My actual purchase went smoothly. This was my first online purchase of a firearm and the order process and delivery went good. The timing and pricing, including shipping, were very satisfactory.

The after the order experience is not satisfying. My gun had a defective front site, as it is significantly off center. I noticed this after I received the gun and shot it and the shots went to the left. I thought it might be my grip but after examining the gun I noticed the front site was off center. I contacted GrabAGun and was directed to the manufacturer - Rick sent me a phone number. So, if you buy a gun from GrabAGun and have any issues with your gun then it's your problem. I've left messages for the manufacturer.

Dont buy anything from these people, especially now. Two separate items and orders they both came back and said "errors". They dont even say the order is cancelled or anything. Just me looking online after i got several confirmations from them in writing, i noticed it saying refunded. One mistake on inventory but if i bought it before stock it out, i dont understand how every item can have this problem. Not even a lets figure something out or would you like this item or something for their screw ups. They dont even respect you enough to tell you, basically had to get it out of them myself. If you expect good service forget it. These good reviews are clearly because they pushed a button and then the item shipped, 5 stars which should be expected. It has already been a nightmare 2 weeks just getting answers on the order at all since the phone is too busy.

Me and my son bought our AR-15's at Grab-A-Gun the same day.Mine a Ruger 556 and my son got the S&W M&P 15 Sport. Grab-A-Gun had the best price around at the time on both rifles. Here recently I'm wanting to get the Ruger PC Carbine 9mm, but I noticed Grab-A-Gun will raise the price and then lower it then raise it again day to day at times on their products. Here recently it's stayed at the raised price. Even though it's only $10 bucks in the price difference increase on the one I'm looking at, that's still $10 bucks that could go for more ammo I could use. I'll keep watching their prices for the best deal and checking other sites also on their best deal's.

Would have given more stars for ease of ordering and quick arrival but that's where the good ended.. the gp100 I received was not new, it has residue all over the cylinder, was blemished right out of the box with a huge scuff on the barrel and a deep ding into the frame and I can't even take it the range due to spent casings sticking in the cylinder. Will brush out the cylinder and have to send it back to ruger for honing if that doesn't work. Could have bought a used one from a pawn shop for $100's less if that's what I wanted. Also you can't leave an accurate review on their site because they review them and if they dont agree or don't like your review then they just won't publish it. I paid for new and got a used firearm and before they reply with their "customer inspected firearm in store and was satisfied" BS, the blemishes were tolerable but first time shooting and all 7 spent casings stuck inside the gun, not from the 7 shooter rim lock, but because the cylinder is either too dirty or there's something wrong with it. Just read the other reviews, they are getting to be known for selling used guns marketed as new ones. These photos are time stamped, same day gun was purchased and I have records of calling ruger directly for repairs as well as history of this firearm, as they can't disclose who the gun belonged to, they did give the manufacture date and release which was about a year before I bought it "new".. Customer service is also a joke here. They will not answer the phones, instead of making anything right they blame the customers even when their guns are sold without origional parts, dirty and not functioning properly

11/24 update and response to your reply- I cleaned the cylinder after firing only 14 rounds through it and having to pry out every spent round. Still couldn't fit spent 38 special casings from my ultra lite into it. The good people at Ruger paid for shipping, fitted a new cylinder and polished out the wear marks and dings. The pistol finally looks new thanks to Ruger. I was however, wrong about the manufacture date. It's a March 2019, NOT a 2018 model. So instead of a previous owner, I'm more inclined to believe a dumb kid at the distributer or vender (grab-a-gun) took it out and played cowboy with it.

I have been shopping for a new 9mm for a long time. You go to stores and they are supposed to be the lowest in price. They claim they price match, but not with grab a gun. I purchased my new 9mm, no attitude, from a sales person interested in the sale. Grab-a- gun is my gun retailer of choice. I will be back for all of my firearm needs.

Just read the reviews. No customer service and don't expect any gun to be in stock. I called and asked if the gun was in stock... And after I made my purchase, it was out of stock. Now I have a $1000 pending purchase on my card.

I ordered the RIA FSHC 10mm on Sunday and it was at my FFL on Tuesday. Great service. On the to the gun - Finish was even and appealing, the gun needed a good cleaning from all the shipping oil, cleaned, lubed and went to the range. With the weight on the gun, the recoil wasn't much more than a 45 ACP which was a pleasant surprise. For the price it will be hard to beat. I have medium size hands and had no problem working the gun. My only problem with the gun was the disassembly procedure, that paper clip on the recoil spring will take some getting used to. The fiber optic front is a little dim, I will replace with a bright insert. Overall, I would buy again and if you was a full size, high cap 10mm this is one you should give some serious consideration.

Much faster service than from other internet dealers I have used. Gun shipped the same day I ordered it. UPS air shipping was kind of a waste since UPS has a truck from DFW to OKC weeknights. The gun went air thru Louisville, KY to get to OKC. Still arrived here the next day. My next purchase will be from GrabAGun.

Made a high dollar purchase using my debit card, not a credit card, with info filled out correctly. 24 hours later I get an email stating our system flagged you for potential fraudulent activity and automatically canceled your order and refunded your money. Expect 5-7 days for refund
Email and call to ask what was going on and they tell me take a picture of my ID on top of my card then they ll forward that to management then management will forward that to fraud then I ll get an email back with how they want to proceed. F that. Take your business else where. Their processing/shipping times have gone down hill anyways, on top of their sensitive sketchy system and automatic refunds it s better to shop local even if it costs more.

