Part 2: Quite satisfied with purchasing our new Chevy Colorado. They sell a lot of cars here but the experience still felt very personal.

There was one mix up with the extended warranty not showing up on the paperwork, but after a brief return visit they cleared it up and reprinted the documents for us.

Altogether very pleased and would definitely recommend this dealership for new buyers.

Had issues with the service department at sunset Chevrolet where we had free oil changes, decided to pay for them at good Chevrolet and we haven t regretted it since they always take care of us and have great communication especially our service advisor Natasha.

Always a great experience, from buying to service. You will not be disappointed.

After, test driving SUVs we actually ended up with the very 1st one he brought us, he's that good! The price was also the cheapest of all the area from Seattle to Olympia. I really wish I could say more about this place. I called Friday evening to inquire about an SUV I really liked. The price was right, but I had some concerns so I called first. Spoke with a seemingly very nice sounding guy named Brian who said he'd ask the used car specialist my questions in the morning and call me back. I told him I'd still like to come in and test drive the car before they closed which would be in 35 mins. I only live 1 mile away and it took me 10 mins to get there. Ready to test drive the car I asked for Brian, but he was gone. What?! I JUST spoke with him. Anyway, I figured I'd still test drive the car until I was informed the key for that particular car was checked out to Brian. What?! I JUST told him I was coming in to test drive it. I thought it was funny at first like he didn't want me to buy it from one of the other salesmen, but when he didn't call me back the next day and again not on Sunday I started getting irritated and checked their inventory online. Turns out it was removed! So irritated!!! What a waste of my time. I guess I helped Brian find a new car?! Not sure what happened there, but with so many other dealers who actually value their potential customers I'd stay very far away from this place.

I went down to their lot to check out the inventory looking for a Chevy Malibu, and they had plenty to choose from.

Ask for Gordon Wilson, his knowledge about the car i wanted and the lot there was exemplary, he not only answered my questions about the Malibu, but found me an LT version that had the extras (leather, premium wheels, Bose sound system) that i didn't know i could afford on my budget!

He made my first new car buying experience an easy and successful one, and even after the sale was complete he took the time to make sure i knew how all the bells and whistles worked, helped me set up my On-Star system and showed me features of Chevy's "Infotainment" system i had no idea about.

Kass and Dave were great to work with. We had all our conversations over email and came to a fair price. I was able to come in quickly to test drive, leave and negotiate over email the rest of the afternoon at home, then come back in the next day to pick up the car. They kept to their word with the numbers we agreed on over email and had me in and out in 20 minutes with my new truck. Thanks again!

It doesn't seem like they are to great at being truthful. They refused to come down on the price even after calling me and saying that they will be willing to talk about it. While working with Jordan he told us that the price he wrote down on the paper was the price for the car including taxes. After confirming that more than twice we continued on and when we got to finance it was almost 8,000 more. I did however learn a couple things after 2 other managers gave us a call
1. They NEVER go down on the selling price because they believe its the best on the market
2. They think you still wany to do business with them after they try to set you up for a deathtrap.

Very satisfied with my purchase from Good Chevrolet.
They did an awesome job hooking me up with a car. I bought a Hyundai genesis from Brett and we found out a few days after buying it there was a few things that needed repair, and he got them to fixed them all. Battery, Windshield defrost, alignment, and some other things. I will definitely buy another car from them! Looking hard enough for a great new car, I also found a great dealership along the way!

I've purchased Cruze 2014 the sales team is very helpful, I've dealt with Craig and Jake from sales, they are honest and patient. I like the attitude of respecting the customers' choices, not pushy at all, have fair good deals. I really like the way they are doing their business. I totally recommend them and I hope they continue in that way.

Renzo made it possible for me to get this car because, another buyer was going to potentially buy it but wasn t sure. I m glad it was still available when I got there. The car is nice and small but, lacks range which isn t a big deal because I already knew that. The customer service was good and the closing process was fair. The only downside is that it takes forever for finance to process you're information. It took over 40 min. If you don t mind waiting then this place is a 4/5 stars.

