Excellent ammo purchase! Fast, easy, and local dealers didn't have any, so very happy to find exactly what I was looking for.

Good prices and above average delivery times. Only suggestion would be to NOT show specific calibers of ammo if it's not in stock...would rather sign up for an email reminder rather than have to check back every day or so...but overall, very pleased with the site, company and service.

Amazingly quick shipping, upbeat service and hassle free pickup. Like other reviews say their shop doesn't offer a lot of selections but if you look at their website they have phenomenal deals, updates and accessories available for much cheaper than most places. I just picked up my new in box Shield 9mm 2.0 and it fires flawlessly and is a beautiful gun! This weapon usually cost around $500 out the door but only cost $379 with grab a gun! Will definitely shop with them again!

First time dealing with these people and it was perfection. From the ease of the online ordering of my items, finding the items and the pricing is out of this world, crazy low. I save by ordering with them I save almost $100. I found the Magpul stock I had been looking at all around and you were almost $100 cheaper. After I placed the order, I got confirmation almost immediately. When it shipped out, I was notified when it switched to the final driver and again confirmation when it was left on my porch. It was fast, friendly and courteous. A+A+A+A+ Rating and I don't praise people easily.

Been doing business there for a few years. Always a quick transaction. Staff is efficient. I'm usually out the door in 10 minutes.

This was my first online firearm (and accessories)* purchase from anyone. The firearm was delivered to my FFL in 2 days, and the rest was delivered to my residence 1 day after that.
Here's how much I like this place. I will stop by their brick and mortar store the next time i'm in Texas and thank them personally.
I will also continue to purchase from them.
* Ruger American Pistol in .45 240 rounds of ammo, and some other stuff.

Overall very poor experience, never doing business with them again. Purchased a magazine for my Tikka through them online. Good price and reasonable shipping. This was a new gun and I was still in the process of shopping for a scope for my set up. Anyways it was a several months before i had the rifle together and had a chance to break it in. After about 40 or so rounds the magazine failed and wouldn't feed correctly. I contacted GrabaGun for and rma, they sent me one and I sent it back. I then get an email telling be they won't take back the defective Item they sold me, and they sent it back to me. Now I am stuck with a defective magazine that I paid shipping on twice, they didn't even offer to refund my shipping costs!!! Next time I'm going with a retailer that has a sense of responsibility and knows what customer service is.

I easily found the rifle I wanted, purchased it, and had it shipped to my FFL without problems. Best price I could find! I have purchased from them before, and it also went smoothly.

Buyer Beware! This company advertises one price then changes the price in your cart. When asking for an explaination they say it's sold out, however you can buy it at the new price and suddenly it's back in stock. They don't have any ability to satisfy customers unless your willing to settle for the answer of "No I can't do anything for you". Academy sports will price match their ad, just bring the ad in and show it.

Called and checked stock on mossberg 500. Shotgun showed to be in stock on website but was not in store. Staff told me to order and would get an email when shipped from warehouse. Next day received email that shotgun was ready for pickup. Google maps location is off and directs you to the wrong side of the store. Do not turn on Lake Dr. Arrived and customer service was pretty good. In and out in a timely manner.

The firearm itself is awesome. However, I'm not at all happy with GrabAGun. They knowingly shipped a very broken case to me and will not return my calls to discuss. Customer service seems to be declining and this is very bothersome to me, considering all the business I give them, and considering all the business I have steered their way. The cheapest price is just one consideration for me ... customer service is another, and if this doesn't change, my business is going elsewhere.

Excellent experience. Seamless. The staff is professional. Listened to one staff member patiently, with care, describe the importance of practice. He even expressed discomfort in selling a firearm to someone who wont practice.

This place is amazing... in a bad way! :-) I bought a couple of magazine from this shop. One of the magazines is defective. That is, I couldn't even get it in. They refused to take it back, even though it was still in the original packaging and was never used. I am surprised they are still in business.

Called to inform them a that they are one of only 5 merchants that had my credit card number that just got compromised. the person on the phones answer to me asking to talk to someone that handles this type of potential problem was, just send us an email. What lousy customer service I will never buy from them again and I don't know if they were the ones responsible but it sure makes me wonder when they were not really interested in what happened.

