I WAS interested in a newer vehicle. I had to find someone to help me, told them what I was looking for. Then I was passed onto another sales person as the initial person was busy ( not a big deal ). I presented what I'd like again and requested to test drive a vehicle. They requested license AND insurance. I was confused about the insurance card requirement. He said he needed it or I couldn't test drive a car, nothing more than that. The sales associate made no effort past that to retain the customer or explain that particular policy.

This review is for Skip at Good Chevrolet in Renton, WA! I came in on a Saturday afternoon not sure if I was ready to buy the new 2019 Tahoe but after talking with him I was sold! He was such a great help and did not try to rush me into buying the truck but was there to help me look at my options. He made the process very easy and the communication was great! I left very happy and now my husband is ready to go back to Skip to buy his new truck! Skip thank you for making this process so easy and I look forward to working with you again soon.
Do not buy from this location. In 2012 I was looking for a Cadillac at the dealership next door and could not find what I was looking for. As I drove by this Chevy dealership I saw the car I was looking for in the front of the entrance. I got out to look at the car but the salesman s acted as I did not exist. I m sure it was because I am a black man. I then drove to the Cadillac dealership in Bellevue and purchased what I was looking for. 2012 Cadillac CTS. The next day I went back to the Chevy dealership and as I was pulling in many of the same salesman came walking up to the car. Because the windows were tinted, they had no idea it was the same guy. Now my son who had no idea of my experience wants to purchase a car from this lot. No No No No.......Surprise, stop being racist. I ll never go here again.
So happy for my purchase of my new car. Jason Kim was totally awesome. The rest of the staff were great as well. I would definitely recommend anybody to come to this dealership. Thank you all so very much!!
I had a horrible experience and left feeling insulted and humiliated.
I went to see a used car. I was communicating with Richard on the emails. So I called him few hours before my arrival and we both agreed on a set time. When I got there, Richard was really busy so I waited patiently for 2 hours. After 2 hours of waiting, Richard came and said he is too busy so Andre (his colleague) will work him me. Andre spent literally a minute and his tone and behavior was extremely rude during that minute. I wanted to discuss price and other things but the very first (and only) sentence he said was that this is the price and if you don t like it, you are free to leave and have a good day. He wasn t willing to talk about the vehicle or what I had to wanted to discuss. I got the impression that he did not want to work with me at all!
I have bought few vehicles as an adult but I have never been treated like this especially after waiting for 2 hours.
We went to a variety of car dealers in the area. Everywhere else was very pushy and barely knew anything about the cars they had. People at Good Chev were much nicer, and they have a great facility.
Eddie is a great salesman! Worked with him for about 2 months showing me different options for manual cars since I drive a mustang. Test drove a few cars but ended up going with a New Subaru BRZ instead, but I do appreciate the pressure free and hassle free enviroment at Good Chevrolet from both the salesmen and the managers like Jordan. Highly recommend to my friends and family and anyone looking to buy a car!
This dealership actually listened to what I needed and wanted in a new car. Teddy Sharp, the salesman, was very friendly, prompt, and realistic. Teddy asked me specific questions ("how many miles is your commute?", "Do you have a place to plug in [if you get an electric car]?"), and he took the time to understand what I really needed in a car. Not just what he could sell me, and make a profit off of. This dealership handled my finances like champions. They worked with me to make sure that I got a payment I was happy with, and a car that I will be happy to drive for years. Also, I had an issue come up with my previous insurance company. Teddy saw that I was having some trouble, and he got on the phone to a person he knew. Through him I got a better insurance plan, at a price that I was much happier to pay....and he did it without me asking him too. He really helped me not only get a car, but to find a way to make sure that I could afford it as well as get it insured. This is a great dealership and I recommended it to ANYONE that is looking for a new/used/kind of new vehicle.
Awesome dealership! Kass was amazing! Had everything set up for me, answered any and all questions I had about the car. If you want an amazing car and quick process this is the place! Literally took like 25-30mins pretty fast I might say
However, beyond his help, I've found the team at Good Chevy to be disconnected and communication to be challenging. For example, the truck that I came in to see was parked out front and unlocked when I came in, however I was told 3 different things by people inside regarding the whereabouts of the truck, the keys for the truck and whether it was actually available to be purchased or had a recall waiting to be performed.
