it. So surely we didn't accept his invite. I had to write this review even tho i never write bad stuff. But, after living in Dubai for 11 years, we have never had experience like this. We are deeply disappointed by the shallowness of the Panini staff. And for the future we hope they think before they act, because you don't always know who are the people you are talking bad about!
Terrible and clean hotel, and if you have children, your family is big, they have clean and tidy apartments, and the advantage is that there are swimming pools and water games that are fun for children, housing is fun for families
