Located near the airport, close to the market and Dubai Mall, the hotel is a huge resort, surrounded by verdant areas and close to the creek, the rooms are large and clean, the treatment is excellent, some rooms are old but the hotel is regenerated, the riyadh is excellent, the gym and outdoor pool are excellent .
This place is absolute paradise. The building itself is perfect but the real credit goes to the staff. Amazing people. I've never stayed anywhere so wonderful.

Genuine 5 star hotel also measured by European standards! Grand Hyatt stops. Room, food & service top. Nice big pool area. Also suitable with children. However, it is rather less accessible on foot.

I want to say by mistake of my touch phone rating of two stars was given to Grand hyatt hotel
as I was pressing stars n in the middle it was sent I thoughtt that may b it was not sent but today when I am free I searched once again n searching where to give rating n I was very disappointed for me that this was sent that day

the truth is I loved Grand Hyatt hotel n according to me it deserves more than 5 stars

v had even decided there only whenever v come to Dubai v will stay here only as in five days v couldn't even use ur all facility means one must stay here for long to enjoy all facility n tasty fresh food with so much variety

The hotel is sophisticated and luxurious and goes to the definition and very romantic I have had a very beautiful two weeks and did not enjoy the attention and great hospitality and welcome the staff distinguished and nice Bshouch and sophisticated treatment
Contacted the hotel today with regard to a booking made by company. They have stated that there is a room booked for me for two days. I have asked her for a twin room since my son will be with me. Then I asked is there an extra cost for twin room? This is how she answered " of course there is!!!" The cost is not much at all and I fully understand the restrictions however the receptionist answered my query in a very rude manner that I decided to cancel my booking. Staff needs more training on how to answer queries in a welcoming way.

Highly disappointed. Hotel staff at check in Qais was unprofessional, rude and arrogant. The check in experience was disappointing and unreal, we were even charged double than our booking confirmation.

A really impressive atmosphere! The staff is extremely friendly, competent and helpful, every wish is read from the lips! The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired! The outdoor facilities are extremely spacious and well maintained! Here everyone gets a place at one of several pools, no struggle for loungers is necessary! The rooms, the entire hotel, are very clean! I totally recommend this hotel to spend a dream vacation!

Such a beautiful place. Food was excellent, and the staff are so friendly and make a great effort to keep you happy. We celebrated our wedding anniversary there and Shahadat was our friendly waiter. Great experience all around

Recently, I went on a trip to the UAE and stayed at this wonderful hotel to spend my vacation and change the mode of operation, everything was very convenient, everything was clean and tidy, excellent service. When I was at the hotel, they offered excursion services together with the SHAN TOURS company, they took me on an excursion to several places with beautiful landscapes. The staff is competent and trained, friendly and helpful, quality service, I really liked the tour, great experience ... I highly recommend them

The hotel is beautiful and wonderful, with a cage for birds and pets, but the problem is that the kids club must pay an amount of 85 dirhams to the child, and this thing is not reasonable in a five-star hotel
The staff are friendly, the rooms are out of this world. The rooms are HUGE, the decor is welcoming. Close to train station to help get around Dubai. Would recommend the Grand Hyatt to anyone
