I've purchased 3 Guns from them so far online and they've all been great. Only thing I will say, is sometimes their price changes once you add the item to the cart for some reason... small fluctuation, not much, but still. The other thing is that with the 5 inch Ruger SR 1911, it says it comes with an 8 round mag, however it came with a standard 7 round mag. Not a bit deal to me as I don't care for the mag sticking out of the bottom anyway, however this is still an advertising issue. The important part is that the service, prices, shipping cost and speed are phenomenal. Had my FFL tell me one of the guns I bought was way below even dealer price. And Don't ever buy from Cabelas. Even after the FFL fee it's still considerably cheaper. Lol

As a female, I usually find it intimidating to go into a store (especially one that sells guns) and ask for help/advice on something.... in this case I found it extremely easy and helpful. The store associates were very helpful and knowledgeable. I went in to purchase a handgun as I am working on obtaining my conceal and carry license. I wanted to find something that would work best for me.. I have many friends who own guns and recommended I go here for my purchase. I have been to the gun range myself multiple times and still find that to be a bit intimidating. But going here, the store associate helped me and I ended up purchasing a Ruger LCR.... they were not intimidating and were more helpful than I anticipated... and let me just say it's PERFECT. Thank you so much for taking the time to help me and being patient with me in the process GrabAGun! I would definitely recommend this store to all friends and family!

A great on line place for pricing and buying guns and associated products. Many times they have the best prices and they never charge higher fees for using a credit card. Shipping is very reasonable and they ship fast. I have purchased numerous times from this company.

Good prices, but a little too near the School of Coppell High School 9 School Center School for my comfort. Too close. Much too close.

I've purchased three rifles from them, and the process was smooth each time. My experience with them has been definitely better than their current 3.4 rating on Google. Their prices have been good, and their delivery was reasonably prompt, and mostly importantly there were no screw-ups. I'll probably use them again when the time comes.

I really like the layaway program and used it recently. Once again I got antsy and went ahead and paid off the gun early. It has taken a week +2 to get this item shipped. I bought a gun the same day I paid off the one on layaway and I received the purchased gun 4 days later. Something is wrong with the connection between the warehouse and shipping. They've told me several times that they are waiting on the warehouse to send the item to where it can be shipped. Why does one purchase arrive in 4 days and the other takes 2 weeks?

Placed an order and received a receipt notification email. The item showed to be in stock, so I wasn't concerned. 5 business days later I contacted via chat, and was told it was still processing and will ship soon. Following the weekend on the 6th business day, I contacted again with the same response. I asked if I could cancel and purchase from another local retailer the first time, and was told I would be changed a restocking fee and it was still within their stated processing time. I have never received any information on processing or shipping, and have asked for at least an update. I have purchased items from China that arrived quicker, and had better communication. I purchased from Grabagun as it is a local dealer, and I wanted to support business in my area. I will not be dealing with them in the future.
After leaving the review above, they decided to cancel the order and refund my money in full. The item will cost a little more from Academy, but will be under the tree tonight.

I got my magazines very quickly, and the shipping charges are not too expensive. I have no problems ordering from them again. Quality products too. No junk here.

Great prices and friendly service. My new 15-22 was missing a front sight adjustment tool that was supposed to come in the box. I let them know it was missing and they mailed it to me asap and I was a walk in customer. They could have told me to come back to the store but they instead decided to just mail it to me which was very convenient for me. So A++ for customer service.

I purchased 2 rifles online for local pickup as I live nearby .and purchased another one while I was in the store. So three rifles in one day and all 3 were defective. The 10/22 had a broken rear sight, the Remington 750 had the scope mount holes out of alignment so the scope would not zero properly, and the 300 Blackout would not cycle when a round was fired. When I spoke with Grabagun they said Oh well, too bad. Call the manufacturer. I think they re selling junk and refuse to at least help work with the manufacturer or even recommend a local warranty repair location. Don t waste your time here the prices aren t worth the trouble.

Sometimes they're fast at shipping sometimes their slow. Got good selection and low prices.

Horrible experience! Not sure how they revived any decent reviews. I heard that they have their friends and family write some of the good reviews though.They don't answer the phones or respond to emails. Went in person and was treated poorly by the older sales guy with glasses and a mustache. He was very confrontational, almost like he was hoping things got physical. I have never in my life been treated this way. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere!

I was looking for information as to my tracking number i emailed grab a gun and with in seconds Hannah B. Responded with all the information needed great work they take pride in helping their customers and it shows

After a long delay I requested a cancellation. They immediately responded with a UPS tracking number and said the order was shipped. UPS says a label was assigned but the order is not in their system.

I asked several times for a cancellation but they simply respond with an inactive tracking number.

I would prefer for them to respond accurately. If the items are not in stock, they should tell me.

