Recently bought a Ruger 22/45 Mark III for target practice. Found this place online, and they are only 20 minutes from my job. Ordered online, picked up the gun next day on my lunch break. In and out in less than 15 after running NICS on me while I checked out other guns in the shop. Super friendly guys there, nice clean shop with lots of inventory out as well as good selection of ammo, and pretty good prices on most everything I have seen so far....this was the best online price I found for the Mark III. So Grabagun will be a regular place for me to "grab a gun".

I generally dislike gun shops, but this place impressed me. Amazingly fast shipping and pickup process, and very competitive pricing. I ordered a gun online and picked it up in Coppell the next day. The background check was done quickly on a computer rather than on paper forms. I think I was in the store 15 minutes. The man who helped me (Roy? Ray? Ron?) was very professional and courteous. Will definitely do business with them again.

They are only open 9:30 - 5:00 M-F! Are they only selling to housewives??? Then when I called them multiple times at different hours of the day (once right when they opened ) I sat on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up. Just poor availability for their customers. Shows they do not value us...

Bought an A400 Xplor, everything went great.

Then I bought an A300 Outlander, after completing the transfer, and disassembling I noticed wear on the bolt, carrier, ejector, barrel and one of the chokes. Extremely disappointing. ALWAYS INSPECT! I have never used this shotgun and I am currently working with Beretta to rectify the issue.

I order a lot of gun parts and reloading equipment. I have never had something take so long to process and so much trouble with the restrictions they put on the shipping. I can understand if it was a gun or a build kit for one. No reason for in person signature for a rail and two single point sling adapters. Not everyone can miss work and be home to sign for a package in a 4-5 hour window.

Ordered on Tuesday around 3:00 pm. Arrived Thursday by 11:00 AM. Same week. Very satisfied with communication, gun and shipping. Will definitely do business with GrabAGun again

Im kinda dissatisfied I saw the add where you got 2 ten round 12 guage magazine i called about them and was told you didn't even have them at all and now i get an email saying you do have them and i would have to spend another 64$ thats really wrong. How could something like this happen?

Great company to do business with; speedy delivery. Always get the Winchester 9mm 115 grain FMJ--never a misfire.

Price and selection is pretty good. But service can improve. Few months ago I purchased bunch or ar magazines with stashing few away for later. When I opened the unopened ones, realized they gave me California 10 rounder instead of my ordered 30 rounder. When I took it back they said it's passed return period. I was asking them to correct their mistake, not my change in desire or preference. Their error is your loss so.. keep that in mind

They sent me a used, broken mag, which cost me $100. Don t make the same mistake by ordering online from them. Use local shops. They refused to take it back or refund it. They didn t even answer my online questions for two weeks.

Nice gunshop. They dont keep a lot of stock as from my understandong, it is in a warehouse where they ship from. Seems the are more of a internet sales company, but local pick up is OK.

They seem friendly and informative. I picked up some bottom feeder AR for $389 otd. The process was quick, as I had my CHL.

I helped a friend buy her AR a few months back and she chose to buy here as well.

The only thing that I don't like about this place is the hours. Not open on weekends a d closes by 5, which makes it hard to pick up items that you purchased online without having to take time off work. Even if they opened for a couple of hours on Saturday, I'd say this place was perfect.

Have done 2 purchases now through GrabaGun. First, 10/22 magazine and trigger and now got a handgun sent to my FFL. Had trouble with a free shipping code I had emailed to me but when I called, the Rep was quick to get me a new one that worked. Shipping was ultra fast and the gun was great...new and in the box as advertised. Highly recommended!

Absolutely the worst phone customer service of any business I have ever dealt with. You will be on hold at least 20 minutes then hear a ring and the loop starts over again with no response. Other customers are having the same issue. No way I would ever buy a gun from these people online until they get a better customer service set up - I live close enough to pick it up in person but will not be buying another one due to the extremely poor customer service.

It is not going to get any better than here. Web site was easy to use. Two day shipping. Superior price.

