Why can't we call and talk to a person when we have an issue. A billion dollar company should be able to afford to have phone tech support. The only thing I get on line is a loop of no help what so ever. All google wants us to do is look on line and help ourselves. I have been looking for days on the issue Im having with google mail and no where have I found a solution. Google has a monopoly on this stuff and with poor customer service I think it should be broken up to make sure they care about the people that use there services.
