I ordered some household items from costco worth over $30 using Google Express for the first time and paid the $4.99 for the shipping, order was placed on sunday was supposed to be delivered on tuesday. Did not received the stuff or any email notification till Wednesday evening. Finally got a response from Google Express through email which was, the ordered was damaged during the shipping and was returned by FedEx... Instead of fixing or re-shipping the order, google express automatically canceled the order. I only got the refund for what I paid for the product so I had to call customer service to get my refund for the shipping since it was not my fault that fedex damaged the package. So much inconvenience, I should have just gone to costco on sunday which I did end up going but 5 days later. Google is already a big part of my daily life and so far far I had no complaint with Google or any of its product but i think that they really need to improve their Goole Express services.

Google Switzerland deletes bad reviews, instead to talk to, or get in touch with the customer. So, this is in fact a really bad customer experience. dont be evil... lol

Very, very, very, VERY long wait. I was there for three hours for a DMV physical.

I waited in 1 room for just over 1 hour to see the doctor.

I just want to say that Google Ad words literally provided the unimaginably worst customer service. We opened an account with ad words express and began receiving calls that were entirely unrelated or from people not interested in service at all. We tried contacting Google to request a refund or reimbursement and could not get someone who spoke clear english on the line. They kept hanging up on us, and could not offer any compensation- not even a promo code for more ads!! We used Yelp which gave us $300 in free ad credits and have been getting consistent relevant calls from day 1! We have now spent $160 + on google ads and got nothing in return. The first phone call came from them to help optimize our ad after i complained and the non-english speaker said it would be impossible for google to help me with the ad because it was adwords express. He than said he would connect me to a survey and hung up the phone!

I haven't gone to this place but being an indian programmer, I am coming to USA Google

Enjoyed visiting Google. Tried to go to a training center they had with all the new stuff google is working on BUT it was only open to staff. Would have been nice to check it out.

I think your coders messed up google contacts. I'm trying to clean-up our contacts and emails keep getting duplicated instead of deleted. Can someone PLEASE look at the coding for gmail contacts - specifically the delete function. No one responds to forums, no one answers phones - please help.

Why can't we call and talk to a person when we have an issue. A billion dollar company should be able to afford to have phone tech support. The only thing I get on line is a loop of no help what so ever. All google wants us to do is look on line and help ourselves. I have been looking for days on the issue Im having with google mail and no where have I found a solution. Google has a monopoly on this stuff and with poor customer service I think it should be broken up to make sure they care about the people that use there services.

I never been there , but I will one day , I like all Google products !

This is a special place as well as a true laboratory of new ideas and fresh approaches to humanity's quest for improvement.

It is certainly nice to take a walk to the Googleplex as there is the possibility of entering and walking along the main road. I expected it to be bigger.

Could be better. The problem, specifically, is YouTube, which censor free speech by blocking the conservative free speech of Alex Jones and Mark Dice. The bias against conservatives on the site makes me want to watch YouTube less.

I've always had nothing but good things and praise to say about Google, and I still have the opinions for the most part. My one complaint is that a little over a month ago my Google Wallet account was suspended and I've been unable to have it activated again despite verifying my identity by sending a copy of my GA secure driver's license, as well as all documents they have requested from me, photocopies of my credit/debit cards, bank account statements, credit/debit card statements, etc. but it remains suspended and I've been informed by customer service that they cannot tell me why it was suspended in the first place, nor what else I can do to have the problem finally taken care of and be able to once again access many of the features and balances I've been deprived of during this whole ordeal.

The area is similar to the park, but here people create interesting projects. Unfortunately, we were unable to enter any of the buildings. The park and its surroundings are very nicely decorated and definitely worth seeing.

Was charged $50 for a coffee, and people were so rude there.

Well, I when I was there, I kinda pretty much was in awe. I met Bill Gates, Steve Jobs, Woz, Einstein, Steve McQueen, Alan Guth and John Belushi playing 5/10 poker in the Zen Garden, while walking through after my massage, manicure and tailor appointment for the new Armani plus fours Google golf team ensembles, with Givenchy tam o' shanter and Tiffany "Google" pin (the 40 carat weight sapphire cut diamonds for "Goog e" with brooch cut emerald for the " l ", was a management decision that could get a Nobel next year, and I was fixin' to let y'all know I ordered them through my Google on site

Haven't heard yet, but Roulette has such great odds for the player I really don't see how I could lose. Anyhooo, Googleplex doesn't hold a candle to Ames Research nearby, their stuff is luxury and style squared, by comparison. But if you can't find somewhere else, Google is a nice place to hang until something else better (it's Silicon Valley, better is what they do there, ((y'all can use that, we'll work on the royalties))) comes along to visit and exploit Valley hospitality. I'll be back when the Rocket Port is open for Moon Shot Weekends, another perk that could get Google's name listed in a Web search for people looking for work....
Having added my visit, I'm wondering if anybody ever bothered checking the ARCO on Shoreline, other side of the Bayshore from Googleplex, for hoovering your (Google) data. I wasn't kidding, and I'm not wrong (lol). I'll bet inside the door, eight or ten feet in to the left is an ATM, and therein would be hoover.

I send google report about sharing private video of me on google websites . No one help me to remove them. I also has been emailing to legal service a few time and no one reply my message. Last 9 days ago I found out that some one took video of me and my boyfriend and shared on google websites and today it is already on 10 different websites. Isn't there anything google can do about it? Those blogs are even out of google term and conditions and I don't understand why you are not taking the action necessary .