Was able to purchase a 1of1 2019 Dodge Challenger 1320 Drag Pak from John Klim over the internet and 2,300 miles away. Everything about the car and the transaction was just as Mr Klim had stated and along with pictures and live video made this a very pleasant experience. If you come here ask for Johnny please! I was looking for a Lexus but it sold so he told me there were other options on his website. I browsed through and found a couple cars and I made a appointment to come in. This is my first time buying for a dealership and I was nervous. He made the buying process so easy and fast. Really great salesmen and confident in his work. He didn t rush me and helped me find the best car for myself. I m glad johnny was the one who sold me my car. He said he may not be the best at explaining things but I think he did a great job explaining finance and loans and what not. ASK FOR JOHNNY WHEN YOU COME! This was my first time purchasing a car from an actual dealership and I tell you I went in thinking there's no way that this is going to work. I am beyond grateful to say that it went seamlessly. I will recommend Good Chevrolet to EVERYONE I know that's looking to buy a car. I was totally put at ease the moment Richard said "Congratulations!" and shook my hand; the deal was done! I knew the car I wanted, and they had it ready for me when we walked in. Didn't hassle us, very low pressure, and moved quickly to get our trade-in evaluated and us into the car quickly. Johnny Lim was great - really enjoyed working with him.

Went in to test drive a car and asked them to call us if it sold. We arrived at the dealership and were told the car sold 2 hours prior to our arrival. We were then told they had a similar make and model that was brand new and wasn't even advertised on their site yet. He came in at a high price and we worked him down to a price we were comfortable. While he was getting the paper work we looked up the make and model to see if we were getting a good price via KBB and saw the exact car we just bough for sale way under the price we negotiated. We showed him that and he said it was a mistake and was not on their website so he could not honor that price. After more negotiating he agreed to honor that price but said he had to add on $1200 for a safety check. We said okay and he even worked with us on incentives a lower interest rate. We were thrilled and walked away happy. I then decided I wanted to see if their service department did remote start and push button start as an add on for my wife for Xmas so I got on their website and what do I see but the exact car I just bought advertised at the same price as on KBB. After a bit more research I found they had the car for over 2 weeks and had marked the price down about 3 times and then sold it to me for S1200 over the advertised price. Upset I called the next morning and spoke to a female sales manager who kept cutting me off and interrupting me and telling me I was wrong before I brought up how this was a bait and switch and was illegal in Washington. She then proceeded to hang up on me. I then called back and talked to Dean telling him what happened is the technical definition of bait and switch. He agreed and said they would honor the website price. If not for Dean I would have given this dealership 1 star, but Dean realized what they did was wrong and made it right. I will never go back here again for a vehicle but it does go to show you that their are still good people willing to help and do what is right.

Had a great experience buying my second car here. Johnny helped me out both the times. There vehicles are always priced low and they will work with you so your needs are met. Best of all, they won t push you but let you decide. Bought my first car with Johnny Lim back in 2016 and just traded that in for another vehicle a few days back! Highly recommended!

I've been looking around for a low mileage used full size pickup for a few months, waiting for a good truck at the right price. Good Chevy had a '17 Ram 1500 advertised online that looked about right.

I worked with Lewis and Johnny over the phone to learn about a few key details and decided to drive the 90 minutes to check it out. Was exactly as advertised online (which is rare with used cars) and Johnny made it super easy to test drive and see everything for myself.

When it came time to talk numbers, he was extremely straight forward, no hassle, no pressure, no games, the price and deal was clear. Was very pleased with the truck and the dealership's process and sales people. Drove home with the truck within an hour of test driving.

Without doubt Rich Samuels my sales guy was helpful from start to finish. He was not pressed in selling the vehicle to me, but helped me with all my concerns and questions. He allowed us to view and check several vehicles until we had decided, or should I say when my wife had picked the right vehicle. He provided all the spec s as well as options available in terms of purchasing. Rich provided a very completive offer and service which I can say whole heartedly was of the utmost best. A friendly, calm and understanding persona which made us secure an Infiniti QX80! Rich, I very much appreciate your help and will no doubt be referring you to friends and relatives, and looking forward to our next purchase from Good Chevrolet over in Renton.

I am a first time buyer and my parents had had a really bad experience before so I was really nervous going in to dealerships. Not to mention intimidated since almost every time we went into a dealership the salespeople where either to pushy or would not pay us ant attention. I saw the car I loved online and contacted Renton Chevrolet through email Skip replied first thing the next morning we set up an appointment and he got me a great deal I was very pleased and happy to have bought from here most of the staff was very nice to talk to. I would definitely recommend this place!

We have bought many cars here also had a lot of repairs done the girl service manager has treated us very bad I had the same brake light problem fixed here last April it's now out of warranty they should have treated us with just a little kindness I know they just want to make money but to treat customers with such disrespect not cool Good Chevrolet

The service department here is awful. It s terrible! They take way too long, put a bandaid on problems, and during a particular moment for me gave me my brand new car back with the check engine light, traction control light, and ABS light on. There should have been no reason the car was 1 year old with 20000 miles and was taken in for an oil change. Do not trust this place with your vehicle, it will not be taken care of.

