Great price on guns, but horrific shipping on all accessories such as (scopes, etc) because they tried to save money using the transfer service of goods from UPS to USPS, and zero expedite option even if you are willing to pay extra. Customer service needs a lot of help. When you get them on the phone, they make you feel liked they are there so you can help them and not vice versa. Love the answer we have three warehouses and have no idea when we will get the product you ordered so we can ship it out to you.

Got an update that a gun was in-stock and decided to place an order with these guys since they were local as compared to another vendor that had sent me an in-stock email as well a little earlier. Placed my order and then 30 min later I get an email stating that my order has been cancelled citing inventory error. The firearm is now sold out at the other vendor. Thanks for nothing y all!

Great prices, great service. I bought an AR online from GrabAGun. Didn't have any problems with the process. From ordering to picking up my gun from my local FFL everything went smooth. I would have no reservations about ordering again from them.

Their customer service has always been great, they seem to be knowledgeable by answering all questions no matter how busy they are, they take the time to make the best of any situation. Will continue to deal with GrabAGun against the advise of the trolls who probably still live in their moms basement.

Grab a Gun was very helpful in my first firearm purchase. I called beforehand to check availability and was told they had plenty of what I wanted in stock. At such a great price, it's was hundreds of dollars less than local competition. I went in and picked up the gun locally. Took about 20 minutes for the whole process and was very easy. Didn't feel pressured either. Will go back to get my wife her first firearm. Thanks!

Ordered yesterday picked up my firearm today. Only problem was that they were not friendly at all. Being hispanic and seeing them interact friendly with a Caucasian couple made it seem as if I wasn't welcomed. Especially when I went to thank them and say goodbye. A older gentleman behind the counter literally avoided looking at me when I was leaving. Probably will be the first and last time I do business here. Customer service goes a long way.

They 2 guys that helped me were great. I initially called to check on a Springfield Mod.2 4in to ensure it was in stock, the guy was courteous and helpful on the phone. The 2 guys that helped me on checkout were nice and appeared to have enjoyed what they do as we were joking around. Of course their prices are pretty darn good. I saw some reviews about them not taking back purchases or that they are not open Saturdays. Let me just say, 'I' don't want to work Saturdays, and if you are concerned about returns, ASK about their return policy, as with any retailer, there are stipulations. I think these guys are doing great by keeping the prices down as best they can and not jacking up the price to make an extra money per gun. You buy the gun, if there are any issues, you are SUPPOSED to go back to the manufacturer and not the store. These guys were quick and and I really like the quick question form for gun purchase they have on laptop/netbook they have, that really expedites the purchase process. I was in and out in literally like 10 minutes. Although I was the only one at the time I walked in at lunchtime. Hope you have the same experience I did.

Ordered a firearm from Grabagun that was essentially sold out elsewhere. Not only did they have it in stock but their price beat every other shop I looked at, especially the local shops. And their shipping charge was nominal. My FFL received it within 4 days and I was at the range that afternoon. You can't go wrong with GrabAGun.

Called twice, sat on hold for 27 total minutes. Decided to go up there since the guns I wanted to see were "in stock". 30 min drive, turns out they are "in stock" at one of 7 warehouses..... Purchased a rifle last month from this vendor. Although product description stated it came with one magazine, there was a customer question posted there asking to confirm that and all 13 previous customers replied they got two. I only got one. When I contacted GAG and tried to explain this to them, was told they are standing by their product description. I emailed them three times trying to politely give them an opportunity to do the right thing, but Jonathan at GAG would not have it. Very disappointing to have a vendor not try to keep your business after you spent $1,600 (which was second best on- line) with them. Now that great price is not so great when I now have to buy that $90 mag out of pocket.

I am looking for a Subcompact 9mm from Berretta. On there website the show they have it. I called before heading out there, I was told that they would have to order it and it would take 5 days. I don't want to buy anything that I haven't even seen or held. I can go anywhere and have them order it. I that this place was a great place to shop. WRONG!

Cancelled order twice based on "possible fraudulent activity". The second time they requested pictures of my ID and credit card used, I obliged and sent them immediately. They then cancelled my order anyway.... when confronted they said it was because I was out of the country when I placed the order.... then why did they ask for sensitive information be sent through email if it was being cancelled because I was outside the country? They should have just cancelled it to start. (Now the item isnt available?) also, there was no notification until after I asked them where my item was at in transit a week after I placed the order.

Been waiting for the VR80 to be back in stock for awhile and was surprised to get the email in the midst of the pandemic . Ordered on Wednesday morning and shipped the same day. FFL got it and called me in time to pick it up Friday morning. Got it cleaned up and ready to go! Absolutely awesome shotgun!!!

Great guys who own and run this place. When I bought my Weatherby SA-08 the guy behind the counter pulled it out of the box and assembled it for me and gave it a quick checkout. Unbelievable! Very helpful. Not to mention they saved me at least $80 on the price. Will certainly use them again and recommend them.

Utter crap and totally useless. If you happen to have an address in the People's republic of Illinois - but you DON'T live anywhere near Chicago (and there is a LOT more of Illinois than just Chicago) then they won't sell any ammo or magazines to you.

This is a stupid policy that they apply to other states as well. They seem to only sell the lowest common denominator in each state.

Most other sites (Palmetto State Armory for example) do NOT have this issue.

In addition to this stupid policy they will not delete my account nor verify that they have destroyed all copies of my credit card makes for a VERY unsatisfactory experience.

Do yourself a favor and go spend your money elsewhere.

Very pleased. Selected an FFL that was on GrabAGun's list and it couldn't have been easier. No requesting the FFL to send the license, it was all done automatically. Got a call from the FFL when the gun arrived and picked it up the same day (have a ccw).

Rip off. Bought a Glock from them and set it up to be shipped to cook county. They emailed me after 4 days and told me they couldn t send it because it is illegal to send 15 round mags to cook county. Their solution was you can either have the gun with no mags (a loss of 90 dollars to me with no discount or swap offered) or a refund. Every time I tried to talk to someone they just kept telling me it s policy and didn t offer any help. I called the store that I was sending the Glock to and they said it was absolutely legal to send it to cook county. I got into contact with a manager there, she said she was going to look over my order and figure something out to help and she would call back (4:15 on a Friday) She proceeds to not call me back within the 15 minutes she said she would and just cancels the order with out telling me or approving it with me. Their support then was closed until Monday and offered no help. Terrible support and terrible people.

Terrible services, purchased a $1,000 firearm waited two weeks For them to reach out to let me know they received it I had to contact them first I was never called or emailed they said they had my firearm for over a week smh, so I went to pick my firearm up it was delayed which is understandable so I waited until I was contacted, waited 3 weeks! Contacted them again asking how long will the delay take and asking about refund option & how the process works. I was contacted by email with a closed order and a refund which I never committed to refund, emailed them back they told me the order was closed.. terrible customer services...
