Horrible customer service. If i could give zero stars, I would. I guess the building didn't collapse on me, so that is worth one star...

I wanted a p320 9mm compact with black grip and night sights. They had one online with night sights and a green grip, and one with no night sights and a black grip. Their prices were better than anywhere I have seen so I emailed to ask if they would consider exchanging the grips (since the p320 is modular) and selling me the gun with night sights AND the black grip.
No reply. Should have been a sign.

I live close by, so on my way home I stopped in to ask in person. I had the cash and was ready to make a purchase if they were willing to work with me.

Two people were working the counter when I walked in. One was busy with a customer (young gentleman) while the other seemed content to just ignore me and work on his computer (older gentleman).

When the young guy finished with his sale, I asked him about switching the grips. He looked over at the guy behind the computer, who looked up (finally) and said he "couldn't" do that. And that was that. He wouldn't budge or give me a satisfactory explanation as to why he "couldn't". He told me I could just buy the grip I wanted from sig. Call me crazy, but I don't want to buy a brand new gun, only to turn around and spend another $55 ($45 + $10 s&h) to replace a component so I can make it into the gun I really wanted all along. I will just find the exact thing I want for sale elsewhere.

I'm an intelligent, reasonable person, so if there was some legal reason why he couldn't, I would have happily accepted his explanation. But his main argument was something to the effect that certain guns are just hard to come by.

At this point he could easily have asked me if he could order the gun I wanted, but he seemed content to watch me walk out the door without making a sale.

He could have had my business today, if he'd cared enough to pursue it... Based on other reviews I've read, I'm glad I didn't buy from him.
I think there must be some shady dealings going on at this store. Only legitimate reason I can think why he wouldn't want to work with me to make a sale.

Never had an issue before, been great every other time I've used GrabAGun, this time was different though. Order was refunded due to an inventory issue, disappointed to say the least. Even called ahead and the rep stated they had 2 available before I placed the order. Get the feeling the gun was sold out from under me.

Will update in the future, I'm very frustrated at the moment. Hope they make this right.

I believe it took three days for them to ship which was slightly disappointing but received on the forth day. Grab a Gun has great prices, low shipping costs, and no credit card fees. I have purchased numerous firearms from them and will continue to do so in the future. The time to ship isn't uncommon from my experience with online dealers and to be fair was immediately following Memorial Day Holiday. Great company to do business with!

Excellent assistance in purchasing my Smith and Wesson M&P Pro 5" handgun and the best price I'd found. It was my first online purchase so I had emailed and spoke to them several times about shipping, FFL's, magazine alterations, etc. They spoke to me kindly and emailed me quickly, answering all my questions, not treating me like a was PIA. My product was ordered on a Monday, Shipped on Tuesday and arrived at the FFL on Thursday...UPS 2nd day Air all for $5.99. I would not hesitate to recommend GrabAGun.

Literally the worst customer service I ve ever see...

Literally the worst customer service I ve ever seen from a firearms retailer. Ordered and paid for a Canik TP9SFX with vortex viper red dot on March 17. I was told it would ship to my FFL on either the 26th or 27th of March, then i Was told the 30th-31st, then the 1st-2nd, and finally the 3rd(last Friday) or 6th (today). Today I was told it would ship Wednesday morning (8th). Another delay at this point was not surprising, it then when I checked my email tonight I saw that it was being refunded in 5-7 days due to an inventory error and I wasn t getting the pistol after all!

Complete BS from start to finish and nothing from Grab a gun other than sorry

Melo helped me with my first order, over the phone and today, Hannah B. helped me place another order. You can't beat the prices and the staff is second to none. I'm fortune to live close to and work even closer to Grabagun so I make my purchase online and then pick it up at my convenience. Definitely saves $$. Prices and selection are great. I also use the alert you can sign up for that emails you when a particular product is back in stock. I don't shop anywhere else for my firearms.

It was my fault, called customer support and got a man named John and explain my stupidity on the way I ordered.
John was great and helped to correct my problem, thank you John!

Have made FIVE purchases now and always receive EXCELLENT Customer Service and delivery time is amazingly FAST. One order arrived the next day at my FFL. Always the best prices and the products are very well packed for shipment. GrabAGun is my first place to shop when looking for a new firearm. Can't recommend them high enough!

Grabagun has a good site that is easy to get around... The selection that I made was a very value saving one as I saw the same gun in local stores for a few hundred more... It only came with one clip though and that was disappointing but everything else went smoothly and the gun itself is of high quality... I'm chalking this up as a win...

