The deal was very easy, pricing was absolutely fair and seemed unbeatable. The issues I had were a lack of follow up with the closing out and delivery of the vehicle. I still have not received my copies of all the paperwork, the car was dropped off at my house 6 hours late while I sat and waited for it. When it arrived it was quite obvious that they did not fix the issue that delayed it In the first place. The deal for the Redline edition on the drivers side was wrongly placed and looks terrible.

I was rudely given an offer for my audi a3 turbo 09 that wasn't even a quarter of what the car was worth and wanted to trade in for a Subaru that had more miles and less power than my car. I drove over an hour when they said we could just trade across. I was insulted by the fact that he said he could buy my car at an auction and make more money off of someone i only wanted to trade in to lower my insurance!!! I would go somewhere else there are only looking to make profit!!!

Originally connected with Bryan via email and phone about a 2015 Camaro RS Convertible. When we got to the dealer, we were greeted immediately and showed into the showroom (it was drizzling). Bryan was paged and within minutes approached us and introduced us to his partner Casey for he was helping another buyer. Casey took over and we couldn't be more pleased. Casey was very knowledgeable, personable and attentive to both me and my wife. Once we decided to purchase the car, we expected to be there for a couple hours (similar to our experience with other dealers) and was even thinking of what movie to watch to minimize the wait time. In less than 30mins, we were called into the finance department to meet with Sam for our paperwork. Sam was very helpful and personable. Done in less than 15 minutes. Holy crap! Are you kidding me. Worst dealership ever! (July 26,2015) where to begin.... their was 5 salesmen and 1 saleswoman outside of the front entrance -- so a total of 6 employees -- and not ONE of them said "hello" to us, not even a head nod..I'd understand if i was child...but nope..I'm a grown man with my family. Instead of paying attention to their customer they are more focus on themselves and singing country music. Then there was a young blonde woman at the front desk, I asked her a simple question, and without even saying a word she just leaves.. (in the long run she was getting someone who knew how to help us, but come on tell your customer what your going to do, it's customer service 101). The salesman we got was a nice man, but SUPER pushy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (all we wanted to do was to speak as a family in private and make sure this was the right car for us, they couldn't even give us that much). And dont even get me started on the Financial Manager (blah). At end of the day tho, they did give us a deal on the vehicle we wanted. Great selection of cars, semi-righty team. And lastly we love our new car, it run great, it's fast, but sadly it's was not even cleaned out. And the vehicle was posted on Craigslist about 10 days, and the inside was NEVER CLEANED OUT! sad....but thank you Charlie!! For the deal and service.

I highly recommend working with Kass Schany. In the past when I have purchased cars I have spent hours at the dealership. Working with Kass I was able to do most of this deal through email and text. Kass always responded to my communications promptly and thoroughly. He kept in constant contact and worked hard for 3 days to make sure I got what I asked for. When it came time to sign he and Julie (in finance) made sure everything was in order so I did not have to spend hours at the dealership. Started my Camaro buying experience with good chev online. Salesman was nice and provided the info I needed. When it came down to purchasing the car the dealership does not work well online. I told them I would buy the car for the negotiated price and sign at 7pm. Offered to give them a deposit. I was told not worry about it. I texted them traffic was heavy because we would arrive at 7:15 and they told me they sold the car I wanted earlier that evening. We had to turn around and drive 30 minutes to get back home. They want you in the showroom to negotiate where it is their advantage and I suspect they could not give me the price they negotiated during the day. Horrible experience. I bought a 5.0 Mustang this weekend instead.
Our car buying experience was made easy by the staff at Good Chevrolet. John Lim was attentive at answering my questions via email and very helpful when it came to making an informed decision. Oliver was great too. He took us on the test drive and was very friendly the entire time. However, they didn't top off the fluids in the car before we left the lot although they said they did.
Okay update. We traded in the Volvo we bought from them to a Volvo dealer. We went to cancel the extended warranty we bought through Good Chevy and it's been over 2 months and we haven't seen a refund. They have refused to take our calls, respond to emails, etc. They made this process way more difficult than it needed to be. I'm ready to call the BBB on them for withholding our refund. Also we came in with a pre approved loan from our bank and they still ran our credit without asking!! Isn't that illegal?