I watched a dozen rifles over a period of 6 weeks. As I researched each rifle and caliber I eliminated them from my list one by one. Finally I had it narrowed down to just three rifles and I noticed the priced would fluctuate slightly over a few weeks time. I finally decided on the Remington 700 in .308 with the 26 inch heavy barrel as the best "varmit" (Sniper) rifle. It dropped to a good price and I snatched it up. I just bought a Nikon P-308 scope for it on Grab A Gun and will do some test firing as soon as I get it mounted. Very pleased with the rifle and scope, and always pleased with the service at Grab A Gun. I have bought too may guns from them to count.

Online and in store are both pleasant experiences. Will continue to do business with.

Recently purchased a Springfield Hellcat over the phone and she provided the best customer service I have experienced in the longest time. My firearm showed up extremely quickly, and was exactly what I was expecting.

Customer service a joke. I ordered a red dot sight. Card charged and put down for in store pickup. Was not able to pick up local till today. I went to pick up and they no longer had it. Offered display. I declined because I didn't order the display. I offered to pay shipping for when more came in....even though they were in the wrong for not having my product I paid for. Said only option was to refund me and order when more are back in stock. Asked if it would be for the same price I paid and was told no..... that's not good business....... with tons of other places to do business....this is not how you create brand loyalty.

Ordered a gun on Sunday night and was able to pick it up at my ffl dealer Tuesday afternoon. The gun came exactly as described. The gun was at least $50 cheaper than anywhere else I could find it(even at gun shows). Haven't shot the gun yet, but so far seriously impressed with their responsiveness and accuracy. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

I recommend GrabAGun, this is my first online gun purchase and in spite of me being a bit computer challenged, the guys at GrabAGun helped me through the process. The price was reasonable, shipping was inexpensive and quick, I will buy from GrabAGun again.

Do not buy from this company. I purchased a set of $100 ear plugs that were no good and tried to return them. I reviewed return policy and there was nothing about items like this. Return dept said tough luck against store policy to return items INSTALLED IN A RIFLE. Ear plugs! Installed in a rifle! I asked to speak with manager and they said they wouldnt take it back. I left a review about the ear plugs on their website to let orher buyers know of the low quality and left 1 star. The review is still not posted and plugs only have 4 and 5 star reviews. Company is obviously messing with product reviews. So shady and highly disappointed. Ive bought lots of merchandise there in the past but never again.

Ordered 2 five round mags for my Savage .338 Lapua. Nice to have extra . Price was better than most. Still pricey. Pricey but Nicey. Shipping was reasonable and fast for today's circumstances. I have ordered before and will again.

Went by today to try to buy a scar with no luck. 1st off the guy was tripping out when I walked in about wearing a mask... then said I had to go online to order and then can pick up in the store. Tried to tell me that they have a warehouse somewhere with all the guns.. very odd then could not tell me what they had. I left and would advise going somewhere else.

I would say that for easy of use and online inventory, GrabAGun cannot be beat. Their prices are very competitive and most times cheapest I have found. Be very wary if you use the "Shoot now pay later" scam although, there are fees upon fees upon fees to make it absolutely not a good deal no matter what!

When I compared pricing across a number of vendors, theirs was most accurate according to the research I did prior to purchase.

With all the good reviews here, let me write about a NOT very good experience with Grab-a-Gun. I ve had my eye on a S&W M&P22 Compact. I saw on Slickguns that Grab-a-gun had a great price, so I went to the site and they were sold out. Filled out the web notify option and got a notice it was in stock on Jan 21. I quickly went to line and ordered the gun for $265.40. I received a notification confirming the order in short order.

On Jan 22 my credit card was charged for the full amount, plus shipping.
However, I then get an e-mail on Jan 24 (two days after my card is charged) that the gun was not in stock and my order is cancelled. My card is not refunded until Jan 25.

I immediately replied (Jan 24) I was willing to wait until it came back into stock. Now before I received a reply to that e-mail, I get another e-mail from them on Jan 28 that says gun is now back in stock of course, now it s a lot more expensive. The new price on Jan 29 was $344.29 - $78.79 dollars more than what I originally purchased it for and was charged for. They did offer me $5.99 off. The price has now dropped to $329, still considerably higher. They didn t even bother to respond to my last e-mail about this.

Now at the very least, Grab-A-Gun is charging people before an item is shipped (in fact, days before they are even know if they even have that item). In internet commerce, that s a pretty sketchy practice and a problem on its own.

But it sure looks like they sold me a gun, charged me for a gun, then changed their minds about the price, cancelled the order, and then put the gun back in stock at a much higher price about a day later. That s a pretty poor way to run a business that heavily relies on fairly blind trust. So, buyers beware when dealing with these folks; mine was not a good experience.

so far I'm very disappointed in the cmmg mutant.... read all the reviews and thought I did my home work ... first time out Friday ... failure to feed in the first ten rounds ... wolf hp. silver bear did 20 rounds fed pretty good only one ftf. golden tiger ... for get it I had to recharge the handle every shot . all 123 grain . came home and cleaned gun again and I'm going back out this after noon and see whats up. I am waiting on a response also from cmmg's service depart. to see what they want to do .. all the bad reviews unfortunately came true for me on this very expensive purchase ,,, nothing against grabagun ,,, they are fantastic to deal with !!!
