Gave them a 2-star on Yelp. Guess the owner did not like that too much and wrote back to my review but not addressing it directly to me. Mature. I wrote about my experience when I was there-- to have my transfer done. The guy working was being a smartass the whole time and made a comment about wanting to "strangle" some people (referring to another customer). Business owner said I contacted them too often about the status of my handgun. So what if I was eager to get my gun? So what if I followed up? Instead of apologizing for my bad first experience at their company he read my other Yelp reviews and criticized my judgement and writing. You serious? If they can't take reviews (good or bad), then get some sensitivity training. Better yet, they need to get better customer service training. But wait, I am not their customer and don't ever plan to be. I recommend you go read under the OTHER 396 reviews and see how many people dislike this place. Now I know why.