I have bought from GrabAGun a few times now, and have always been completely satisfied with the experience. Their processing time is always short. I've had a few occasions to deal with David Rodgers, and could not be happier with how he helped me every single time, with orders or just information. I just bought the Hellcat. Ordered it on a Friday and was told it would ship the following week. I was really surprised to get GAG's email just a few hours later that it already shipped. And that's during this pandemic! I may not buy another firearm for awhile, but when I do, I know where I'm going.

The customer service is very poor especially for minorities. The front clerk and front store manager are rude and really do not want to sell to minorities. I would not recommend any minority to buy a firearm from this store. Can anyone say w**** privilege. Just filed BBB complaint.

Huge selection online with the best prices there is. Ordered a gun online, was told it would take 5 days before ready for pickup, was ready in 1 day. Save yourself the shipping fees and pick up in store if you live in the DFW area.

Called and talked to Daisy Ray (Desiree?) who was super kind and assisted me in trying to locate an AK47. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately we couldn't find one that suited me, but I will order from them in the future!

After looking around at the other online sites I chose GrabAGun as they had what I wanted and it was at a fair price. Will be doing business in the future.

Got the email to 'review' my purchase but I haven't gotten the gun yet. My order has been sitting there for a full week now, saying 'processed' and has not even shipped.

This place is pretty cool. Guys there are pretty cool also. Reason i won't give 5 stars is because I orded a gun through their website and they charged my card. After waiting a week, I called and they told me it was no longer in stock. So basically if I didn't call I would have just been waiting. Either way I understand mistakes happen. These dudes were pretty professional in my encounters with them.

Placed order for a LPK and buffer tube assembly on April 13, 2018. Didn't ship til the 19th and they used some kind of UPS-USPS partnership with horrible tracking info. Received my order on the 23rd, 10 days after order. 2 stars for good pricing. Lack of other stars for poor shipping of in-stock items. Will definitely be using other websites in the future unless the price is just that much better at Gag.

Great price on product I purchased...haven't received product yet...still waiting. Very very poor shipping methods. I purchased from them because of their Texas location and figured it would be a fast ship to Iowa...wrong..package was shipped from Ohio..not Texas..sat there in Ohio for days..shipment said it would be delivered by end of Thursday 4 days later..package arrived in Kansas (Iowa is in between Kansas and Ohio) sitting in Kansas.....I will never purchase from them again solely because my order was not shipped from their location and cost me a rifle match because of their delayed shipping.

Ordered a barrel from there website. Great selection and quick shipping. They ship to my house signature required, no prob. I wasn't home to sign for & receive package cause I have a job and work for a living. After the failed attempt to deliver I log into my ups account to request it to be sent to work address, ups drop or my neighbors house like I do with every other package that comes signature required. For whatever unknown reason they put restrictions on modifying shipping to a work address, ups drop or neighbors house and it cannot be changed. Why they would do this makes no sense to me or the rep at UPS it gets signed for regardless of where it is sent. So I have no way to receive my package so I click return to sender. The next morning I get an email stating they can send to an alternate address but will charge be an additional shipping charge or charge me a restock fee. So I call talk to Dave he tells me the exact opposite it can only be held at the UPS hub not close to my house or work and has ZERO motivation to help me. Not sure how they expect people to receive there packages if they have a job. I chose grab a gun cause I try to support local business instead I will have to fight with them over $30 and order elsewhere. So before you order be aware of there hokey shipping restrictions. This was a problems that could have been easily resolved and gained a new customer.

This was my 5th purchase from GrabAGun. Each has been handled and processed quickly and efficiently. They are my go-to place.