Had a GREAT overall experience at Good Chevrolet where we purchased a new vehicle for my wife. Our salesperson Justin gave us great, non-pushy service and helped walk us through the purchase / finance portion without a hitch. Justin and another staff person both personally called several days after to check on our satifaction with our vehicle and our purchase experience. No complaints nor problems. Came in to this place randomly and was greeted by Renzo...told him everything I was looking for in a vehicle and he was ready to help with anything...after looking at all my options on the lot and talking about prices I ended walking away from a vehicle I wanted because they couldn t get where I wanted to be...afterwards I got a simple text from him thanking me for coming in and that if I had any questions to let him know! They went down on the price a little , So came back the next day and decided to get it after all.He was very helpful and kind and made my big purchase decision a little easier! Hello, this is the worst dealer ever i have been to. I was there on saturday ( 19/11/16 ) at around 4pm to buy a camaro. I liked a vehicle after taking a test ride. I said i wanna get this. They made me fill up a credit check application and ran my credit after everything was finalised they said my document is not at thier finance ( another reason also may be because i asked them that i will finance from my bank and not thiers ) for the reason to hike its price due to high demand may be they said the car was sold out 5 mins before me. I have asked manager how can they do this he simply replied " because i can , what are u gonna do about it "?. After a while when i checked on thier website the car's price was hiked by 1 k and guess what its not sold. I have both the screen shots of the cars price on thier website and my credit being run from them. Not sure what can i do except for disputing my credit check but be sure before you go with these guys to run your credit check.

I may go to business bureau to complain about these guys.

When shopping for a new car I look for great stock and terrific value and price. Good Chevrolet has these. This coupled with very competitive pricing made this the place I wanted to buy my new Truck. I was also delighted by the people on site. My sales person, Trevor, did a terrific job of putting together my sales package, getting it into Julie, who deftly completed my paperwork, then Trevor again followed up by personally walking through the Truck features, and even took the time to walk through the Bluetooth setup so I could listen to my music on the drive, even though I was in a hurry! Great Job Guys!

We bought our 2014 Chevy Traverse from Good Chevrolet in November 2017. We knew we wanted this model and shopped locally (Spokane) for several weeks and couldn't find one even near book value. I turned to the internet and found that Good Chevrolet had just what we were looking for at $3000+ less than anything else we looked at - and lower miles. The internet guy (Richard?) said he would be around that weekend so we took a road trip to Renton. We got there and I was sort of stunned by all the customers they had signing paperwork for purchases - a big hint that this is where the deals are. They brought around the car we were interested in and took a short test drive. Bought the car on the spot. Within 45 minutes we were out the door after the saleswomen trained my wife on the blue tooth gadget. She still loves this car and we use it to tow the boat also. I've sent several of my friends to you guys so they can save money. I'm sure we will be back!

My recent vehicle purchase started online and the experience was terrific... actually very shocked to see negative reviews for this dealer. After inquiring about a couple different models, I was contacted by Johnny and he was diligent to explain the current programs/incentives while offering times to go test drive. After arriving, there was absolutely zero pressure to buy anything; really felt like hanging out with a knowledgeable friend about Chevy products. We looked at a couple cars/options and keys were handed out to go do test drives within minutes. Though I didn t purchase that day, I felt very informed on their services and that comfort ultimately helped me to pull the trigger. I texted him later that night and we did paperwork the very next morning at 9am. Start to finish was about 45 minutes and was amazingly quick. Finance was no hassle (no added this or that of overpriced junk) and delivery was smooth. My deal ended up being about 4% below invoice, based on research, and was so impressed with the overall process that I bought a second vehicle for my wife.

We asked him the usual question was it still available, what was wrong with it. He answered that they have a trade-in deal going on plus another offer that brought it down so low. We asked can he hold it for us (being we live about 3 hours away). He said no problem asked if we could sent our information over the phone or internet so we would be ready to go when we got there.
When we pulled up the staff was friendly (something my last dealership was lacking on), they took us out to the car, we took her for a spin, the looked over our trade in and made us an offer. When all was said and done we were finished with our transaction in about 2 hours and that is with all the social distancing hurdles we have to deal with now. It was a great experience.

