We have had a variety of problems occur on what was a brand new 2016 Suburban at time of purchase. Thus we have been in the dealership for repairs often. Be aware if you own a suburban and they need to keep the vehicle there are no other suburbans available for use. They will rent you a vehicle from enterprise but never have they had a comparable vehicle available. The dealership won t allow use of their vehicles although when they were trying to sell me this vehicle I was able to take a similar one home for an entire weekend to ensure the vehicle worked for our family. Pretty frustrating experience.

Ramon was kind and there to answer all my questions and wasn t pushy when I inquired about certain vehicles. It was the exact opposite of what I was expecting a car dealership to be like. I'm a huge Chevy fan but good Chevrolet's service department makes me wish I had a Ford! 2-3 hours for an oil change. And without service appointments available the only time I can get is "next week". Honestly I have no idea how they keep customers with the ridiculously slow turnaround for service.

Mostly great. We handled the majority of the transaction throughout the day Via text and over the phone. Once we came to agreement, I went in to sign papers and pick up my new truck and only spent about 30-45 minutes at the dealership. That was nice, I have bought many new vehicles and that was by far the shortest amount of time spent at the dealer. When I arrived, the new truck was already cleaned and filled with Diesel - all ready to go. I had previously bought 3 vehicles at Sunset Chevy and this was a far better experience.
2018 Camaro ZL1 first oil change at 500 miles (break in period). To be honest I was a bit concerned with bringing my car back for service and maintenance due to online reviews. My experience was nothing but 5-star: Fast, friendly, and did the job correctly. Like all service based businesses, I will continue bringing my vehicle back to Good Chevrolet until I have a problem (e.g. Good needs to continue raising the customer experience bar to keep people coming back. One bad experience and it's all over...no amount of free oil changes can change that).
Called in to ask if they are buying used cars and just get a simple quote on what they could offer me. I informed them that we are trying to sell our car and just pricing out a ball park offer to be able to compare and find the best offer. The sales persons response was so you want me to waste my time so you can go somewhere else? Needless to say I don t think I will be going here for a car!
This is the worst place i never be in my life i go thear Adams treat us terrible they make wait forever for the bank approve and them he come in and tell us that we have to make an appointment for monday, i love chevrolet but i have to live that place he never help us he lie to us ,but we go to the subaru dearle and finally i buy my car they work with my payments they help me a lot ,please do not go to good chevrolet or a least don't go with Adams
Great place, great people! Richard Graham and I talked briefly over the internet, I told him what I wanted and when I could come in and he had the vehicle warmed up and ready to go for me once I got there! Richard and Zach both helped me and my family once we got there. They were both great and made the process quick and easy. Very knowledgeable, this car was an upgrade in technology for me and they explained everything I needed to know about he car. Good Chevrolet is definitely family friendly! They have a kids play area, my oldest son who is 4 had a lot of fun playing with my husband while I was out for a drive with Richard. Purchased my 2020 Chevrolet Traverse RS and we are SO happy with our car and our experience! Thanks for being awesome guys

Update June 8 Upgrading to 5 stars. The dealership had offered to redo the protective coating as it was not done the first time and all personnel were helpful and courteous. We ended up purchasing a Traverse from Good Chevrolet through Gary and couldn't be happier. Despite the hiccups with the initial purchase, everything was rectified.
Update: May 25 Downgrading my review to 2 stars now. After taking to truck in to get service done as part of our package (May 23 at 9am), the paperwork was not ready. I was told by 3 people that the truck and paperwork would be ready that day, indicating it would only take a couple of hours. At 2pm we called to get an update and were told it wouldn't be ready until the 24th by end of day.
I called for an update around 11am on the 24th and was told the truck had already been finished up and had to call back to find out the paperwork status. Both items were indeed ready on the 23rd, but I never received a call. Upon arrival, we signed the paperwork and had to request our original paperwork back. When we went to the truck they didn't have any record of us and it took awhile to find the truck. But we got the truck and were squared away...or so I thought.
We will now have to go back again as there were several key papers missing from the new paperwork we signed. It is unacceptable that a customer would have to make multiple trips, FIND these errors, etc. I was thinking about going to this same dealer for my next purchase but this has left a bad impression.
Original review at 4 stars: We met with John Lim on May 19th regarding a possible purchase of a new Chevy Colorado. We set an appointment the day before and were able to get it quickly to meet with John. He was very respectful and allowed my husband and I the space needed to discuss privately and also check out the vehicle. The process was very smooth and we did not feel pressured at all with the purchase.
The only reason I opted to not give 5 stars is that we had noticed two days after purchase that the vin number listed on the paperwork was incorrect and will require us to go back in to fill out the paperwork again with the correct vin number. Other than that mixup, I would highly recommend Good Chevrolet and John Lim.