While I wasn't happy with the trade-in value I received, I was happy with the price of the new truck and decided to move forward under the condition that the sales team was helping me to get some aftermarket parts at cost. This was even written into a 'we owe you'. However, working with the team ever since, I've had poor-to-no communication and have wasted time driving ~30 miles down to meet face-to-face when people aren't there, even though I was told to come at that time. I am still waiting on replies here and continue to have to chase this down from my end. In the end, it seems that the 'at cost' parts that were promised will save me very little to offset the low trade in value.
Regarding the trade-in value, I was also told by the GSM (Mike, I think), that I'd be able to look on their website in a few days and see my old truck at a cost below what they purchased it for. He even stated that people 'tell him it's impossible, and how could he do that?' Well, I did, and the truck is priced $8k above what I traded it in for. This = lost trust and likely future business.
All in all, an average experience. I liked the price of the truck and the truck itself, but have been much more impressed by other dealerships service, negotiations and overall experience. Namely, Micheals Toyota of Bellevue has been great in all regards, and as a result I've purchased 4 new vehicles in the past 5 years there, and will likely return there for my next.
I went to Good Chevy in Renton and met Brett Randall. He was very knowledgeable and professional also amazing. He helped my husband and I get into our very first vehicle. Thank you so much Brett for all your help. We are very excited and very please with the service Brett gave us. If you want great service and the BEST deal GO SEE BRETT AT GOOD CHEV. THANK YOU AGAIN BRETT.
Do not buy a Vehicle here THEY SELL LEMONS!! Spent 30,000 on a vehicle next day engine light comes on and I find fluid leaks and they wont do anything to fix it or help out also lied to me twice saying it was fixed and never even put it in the shop! this is not how a Chevy Dealership should be ran they are ruining the name Chevrolet
I had an outstanding experience at Good Chevrolet. I came in looking for a new truck and worked with Brett Randall. He is chill, experienced and willing to go the extra mile. Great guy to work with!!
My recent purchase at Good Chevrolet in Renton was a very pleasant and stress free experience. I wanted to trade in my Crown Victory for a truck or SUV and i was suprized at the great deal that i got at a monthly payment that I could afford. Teddy was allot of help and answered all my questions honestly. I bought my last car here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great vehicle at a great price.
The Service Department advisor, Natashia, and the Corvette Service Tech were outstanding. My Corvette was towed into Good Chevrolet on Labor Day, September 7th. I called Brian Ainsworth, Good Chevrolet Parts Director, who was in Portland and while travelling back to the Seattle area, called Good Chevrolet to make sure the Sales Department was open so someone was able to accept the car when the tow truck operator arrived.
I must say, every Department of Good Chevrolet, Service, Parts and Sales were all responsible for the outstanding care my Corvette received. The Good Chevrolet team went way above the call to duty and in my opinion, their performance would rate 1,000%.
******UPDATE****** So, my last review was premature. They worked out a deal of a lifetime for me on my dream car. Pam is amazing as a sales person. Julie is awesome for the financial aspect. If they cannot make a deal happen, no one can. I cannot recommend them enough, and I will never deal with another dealership ever again. They went above and beyond and did what all the other dealerships refused to do. Go here. Ask for Pam, and request Julie as the the financial person. If it can be done, they will make it happen.
This is a great dealership. Although I was unable to work out a deal, due to my own circumstances. I worked with Pam and she really fought for me on a deal that no one else in a 40 mile radius would. They offered me WAY more for my trade in then anyone else and I could not have been more impressed by this dealership. They are definitely my number one choice when I do get in a better financial position.
Found a car that I liked on the website contacted the internet sales manager Johnny and with in 2 days he was able to get me in a used 2015 Toyota Corolla with all the bells and whistles I wanted, at a fair price! He worked around my budget and even found me something lower then I wanted to spend. The invironment in the dealership was very inviting and never too pushy. Totally recommend this dealership for people who are looking for honest salesmen and an easy car buying experience.
This are my best car dealers, the first people sold me a car which I used to call Mama as it was the first to start my taxi business. I went for the second Chevy and now is 4 years and they service it free. They deserve high five.
Came in to look at a Jeep they had online. Salesman went running around the lot for 15 mins looking for a car they didn't have. Turns out the sold the Jeep at auction a few weeks prior. They still had a key somehow though. Kinda funny, but a waste of time. This is the second time I've come to their lot and left both times empty handed.
We were looking for a set of tires and we called good Chevrolet and Mr. Edwin Martinez was very helpful to us finding a very good deal on the tires no to mention his great attitude and professionalism we are very grateful and pleased with the service.