I have been dealing with Good Chevrolet for several years and they have never disappointed me. Every time I go in for service of any type, I have always been treated great and the service has been done in a timely manor and done to my satisfaction. Les Coleman is my service advisor and is very knowledgeable and a very nice person. Although, I should say that most everyone I come in contact with are very nice to deal with. Mike in part is also great and knows his stuff.

The customer service I received from my first visit to the day I purchased my vehicle from Tony and Renzo was the best car buying experience ever. They both listened to my needs and made me comfortable which created trust and loyalty. Never felt any pressure at all. This also was true for their Manager Doug and Finance manager Julie. The service never wavered. I highly recommend them and the dealership to find your next vehicle. I ll be back again for sure!!

Best experience with their service department. Had my check engine light on. Did the early bird drop off and called them around 1 pm. They had it fixed and ready to go. I did not know what warranty I had left and they worked it into the warranty. Great service.

Louis & Jason in sales were incredibly friendly, helpful, and straightforward with us throughout the buying experience. It was a relief to not be bombarded by any stereotypical sales tactics, nor any long back and forth negotiations. Great customer service. AJ and Austin made the buying process incredibly simple. Neither was aggressive and they both allowed me to think it through for a few days before I returned to buy. Awful Service. Receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. She hung up on me twice then continued to put my phone call on hold. I live two hours away. It s not like I can just drive in and stop by casually. Shame on her for acting so childish.

While the online department responded promptly to my inquiry I got the sneaking suspicion that it was some sort of automated system due to the fact that the response had nothing to do with the questions I had asked. Because of the disingenuous nature of the initial interaction I decided against responding. Cut to a week later and I have received numerous messages from multiple salespeople who obviously cannot take a hint. One set of messages, received days apart, are completely identical. It is apparent that this dealership does not care for the customer as they are unwilling to invest the time needed to establish even a semblance of a rapport with the customer.

This is the only place in the Pacific Northwest to buy a Corvette. This is a true Corvette dealer. Jordan Johnston was my sales Consultant. He is very friendly, low key no pressure type of sales rep. I believe he is the perfect mix of professionalism, honesty and integrity. He made my buying experience a perfect day!

All I have to say is that this place is awesome!!! I normally take my vehicle to get serviced at another Chevrolet Dealership but, no more! I will only go to Good Chevrolet it Renton from now on. They scheduled my car to get a diagnostic even though they were completely booked, they found the problem fixed it at no cost to me cause it was under warranty. I got my car back same day and Natashia Wilson was my service advisor and she made the whole process so easy and simple. I would definitly recommend Good Chevy in Renton to anyone and hopefully Natashia Wilson is your advisor cause she is awesome! Their whole team is awesome and i wish i could thank everyone who worked on my car!

I live in Lake Stevens, WA and had my older model Chevy Impala breaks down in Covington area on a late Saturday evening. A few hours from home, I felt helpless and initially called Good Chevrolet for it's service department. But instead of servicing my old vehicle; I upgraded to a new 2018 Chevy Cruze. Finding a new vehicle to fit my family's' needs was easy, the finance center was very fast and efficient and the paperwork was painless. Wasn t impressed at all. Sales guy was nice, not super friendly but also not pushy which I appreciated. Finance guy had extremely horrible customer service, wouldn t look me in the eyes (would only talk to my husband) and gave us an embarrassing offer (refused to give more than $500 off asking price on a $32000 vehicle.) We left with a bad taste in our mouths and ended up buying the same truck for an amazing deal at another Chevy dealership. Highly recommend Robby at Burien Chevrolet. I don t typically leave bad reviews but wanted to make sure the finance department earned his one star. Had higher hopes for this place because of the reviews but were disappointed.

Nothing Good about this Chevrolet dealer. I'm not new to car buying but they will sure treat anyone that way. They offered really low on my trade, priced their vehicle way above invoice, and honestly if you want a Good deal, go elsewhere!

I recently went to Good Chevrolet to look at a 2014 Silverado that I saw and add for. Brett Randall was the sales representative that assisted us. The vehicle we came to see checked off most of the boxes for and I was almost ready to make a decission but I couldn t decide.

Brett could tell that wasn t exactly what I was looking for and he came up with another vehicle that had a few more miles than I had specified I was looking for, but he thought it would be what we were looking for.
I m glade he did, because even though the truck had higher mileage, it was exactly the truck I wanted.
Brett was helpful, professional and likable as a salesman.