Purchased a vehicle from Teddy, It had 4 wheels and started. I am enjoying the car very much. Our sale was a bit of a quick one and I appreciated the express service because I typically do not enjoy prolonged engagements.
Edit on January 30th. Upgraded review to 5 star. ------------------ After finding a safety issue with the new unused spare tire on the jeep I bought. I brought it back in for a replacement because I felt it was sold to me that way and was a safety issue.
Ted took the time to call and text me with updates on the approval and measurements from the back office for the replacement. (The problem tire was not a dealer issue. It was more than likely a manufacturer defect.)Good Chevrolet lived up to their name by making replacing the tire at no cost to me.
I reckon you purchase your new or use vehicle here because these guys won't try to shrug you off at all if you have a reasonable issue or need.

Excellent customer service and a very friendly atmosphere. The salesman I worked with was very helpful, answered a lot of questions, and ultimately guided me to the right car for me. The whole team there felt very straightforward and honest.
That last word is really important: "honest." That's a hard word to come by in an industry that seems to be filled with aggressive sales teams and pushy managers. But the folks at Good Chevrolet were nothing but friendly, professional, and they really seemed to have MY best interests in mind.

Great experience and a great dealership! I found a truck online and gave them a call and ended up walking in there that same day! The guy, Johnny, didn't have to do a whole lot of convincing because the truck was already incredible enough, but he did a damn good job. First time buying a vehicle and they helped me out a lot. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
The fact you won't sell to Idaho residents is ridiculous and the reasoning behind it is even more so. When you have a cash buyer willing to come to your dealership in person and do all transactions by law and turn around and refuse them based on them not residing in Washington is an embarrassment for your dealership. What a shame for the State of Washington to allow your dealership to do business there!

I had mixed emotions about my whole sales experience. First, I met Matthew Nedrick. He was a very friendly salesman and had a great experience with him. He showed me a 2015 Silverado they had on their lot, and we took a test drive. I was not feeling the truck and felt like it was not the truck for me. Then I was introduced to another salesman to I felt was trying to finish the deal. I was not buying "yet." Matthew was cool about it, and that was the end of the conversation. The other guy I was not fond of the stereotypical car salesman.
However, A few days later I what would be the truck I would buy. The online Manager was accommodating and even had the truck ready for me when I showed up for the test drive. Matthew was busy with another customer, so I had to go on a test drive with another salesman. I was not fond of him, either.
Anyways I appreciated Matthews'patients throughout the buying experience. I left and came back three times, and he was very cool each time. I finally bought the truck, and he was extremely helpful after the sale. He went through all the features of the truck, and even gave me some pointers on how to make things better. He used to be a Best Buy Manager and told me some things that he knew would work to better my GMC Truck. Nothing like buying aftermarket stuff, just simple things with my phone and Bluetooth, and other features the truck already had.
If you got to Good, ask for Matthew Nedrick. Good guy, and extremely friendly. Three out of five because the other salesman was not that great.
Everyone was friendly and the service was fast it took a couple of hours but it was worth it they got me into a brand new car with no hassle,well my car was tow in for a minor fix but over all they gave me the best service and i got my car back the next day. I just purchased my 2016 VW Passat last week from Johnny in the sales dept and am so pleased with my experience dealing with him. I saw the car online but was told they just purchased it and hadn't arrived yet. He was aware that I needed a car ASAP and consistently kept me informed on the status. (I looked at other dealerships but was disappointed in their follow up.)
When the car was finally arrived at the dealership, he let me know and I immediately went to go check it out. He had it ready for me to take a test drive upon arrival and I made the purchase. Since the car is less than 2 years old, I also get FREE oil changes for the life that I own it! (Cherry on top)