Picked up a Taurus G3 handgun here. Could not load the ammo (got stuck in the chamber) after got home, even without firing. Could not return to the store or exchange. Have to deal with the manufacturer. SAD. And don't trust Taurus anymore.

I recently bought a glock magazine from this company, and Thank God it was just a 30 dollar purchase. First off I was over charged for what the cart said was the final price. They took forever just to ship me the product, then when I received it the packaging was cheap and not very protective. They sent me a company logo sticker that was mangled and not useable. The worst part was the magazine had dents and scratches as if it wasn't even new, I wish I could show the pictures. Definitely wont do business again or recommend to friends.

I am a firearms dealer and I actually order firearms from Grabagun because I can get better deals than I can from some of my wholesalers. They are always punctual and I've never had any problems.

Paid full price for a pistol, when it was time to go get it i called and spoke to an employee (brandon) who said it was ready for pickup, after driving about an hour i get there and im told that its not there, ive never had that happen, will not be shopping here again..

Edit: They were really quick at getting back with me. I understand things get mixed up, they emailed me that it is ready today 7/20/2020. I appreciate the quick response and detailed reply.

I'm a little bit torn with Grab A Gun. On one hand they have a great selection with good prices, on the other, their website is a bit misleading. I ordered an $1800 item that showed in stock and available for local pick up. I come to find out that they dont even have it at their location, but must have it shipped in from another warehouse. I ordered it on 07/09/2020 and have yet to receive it on 7/17/2020. I asked if I could have an estimate on when my order would come in, but was told they were not allowed to let you know. So I'm basically sitting in the dark waiting for my $1800 order to come in at some point when it was supposed to be "in stock".

I hope they get it in soon and let me know asap.

This is my first time buying from GrabAGun. I ordered my gun online on Dec 30th 2015, they were closed due to the holiday until Jan 4th 2015. No big deal, I expected that. It went down hill when i tried calling to check the status of my order, since their website said my gun was in stock, i was hoping i could pick it up today, since i live within 30 miles of their location. I called every hour from 10:30 am until 2pm. No one ever picks up the phone, you sit on hold and eventually get sent to a voice mail system that wont allow you to leave a message because it says the voice mail box is full. I even emailed twice, and no response, ever! Very frustrated, hate to drive all the way out there just to ask a question i could get a quick answer to over the phone.

Update: 1/7/2016. Ended up driving out there, they said the gun is not in stock at their store, and had to get it from their distribution center. This is misleading since their website says "In Stock". So i waited about 2 more days, and got an email saying it was in stock. I drove back out to pick up my gun, and was greeted by a guy that had a Really bad attitude. Since this was my first time buying online and picking up a gun in this manner i was not clear on their process and expected professional guidance, not an attitude (by the short, older guy, with a mustache, wearing a black Glock shirt). He got pissy when i asked what the process was and what he needed from me. I get better service at Starbucks buying my $5 coffee from a 19 year old, than a grown up man where i'm spending $400, and possibly more if my experience is good. I will never go back, and i will make sure to spread the word. This place is a joke. But hey, their prices are cheap, so i should have expected this. Shame on me.

Update 3/31/2016: GrabAGun had so many bad reviews, they started posting their own good reviews to move their rating. Most of the good reviews are from GrabAGun themselves. What a horrible business!

I ordered an item on Monday after receiving an email that they were back in stock , and was told on Tuesday I could come pick it up in the store. When I arrived Wednesday, the staff were friendly and professional, and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Store looked clean and nice. Beware Google Maps navigating you to the warehouse next store (but you can still see the actual location on the map). I've seen the mixed reviews, and all I can say is I had a great experience and will use them again. Saved about $50-60 over what other dealers charged.

Update... I ordered another one online on a Thursday, and immediately received an email saying it was in Stock and I could pick it up. Came in Monday at 10:30 am and within 15 minutes was on my way. Great service twice now.

I have just Place another order with this company 4 ammunition and less than 24 hours it was already shipped. Much to my astonishment, the package was at my local UPS hub the very next day. Had this been on a weekday, I would have had my package the very next day. And this is what their regular delivery service. Often, by the time they are finally ready to ship, one or more products on the order are out of stock. And the quality of the few items that aren't backordered is often disappointing. That has never been an issue with GrabAGun. Your order fulfilment is speedy. You provide factory quality at a discount price. In the best of times, these things would make you a good company: in these days of Covid19 lock-downs it makes you an incredible company. You are now the first website I check when in need of firearms, ammo or accessories.

They do not ship to Illinois. I waited over a week to call them and ask when my gun would ship and that's when they tried to tell me that they cancelled my order do to some federal rule that just started this week. Clearly that's a lie because I see from bad reviews from several months ago that this isn't something that just happened.

AR-15 pistols are not illegal in Illinois. However- let's pretend that they are which brings me to the real reason I gave you a 1 star review. If you can't sell certain guns to Illinois that's perfectly forgivable. But your customer service and attitude is what earned you the 1 star review! Do you think it's ok to not tell someone that you've cancelled their order for 8 days??? I'm sure many of the people who are reading this review will understand how you turn into a kid waiting for Christmas morning with excitement to get your new gun- I patiently checked my email for 8 days waiting for the "your order has shipped email" with a tracking #.... If you would have just called me within 48 hours you wouldn't have a pissed off customer and yet another 1 star review
