This was my 3rd or 4th gun from Grabagun. All have been good, but this time they did really well. My Smith & Wesson came in screwed up (it's a known "problem" with some Smith revolvers, I won't go into detail, it's not even a functional issue). I called Grabagun and sent some pictures before doing the transfer, and they agreed it was defective. They did this in a matter of minutes. I had the FFL return it without doing the transfer, and they sent me a replacement. Replacement came in quickly and was fine. I'm just happy to report how quickly and how well their guys there got on it (Jonathan & another guy whose name I forget). They will continue to get my business (and usually they've been less expensive than other big online guys as of late). Nice job guys.
