Absolutely the worst phone customer service of any business I have ever dealt with. You will be on hold at least 20 minutes then hear a ring and the loop starts over again with no response. Other customers are having the same issue. No way I would ever buy a gun from these people online until they get a better customer service set up - I live close enough to pick it up in person but will not be buying another one due to the extremely poor customer service.