This place shopped my app OVER 21 TIMES, LOWERING MY CREDIT SCORE OVER 100 POINTS, making a marginal score, even worse, I wouldn't do business with these unscrupulous people!!!! WATCH OUT!!
Had a great experience! Brett Randall was so helpful when my boyfriend and I were looking for a truck. It was our first time purchasing from a dealer so he made sure we understood all the paperwork and numbers involved. He gave us different options and made our buying experience easy! I definitely would recommend for anyone looking to purchase a car to come here!! We are beyond happy with our new truck and the whole experience!
Good Chevrolet has a team that will make you feel welcome. I just purchased my 2014 Corvette Stingray and look forward to using them exclusively for service. They did all the service work on my 2005 Corvette and I never had a complaint. Justin Phillips was my sales person when I bought my Stingray last month and he did a great job helping me understand all of my options. He offered good advice for care of my new Stingray and helped to relieve some concerns I had about protecting the car. Justin is an automotive enthusiast as well which is very helpful. I will be back here buying something else in the near future for sure!
Today, I received impeccable service by Trevor service advisor 2023. Thank you for your honesty and direction regarding my vehicle! Everytime I have you as a service advisor my experience is amazing and I truly appreciate all that you do and your knowledge that helps keep my vehicle in A1 shape.. Thank you Good Chrevolet!!
My friend just tried to purchase a car from Richard and I'm reviewing for them since what just went down is absolutely infuriating but they are too nice to lay it out for the public. I don't mind doing it on their behave so here we go.
My friend had gone in and discussed the used car they were interested in and had seen online. Richard has discussed interest rates, monthly rates and the deal sounded like it was ready to be made from what I heard last night. So I dropped them off this morning to get the car (though at 7% I tried to change their mind before we got there since with their monthly income, credit history, never missing a car payment on their last two cars thats too high. If I can get an interest rate for a fraction of what they asked for then so can they.) So my friend comes home without a car. (Good we will get a better deal but why?) because this guy Richard starts showing them a more expensive car for twice the monthly payment. Wouldn t show them the used car they discussed the day before. How about no Richard. So my friend said no and left. Done. Later Richard texts them and says he can take $100 off the monthly payment. Still not the car they had looked at and not for the price they had discussed. Goodbye Richard!! I ll keep the texts in case there s any confusion later. Again second hand story but a dealership is a dealership.
I posted this to Yelp but Google users should be aware.
Drove 4 hrs to view a car that I was told they have. After getting there they didn't really listen to the options I wanted. So I was going to settle for another one. After the test drive the side mirrors shook so bad I couldn't see the lane next lane. Told them this is a safety issue. Also the other side is missing a trim piece(looked crappy). After telling them I won't mess with the price if they fixed that. They said no since I was paying cash, not doing a warranty or trading a car in. When I asked about dropping the free lifetime oil changes, since I live 4 hrs away for the mirrors being fixed. They said no that's how we make more money from people when they get their oil changed we can point out other things needed and make money that way. I left 4 hours later after talking to sales manager( nice guy). General manager( was a hot headed joke of a manager). Good luck.
100% recommended, Edwin Martinez helped me understand information about my Malibu, even though they were very busy, Edwin took his time to explain the inspection of my car, if you speak Spanish, ask for Edwin
Great service. Led in maintenance is always good 2 go. ! Young man who was supposed to vacuum my truck did not however. Would not have brought it up, just that it this was touted & promised. Laziness is never welcomed. Especially, when considering a purchase from said dealership. Wondering what else might a potential customer be shorted on etc. Other wise, my experiences have been well taken.
We purchased a van back in 2016 and also purchased an extended warranty and GAP insurance from the dealer. This past May we traded in the van and on May 24th I sent through the necessary documents to get a refund of the unused portion of the warranty and insurance. Fast forward almost 3 months and they still have not issued the check to me and no one will respond to my phone calls or emails. When I call the receptionist refuses to let me escalate it to a manager to actually get help, BUYER BEWARE don t buy a warranty because if you trade in the car or cancel the warranty you will be in the same spot I am in! Absolutel horrible service after you have purchased a vehicle.
#1) Booked an appointment ahead of time and when we arrived the car wasn t ready. #2) They gave us the key to the car to test drive and the car was on E. #3) I let the sales man know the gas was on E, and he hands me a slip to fill the gas on my own at the nearest shell
Cmon are you serious? We came in there ready to purchase our new car but after this terrible experience, we left.