These people don t know what s wrong with their own cars in the last 2 weeks we went through 2 diagnostics test everytime they tell me what the problem is we fix it and the problem is still there they all looked at me crazy when I pulled up again like who should I goto? to help with my truck it s been a month and my truck is still acting out I brought brand new parts and still nothing works waste of money and time they told me it was a master lock that needs to be replaced due to electrical problems I just bought one yesterday for $257 it doesn t work it s so frustrating my husband is going to return it because we don t have money like that and I can t go back there anymore everytime I go I pay money and nothing gets solved the only person who genuinely tried to help me was the guy with one arm (sorry I didn t get your name) everyone else especially the old guy(whom I believe is RACIST) who s desk is at the end of the service when you pull in Who was the one to tell me to turn off my car which I said it s not gonna turn on if I turn it off which he then reply we will turn it on but let me tell you my truck was stuck there for 30 minutes not once did he budge he sat there and ate his Mango like I didn t exist my two toddlers were in the car screaming and crying nobody cared but the one guy with the one arm again sorry that s the only way to explain him cause I didn t get his name they tried everything my truck didn t turn on I finally got it to work and just drove it what s really sad is I need a running car for my kids and they can t fogure out the issue who can I go to now? I m so tired of spending money I need to go somewhere and just leave the truck there so they can figure out what s really going on I Need Help

We drove over an hour because we saw a good deal online. It wasn't just bait like some dealers. Absolutely humbled by the honest, fast, and respectful service. I called needing an oil change last minute and Edwin was able to assist me with great customer service. Edwin was able to help me from start to finish. Their team was able to complete my oil change, tire rotation, and a 17 or 21 (I can t remember the number ) point check within 2 hours. All round friendly staff and efficient.
The sales person, Charlie Nguyen took good care for us. He was not pushy nor quick to talk about the money side of things. He made us feel very comfortable with our purchase. Also, Sam in finance, did not push us for any of the Addons. That was a nice change, because the aggressive sales tactics I have experienced at other dealerships deter from future business. Our family will be recommending good Chevrolet to others.

I can only say that usually buying a car is not a lot of fun (nothing personal to the industry)! But, when we recently purchased our vehicle with Teddy Sharp not only was it easy, it was quick and professionally handled. Not the scenario where someone is running back and forth to the manager, just handled. Even after the transaction he is willing to go the extra mile! It was refreshing to experience and I will recommend Teddy to anyone I know looking for a vehicle.

5 stars for Zane he was awesome, very helpful and not pushy. However I cannot say the same for Skip which is why i gave 1 star, he took over once I was ready to buy. I was pre-approved (had the blank check with me) with navy federal at a super good rate. As soon as he came in the energy and attitude changed. When I called that morning to see if the car was available he said the car is priced to sell....that wasnt my question but okay. The car was priced at $13,900 I asked if we could do $15,500 out the door which was $300 below what he wanted. He was unwilling to negotiate anything. He upped all fees saying "they over estimate just in case". Just in case what? I'm a single mom and I think he tried to take advantage of the fact I was female and he knew I loved the car so the "extra" wouldn't matter or I wouldn't notice. The price I offered was more than fair. I'm a very fair person. I'm not trying to rip anyone off and I would appreciate the same. I'm disappointed in his attitude. In customer service/sales EVERYTHING is negotiable.

I've been having my vehicle serviced at Good Chevrolet for ten years now. If I buy another Chevrolet, I'll purchase it at good Chevrolet and have it serviced there. My only complaints about this visit are more due to Covid 19 then the dealership. I miss the free coffee and the coffee machine you do have, wasn't working. I was also interested in looking at a vehicle while I was there. The only salesman present was very busy with other customers and I am not ready to buy anything yet anyway. Then I saw the notice on the front door that sales were by appointment only. I'll be very happy when Covid is gone.