Fantastic service! Picked up locally in about 6 minutes after I entered the store shortly before closing. Ordered minutes before closing on a Thursday and my VP9 was ready for pick up at 12:20 the following Monday! The weapon... it speaks for it's self. HK quality on this law enforcement model. Comes with TruGlo night sights plus an additional magazine for $74 more than the standard model. And the price? The best I've seen!

Great prices and products. Would have given it a 5 except for the delivery took a little longer than expected (which was understandable because I ordered right after the Dallas police ambush. Needless to say, GrabAGun was swamped,) Other than that, 100% satisfied with my gun and GrabAGun customer service.

These guys are all business. They hustle and take care of multiple clients at a time while still giving you their full attention. There are plenty of places to shop for what they sell but they are unrivaled in customer service. Fast, friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. As I said before there are plenty of places to buy their products...but, because of the way the handle their business......this is where I will pay my patronage from now on.

Decided everyone makes mistakes decided to give them another shot ordered something no shipping notice for 5 days called to check waited on hold again for 20 minutes to cancel order guy on phone was completely rude and told me there was a 10% restocking fee on something that hasn't even been shipped that makes complete sense told him cancel and that's when I got hung up on. Save your time save your money and buy from somewhere else these guys don't know their ass from hole in ground!!!

Good prices, but slow shipping and no way to avoid USPS, which in my area constantly misses deliveries and loses packages. Grab A Gun claimed to ship by UPS, which typically arrives in one day since I am only a short distance away. Instead they shipped by "UPS Mail Innovations", the horrible service where UPS delivers it to a post office for mailing. That delays delivery by 2-4 days, sometimes more. No carrier is slower.

I just found out about GrabAGun 3 months ago and have purchased 3 firearms already. The latest being a Springfield Armory XD(m) 3.8" bbl in 9mm that I use for concealed carry. Their prices were less than their competition and the $5.99 flat rate shipping for each was a pleasant surprise.

It did take a few days for the gun to be shipped, but they tell you that their shipping load might be busy at times due to heavy sales volume so you won't wait around expecting your item the next day.

I'm satisfied that they have always had the items I needed and shipped them asap. I will do more shopping at GrabAGun.

I have had a great experience with both the firearms I have purchased through GrabAGun. It is very convenient to purchase exactly what you want online and simply pick it up from their shop when it is ready. I have also had some items shipped to my house and the shipping was as fast as expected. The store front is clean and the area did not seem shady at all. The only thing I dislike is their hours of operation. I would like it if they were open at least one day over the weekend. I would definitely buy from GrabAGun again.

Deceitful and fraudulent company - they will charge your card and claim to send it to shipping then cancel your order without telling you. After you call to find out what is going on they tell you "It is a very rare gun" and thats about it. They wanted to price gouge locally instead of sending me the item I ordered, got charged for and is rightfully mine. At the end of the call the "Manager" gave me a racial slur and hung up.

These guys are great. The retail storefront is small, mostly intended for local pickup operations (the bulk of their space is likely dedicated to inventory & shipping operations). The staff is pleasant, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. I walked in and asked for something their web site said was "in stock", not knowing how much luck I'd have getting it as a walk-in customer. Two minutes later I was looking at it. Did some paperwork, paid the man, and was out the door several minutes after that. Combine the excellent service with the fact that their prices are almost impossible to beat and... I'll definitely be back, probably very soon.

I am a relative newcomer to the whole gun scene, having not been there actively since I did a lot of shooting as a boy, over 55 years ago. When the local gun store did not have what I wanted and was slow to address my needs, I turned to the internet and GrabAGun. I found their website user-friendly, even for me and, long-story-short, I purchased my gun there, at a price below that of the gun store I had talked to originally, they found me an FFL right in my neighborhood who did the transfer properly, and I am a happy camper. I would (and will) do it again if I need to.

I found a firearm on their site listed as 'In Stock', but when I went to their store front to buy it I was told that it 'was not in stock'. The sales person told me that it would only be 2 days to get one in stock, 3 days max so I agreed to it and bought the firearm. He proceeded to tell me that I would get an email when it was in the store for pickup. A day went by and I received an email from their 'support' team reporting that this item was going to be another week out for pickup. I went to the store the following day to get more information and they confirmed that it would in fact be another week before I could pick it up. My whole intent was to buy it from their store front in the first place so I wouldn't have to wait. I asked for a refund and they granted me that with a 'sorry for the inconvenience' reply. While I was waiting for the refund I was looking at the firearms they had in their showcases and much to my surprise there was the exact firearm I had purchased 2 days before. At this point all confidence with this store was at zero so I proceeded NOT to bring it to their attention that they had one 'In Stock', accepted my refund and walked out of the store.

