Very comfortable hotel in the center of The Hague. In the process of renovations they are opening a new hall with very modern and comfortable rooms. The room in the new room is beautiful even if you have to understand some non-intuitive technological choices. For example, the bathroom light closes by closing the door and to prevent the sun from heating the room too much, there is an electric curtain that makes use of an external curtain. Hearty and quite varied breakfast (much better than the usual 3 stars, a little less than the average of the 4 stars).
It does not have special facilities such as the gym. Be is still very well.

Every day Google is bothering me that I have been here 10 times reported I have not been here then but buying off with a star is rid of the whining

Wonderful hotel! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is cozy and clean. You can walk straight into the city center. Parking is not possible in front of the hotel (only for loading / unloading suitcases), then park the car in a parking garage. There are several nearby.

The location is ideal, right in the centre of the town with easy access to the shops and local bars and restaurants. The staff are very friendly (also very child-friendly). The room was excellent and very clean. The breakfast was fresh and very tasty and the chef/staff were very friendly and accommodating. The only less positive aspect was that the room was too hot at night (but there was airconditioning, I just didn't use it as I was traveling with a child). Strongly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, satisfying breakfast, but inadequate receptionists' knowledge regarding the sightseeing and the attractions of the city. As far as the room is concerned, it was quite simple, comfortable bed though.

Convenient location, even for the train station. Friendly staff, even at a 22h30 check in. Comfortable, well equipped rooms. Efficient check out.

Big class. Tea and coffee sticks and some sweets are available in the room. Elevator. Restaurant on the ground floor.

I genuinely love this hotel. It oozes charm, is in a great location, has comfortable beds, excellent wi-fi and the prices match the quality. Some rooms a nicer than others ( rooms at the front are very pleasant), while others can be a bit dated. The staff is very friendly and efficient and you have a great bar/ restaurant downstairs, next to hundreds of other food and drinks options in the direct vicinity. If you are planning to visit the the center of Dutch politics, the Mauritshuis museum, gallery of historical museum, or he Escher museum, the Corona is your excellent place to start.

A wonderful hotel close to the city center. Easily commuting via tram or bus. Great treatment by the staff, as well as the room is clean and air-conditioned on the ground floor. The breakfast is more than wonderful. The problem is the car park is not available in the hotel, but it is not far

Depressing and dark room with low ceiling. Friendly staff.

A modern hotel with traditional features which gives a chic feel. Handy restaurant attached. Friendly welcome from the desk staff. Judging by my colleagues comments the rooms are variable, I had a larger one with a small TV, seems other combinations available. Good in room coffee maker, huge safe and air con. Minor niggles no USB charge points, very low level lighting and ticking noise all night from somewhere in the roof. Great location with easy public transport and close to central railway station, shops and restaurants. Breakfast buffet a bit average for 15.

Fantastic super cozy hotel. Top Location opposite the Binnenhof, right in the center. For the staff a 10+, super friendly, welcoming and make it just a little bit more. Next time we will definitely book this hotel again when we go to The Hague, and that is because of the staff. Small tip for the new rooms, a few hooks to hang your coat and a full-length mirror would be handy.

Good location and a good bed. Showering is a small water ballet, that is a downside. Good and rich breakfast.

Nice hotel with a great location. Staff a super brilliant and the restaurant is pretty nice. Currently undergoing refurbishment but I will definitely stay here again!

The hamburger was still raw and red and very slow service. Not recommended.

We were there on New Year and the food (directly connected in the BIT) and the staff are very good and lovable. The beds are great and not as hard as usual. The soundproofing through the windows is excellent, although the hotel is very central, no sound can be heard from outside. Will definitely come again. You are recommended.
Definitely book breakfast, freshly squeezed juices and fruit, very versatile and delicious. The jams * Favorite raspberry, a poem. Cheese and cold cuts are of course also included.
We will certainly be a guest again.

What an atent staff. Never forget a moment. Food really top quality. Certainly after explaining the method of preparation to the chef table.

A solid hotel in the center of The Hague. From the Central Station, the path is not very close, but not very long: on foot for 20-25 minutes. But the Binnenhof is very close.
Check-in took literally five minutes, check-out is even faster. Delicious European breakfast: there is not much variety, but everything is very tasty.
The bathroom has quality shampoos. The room is very spacious, soundproofing is normal, nothing disturbed. Pleased with the presence of a welcome pair of water bottles.
The staff were very polite and friendly.
Of the shortcomings, the lack of slippers was a little upset.

