So the reviews are true! They have completely lied and stalled! I dropped of scripts for equipment May 14th and haven t heard anything at all. I ve been calling every week throughout the week just to be lied to! I m disabled and yet still haven t heard anything!

Love the wide selection of home health products here. I get so many compliments on my purple paisley cane.
They had a great selection of compression hose and went out of their way to make sure I was measured correctly and got what I needed.
Ordered a medical bed and it was setup and delivered as promised. I was even out of state when dealing with getting order completed for bed.
Placed an order a month ago. I finally called today to follow up and they hadn't even ordered my product. Sad.
BUYER BEWARE!!! This past Saturday Dec.9, 2017 I went into the Mobility Warehouse to purchase a shower chair. I informed the lady working there I wasn't sure about the shower seat as it was a gift for someone else. I said to her more then once that I wasn't sure how or if it would work. She NEVER once said "well you need to make sure because this item is non- refundable." How easy it would have been for me to make up my mind had she let me know. Anyway I did purchase the chair and tried to return it yesterday Dec.11 unfortunately they would not even exchange it for another item, so now I am stuck with a shower seat I have no use for that cost 85.00. If No stars was an answer that's what I would give, googles forcing my 1 star. I will never shop here again!!!!!
They have the products, but beware of delievery! I purchased a lift chair on Wed morning, suppose to deliver only a mile away! After several calls the delivery person told me it would be Monday he had a full load. They do not care about the fact my father is 88 yrs old and needed that chair. I took my recliner from home so he would be comfortable until John could fit it in. Please do not accept money if you cannot deliver !
But the customer service was still polite through my numerous calls, and I do recommend their supplies but shop and go, I would not trust delievery of product !
I fully understand this company's refund policy, however in life there is always room for exceptions, especially when dealing with those with disabilities and their extremely high cost for comfort. I purchased a $70 toilet seat riser for my disable husband and mistakenly took the elongated instead of the round. Once home, I realized I had the incorrect item without even opening the box or its contents. Because of a hectic schedule, I did not take it back immediately. Today I went in for the exchange and the manager told the very compassionate clerk "NO!" without even coming out of her hiding place to hear or look at the situation. Their refund policy is put in place for a good reason, health concerns; however God also gave us common sense and compassion for a good reason...too bad it was not used today. $70 down the toilet, no pun intended, but word of mouth about Mobility Warehouse...priceless!
In the last 2 years I have purchased large and small items from this location. I have had a chair deliverd and set up with ease. I enjoyed the friendly service! Thanks

I called them and told them that my insurance excepted them and the lady said I need some kind of paper and I called the insurance company they gave me a number for them to call and the lady said well if I have time today I will call but it might be next week and I said I really need this scooter well I can't just give it to you I said I know that but call my insurance she had no response I won't ever give anyone there business poor poor poor

These guys are awesome! I purchased a lift chair for my father-in-law, and the cashier took care of everything and even set up a delivery time with us while we were still in the store. The delivery guys brought it up to his home in Decatur, set it up and showed us how everything worked for no extra charge. Fantastic service, highly recommended!

No stars this place was very unempathic to the needs of a disability person my son sat since 12:30 waiting on a chair and still didn t receive it there saying due to in complete paperwork which was awful. Why allow 3 hrs of waiting just to be turned done for chair.
