I ordered some household items from costco worth over $30 using Google Express for the first time and paid the $4.99 for the shipping, order was placed on sunday was supposed to be delivered on tuesday. Did not received the stuff or any email notification till Wednesday evening. Finally got a response from Google Express through email which was, the ordered was damaged during the shipping and was returned by FedEx... Instead of fixing or re-shipping the order, google express automatically canceled the order. I only got the refund for what I paid for the product so I had to call customer service to get my refund for the shipping since it was not my fault that fedex damaged the package. So much inconvenience, I should have just gone to costco on sunday which I did end up going but 5 days later. Google is already a big part of my daily life and so far far I had no complaint with Google or any of its product but i think that they really need to improve their Goole Express services.