When we contacted them about a car they had that we were interested in and Kass got back to us and answered all of our questions. We kept in contact with him over a few weeks and he was so nice and never pressured us at all. We finally went over to get the car and Kass met us, we went for a test drive and bought the car. When you get the typical car sales runaround it's unfortunate, I had hoped to spend my money locally but ended up driving to a dealership that was upfront with pricing, options and financing/lease options. Ended up leasing a 2017 Bolt instead of buying. The salesperson at Good said the residual on it was around 38% when in actuality it is closer to 57%. When working on price for the car they said "We're already losing $2000 on the deal so it's the best we can do" when other dealers were offering me similarly equipped vehicles for substantially less. It seemed they were more worried about their loss then being honest or anything to do with our needs.
Bought my gently used car here. The process was easy. They had the car waiting for me when I pulled up. Kass was wonderful and responded to my text messages and emails quickly and Jordan was wonderful to work with. I would definitely go back to buy my next car from Good Chevrolet.
This was a very pleasant experience. Robert Graham was great. I especially liked the fact that he didn't talk my ear off during the test drive. I was able to concentrate on the vehicle and it's characteristics, rather than have to contend with a lot of conversation during the drive.
I found the perfect vehicle for me at good Chevrolet. We negotiated the price of my trade-in and The purchase price of my future vehicle and came to a fair agreement. During the process of negotiation I was continuously asked if I was going to finance through the dealership. I told the sales person that I preferred to use my own financing through my own credit union on numerous occasions every time the subject came up a manager would inform me that I didn t have to purchase a vehicle from good Chevrolet if I didn t want to. I requested a purchase order on numerous occasions so I could go get the check from my credit union to pay for the vehicle I was refused and told I didn t have to purchase a vehicle from good Chevrolet if I didn t want to.Finally an angry sales manager told me they were not going to give me a purchase order and if I didn t finance through them they weren t going to sell me a Vehicle. And for a final time I was told if you don t wanna buy a car from us you don t have to. So I took my business elsewhere to another dealership and told him about my experience at good Chevrolet they immediately gave me a purchase order and I purchased a vehicle for $27,000 I don t recommend anyone going to good Chevrolet if you re not gonna allow them to finance you. I got the impression that all they cared about was making money and not about the happiness of the customers I was really disappointed that I couldn t purchase the vehicle from them that I wanted.
Was inquiring about purchasing a new truck from the lot and when speaking to Ramon we came to an agreement about price. I told him i would fly out on the weekend but before i needed a confirmation on what we had agreed. He then proceeded its back to original price and was like "Are you in or are you out". Are we trying to get a drug deal going here? I feel thats not a question you ask a potential buyer.
I was able to get in early before work, the work was completed quickly and all staff were professional. There was a quiet area with coffee, pastries, and a working area so I was comfortable and productive while waiting.
Honestly, horrible. Dishonest sales tactics. If you actually have money you ll figure this out quickly and simply walk out the door. So many cars out there for sale to put up with these people.
The service here was amazing. Trevor went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted at the best price. I had come in knowing what car I wanted and had already applied for financing on my own. Trevor not only let me test drive it but also got the device department to put it up on a lift so my uncle(who's a mechanic) could take a look at everything. Once we went in to start the paperwork he suggested that maybe I could find better financing through one of the other lenders they had. He ended up finding me a much better rate. I left with the car a wanted and a lower payment. I would definitely buy from here again.
I have always been pleased with the service at Good Chev in Renton. From the time I bought my car there, till this mornings check up. Everyone greets and treats you with a friendly and yet, professional attitude. The work is done in a very timely manner.
Austin was our sales person and we had a great experience with him. The whole process of buying a new car and trading in our old one was smooth. Their pricing is really good, and didnt really have to haggle. The financial manager Sam was also very easy to work with, and no one pressured us to get any options that we werent interested in. Overall a pleasing experience and would recommend them.