I just purchased my car at Renton Good Chevrolet in November 2019. I was promised no down payment then had to come up $1000 down payment. Then I was promised a 2019 vehicle that changed quick too. I ended up with a red 2018 Chevy Equinox. It was purchased at 45,113 miles. I just recently got a oil change at 48,000 ever since my car has been acting up. The oil change place stated I was supposed to have a certain transmission service at 45,000 miles which there is no record of. I locked my doors was in my house a hour. I came out to all 4 of my windows completely down. I did not do that it was raining it s the middle of January. Then that same day my check engine light came on. I made a appointment it went off by the time I went to appointment. They told me without light there s nothing that can be done. This morning I went to start my car while sitting letting it warm up. It began to shake violently then say power steering off traction off then proceeds to cut off. I restart my car several times it cut off 5 times. I wish I never went to the dealership with the company of a male because Rafael sold me a lemon. I m a single mother I can t afford to put out anymore money than I already have. I m livid my first car off of a lot has been a complete nightmare.
Recently I had not the best experience with another dealership who shall remain nameless but then I decided to go to Good Chevrolet. Natasha and Jenna were super cool, warm and professional. They easily explained each step of the process regarding my car being repaired.
I would call with questions and they answered everyone of them with no hesitation and stayed in constant contact with me which I so needed after that experience at another place.

After settling for a car that was much less equipped than I'd have liked, I had second thoughts and wanted to bring back the vehicle only 20 hours later. Rather than rely on earning my business at a later time, the 'largest volume dealer' decided they, apparently, required my sale in order to make their numbers. or something.
I was forced to take my brand-new Traverse to another dealership and trade it in - losing a great deal of money in the process - to get the car I really wanted.
I will never visit this dealership again and will never recommend anybody else in my circles does either. Dishonest, unempathetic, sociopathic.
Picked up a Used 2017 Ram 1500 Big Horn, initially had an issue with a dead battery. Johnny said he would get it taken care of and have a check sent to me in the mail. About a week later I did not receive anything from Good Chevrolet. I emailed Johnny about it and he assured me it takes a bit of time for the checks to go through and that it would be sent out soon. As of this review it s been 3 weeks since I contacted Good Chevrolet about the check and have not received anything or gotten an update from them about the check. I would not recommend this Dealer based on my experience with them so far.

Rarely give 5 stars! If your new to Good Chevrolet, make sure that Natashia Wilson is a stop after your purchase. She will always take care of you no matter what! She is super attentive and is very organized! You can not make a mistake buying a Chevy, but you can make a major mistake if Natashia isn't in charge of your service!
Not good experience!!! After service car was so dirty. They put on my letter back seats some oil soked box. Also, after radiator installation not equal gap between hood and grill.
This should really be zero stars but that option wasn't given. The salesman we dealt with was great but the managers, I believe, were dishonest and manipulative. My family and I have purchased several cars over the past two years from area dealers. We had grown to expect great "customer first" service from dealers like Kirkland GMC and the Brotherton Group. "Good" Chevrolet was not in their class. Quite the opposite. I encourage anybody considering this dealership to be careful!
I was concerned about the rear air/heat not working on my Enclave. They took care of the problem quickly and didn't have to charge me for the discovery. I purchased the car from them and having them stand by their product is a 5 star performance.
Went in to look at possibly buying more economical car, since I have a truck. Looked at several cars including a Malibu and Cruze, and Trevor even let me test drive the Cruze. Pretty smooth ride, nice interior. Didn't end up making a choice since I'm still looking, but definitely satisfied.
There was some confusion in the service department on getting the paint chips repaired. They mixed it up with getting window chips repaired. It was all figured out and we were taken care of quickly. Thank you

Pamela was great to work with, very friendly. We test drove the car, looked at it thoroughly, and did all the paperwork in under two hours. Extremely easy. No hassle. Minimal pressure to buy. I am so grateful I found Good Chevrolet in Renton. I almost settled on a dinged up car at another dealership because of the price. The price at Good was not only less, but all of their inventory was in outstanding condition. I knew exactly what I wanted when I arrived and met Brett Randall. Right away, Brett and I were walking the lot looking for exactly what I wanted. We quickly found the one for me and I was ready to drive it home. Brett's teammate, Zach, jumped in and got me some great rates to choose from for financing. I waited about 15 minutes for Julie in Financing and she gave me a great rundown of what I was signing. Very low pressure experience! We knew which car we wanted before we arrived by finding it on their site (last remaining 2018 Equinox Premier on the lot). When we arrived, we were met by Jordan in the lot. He handed me the key, chatted for a quick minute, and said enjoy your test drive before walking back inside. We were able to take our time overlooking the vehicle, taking it for a drive, and park back at the lot to continue to checkout the car before heading inside to speak with Jordan. We came back the next day and worked with Teddy. He too was great to work with, and made sure we were taken care of after a small mechanical issue came up with the car that required service by personally communicating its progress as it waited for a part. Best low pressure experience we've ever had while buying a car.

