To say I am impressed with the service at GrabAGun would be an understatement. I ordered a gun from them on a Friday, after talking with customer service. After completing the order, I was prompt that it may take 5-7 business days to ship. About an hour later I get an Email with a tracking number. I figured they had just printed the shipping label. On Monday afternoon, I was killing time and thought I would check and see if it had been shipped yet. I track the package and it says it was delivered to my FFL dealer. I was shocked. I call to see if this is correct and it was.
The gun was everything I had hoped it would be and arrived in perfect condition. I will be buying my next gun from GrabAGun. Great people to deal with.

Bought a hand gun Monday got Email Tuesday saying it was shipped picked it up from my FFL dealer on Thursday for $5.99 shipping. Tell me wear you can get that deal. Grab a gun has got my business from know on. The price was right the gun was great and the service was great. Did try to call there phone line that needs some work.But great job on shipping out a great gun. Thomas King

Product availability was great. Packaging of product wasn t. Product arrived with shipping box unscathed but ammo box destroyed. Little packaging to protect purchase. Several bullet tips damaged. Will shop again. Hopefully packaging improves.

Ordered April 1 and still do not have my package as of April 26. Several emails and a phone call have resulted in zero results. Their communication is terrible and ineffective. Avoid if you can find what you need anywhere else.

Horrible Customer Service. Nothing but a SCAM!! Left on hold for over 1/2 hour; then hear a single ring and back in a loop. Another ring about 30 seconds later and then loop again. After 6th time, hung up and called back. Exact same thing. Tried other option (both 1 and 2).

Would never due business w/ these folks again. Strongly suggest your AVOID THESE FOLKS LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

I waited to do this review until I had multiple transactions with these guys and I have never had an issue. Every order has been great and all have arrived in less than 3 business days from the day I submitted payment. Great prices and fast delivery. My local FFL asked me this time why I didn't let them order for me and I told him what I paid including shipping and transfer fee. He said he couldn't even get the gun at that cost.

Items ordered stated they were in stock. Weeks later, I was told item were out of stock? I had to wait to get my refund. I would have rather had the stuff out of order to begin with. I know mistakes happen but this was two different orders a week apart.

I absolutely will always continue to purchase my weapons from grabagun. Best prices around. Customer service reps are very nice. I will be back to make another gun purchase in the future.

Ordered a Ruger rifle online Tuesday morning, and it arrived at my FFL on Thursday shortly after 1pm. Saved about $92(With FFL Xfer fee, Tax, shipping) Over BPS/Cabelas. Will certainly be buying firearms again!

I bought the Bushmaster XM-15 M4A3 for my wife, she shot it and fell in love with it. It was easy for her to handle, shot, break and clean. It's was just the right caliber so the recoil was not to heavy and the recovery was quick for a follow up shot. Again the Stoner design has came through even for a women to use for sport, hunting, and self-defense.

Gave them a 2-star on Yelp. Guess the owner did not like that too much and wrote back to my review but not addressing it directly to me. Mature. I wrote about my experience when I was there-- to have my transfer done. The guy working was being a smartass the whole time and made a comment about wanting to "strangle" some people (referring to another customer). Business owner said I contacted them too often about the status of my handgun. So what if I was eager to get my gun? So what if I followed up? Instead of apologizing for my bad first experience at their company he read my other Yelp reviews and criticized my judgement and writing. You serious? If they can't take reviews (good or bad), then get some sensitivity training. Better yet, they need to get better customer service training. But wait, I am not their customer and don't ever plan to be. I recommend you go read under the OTHER 396 reviews and see how many people dislike this place. Now I know why.

Grab a gun has deals better then anywhere I have found! Huge selection at great prices! On the down side shipping takes forever, if you don't mind waiting you won't find a better deal from a trusted store. I have made many purchases through them, the items always show but expect about 2 weeks before you get your items. I ordered a Diamondhead folding front sight about $30-$40 cheaper then anywhere was selling so i really don't mind the wait when I'm saving that much $! Bottom line great company with great prices but very slow shipping!

Purchasing my pistol from GrabAGun was an overall great experience. When I asked a question through the Contact Us link on their website I received an answer within 24 hours. The pistol I that ordered arrived at my FFL dealer 4 working days after placing the order. This was much faster than I expected with their basic shipping. Even with tax (I live in Texas) the price was lowest I could find anywhere. The next time I want to buy a firearm I will start with GrabAGun.

