I just want to say that Google Ad words literally ...

I just want to say that Google Ad words literally provided the unimaginably worst customer service. We opened an account with ad words express and began receiving calls that were entirely unrelated or from people not interested in service at all. We tried contacting Google to request a refund or reimbursement and could not get someone who spoke clear english on the line. They kept hanging up on us, and could not offer any compensation- not even a promo code for more ads!! We used Yelp which gave us $300 in free ad credits and have been getting consistent relevant calls from day 1! We have now spent $160 + on google ads and got nothing in return. The first phone call came from them to help optimize our ad after i complained and the non-english speaker said it would be impossible for google to help me with the ad because it was adwords express. He than said he would connect me to a survey and hung up the phone!
