I'm still angry that Google canned its slick utility to customize its maps for printing. I was able to reduce a 3-page printout to one, with exactly and only the maps I needed, at the ideal. I felt like an artist putting it together. It got totally dumped; Couldn't Google at least have left it as an option? What's the harm in that?

The new one is so useless (either all maps, enough to burn $15 in colored ink, or none!! Too much or too little information, and turn icons bloating up the content whether I need them or not!) I have attempted to cut and paste the parts I need into a text editor and do screen grabs of the cropped map sections I need. It's laborious, and often I mess it up. (This morning I forgot the designation address and got totally lost.) I've even tried switching back to Mapquest.

Your original print editing utility was great, Google. Have some mercy. We don't all want to use GPS, and if you're going to retain a map function for us hold-outs, make the one that worked well available. Your removing it borders on malicious.

I have the Galaxy Tab S5E. Are use it for work and I ve had it for well over a year and it is amazing how easy it works with the system that we have. I am definitely proud of our Google and Samsung affiliation and how well we all work together. I can t wait to upgrade until to the next tablet coming up soon.

They don't answer any calls at their front office. Horrible service. Complete waste of time trying to get any false google searches of the internet! Everytime you call the machine makes you wait and then it hangs up! Horrible!

Unreliable, and dishonest business. Help with the review system is simply not available, but one of my businesses gets harassed from those selling google ads non stop. If it is not possible to monitor all reviews, whether or not they are fraudulent, then maybe a review system such this should not exist. 0 stars for google.

This is the worst experience I have had. I tried to contact someone for help with my wallet account, and was transferred to "Diane somewhere overseas, who refused to give me her employee id or transfer me to her superior or even a person in the United States. She just kept telling me she could not help me and I need to contact my bank. I have already contacted my bank twice. Now when I try to call the corporate office, I can't even get through the first prompt. This is ridiculous and very disappointing as i use Google for nearly my entire method of not only communication bit payment option and daily life. Please correct this google.

WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT BUY ANY GOOGLE PRODUCTS THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS! YOU ARE BETTER OFF GOING TO THE APPLE STORE!! I bought the pixelbook and pen and both broke within the first two months. The tip of the pen broke off the second time I used it. Some of the keys on the pixelbook quit working at the beginning of August so I did all of the troubleshooting over the phone and nothing worked so I contacted the warranty department and a month later I am receiving the same request for information I send them a month ago and still no resolution. Also I did by it from Best Buy which is an authorized retailer. See timeline below. FYI I have the original receipt, all original packaging and sent them pictures and videos of the problem. I even sent a picture of the case I kept the pen it to prove it was properly stored.

Timeline:
6/3/18-Purchased Pixelbook & Pixelbook Pen at Best Buy
6/29/18-Tip of the pen broke off while I was on vacation
8/2/18- The M, comma and forward slash keys quit working
8/12/18-Went to Best Buy and they said that nothing could be done and to contact Google directly.
8/14/18- I finally found a number for Pixelbook Warranty and Henry called me and we troubleshooted and nothing worked so he said he would forward it on and I would receive an email which I received that afternoon but couldn't respond until I was at a computer.
8/15/18- I responded with all of the information they requested with the pictures they requested & never heard back.
8/16/18-Emailed requesting an update & received no response
8/20/18-Emailed requesting an update & received no response
8/21/18-Emailed requesting an update & received a response from Jeremy a Pixelbook Support Supervisor saying they received everything and have escalated everything to their Tier 2 team and please send a good contact number and time to call.
8/22/18- Responded to Jeremy with my phone number (even though it was already in the 8/15 email) and told him to call me at any time as I need resolution to this. NEVER GOT A CALL.
8/23/18-Emailed requesting an update & received no response
8/28/18-Emailed requesting an update & received no response
8/29/18-Emailed requesting an update & received no response
9/4/18- Henry (the first guy I talked to) calls and says that he is sending me instructions to try and power wash it. I asked Henry how long it would take to hear back after trying it and he said 3-4 hours. I do the power wash and that doesn't work so I email Henry to let him know and attach a video showing that it didn't resolve the problem and letting him know that the only difference now is the right control key also quit working.
9/5/18-Emailed requesting an update & received no response

9/7/18-Emailed requesting an update & received no response
9/10/18- Call the original number from day one to try and speak to a manager and told that he is not there. I asked for his name and was told it was Jeremy who is the one that said he would call me and never did. I was also told that my case had been escalated to their Tier 2 support team just last week which is the same thing I was told on 8/15/18. I requested that Jeremy contact me within 24 hours to discuss the situation and heard nothing.
9/12/18- Receive the EXACT SAME EMAIL REQUESTING THE EXACT SAME INFORMATION THAT I SENT ON 8/15/18 & I responded that I had already sent it so why do I need to send it again & haven't heard back. I will post an update if I ever get a resolution.

I took a tour of the campus with family while visiting and have never been so impressed with a company and the atmosphere they provide, it really is awesome how well they treat there employees as well as all the amenities they offer them. Besides all of that they have mini cafeterias where you can get quicker snacks and drinks and then they have cafeterias every where with tons of different and good food, plus you can bring your dog to work!

Their Tech support worked on my Pixel phone and he reset my wireless and mobile data network on the phone that caused a hardware error that Google Engineer couldn't fix or troubleshoot. That happened in February 17th 2018 and to the present day Google hasn't done anything to fix my device and they refuse to replace it because it's out of warranty. My device was defected by one of Google tech who has done something to my device that causes the hardware issue but Google won't accept it or admit it. I'm posting the chat that I had with the supervisor of Google to let you know how bad of customer service this company is and to STAY AWAY FROM THEIR PRODUCTS.

Google reviews on companies are not managed at all...

Google reviews on companies are not managed at all. I have spent 30 years building our companies reputation and now we have 4 bad reviews on google. Two of these reviews are from people who are obviously using fake names. One calls himself Johnny Backstabber and the other Virginia Smithbob. Why would Google even let a review from a person who is obviously using a fake name post anything is beyond me. Also, in one of these reviews they specifically mention a name, which is actually one of our customers. This review came from one of their competitors, who we have never dealt with, however they slammed our company. The other bad review was about a disconnected phone call, which the guy thinks he was hung up on. Funny he took the time to post a bad review, but never took the time to try and call back. The final bad review was over an accounting issue, which Google should never allow. Anyone who has been in business for a while knows that there are invoices that are wrong and you have to dispute - especially freight invoices. Not to mention the facts that the reviewer put in the review are not correct. I have flagged these reviews just about every way that you can, contacted our attorney about them, and have done everything that I can to rebut them. But the bottom line is that they are still listed as reviews on our company. These reviews are a total inaccurate impression of our company and how we do business. So this is my last resort to hopefully make Google understand, that they really need to re-evalaute how their review system works. They need to give the company who is being reviewed a more fair chance at having accurate information posted about their company.

Google has forever changed the internet. The made a change for the good. People look back on the old days of the internet with fond memories, wishing they could go back to that age, but the old internet is not what they remember. They remember the good times they had with the old stuff, but in reality, if they went back and used the old internet, they would think to themselves "Wow, this is crap! No wonder they changed it." This is what is going on now. Just read some of the other reviews that rate Google Poor - Fair. If you don't like it, DON'T USE IT! Go back to Yahoo! How much have they changed. From what I see, Not much. So stop hating on Google for making stuff better. Chrome is amazing. Google search is the best search engine. Gmail is awesome. Stop being so sentimental. Oh and one last thing. Google is not perfect. They made mistakes. But that's why they keep changing. Also move the title of the youtube video back to the top. I personally prefer that.