Good prices and ppl are attentive and polite... be prepare to make two trips out to their store front for firearm pickup. (FBI hold) I guess its cool if you live near them. DFW is big and next time ill just buy from some place close to me, taking the time off to drive out there twice is not worth it for me. They are not open on Saturday.

I would highly suggest spending the extra money and purchase from Cabela s or Academy. They have a bunch of Millennial kids working that have no respect for service. I wanted to look at 2 firearms and the BOY that was working constantly ignored my request to see both brands I came in for and kept repeating himself they are identical
A shame people like this are in this field of work. Very hard to make America Great Again with people like this in our country.

Purchasing my glock 19 gen4 was great. It was out of stock and I signed up to be notified when they got more. Once I got the email I placed the online order and did local store pickup. I had placed the order after business hours on Tuesday. Wednesday I was hoping to pickup the gun. I had placed a call on Wednesday and waited for 30 minutes without speaking to anyone. I was very skeptical. Later that night I got the email saying I could pick up my order. Thursday I went in around 11am and the process was very easy. I would buy from them again. Just didn't like that nobody picked up the phone after 30 minutes of waiting.

These are great people to deal with and they always have a well stocked inventory. They also tend to have items that are new to the market like magazines and accessories for newly released guns. I definitely will be a repeat customer.

First time I use Grab A Gun to purchase a firearm, I have bought several guns on line from other gun shops in the past and was skeptical about venturing with Grab A Gun. But what a great experience buying from them, not only did I get the best price on the Remington R1 Enhanced 45 but their service is excellent, very professional and helpful. Shipping was a lot faster that I'm use to from other larger on line gun stores, bought Monday night and gun was deliver to my local gun store Friday morning. The gun is just a very well made , finish is great and it just fells like is was custom made for me. Just finish running 350 round with no hiccups . A great gun without going into the high end 1911's.
Will look to Grab A Gun for my next purchase I'm very impress with their service.

They sale the weapon on really good price. But for some reason, they shipped the item to the dealer got returned to them. I have to come to store to pick it up. I called them was on hold over 30 minutes. The google map on their location is totally wrong. Many people were pointed to wrong building. They should put this on their web site or phone message to notify customers

I searched all my local brick and mortar gun shops, looked at dozens of online retailers, all with no luck finding a Bersa Thunder 380cc. Honestly, I was sceptical about buying a firearm online. I have bought 2 guns in the past 2 weeks and the process was so smooth that I don't think I'll ever buy a gun from a brick and mortar gun store ever again. Prices are reasonable, shipping is way faster than I expected, 3 days both times.

Ordered some magazines on March 4th- according to their website they are still in "processing" mode, and this after I contacted the company to find out why it was taking so long. They broke out part of the order on the 16th- made no difference as I have not received that yet either. If you're not in a hurry, at all, then this might be the place for you!

UPDATE: After over a month and repeated communication to GAG, I received the 2nd half of my order. To add insult to injury, while it doesn't look to have been used, it looked like it may have been a previous return. GAG would have to do something pretty amazing to get me to take a chance with them ever again. Seems doubtful.

Good prices store is small but any thing you need order online all and all fair.

I put an order online and selected local pick up..the prices are awesome but when i made a trip to the shop ..they told me the items are not there ...the Mngr at the store told me that there is a note on the website that items make take 3 to 5 days for shipping...however there nothing in the website that mention that pick up orders at store take 3 to 5 days (even is is showing on hand on the website) I made an 1hr drive for nothing...I ask for a credit back to my card or for them to waive the shipping cost .and send to me...he then say NO is ok we will give you your money back!! Lol whatever!!

So after ordering a gun online and then reading the reviews I became concerned, however I placed the order on Monday night after being notified it was back in stock I had no update on Tuesday so was a little concerned on Wednesday morning the status was processing Friday morning was notified gun was ready for pick up. They really have no business being in the firearms business. As many other posters have stated. A gun may show in stock, you drive to their facility and once you find the place, inquire as to the availability of a piece (hopefully the moron in the corner on the computer will acknowledge your presence after 5 min) it isn't in stock.

If you want to see the unit "in stock" the moron will ask you to pay for the unit and they will contact you when it arrives. I asked when that might be, I was told "sometime in the spring when things calm down." Really? the ink from the moron's tattoos has obviously damaged his brain... Caveat Emptor but YMMV.