Also during the test drive we noted that the auto window feature wasn t working properly. He and the excellent service department made sure this was taken care of in a very timely manner.

It s satifing to have a quality used vehicle and a good experience at Good Chevrolet.

I recently went to Good Chevrolet to replace a few torn and missing engine splash guards on my car. Though the thought of having to do it was a bit of an annoyance, Good Chevrolet made up for that in spades because the entire process from scheduling the appointment to making the payment was a dream. The entire staff was amazing. They were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Edwin Martinez, my Service Advisor, went out of his way to make sure that I knew what was happening throughout the process and to see that I was comfortable and well taken care of even in the midst of the covid-19 social distancing and continuous disinfecting. Thanks for making it such a pleasurable experience. I will definitely be back.

Worst experience ever. Spent $55k on what I thought was my dream vehicle. Less than 5 months later find out vehicle had a rodent infestation and was knowingly sold to me needing a major recall. Neither were diclosed. Bought the best warranty available and was sent away when I came across issues. I should've listened when I was told initially not to use this dealership.

Pamela was fabulous and her service was impecable. I would buy a car from her anyday. She is the most caring and talented sales person I have met.

Well, they had the car I wanted and it came with everything, and was in great condition, so I had to deal with them. They also treated my prestine, top trim and fully optioned trade in like it was some clunker barely worth their time, but I was expecting that.

The staff made my wife and I feel uncomfortable with their bro culture, they knew nothing about the used car and most cars they were selling. Don't go here for anything EV related, or do your research beforehand like we did. We got it for the online price, and the listing was correct, but the lady in finance was condescending and did not know anything about the EV incentives in the state and tried to charge us taxes we didn't need to pay. They also had a messy office and lobby.

The car is great and the saving grace here is their detailer. Our used car looked like new when we drove off in it! Give this person a raise and clean house otherwise!

Picked up my new Bison from these guys, the experience left little to be desired. They offered me a more than fair deal for my trade in, were able to get a good amount off MSRP and always kept me up to date while I was waiting for my truck to come in. Thanks again Teddy!

Jason Ambrosio did a great job making the trucks I was interested in available and ready for test driving in a challenging time of Covid, for sure. He helped me look at a couple others when I was unsure and had the patience to wait for me to process my decision. The negotiation process wasn't perfect because he couldn't give me everything I wanted, but he was fair and reasonable throughout and I'm happy with my decision. Jason was also very responsive to my online inquiries and provided answers to my many questions without delay.

Lots of used cars, but if you go on a rainy night, the salesman will walk away from you after the test drive.

If you want a salesperson who isn't pushy and very kind then you need to see Shelby! She had my best interest at heart and she was so kind. No matter what, I knew that Shelby was the person I wanted to buy a car from. It felt like I was talking with a friend the entire time. She is very understanding and very helpful. I've found a beautiful and fun car that I love but I also found the best car saleswoman! Thank you Shelby!

We just bought a car from good Chevrolet a few weeks ago and could not be happier with our experience. Our salesperson Johnny Lim was super attentive and detail oriented. One of the things I most appreciate about our experience with Johnny was his no pressure attitude. We never once felt like he was trying to upsell or push anything on us. Once we bought the car we ended up having a small issue with a locked setting on the car, so we took it back and the team at good Chevrolet and specifically Johnny were more than accommodating. Gave us a rental while they fixed it. He kept in contact and followed up with us for two weeks after the purchase. We will most definitely be back to buy our future cars from them and recommend Johnny to anyone who dreads the normal car shopping experience.

CARFAX inaccurate!!!
We got pre-approved through our credit union and had scheduled Saturday to pick up 2017 Dodge Ram with a clean Carfax and no reported accidents. Which they had us intial prior to seeing the vehical. They also required us to fill out credit application even though we already had pay off ready. They claimed it was necessary, for us to fill out credit paperwork just to verify who we were since we were already approved by navy federal . During this time our credit karma account informed us that there was a hard credit inquiry from Good chev. When I informed the sales person he said it was not what we were thinking .Just a little soft non credit effecting thing completely innocent. "Am I clueless "?
During the hour-and-a-half process of all this handwritten paperwork they needed ,and them running our credit .I had an opportunity to go out and look at the truck the vehicle was in a front-end accident unreported the hood is buckled by the driver side mirror the bumper is jammed up on the passenger side causing rust .The entire front bumper slid over half an inch I had to take pictures of all of this. They called the buying manager out. I showed him everything including additional items from the accident he walked away but yet today we still see it posted at the dealership.