I had been looking for several months for a CZ 75P-01. GrabAGun got some in stock, so I ordered one and just after, it showed "0" in stock. Afraid I had missed out again, (i did from 2 other places) I called GrabAGun and their employee went to the warehouse and got one and put my name on it and shipped it out just a little while later. That's the kind of customer service that will keep me coming back!! I love My CZ and the great service from GrabAGun!!

Terrible business practices. I placed an order on a Friday for a fairly expensive rifle after receiving multiple emails advertising the price and a subsequent notification from the company that it was back in stock. I didn't receive shipping info so I followed up with them the following Friday and was told it would ship by the end of that day. Then Monday I got an email saying "thanks for your order" followed immediately by another saying they were issuing a refund. So basically they tied up a few thousand dollars of my money and screwed me around for 10 days, lied about it, then told me they didn't have the rifle in stock so it would be refunded... in another 5-7 business days. Frankly I don't believe they actually have the items they advertise - it's just a ruse to get people in the door.
UPDATE: The first two purchases were each for magazines and one of them had to be returned because it was wrong. It's one thing to ship a magazine promptly (and correctly 50% of the time); it's quite another to aggressively market a deal on a rifle you don't have and then BLATANTLY LIE ABOUT IT when I contact you a week later to make sure you have it in stock. The fact that they tried to share my order history in a pathetic attempt to discredit me - conveniently forgetting to mention that they messed up half of them - only reinforces my opinion and proves how sleezy their business practices are.

This is the place to go for weapons and accessories. I ve purchased from them many times and have only a few issues. It really depends on who you deal with. Some representatives are less personable than others. I would have given a five star review otherwise. Customer service goes s long way no matter what industry your in.

My item was out of stock, I was notified it had returned to stock, I ordered it, payment was accepted, and payment also cleared before order was shipped. I contacted customer service requesting order status and was told it would take 3-5 business days once the order was received before it will ship. Order was shipped 3 business days after placed (Not including a holiday or weekend) and received on the 5th business day by UPS. Item was as described and would order more given the chance I require it and the price is as good as the item just ordered. It may be coincidental or chance but recently after this order the Credit Card I used was compromised and had to be cancelled, this is one of the vendors I used that was not one of the normal online stores I usually use so I question how payment info is stored here but have no reason to believe with confidence this was the store that allowed my card to be compromised but this did occur recently after purchase.

Placed my order and 3 hours later I had an email with my tracking #. Received my order a couple of days later... no problems great transaction.. excellent service

This was my 3rd or 4th gun from Grabagun. All have been good, but this time they did really well. My Smith & Wesson came in screwed up (it's a known "problem" with some Smith revolvers, I won't go into detail, it's not even a functional issue). I called Grabagun and sent some pictures before doing the transfer, and they agreed it was defective. They did this in a matter of minutes. I had the FFL return it without doing the transfer, and they sent me a replacement. Replacement came in quickly and was fine. I'm just happy to report how quickly and how well their guys there got on it (Jonathan & another guy whose name I forget). They will continue to get my business (and usually they've been less expensive than other big online guys as of late). Nice job guys.

First experience with GrabAGun. Went with them because they had the Rhino 60D in stock. Fast and inexpensive shipping. Item shipped quickly and was at my FFL within a week of placing the order.
I was surprised, however, to find that the Rhino appears to have been shot a fair amount more than would be expected for factory testing. Significant carbon build-up on the cylinder, wear marks on the cylinder release, and a loose grip screw.
Nothing I can't clean up, but would have preferred that my "new" gun be a little bit newer.

After buying several firearms and boxes of ammo from Grab a Gun over the years, My most recent ammunition order was refuses due to the fact that I live in Illinois! I guess this company has decided that since I live in a anti-gun state, I don't deserve to be able to protect myself and my family. I will not do business with a company with such a bigoted point of view.

I've used Gunbroker in the past but decided to use GrabAGun based on recommendations from Reddit. This transaction was so much simpler and smoother than anything I had from Gunbroker. There was no calling the seller, faxing forms, or dealing with local Fsl's. I simply purchased the gun, selected which Fsl I wanted to ship it to, and picked the gun up when it arrived 4 days later. So smooth and easy.