It s a good concept they really do have the best prices around and pick up should be relatively easy but upon my first ever order when I arrived the gentleman working the counter was already dealing with upset customer( which seemed to be the general mood of that day with all the customers that walked in for pick ups) and asked me for a name on the order and then just repeated my last name then proceeded to hand me the wrong firearm a glock 30 which wasn t what I ordered and bickered with me for about 10 min saying I ordered wrong gun online and it s not their fault since they didn't help me place the order that he would cancel my order wouldn t exchange my order for correct one told me they don t keep the glock 43x in stock even though when I ordered it says they stock ! and didn t seem interested in looking at my phone cause my exact order was on his computer screen until I finally had to prove to him that that wasn t my order he realized he grabbed the wrong order for another customer with the same name . Long story short still didn t receive my gun that same day because I had recently changed address and I get it that s not their fault and that s the law that I have to update it before transferring and I probably should have been more prepared but I just didn t like the guys pride and annoyed attitude I just had them ship to a local ffl dealer (which he tried to discourage me from saying he didn t know how much shipping cost would be even though they advertise $7.99 flat rate and saying some places charge up to $100 for gun transfers ) I gladly paid $35 dollars for better customer service and more convenient pick up, then the next day the ffl called me and everything else was a breeze since I had my address stuff lined up Nothing against the business itself just customer service could have been better.

Placed an order for a Marlin 1894 45LC on a Sunday evening for store pickup. Had it in my hands Tuesday afternoon. No one came close to their price and the people in the store were nothing but polite. Easiest and fastest online transaction I've ever had. Gun was inspected in store and exactly what was ordered in awesome new I'm box condition. They didn't break the seals on the boxing until I was standing on frontin front of them. All in all a great experience.

Amazing communication. I had my item for local pick up 2 days after I ordered online. I will be doing business again with Grabagun before i go else where.

Online store / website is very well done. Reviews are very good. But if they are not open on Saturdays it almost makes it impossible for me to ever visit their shop, or they could stay open until later in the day.
But prices are definitely good, so will still consider them when purchasing gear.

I am writing this review because I believe it is important to rate experiences. I have a gun that is over 20 years old and have been unable to locate the factory 10 round magazines both on the internet and my local dealers and thier distributers. I found them here and honestly had never heard of this company before. I am very cautious about purchasing from web sites I am unfamiliar with. So I took a chance and purchased 5 magazines. They were around $27 each and spot on. I shot 10 rounds through each one and they work great. I will be purchasing more and they saved me from possibly having a gun that is disabled if my existing magazines broke and I wasnt able to locate them. No credit card issues either.

Purchased Magpul Rear and Front Flip up sights as an online order on 2/14, package shipped on 2/16 and was in my PO BOX 2/17! Thats the type of service I'm talking about . These guys are idiots. Advertised the wrong product (complete lower receiver) & when the item came in(stripped lower receiver) clueless sales guys had the nerve to try & sell it to me. Brought it up to their manager & it was oh well refund his money back. So thanks for the wasted trip & time, clowns.

This is the first gun I purchased from an online store, I was really nervous about it. I called the store and spoke with one of the sales people that made me feel comfortable and confident that everything would be alright. I placed my order one day and the next day my gun was shipped and I received a tracking number. Two days later my gun was delivered to my local gun shop. Everything went off without a hitch and I am VERY Pleased! The prices were far cheaper than I could get locally. The local gun shops told me that they could order the gun I wanted but they could not give me a delivery time frame or even guaranty I could get the gun! GrabAGun did a great job and I WILL use them again!

Get real confirmation of a pick up date if you select local pick up at the Coppell store. When they say item is in stock that does not mean the item is at the store front in Coppell.

I had a great experience!! I orderd my guns on a Friday. The following Tuesday my ffl dealer had my Ruger. That same week I got the call that my AR-15 was in.

I couldn't be happier. I have already been to the range and put 100 rounds through both guns.

When it comes to GrabAGun I'm a kid in a candy store. They never disappoint.

Great prices. I pick up at their store. I have placed several orders over the years, and they are always friendly and fast. One time, a brand new pistol had issues right out of the box. They agreed it had provokes from the OEM (a SIG, no less...), and rushed to order a replacement pistol. I got the other new pistol less than a week later. Excellent customer service.

I have purchased three guns in the past 2-3 years. Two of three orders had damage or missing parts. Please open the box and inspect the contents before shipping. However, the exchange process was five stars both on Grabagun's end and on the manufacturer's end.

