Hey I showed up to just look at a dodge charger. Craig and Bryan approached me very kindly and now I just bought a 2015 dodge charger with their help. I definitely recommend anyone to come shop with them at this dealership. Excellent service!

I'm a first time car buyer and didn't know what to expect from the dealership, but Ramon did a fantastic job helping me through the process and making sure I found a car that was in my price range, and to my liking. Ramon was transparent about the car and shared with me all the details about the car's history and if there were any problems with the car. He was an authentic guy and was awesome to have met, I can say I was glad to have had him as my salesman!

As well, the financial liaison Carrie was very helpful in explaining how the warranty works and how my payment plan was going to be carried out. Contracts and loans aren't always easy to understand, but she made sure I came out of there knowing how the finances of the deal worked, and that I was aware of what my transaction for the car was. Very friendly and supportive person!

For someone who doesn't really understand how buying a car works, the staff at this dealership did an amazing job guiding me through this process and really made me feel like I was a valued customer, I could tell they genuinely wanted to help me get the best out of my experience. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would recommend people to come here to buy a car!

First experienced their excellent customer service when my parents traded their Cobalt for an Equinox two years ago. My experience was repeated when my brother bought a new car from Good at the end of last year, which led to me buying my new car from them this spring. Working with their online service, we were able to pick our model, color, and features from home - a big plus, being the caretaker of two small children. We set up a time and they brought the car to us, walked us through the features, and left us thoroughly satisfied with our dealings. Since then, they've kept in touch about the vehicle, and reminded us of upcoming services, and just this week worked with my parents when their Equinox was totaled to get them back on the road. I recommend then to anyone looking for good cars and great service.

This is my 2nd car purchase at Good Chevrolet in Renton. My experience has always been rewarding as the staff are friendly and courteous no matter if you are buying a car or servicing it. They show their interest in you as a person not just a customer. I truly would buy all my cars from Good as long as they stock cadillacs, my preference. If you shop at Good you will not be disappointed in the variety and quality of their cars. The service department is excellent and timely.

Came in here interested in getting a car. Soon as I interacted with one of the sales people I got racially profiled, to my surprise it happened twice with two
different people who I rather not name because to an extent they were friendly and probably didn't even realize how their racial prejudice was being displayed. As we went in to discuss possible financing options, their attitudes towards me and my mother very well portrayed those of who didn't take our potential clientele very seriously. Left feeling as if my best interest wasn't taken into consideration. Ended up buying a car the very next day from a different dealership.

My experience at Good Chevrolet was second to none. I had a list of pre-owned trucks and Good Chev was my last stop before making my decision. I pulled up to the showroom and met Archie Bailey and told him what I was looking for. Archie went and got the truck and we looked it over and took it for a test drive. The 2013 (Cherry Red) Ram 1500 was clean and in almost new condition. Archie made my truck buying experience at Good Chevrolet worth the drive from Tacoma. Thanks Archie and all the other nice people that work there.

We just purchased a passenger van for our church at Good Chevrolet. It was a very good experience. Kass Schany was our sales person and he was not high pressure, he communicated quickly and he honored his word. We got the best deal available in the Puget Sound area and we definitely recommend doing business with this team.

They were overall generally friendly. However, one problem was fixed on my car, but they found another problem and were unable to fix this at the same time (they said they didn't have time). Although it is a hassle, I'm happy to bring it back in. The problem is, they said I'd need to pay another $155 to re-evaluate and figure out how to fix this second problem. I would have hoped with good customer service, they'd help me fix what's going on without charging me an additional fee. I already had to pay a large sum at this visit, so it's frustrating that they returned my car to me, knowing it still had issues.

Raul was great! He brought up three other 3rd row SUV so we could compare and make the best decision. He made the buying process smooth and easy. Jordan in finance listen to me and worked with the credit union of my choice. My Chevy look so good in my driveway. you guys rock!!!

Absolutely pathetic and incompetent service. Spent more than 45 minutes waiting for a test-drive inspite of calling in advance and giving them a 2 hour heads up. After 45long minutes of just waiting, they come to me with 'That vehicle is not here'. I am a bit stunned with these positive reviews, stark difference!