Extremely annoyed and frustrated! The service department is ridiculous. I brought my car in for diagnostics and after an hour was never informed of work being done. They say it's covered under warranty, but you still inform the owner of said work. I do not trust this dealership, I will never come here again. Please be aware and ask questions!
I scheduled a service appointment with loaner car via there online tool. When I arrived for my service appointment I was informed they could not even request the loaner car until 30 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. Good Chevrolet failed to deliver what they promised causing me to waste time and perform rework to find a new service provider.
Teddy and the entire staff were very polite and helpful! Overall great experience. Traded in my truck for a Jeep, and I was in and out in a couple of hours.
I recently purchased a 2013 silver Corvette Coupe 3LT from Good Chevrolet. Staff seemed friendly at least at face value, there seemed to be kind of a negative undertone with some of them though. The Internet Manager Richard Graham came out and greeted me he was very nice. We went out for a short test drive and came back. Richard went back inside while I looked at the vehicle. I thought he was going to come back out and do a walk around and go through the vehicle with me to point out any problems or cosmetic issues. I thought that someone would show me how to use the OnStar and the navigation system. I thought that I would receive two key fobs, but only got one and that one was damaged, the plastic housing had a crack from top to bottom. I found out later that there was no owners manual with the vehicle. The sun visors had a sticker residue on them you know those giant warning label stickers. The passenger visor was covered with black tape to match the black interior. I have yet to pull that tape off to see what's underneath. I agreed on a monthly payment with Richard but wasn't told anything about my interest rate or loan term or anything else. It wasn't until I met with the finance person that I found out what interest I would be paying and the length of the loan. I am not unhappy though, it was a valuable lesson learned for me. I should have found out those things before I signed anything and that if you don't like it walk out. So in a way thank you Good Chevrolet for the valuable lessons I have learned. It's unfortunate though that some people can't do the right thing for others, I don't get it and I never will.

UPDATE in response to the comment by owner; Talked with the receptionist, who is very polite, she said the vehicle is already sold. So Richard ran my credit to buy a vehicle that was already sold and then tried to up sell me. Complaint has now been filed with state Attorney General to report this fraud.
Dealership told me that a vehicle was available. When I arrived they told me the vehicle had 2 offers and it would go to the highest bidder, the online listing does not mention any auction. After a 50 mile drive and 2 hours of waiting they ran my credit and then I was told that the car was already sold and that it sold the day before. Richard, the online sales manager, is the person that told me it was available, told me he sold it the day before, and told me there was no way they could make it right. The vehicle is still in dealership inventory as verified by another dealership. Absolutely unprofessional staff, this was a classic case of bait and switch. Will not be back and don't recommend coming here.

I decided to start looking for a used Chevy Malibu and went by Good Chevrolet to see what they had. I met Pam and she showed me a couple Malibus, can't remember what years, and then told me of their sort of deal of the month thing they had going. I guess pretty much every dealer has these. It was a better deal than the used cars and had all of 5 miles on the odometer. What's not to like. Of course, you don't swing at the first pitch, so the next day I went to another dealership where my son just bought a new Chevy Cruze and is friends with one of the guys, so he was sure we could get a better deal there. Not so. I ended up back with Pam at Good Chevrolet and bought my new 2016 Butte Red Metallic Malibu (thank goodness, now I can find it in the parking lot because it isn't silver or black), a nice dark red car with backup camera and everything else I ever needed. The whole time Pam just called me once to tell me the car was still available, which I asked her to do. No hard sell, not pushy. Very good experience. Thanks Pam Schuler
Excellent service, Edwin Martinez in the service department went above and beyond after requested few more things to be checked even when the appointment was only for Oil change Time frame for service took exactly what I was told when I dropped off my truck. I didn t even had to request the inspection report as it was already provided with my invoice.

My husband and I came in to shop for a decent used car, one or two years old. We looked around the lot, saw a few contenders when Zack found us. He was a great guy to work with, genuinely friendly and knowledgeable. Zack listened carefully to our requirements and suggested a test drive in a car that was in our price range but had better features than what I found on their website. After a test drive and some paperwork we drove home in our new (used) car! Overall, we had a very "Good" experience. Thanks Zack!
