It s a good concept they really do have the best prices around and pick up should be relatively easy but upon my first ever order when I arrived the gentleman working the counter was already dealing with upset customer( which seemed to be the general mood of that day with all the customers that walked in for pick ups) and asked me for a name on the order and then just repeated my last name then proceeded to hand me the wrong firearm a glock 30 which wasn t what I ordered and bickered with me for about 10 min saying I ordered wrong gun online and it s not their fault since they didn't help me place the order that he would cancel my order wouldn t exchange my order for correct one told me they don t keep the glock 43x in stock even though when I ordered it says they stock ! and didn t seem interested in looking at my phone cause my exact order was on his computer screen until I finally had to prove to him that that wasn t my order he realized he grabbed the wrong order for another customer with the same name . Long story short still didn t receive my gun that same day because I had recently changed address and I get it that s not their fault and that s the law that I have to update it before transferring and I probably should have been more prepared but I just didn t like the guys pride and annoyed attitude I just had them ship to a local ffl dealer (which he tried to discourage me from saying he didn t know how much shipping cost would be even though they advertise $7.99 flat rate and saying some places charge up to $100 for gun transfers ) I gladly paid $35 dollars for better customer service and more convenient pick up, then the next day the ffl called me and everything else was a breeze since I had my address stuff lined up Nothing against the business itself just customer service could have been better.