I was involved in a bad accident and my 2011 Equinox was totalled and had to go through the stress of dealing with 3 insurance companies and the purchase of a replacement vehicle too. I really enjoyed my last Equinox and my last salesman back in 2011 helped me find the exact colors and options such as a LTZ model with Black Granite paint. Now I had to go through the same experience again! I knew exactly what I wanted this time and communicated that to my salesman, Dave Khan and he delivered another exceptional vehicle. My last decision was done 3 years ago based on a lot of research for a high-quality crossover SUV. Purchasing a new vehicle is a big investment and I thought it would be best to look at the competition again. Other crossovers in the same class just don't compare such as the Toyota RAV 4 or Ford Escape and so on. The Equinox is much more spacious and gets the best gas mileage. So... back to Good Chevrolet and I was so happy that Dave Khan was still there to assist me through the sales process. He was able to locate the exact Equinox which included the 2.4 engine, color and LTZ model. In one day after negotiating the price and the finance guy working with my credit union, Dave delivered my new Equinox. The entire purchase process was very easy and no pressure. I highly recommend Good Chevrolet and you can't beat the new deal they are offering with free oil changes for life and a 10 year 200,000 mile power train warranty at NO cost. Guess there was a silver lining after all I've been through. Definitely ask for Dave Khan at Good Chevrolet and it's a great place to shop for a new or used car.

Just bought a new Grand Sport from Brett, and the experience couldn't have gone more smoothly. He got me an excellent deal on my trade-in as well as my new Vette. I highly recommend you stop by and check out the selection (last chance to get a new manual Corvette *sigh*, the end of an era).

Made the appointment to test drive a car at 5 pm. Received couple emails to confirm my appointment, one was at 4 pm, By the time I was there, after waiting for 10 minutes, a sales person asked around, and then I was told the car was sold 2 hours ago. I was really hoping the other person who sent me the email could have notified me earlier. Why did he even emailed me to confirm my appointment?

anyway, I don't want to deal with them anymore. very disappointed

Worst experience of my life attempting to purchase a vehicle. Salesman refused to discuss price of vehicle and only wanted to discuss out the door price, which includes numerous hidden fees he "fast talked" over. When i finally did the math on fees and sales tax the price was actually more than $1k over listed price. My reasonable counter offer was met with laughter and condescension. Glad i walked out and have this opportunity to share that this dealer is focused on ripping off the customer. They also charged me more than the actual rate for sales tax. THEIVES AND CARPET BAGGERS!

Had to wait around for an extra 15 minutes to move cars out of the way to look at the truck i wanted since it was buried in the lot. Was insulted by the manager Zack when talking about a trade in. Will not be going back to buy a truck

I had visited a couple other dealers and each car salesman I dealt with was very much classic, pushy and aggressive. I actually found a better priced car (not by much) at a different dealership, but stuck with Good Chevrolet for two reasons: I was able to receive a better deal for slightly more at Good Chevy, and the salesman I dealt with was amazing!

Skip was exactly the type of salesperson I wanted to deal with when buying a car. At the other dealerships it was very much about "How am I going to get you to buy this car and not let you leave until you agree to it." Skip was more of the type, "Let me show you the car, let's see what we can do, and go from there." Not to mention that every sales man on the lot was very attentive, opening doors, asking if we had been helped/needed refreshments, etc.

All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. Thanks again guys!

Everyone there was very nice. John Lim was very helpful, and had everything ready when we got there which was great, because we drove up from Oregon. Highly recommend buying from Good Chevrolet.

Went to the service Dept today, first time. I replaced the air bag module but I don't have a scanner that will program it. It takes 10 minutes to program then check to see if any codes set. They charged me an hour plus eight dollars for shop supplies. Of course they made me wait an hour to get the truck back. What's wrong with a half hour labor for a job that takes 10 minutes. $155.00 an hour I don't have any problem with. Think about how much you pay for a plummer. Your car is much more complicated than your plumbing.