Charming hotel right in the center of The Hague. Staff friendly, room not too big (superior room) but just fine the shower enclosure was leak / decayed kit edges. TV very small. Bed also fine, pillows only very high / narrow. Breakfast well cared for and extensive. Restaurant BIT (at the hotel) is recommended. In short, a great place for an overnight stay with small misses.

Super personable and friendly staff. Reception is extremely helpful and courteous. The higher price for breakfast is justified! Great selection and great service, despite the corona pandemic.

A star deduction for the sometimes really very long wait at the elevators and for the fact that there is no alternative option (e.g. stairs) to get to the fourth floor in any other way.

Nice and comfortable hotel in Den Haag (Le Hague). Conveniently located in the centre of the city near Mauritshuis museum. Clean rooms, warm welcome, perfect service. Affordable yet high quality. I'll definitely come back in this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and decorated for my birthday. Breakfast was also very good. A big compliment for the way in which employees deal with the Corona rules. Despite these rules, very friendly!

booked a suite with jaquzzi .. the stop of the bath was broken so could not take a bath. called to the reception the gentleman indicated that I had to indicate it at check out and that it could probably be reimbursed .. this was not the case .. so paid for nothing. I'll never do that again. lady behind the counter was very friendly.

We had a restyled room on the first floor. Nice room, nice view but had a lot of nuisance from the bar downstairs (This was the only major downside)

Old hotel, reception very friendly, tip: order a coffee in lounge, the piece of brownie melts in your mouth.

Rooms are average for the area- small but efficient. Shower and beds are very good and so this is a place where you will not mind spending time in your room. The breakfast is small but tasty. Front desk staff is super friendly and helpful and very professional. They made excellent recommendations on restaurants in the area. I will stay here again when I m in town.

Nice hotel in the center opposite Binnenhof. Friendly staff. Nice room. Great breakfast. The hotel knew we were celebrating an anniversary. However, we got a room in the back, with a view of a small courtyard, where work was done. All that was done was a ticket and some fake rose petals around it. We expected a little more.

Very nice and friendly staff, perfect service and clean rooms. We booked a Junior suite for our stay and it made our vacation perfect, definitely recommendable

Room is nice but in Floor 0 the rooms are facing a technical area...You cannot have the black out curtains open, otherwise, there you are, naked and less than 2 meters away to a stranger that is talking with a co-worker and smoking a cigarette. Some o the areas are a bit dated but it has its vharm. The staff is super helpful and nice.

Good location, attractive area, quiet room on third floor. Clean room and bathroom. The style is oldish, not modern, but pleasant. I did not have breakfast. Free WiFi of very good quality. Minibar was empty, all other room features expected from a four stars were present. Room temperature could be well adjusted. Air conditioning worked well if needed, even on a cold October day.

The whole experience was fantastic. The breakfast was good but expensive.

Wonderful food, atmosphere and management. We had a blast watching world cup soccer on the big screens. Would love to go back!

This hotel is utterly worthless, a ine star student hotel at least is honest.

For my marriage night a number of friends got a marriage night room. But everything was wrong. No service, and the champagne on the room was lukewarm, and no ice in the fridge. Nobody could privide a fresh cool bottle.

This so called high ranking hotel is nithing more than a student apartment and the staff should be fired as well as the managers for incompetence!

Very cozy hotel. Good beds. Good breakfast with a cook who bakes your eggs fresh exactly as you want, so no bowl with scrambled eggs that have been standing for hours.

The cafe restaurant, very lively with efficient and friendly waiters, the rich breakfast in a pleasant room. Spacious and quiet hotel room with nice view but doors and wall near the bed, dirty and to repaint !!

Staff was (mostly) friendly and helpful, hotel itself was okay but rooms quite minimal, strange position of light switches, small bathroom and non flexible housekeeping. Breakfast very limited and was almost afraid to order eggs but it was a true "dutch service" experience so guess we got some authenticity.

We paid for a room upgrade, it was a great room with a huge whirlpool spa bath. Right in the heart of the city for easy sightseeing. Parking is several hundred yards away.

Quaint hotel located in the center of The Hague in the Netherlands. There is a restaurant and bar on the premises. It has easy access to trams,buses, shops, restaurants,and it is located near a canal.

Simply astonishing, in the heart of the city, in a walking distance from great museums and shops . Big & comfortable rooms, good service, excellent breakfast (they also have fantastic smoothies). You should absolutely visit also the beach (a 30-45 minutes walk, including a short stop in front the famous Peace Palace of The Hague). You can also buy an one-day ticket at the hotel reception.

Hotel with possibilities for workplace. Your own private office design a nice ambiance. And you can also go for lunch.

Understanding staff checked me in without advance booking and then let me flip flop several times about staying a second day.