I also never leave reviews, but I can t let this one pass. UNREAL.
I had a car service on 6/7 which is simply oil and filter change and checking fluids, after 3 days I found that the water tank ( reservoir) was not tightly closed and most of the coolant vaporized. That was very basic thing and they didn t pay attention to do it!
Worst dealership ever!!! Managements sucks and dealers take advantage of you. Thought I had a great experience and found out I was taken advantage of. Sent 2 other people to buy cars and they feel the same way. Never shop here, there are plenty of dealer ships that will actually help you make a good purchase. They sell faulty cars with recalls and engine problems!!! Also they bribe you to post a good review on google. #usedcarloophole
I went in to buy a 2015 Jeep Patriot and the salesman was Teddy. I really liked the car accept for the fact that I wasn t aware it DID NOT HAVE AC! The salesman was very friendly when buying the car (of course) but didn t disclose there was no ac. I found out on my own about two days later and I brought it back because of the ac and I also found the same car in a 2016 with ac and with 2000 less miles for $1000 less than them. When I brought the car back and brought up the cheaper car from another lot and the fact that this one had no ac the happy salesman turned into a hard line you bought it now you are stuck with it . Another slimy car salesman. Can t stand the fake bs. Partly my fault for over looking the ac but honestly didn t even think that they made cars without them. Wouldn t go back just because of the second encounter and how cold the dealer was at that point.
Jason A, gave excellent customer service and no pressure into buying. All workers were very friendly from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Good Chevrolet located in Renton, to everyone, family and friends. Oh and you get incentives when you recommend other people...awesome!
Our Service Advisor, Natashia Wilson, went above and beyond to help us with warranty transmission work. It s been over a month since we had the service done and our truck runs as smooth and as quiet as it did the day we got it three years ago.
WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!! Good Chevy was highly recommended to me by several friends of mine. They car I was buying had been loaned out as a service loaner for the night. Fast forward 3 days later they deliver the car to my home with tires that were unacceptable, huge chip in windshield that was half-assed fixed and the head liner was falling down. Mind you I traded a car in for this car and it's a 2018. Told em to give me my old car back. Damn right I got it back too. Sorry Greg Sheridan but your business is a joke!
I had a Five Star Experience with Good Chevrolet!!
Went in to look at a large selection of SUV's they had on hand. Initially I was shopping on line and had contacted the dealership a few days before via email. Internet Manager Kass Schany made it easy to set an appointment for a test drive, wow we drove 6 SUV's in about 30 minutes. Great selection and the cars were all in great condition. I had it narrowed down to two and drove those back to back three separate times and Kass's reaction was "hey lets do it". That is great service, and after I chose one the buying experience was easy.
Spoke with Ramon via text and he had the car I wanted to check out already waiting for me when I arrived. Olivier sealed the deal and made sure I got what I needed. Finally, I can t speak highly of the finance office. I wish I knew her name but she did a really good job locking me into a fantastic rate.
Only thing that soured the experience slightly was that I thought I should have gotten more for my trade in but overall I m pleased with my experience and most definitely with my car. Would definitely buy again!
We arrived at 10:30a and were immediately greeted by Tyson. He found us the exact car we wanted within the time it took me to change my toddlers diaper. we test drove it and knew we wanted it. then, we were set up with Zach to go over paperwork and financial options and he was able to work within our budget to get us the perfect car for our growing family and keep it within what we could afford. We had all paperwork signed, car detailed, and keys in hand by 2p. this was BY FAR the best car dealership experience we ve ever had and i will be recommending this location to everyone.
I just bought a 2019 Chevrolet Silverado All star from Good Chevrolet in Renton, Wa. I Wasn't planning on buying a new truck, but I couldn't resist. Archie was very helpful throughout the process and helped kill the time with good conversation. I would recommend anyone to buy from him. I'm very happy with my purchase.
I had a great experience working with Jonny Lim when I bought a truck from Good Chevrolet. He was responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and a good listener. I recommend Jonny if you need help buying a car or truck
They had the exact vehicle that we were looking for, the salesman, Lewis Goins, was great and so was Julie in Finance! We came to look and ended up buying our 2021 Colorado!
I was looking for an STI that was reasonably priced for a while and came up short with other vehicles not being to the spec i wanted.
When i found one i liked with this dealer, i sent an email and was contacted by Richard Graham. Pre-approval was very quick and they made this process stress free.
