Superb hotel:
The morning buffet, as well as the evening one, is delicious. The variety of dishes offered is impressive: pizza buffet, pasta, grilled meats, fish, Indian, etc. The cooks cook the dishes according to our wishes. The quality of the food is excellent. And everything is incredibly clean.
The staff are very nice and always looking after us.
The decoration is very tasteful, everything has been thought of so that you don't need anything. The furniture is of excellent quality and the king size bed is super comfortable.
The entire hotel is air conditioned, right down to the pool toilet. The outside is another world.
The services offered (spa, hairdressing, gym) are up to the rest.

The only small negative point, if you can call it that, is that there is no evening entertainment, and the location of the hotel does not allow accessibility to the city center on foot.
However, by taxi, the hotel is 10 minutes from the city center for around 20 AED (or 5 EUR).

Hotel very interesting and very quiet. The staff, despite a huge number of rooms, is always efficient and attentive. The rooms are quiet and the pools are spacious. The services and restaurants of the hotel are diverse although a bit pricey. Very nice place.

Amazing service, atmosphere, food and rooms. We had such a relaxing stay made even better by the attentive staff.

Grand Hyatt Dubai provides all the luxury that we needed for a great holiday. The whole grand hyatt team are excellent. All staff are very welcoming and down to earth. The club creek view family room was superb and we had the best service from the Grand Club lounge everyday. The kids had a lovely time in all the swimming pools and we all had great fun and the best holiday. We definitely highly recommend Grand Hyatt Dubai and we will surely go back again.

It's actually grand!!! 5 star hotel with very professional staff. It has spa, restaurant and all the perks of a five star hotel. You can have a view of the Burj khalifa from it from top floors. Also close to Wafi shopping mall where there are top brand stores with expensive stuff. It's located in Bur Dubai not far from the airport.

A very nice hotel to stay in. Very nice ambience. Rooms are spacious and the facilities very good. Buffet Breakfast served has a lot of varieties. Staff is courteous. Wifi available in each room. Shall stay there again.

The place, location, views are amazing but hated the Iftaar buffet. Things weren't coming in time and mostly got f8nished within 10mins post Iftaar, especially bbq. On demand, they replaced meat with daal/beans.

Beautiful Hotel, with a nice backyard. Tennis Courts, 4 Pools and extrem friendly staff.

Stayed at Grand Hyatt Residences for a 1 day staycation with Family. Great amenities, location, hotel rooms were clean, staff were all friendly and all facilities were excellent! Will definitely come back again

Stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. Staff were absolutely fantastic. There was one particular chap called Mr. Jagdish at the reception. It must be said without a doubt that he is an asset to the hotel. So helpful and so professional. Will I go back to Dubai and stay in the same hotel. I sure will.

Amazing hotel, which is easily accessible by public transport.Had a great stay at the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff members which is a plus for solo travellers. Special mention to the restaurant staff , Vinoth, Faiz, Jesua, Grin and Mohamemed, keep up the good work guys.

Wow! Grand Hyatt is a synonym to luxury! Had the most amazing experience in Dubai. Exceptional Room quality, housekeeping, business centre services, in room dining..
But some super awesome cafes n restaurants to satiate your taste buds! I was in Room 706 which gave the view of the Burj.
Amongst the restaurants,I tried and liked Andiamo (the Italian) for the ambience, Wox (Oriental) for the seafood soups, The Collective (buffet breakfast) and IZ, the Indian restaurant!

Amazing hotel with an indoor pool and kids club as well

Fantastic atmosphere, luxurious, discreet, lavish. I had High Tea there, sublime, a bargain for what you get. Walking to and from it is a little difficult, especially after dark.

Good five star hotel. Many on-site facilities and restaurants. Great spa, great gym that's well equipped. Indoor lap pool and hot tub. Large outdoor pool. Kids pool and club. Rooms are spacious. We got one of the newly refurbished ones. The finish was not quite great. Missing razor socket in bathroom, half stocked mini bar, bath plug did not seal, shower door did not quite close. All in all a good hotel, well equipped, staff are very friendly and polite and helpful. Many different nationalities stay here. Poolside bar/diner was overpriced. Would probably stay again.

Definitely a very luxurious beautiful hotel, spacious rooms with a water park included with the room reservation. The breakfast served also has something spectacular: from sweet to savory and with an indescribable quality and variety. In all this splendor some faults But there is: daily cleaning leaves something to be desired, the refill of water and coffee, daily in the room of the times forget it. This does not mean, however, that when you first enter the room you find the dirty room. it is on the room already occupied that they are a bit superficial in cleaning. Having said that, I recommend you to go anyway. Value for money is great compared to other hotels in Dubai

Very nice hotel, super spacious rooms. The service is great. All ur needs in one place. Tennis courts, indoor pool, outdoor pool, more than 5 different restaurants in one place. The hotel is surrounded with lot of nice views and nature. The meeting rooms and meetings area is huge. All details are well cared and the staff doing their best always. Its a business hotel and family hotel at same time.

This hotel is Uber luxurious!! Very well located; A 5 minute walk from the metro station (healthcare city metro) and just about 20 mins away from Dubai airport.
They have a large lagoon like outdoor pool with a great pool bar and ice cream parlour by the poolside and an Olympic size indoor swimming pool with a separate jacuzzi which operates round the clock which makes it very convenient for all segments of travellers to get their time in the pool.

The ew series of rooms are spectacular! Having stayed in 5 star hotels around the world I can confirm that these are some of the best rooms I've seen. Antique bath fittings and classy interiors make for a royal in-room ambience. The combination of gold, black and wood finish is just brilliant.

There are multiple dining options here and the food first the expectations of a 5 star deluxe kitchen.

All in all a great stay experience for tourists as well as an escape for locals on a weekend. 5 out of 5 stars for sure

The hotel itself is top notch, very clean rooms impressive architecture and great amenities, if this review was solely based on the property I would give it 6 stars. The service is where the hotel lacks tremendously, please note that I tracked to Dubai often for business trips and have stayed at this hotel multiple times without any issues until recently. The service has fallen off tremendously, everyday my room key was deactivated, after a long day of meeting the last thing I want is to stand in line to reactivate my key to get back into my room, for a hotel of this quality this is unacceptable. The club access has also deteriorated since my previous visit, lesser selection of food items and slow service. I stayed at the hotel for 10 days and had to go to Kuwait for more business meetings, when I came back I chose to stay at The Ritz Carlton instead, unfortunately I don't think I will stay at this hotel given the level of service and all the hastles that we have encountered. To add we were a group of 4 with 2 rooms and everyone had the same consensus in terms of the deterrioated service. Additionaly, when I asked to submit a complaint I was told that it was going to be handled, I never heard anything from anyone. We were given a promise of receiving collectors points and that never transpired as well, if service is important to you, I would strongly suggest that you stay at The Ritz or Sheraton instead.

The brunch at The Collective is extraordinary. Fresh, well presented and delicious. Worth every penny!

Las Vegas feeling. Recommended to upgrade rooms if possible then included nice buffet for the evening and free alcohol and soft drinks at certain times during the day.

It s one of those hotels that sustains quality at all times and it has a very welcoming lobby, the hotel also hosts some of the best restaurants in town.

Everytime I come to Dubai I stay here. The staff is warm, friendly and more than accommodating.

sorry for the big mistake in giving the Grand Hyatt Dubai 1 star i have stayed they at least 3 times and have had the best treatment ever i now rate all hotels from the Hyatt and none come close i've stayed in 5 star hotels but the Hyatt is 5 plus with no doubt everything is plus staff, food, rooms the best