Placed an order on Friday 1 am called around 2:00pm to see if it was ready, a gentlemen named John or josh can t remeber answered and explained it was at their fullfillment center and will be ready in 2-3 days. 3 days later got an email saying it was ready for pick up. All in all I was in and out in less than 15 mins! Great customer service! That s how you do business I will defitnely be comming back here. UPDATE on the review bought another firearm recently but this time it was ready in one business day, but walked out with a T-Shirt as well thanks to Joe for the great amazing customer service and everyone else at the Grab a gun store! If you sell guns then you should be pro second amendment. This company doesn't transfer firearms to people who don't hear from the FBI in three days, however they are happy to take money first, then request a restocking when they decline to transfer property that the buyer legally has a right to. Thirteen days is an unacceptable wait period. Clearly owners and management believe firearm ownership is a privilege. I would refer people to their competitors K5 Arms if you are looking for a local FFL, and Bud's Guns for online sales, and living in Denton I already bought my new AR reciever from Call to Arms. All companies probably have more American company policies and have had superior customer service

Canceled my orders three time. I called them to know why. First one guy told me my American credit card was not from America and my American bank was not from America. Then they were out of stock and when I called they had 1500 of them in stock. I normally deal with CDNN but one of my buddy told me about this company and I have to say this is the worst experience I ever had with a company. Waste of my valuable time. GrabAGun has very fair prices on their merchandise. I was very pleased with their selection of ammo and the ability to have it shipped straight to my door in a timely manner.

I see that there are a few who did not like so called bad service, but there really is no bad service here. Rather, there are some eccentric people who would come in to "inspect" every corner of NIB gun and question any and all things inside the box. And there are those who come into ask for a gun they saw online and ask to hold them asking thousand questions but buying none.

No, this is a place for serious gun buyers and getting great deals on guns. Like most other customers, I do alot of research, and then some leg work. Visiting other stores with display guns to check fits etc. Once I am sure, I order from GAG online for a local pickup. Everyone at the shop, especially, Chris knows out the take care of all the paper work for you and get you satisfied with any questions.

For the deals, and the fast, accurate service, I say 5 stars after repeated business for years. I do not buy guns from anywhere else.

I read plenty of reviews that said these guys sell new guns with problems from the manufacturer. I figured I'd try my luck. Sure as hell i got a revolver with some issues. I wouldnt but anything else here. Shipping was fast though.

Ordered a gun online from FL for $100 cheaper (470 vs 570) than my local joint. They handled the transaction great and after a couple days of processing they overnight shipped my order. I only paid $8 for shipping. I was pretty surprised about that. All in all I got my gun in 3 days after purchase for a lot cheaper. I grabbed a gun.

Buyers be where.... These guys run a scam business. Do not buy anything from them. They will not ship your order when they promise and charge you 10% to cancel. They make more money on canceled orders then they do on selling anything. They will also cancel your order without your approval and take the 10%. Yes, theft.... Going to try and get the legal system to straiten them up. We'll see.

These people were right on my order! I purchased a Canik TP9 Elite SC. It was delivered to the FFL I chose and was there within 5 days! Shipping is fast, prices are great! Thank you for what you do! I do have a private FFL but these guys got me a better deal. And I will be coming back till I recieve my FFL and I will deal with these guys!

All I can say is, Awesome. skeptical at first. I read some reviews and saw what others were saying. I figured I would give them a try. I purchased a Ruger precision 22lr. I think the gun was shipped out the same day. Got a tracking number for FedX. after 2 days, fedx tracking said no tracking found. So I called Grabagun cust.service number, thinking no one would answer, or be on hold for an hour. Boy was I wrong. Phone was answered right away.Spoke to a real human. Told him my situation. He checked it out, and said. Just as he thought, Fedx messed up the tracking label and put a new label on it. He have me the new tracking number and said good news. Your gun will be delivered to my FFL dealer today. That to me was totally AWESOME. Great cust. service. Great prices. I will definitely buy from them again, so should you, if you want the best price on a new gun. Hope this review helps you on weather to or not buy a gun here. As for me. Its a no brainer. I don't know how Grabagun doesn't have any reviews on here. I've personally never bought anything from them, but I see their praises sung time and time again in various gun groups. Every customer of theirs I've seen has had a good experience. I wouldn't hesitate from buying here.