Purchased my vehicle less than 2 years ago and was told the extended warranty had bumper to bumper coverage. Fast forward to today my vehicle has had problem after problem including but not limited to, not starting at all and breaking down in the middle of driving with my family, all of these problems NOT covered by the alleged "bumper to bumper" warrenty. I have called several times requesting to speak to the Finacial Department about canceling my warrenty and each time I am told that they are not in the office yet, they are not currently available, etc. I have left countless messages and not one call has been returned. I have been told twice that they would email me the cancelation paperwork, each time I have never received them. Please save yourself time and money and do not do business with Good Chevrolet.

I inquired about a vehicle on Sunday(Easter) and Kass called me five minutes later. He listened to my needs and said that he had a few cars down there that might work for me, I have to admit I was a little hesitant to make the drive but he was confident. When I arrived he showed me a couple different cars and told me the decision was all mine. I ended up driving home in a 2016 Camaro. Thank you Kass for making the process quick, painless, and easy as possible! I will be back!!

I purchased a brand new car from Good Chevrolet on Saturday. On Monday, the engine failed while driving a mile from my house. Tuesday, I learned the engine was completely blown, and would need to be replaced. Jordon Stammen, gave me an option to repair, or get another new car from the lot in place of the original. I chose to get a new one that was very similar to my original purchase. So far, so good with the new car.

Great sale team, the salesman teddy was very helpful and courteous. They worked with my budget and help me put the best deal. The price for the car was better then most dealers and you also get the lifetime oil change. I recommend good Chevrolet after purchasing two new cars from them.

We found yourself needing a commuter car and started the search on Christmas Eve day. Johnny helped us look at several vehicles, we decided to also look at another dealership, we told Johnny what we were doing and he was more than kind about it, he texts us his contact information as well as the info and out the door price for the car we were looking at. After a few calls to other lots and a few in-person looks, we decided to contact Johnny and purchased the vehicle from Good Chevrolet and Johnny yesterday. The process was quick and seamless.
Thank you, Johnny, for being kind, upfront, and not pressuring us. Johnny also set us up with a key maker on the spot for a second key that we needed, and when I inquired about a Carfax recall on the car, he had the service department take care of it on the same day.

Overall, a typical car buying experience. However, I was not impressed with working with Richard Graham. During my car buying, he introduced himself and put my temporary tag on my window, otherwise I did not work with him at all. The person who works with him, Cass, was very kind and helpful. When my old car was taken back to look at and determine my trade-in amount, I handed over my set of keys with the car key on it. When I returned home that night with my new car, I realized my keys had never been returned to me. Since Richard was the dealer I had been emailing with prior to going to the dealership, I emailed immediately and requested he send me my keys along with two rear view mirror ornaments that had sentimental value to me. He emailed back and said he would be happy to send them. A week later, when I had not received anything yet, I emailed again. This time with no response. Even another week went by with no keys. I emailed again with no response. When I was called to come in and pick up my license plates, I inquired about my keys. The receptionist left a message for Richard and he was to call me back. He never called. I then received another call to pick up my license plates and a set of keys. I went in and was given someone else s set of keys. When I told the receptionist this, she stated she did not have my keys, and asked if I was sure the ones they gave me weren t mine. I m pretty sure I know what my keys look like and that I didn t have an Arizona keychain on mine. She called
Richard and he responded that if those weren t my keys, there were no other keys. The fact that my keys were lost is indeed very disappointing. However even more disappointing was Richards response, or lack there of. I also never received my rear view mirror ornaments.

This is my 2nd transaction with good Chevrolet and they always strive to take care of the customer. Both times I have left feeling like I got a good deal and like they did not try to take advantage of me. I am referring other family up there to buy their new ride as well.

Had a great experience with the Bryan's. Very happy with the Corvette and will be sending people down to work with them. Good guys!

Kass was the salesperson I worked with. He was pretty busy but he did a great job in getting things together. Especially in light of the fact I had to get out of there fast due to an unforeseen hospital event. The finance guy didn't do a bad job either.

Drove an hour to see a vehicle after being assured it was there, just to arrive and be told the vehicle had been sold. Tried to upsell us to a truck priced more than $10k higher.