Great prices and selection. Shipping is pretty slow, still haven't received my ammo and looks like it will arrive after I leave the state. They rarely answer the phone I called multiple times through the day and sat on hold for 30 mins. I purchased two long guns and did a store pick up and went in but the employees didn't know how to do an out of state long gun transfer. Seemed like they didn't really care and said they don't think its legal and said to call or drive back the next day to talk to the manager. This is after I have bought a shotgun at Cabelas where they took the time to call the ATF and found out it was legal for long guns. Anyways called back to talk to the manager and no one picked up the phone all day. Email support is great and they cancelled my orders no problem because I had no way to get back down to the store before I leave the state. Great store if you deal only online.

I odered a armalite ar50a1b from this place. they showed the rifle in stock so I paid for it on monday, they charged my card 2 days later . I received a email that it will be shipped in 3 to 5 day. the next following Monday I called to check on the gun and a guy told me it was their and would ship that day.. I got off the phone with him and 10 mins later I got a email cancelling my order so I called straight back and the guy I talked to 10 mins earlier wouldn't even get back on the phone he made another guy tell me. so after 7 days of waiting all I got was a sorry and my money sent back to me 4 days later. you would think that they would know that they didn't have the gun before 7 day.

If I was you people I would stay clear of this place. if I could give them no stars I would!

They are great, you buy from them, you can call them, they will give you all the info (something weird in this line of business, I had so many problems in the pass with other gun shops just for calling to ask how many day take to ship the item) and the system they have to notify you when a product is available works perfect, and the price is REALLY LOW, so far the best price I found online, I did business with them before (really smooth), I am doing another purchase right now and I will keep buying. Crappy customer service that was unwilling to help me with my problem with my order. I goofed on putting in my apartment number and realized this. They were unwilling to change this and told me I had to buy it again to get the address changed. Conveniently at full price since they wouldnt match the price on the old one. I wish I could actually speak to someone useful there to fix this.

This is the second purchase from GrabAGun. Both were handled smoothly with a couple emails to verify stock and a 20-minute drive to the store front.
The prices are close to any other online vendor, and even though I have to pay tax since they're local, I don't have to deal with shipping time or costs. I also don't have to include the extra time a FFL sometimes requires.
Great people to deal with, and I'm certain that I will return.

I have not done business with GrabaGun or purchased a gun online so I was a little leery (especially a company with the initials GAG). I really wanted the pistol and it was at a decent price AND IN STOCK! GAG shipped out the gun within a day to my local gun store. The FFL process was painless. I will definitely order from GAG again. Wait, what? Is it just me that feels this way? Good customer service Yes or No?

I wanted to compare fit and finish/cylinder lock up, sight picture and balance between the S&W 7in. model 686 .357 Talo and the Taurus 6 1/2 in. model 608 .357. before deciding on a purchase. Unable to find a local shop that had both in stock. I started at a new shop in Plano called RifleGear yesterday. I was able to handle the S&W there and the young salesman was very accommodating.

Since I believed they were a big online shop I had called GrabAGun two weeks ago to make sure I could come to their location to make a purchase and how they handled transfers. The young man on the phone was very courteous. Well, I traveled from Plano this morning to their Coppell location where I was politely greeted by Ron. I showed Ron a printout of their online ad for the Taurus and asked if I could examine one. He checked their inventory on his computer and advised me that he had one at the warehouse. I explained that I wanted to examine the firearm for the aforementioned items and his response was sorry but I would not be able to do that. Huh?

Was I stupid to think that he might suggest that he could have it moved over to the retail store and maybe I could come back later to take a look at it? Or maybe he could have said go ahead and purchase it and if it does not meet your standards we will refund and maybe charge a reasonable restocking fee? I am a retired Safety & Security Manager so I knew it would not be appropriate to ask if I could go to the warehouse to look at the firearm. Is this just another example of a company that just does not need or want any business that they have to go the extra mile for?

This place totally SUCKS. I placed a order for a weapon they knew it was coming to california yet the sent a non California compliant gun. Then they charge a 10% restocking fee. They are very unprofessional. I would recommend buds guns if you are shopping online. They will not let you order a gun that is not compliant with your state.

great place. knowledgable staff and friendly. This is not a fast food restaurant so don't go in and expect 2 minutes in and out. they have a good website and steer you to what is best and what you need. We keep going back for value and great knowledge.