After arriving to the dealer, Jordan Stammen showed the car to me and was nice enough to stay past closing as we worked on paperwork.
These guys made car shopping very easy and surprisingly pleasant. I have been loving the car since i bought it and i cannot be happier that i made the purchase at this dealer!
I went here to buy a Prius and had the best experience. Jimmy Juma was my sales person and he was all smiles and perfect customer service. He helped me with buying the car and if he didn't know the answer to my questions he was able to quickly find someone who knew. He also helped me with getting a tool to measure tread depth on the tires. Top notch service!
Day 1 was a terrible experience with the most awful sales person I have ever met. However I called the Sales Manager to complain and got connected with a bew sales person who turned out to be excellent!
I bought a 2016 Subaru BRZ Series Hyper-Blue at a great price for the little cosmetic issues it has. This is the first car that I have bought from a dealer and Johnny Lim at Good Chevrolet couldn't have been more helpful. He walked me through the process, explained all my options and even threw in a wheel refurbish and new windshield at my request. I never felt pressured to make a decision and ended up coming back the next day to make the purchase. Highly recommend working with him if you are in need of a new vehicle.
We went with the intention of buying a car, unfortunately we were helped by the wrong person, can't remember his name but he was an older Asian guy who definitely didn't want nor feel like selling a car. He was rude to us, and wouldn't even bother trying to invite us in or to talk about the car or anything. Good Chevrolet could have sold a car yesterday but thanks to this guy they didn't!
I feel I was taken advantage of the last time I went in for my LOF. I asked them to replace my wiper blades and the service advisor said they were around $20 each. I said OK. When it was time to pay, they had charged me $31 each. With tax, that was $68 to change out my wiper blades! I complained and they wouldn't even budge an inch. I was outraged! Won't be coming back for anything other than LOF.
I needed a oil change and test on the coolant leak today. Jenna Bittner was so friendly. I chose a wrong service online and I didn't ask for Coolant test too. but they accept all of the services right away. after 2 hours they fixed the coolant and changed the oil and they told me that the coolant was under warranty. so, I didn't pay for that. and at the end I want to say special thanks to Natashia Wilson. I asked her if my car is ready or get a rent car to go to work. She did the best to get my car ready to go and I didn't need to rent a car. I liked the services and their customer service. my car is running very well. Thank you Cood Chevrolet service deportment. you did a fantastic job.
CRAIG was outstanding! We had gotten a really bad experience at Bill Pierre Ford in Seattle. I live in Kent and I called that same day early morning to make sure our vehicle was still in stock and they said it was so we drove for 45 min just to get there and be disappointed. I spoke to the manager there and he made it even worse. I walked out really upset. Called Good Chevrolet after finding the Nissan that we wanted and we got a great deal! AND FREE OIL CHANGE FOR LIFE. Great people and overall great service!
Our salesperson Teddy Sharp showed us the exact vehicle we were looking for at Good Chevrolet in Renton. We are very happy with our purchase and the way we were treated at the dealership. We would recommend them to our friends and family and we will definitely be back for future purchases. Kirk and Diana
I originally posted a 5 star review because of how good of an experience I had but this has since changed. I bought my vehicle and was told a part was on order to fix an issue but after having the vehicle at this dealership twice now the issue is still not resolved. They give a great experience to get you to buy a car but as soon as you are out the door they couldn't care less. Find a different dealership its not worth wasting time here.
Went there to look at a blazer with my boyfriend. They couldn't answer hardly any questions on the car. Then tried to show us a path finder that had an oil leak that they tried to hide but my boyfriend's a mechanic and when he climbed under the car the frame rail was covered in oil and once again couldnt answer any questions about the car. Wasn't offered anything to drink then when we asked for water they pointed to the soda machine. Definetly lost my business and do NOT recommend.
I had a great experience with salesman Andrey Shanazarov assisting me in buying a car. Andrey and the dealership were prepared and were professional in the entire process. I would definitely recommend this dealer to a friend.
When i arrived i was greeted by Mr johnny one of this stores best sells men they have, he got me in and show me the exact car i wanted and all its features that were included with that model car all for a great price and worth the purchase.
Be aware of this dealer! I brought a used car at Good Chevy and the car I found a lot of scratches at the chassis, and they did not let me know before I bought the car. Therefore, double or even triple check if you want to buy cars at Good Chevy . Besides, also be aware they will give you a really low trade in value in order to maximize their profit. They took my car for 18k and sold it for 26k. Last, the only sales that I am happy to interact with is Johnny, another black sales and their manager are rude. Overall negative buying experience.
