Excellent services ... Stay away from your comfort during your stay ... More than wonderful ...

Very nice Building and facilities. Room is not ready when already check inn is 3 hours late. Had birthday arrangements that was postponed for 6 hours i don't know why as it was confirmed earlier. Staff are nice but lacking of experience and professionalism.

I really like this hotel. I have stayed here several times over the last few years and it is always a pleasure to go back.

The rooms are spacious and modern.

The views from the room this time, overlooking the creek, with the airport in the distance, was very calming.

In addition to all of that, it is always the staff who make a difference. I love hotels where everyone says good morning ... hold the lift doors open ... anticipate a need and even remember you from a previous visit.

I was running a seminar at the hotel, too: the staff were really attentive and the snacks were first rate.

I am already looking forward to my next visit there ... whenever it might be!

Simply superb .. especially indoor garden having restaurants, and joggers track area. Room services are extremely prompt.

This hotel is very good for a family stay, it's in the middle of Dubai and everything is near.

Love the experience that this hotel has. Glamour and class oozing out of it. Some may say that its a bit far out, but I like having a place to return to, once having been in the centre of Sheikh Zayed. Have stayed here countless times and will return countless times.

I stayed second time in Grand Hyatt Dubai and I absolutely loved it! Huge resort with big outdoor and indoor pool area, great spa, gym, etc. Many restaurants, shops and even bar. I had so much to do on the territory of the hotel that sometimes I didn't need to go to the city. 24 hours fun!

A bad hotel to deal with and Istaf is not friendly .. placed two stars for the luxury of the rooms and the facilities are just not.

Sometimes to busy but otherwise a nice place! Good food at all the restaurants.

Front desk employee made a duplicate deposit from my credit card during check in. Wasted 30 mins fixing the problem. No apology whatsoever, just blaiming their system that "approved" did not show up when it was actually APPROVED TWICE.

Tried to reclaim for the points for my expense in the hotel right after checkout. This russian speaking guy tells me I will get the points if I am lucky because their system in Chicago is a mess. Told him that there is a reclaiming menu in world of hyatt homepage and that he is suppose to make sure that I get the points. Then he tells me that I will not get the points. Talked to his manager and told me that I will get the points which I am eligle for, OBVIOUSLY. What a waste of time talking to employees not trained to standard.

Just endless blaim to their faulty system and no intention to improve it. Maybe made the faulty system intentionally just to have one thing to blaim for their mistakes.

An old hotel but distinguished by luxury and excellent location, easy to connect from the heart of Dubai

We loved it very nice hotel my friend stayed there with the family, they were very comfortable with the service, food, staff and the hotel itself.

The rooms were big and spotless. The staff were very polite. Their buffet was delicious!Their services were great.

Stupid receptionist. I already registered to go to the brides room. And the second time i had to come back after few hours asking again for another ID for confirmation. Wasted my time. My colleague went back to a diff receptionist and easily gave her access card. Too strict for what?
Acting as if they are 7 star. I really hate this place and so many others i know loathe this hotel too.

When you are in Dubai, there is no stopping of luxury. In other parts of the world it's a luxurious chain hotel but here there is always better than what you have tried. A good place to stay with good staffs.

We had booked a suite ..... 70m2 which turned out to be splendid (1 large living room that can also be used as a bedroom if necessary, a very very large bedroom with king size double bed and also a very large sofa in the same bedroom .... a walk-in closet ..... a dream bathroom including a large shower cubicle as well as a bathtub and double sink and a make-up sitting area for you ladies

Also two toilets

Plenty of storage ...
Large screen in every room
And from the windows a breathtaking view of Dubai

Breakfast on the 14th floor .... reserved for a certain clientele.

Multiple indoor and outdoor pools.
Pool reserved for children.

Grandiose gym and free coach on request.

More than 15 restaurants from all over the world, including a fabulous pastry shop and caterer.

Gift and souvenir shops.

An adjoining nightclub and a live music bar.

Cash machine

Reasonable rates for such an establishment.

Town center very close and accessible by taxi for a bite of bread.

There is even a dedicated office to book tours or excursions or any other program according to your needs or desires.

FYI, the indoor pool is open very late at night and is heated. A jacuzzi is attached to it and showers are available.

Deserves to have an extra star

I'd say about a 3.5 star hotel.. We were allocated in correct room. So had to move on day 2..the food was nice but very samey.. And evening meal started at 7 pm?? Funnily enough there was a queue. we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated.. If u think that's 5 star service feel free to book

Amazing 5 star hotel in Dubai with great skyline views. Staff are very pleasant. Lots of restaurants too! Perfect resort hotel in the midst of the city.

An excellent option in Dubai, close to the airport, it has spacious rooms, a beautiful lobby, with a waterfall inside the hotel, great breakfast and restaurants with good options inside the hotel. It is worth the stay, as it is a world-renowned brand of hotels.

My sisters family and my family both just visited the grand Hyatt Dubai resort. We can not fault it one bit! Whether it was check in, breakfast, dinner or lazing around the poolside, the staff the environment everything was just perfect!
My daughter has severe allergies to nuts and sesame. They had made a note of this next to our room number. Every time we went for dinner the staff would make a conscious effort to find us and ask what she wanted to eat. They would personally deliver her food to the table and strictly told her not to eat from the buffet. They were very attentive and helpful.
I would highly recommend the Grand Hyatt Dubai and we will definitely be visiting again! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Excellent rooms and very good pool. Family friendly environment. Friendly service by Faiz and Saad at the Collective restaurant. Overall a very enjoyable stay and late checkout also.

Hotel very large and comfortable, with pools (inside and outside), spa and gym. Buffet breakfast with a very large variety of dishes. Service very nice, it is not intrusive. Location close to the airport as well as other Dubai attractions.

Try Market Cafe here, which is one of my favorite place to dine

I do not visit the hotel I live here. Great hotel with no shortcomings and especially the food started with breakfast. We have never experienced what a great exquisite breakfast.