I recently had an issue with my Duramax and was received by the service team with open arms. I was able to talk freely with the team about the history and my previous research about the issues. They took me in fixed the problem and my diesel is back in action. Thank you
Great service super friendly and one of the fastest auto purchasing experiences I've had. I live a few hours away so everything was handled before I arrived making it a short purchase time also the play area was great for my little ones. I highly recommend this dealership for your purchase.!!!!!
I highly recommend good chev. I just got my 5th vehicle from them. Zach Schreiber is the most helpful salesman we have ever dealt with. On my most recent purchase a week ago. Zach drove the vehicle to my house for us and took back our trade in. Now we live 5 hours away and that s great customer service. That s why this was the 5th vehicle Zach has sold me over the years and I will never go anywhere else. Thanks Zach and Good Chev.
We sent our truck to Good Chevrolet for check up yesterday. Today, They called telling us that the brake pads are worn down, we only have 15% left on the rear pad and 25% left on the front pads. And Good Chevrolet wants charge us 1800 dollars to change the breaks for us. The thing is, we just had our break changed less than a year ago at Les-Schwab! To be cautious, we took our truck back to Les-Schwab for a second opinion. Guess what, Les-Schwab told us that we have 50% pads left! Good Chevrolet is dishonest and we have already spent thousands of dollars at their shop to fix so called problems on our truck!
I had the pleasure to work with salesperson Andria Belote and the whole experience was exceptional. She was very caring and attentive thru this buying process and also she had vehicle parked up front that l was interested in. Even though l didn't purchase that vehicle but did buy the same vehicle in a different color and yr but very happy with the purchase. Her after care f/u was thoughtful and caring. I will make referrals when friends, family, or co-workers need to buy a vehicle. This is what you call a 5 star review.
We worked with Justin on purchasing a Chevy Colorado. I looked around for months for the right truck and best deal. We came across the vehicle we were looking for on Good Chevrolets website and they had a price that was unmatched by anything we found. We drove 200 miles to see the truck and bought it on sight with the entire process taking less than an hour. Justin was extremely courteous to the point of even ensuring we would get out in time to beat rush hour traffic. If you want a Hassle Free, Friendly and very Courteous experience, go see Justin at Good Chevrolet. You won't be disappointed!
When I picked my car up, I didn't get a chance to speak with my advisor about what had been done to my car. I take my other car to Renton Honda and the advisor ALWAYS talks to me about what was done to my car. Your dealership totally lacks in this area of customer service.
Please dont buy a car here they are the mose evil people with smile on their face and knifes when we turn back. They will not care about your hatd earned money.
Purchased a vehicle 2 years ago from Good Chevrolet and had a great experience. Was back on 11/17/2019 and had an even better one. Johnny Lim was incredibly patient, answered all my questions, showed me all the vehicles I had on my list and worked with me to get a great deal. I left with smile on my face and a super truck! Thanks also to Kass Shany (Internet Mgr) for the original email and all the followup questions and the super Dave Rehwaldt (Finance Mgr) who made a great experience even better. It was more than worth driving over from Poulsbo for the service and wonderful assistance. Thanks too all! And any future needs I will definitely be back, and will recommend you all to anyone looking for a vehicle and a trustworthy crew!!
The lady that was supposed to help me was very aggressive and upset. I credit it to her being late to work by almost 10 minutes. First I asked if they usually check the air filter because the last time there was a packet of oatmeal, huge Styrofoam and lots of leaves inside it. She asked me if there was a time stamp to show when I saw it. It turned out a month later and she said that could have happened anytime after that it only takes days to build up. I forgot, that was an unused packet of oatmeal. At this point i started to get frustrated. I get free oil changes for life. What do i have to gain by complaining? I just want to make sure it gets done in the future. I spoke to Wayne and he assured to me he'll make sure it gets done. They checked my cabin filter... smart because of all the ash... And I bought one even though I told that lady I wouldn't give the dealership a penny, but the guy that helped me was polite. not like her. I should have looked, but when I got home my dust box was dented and broken. By now, I'm tired of the free oil changes because they cut so many corners to save a dollar. I will never go back. Yes, I'd rather pay $100+ for each oil change than go back and get a free one. I just don't trust my car in their hands. My whole experience with this dealership makes me question how they are even able to stay in business. I want gm to share this because I wonder how many people do not follow-up with what shady work this place produces.