He didn't require us to sit at the dealership for hours, but responded quickly to my text messages with details I needed to know. Took car for service. Wasn't even called to tell it was done. Valet they sent to pick me up could not speak or understand much English causing me to have to walk over 1/2 mile in bad weather. Was supposed to get a call about recall servicing. Not only did they not call, but, the order for the recall part was never actually put in!

When we arrived we were greeted promptly even though we were there before they opened! The first guy we worked with was great. We knew exactly what we wanted. Once we got inside we got set up with another salesman and he was nice but both of them failed to ask what our down payment would be and if we had a trade in so he went and got numbers without that information.. we had a down payment and a trade in so he had to go back.. they didn t want to give us what we wanted for our trade in which was fine. But then they estimated our rate to be pretty high, which was also fine. But we told them who we wanted to finance through and when we went back to finance he hadn t even checked around for a good rate they just stuck with their estimate! If I hadn t noticed they wouldn t have said anything.. then they had our credit checked 3 times! (We had pretty good credit.. until it was checked with 3 hard inquiries..) and the finance guy said he found someone that would give us a rate for 2% lower than they estimated... great price for trucks when they have a rebate deal going on but I wouldn t come back unless I had to..
Buying a car isn't hard unless your dealing with Good Chevrolet. First you will notice a lot of their cars are priced too high, don't even think about bringing that up they will think your the idiot. Anyway, I found the Lexus CT200h online, inquired about it, set up an appointment, drove down from Arlington to Renton, and test drove it, went to make a deal and that's when they tell you "the price is the price" even if its higher then all the cars I searched nationwide, hum??? I thought that's weird, I am certainly fair when it comes to deals, regardless of what they paid for the car I look at what its worth and the market value. I don't think anyone with a brain just hands over thousands of dollars for no reason. To be honest we could have financed or paid cash or for that matter bought the Lotus Evora sitting out front with cash also, that's not the point, we left wondering what the hell happened? We looked at some other car dealers and went home. This is where it gets weird, we went there on Saturday Feb 18th the car was $22917 on sale... and Sunday it was $20,800 which is where I was trying to negotiate. Needless to say the car is sold as of Monday Feb 20th 2017 also I will tell every single person I know, at work (Boeing) never to shop at Good Chevrolet unless you want to get ripped off.
.I had purchased my 2015 Jeep Wrangler JKU (4 door) from them back in March, 2017, my seller was Jordan. The jeep was leaking water in from the rear gate, and upon purchasing the Jeep. There was a Good Chev - WE OWE YOU contract that stated all work that needed to be done on the Jeep, to include replacing all the door seals, top seals, and rear gate. The jeep was left there for a week so repairs could be done, and nothing was fixed, I then finally took possession of the Jeep. I called and talked to the used sales manager at that time explained everything and what needed to be done. Doug (used sales manager ) agreed and my Jeep was to be brought up for another week (3/10 3/17) for repairs. I was told by Jordan that everything was done and completed. When I picked up the Jeep the rear gate was not leaking anymore but water was still coming in on the passenger side, and all the seals were still not replaced. I have been in contact with Good Chev, and Jordan to get these issues resolved but they are still refusing to do the work that was in the contract. The finance department and myself have copies of the "We Owe You" contract.

This has to be the best experience I have had at a dealership, I met with Skip Juma just to see what it would take to get into the 2019 Tahoe I was looking at. After about 30 minutes the numbers he came up were perfect, along with my trade in. After seeing the numbers again I told him done deal, I filled out the paperwork and they were handed over to Julie in the financial dept. Skip got the keys and told me to go take a test drive and when I returned they should have everything ready for me. After returning Skip meet me at the door asking how things went, offering me water, just making me comfortable. Julie worked hard to get me the best rate, and she did a great job. I was out of there with my new Tahoe in no time. I would recommend anyone to go to Good Chev for their next vehicle and ask for Skip, he went above and beyond making me very comfortable throughout the whole process, no pressure what so ever. I took my 2017 Volt in for its first service at 7700 miles. Good Chevrolet took great care of my car. They completed the service and fixed a small oil leak I had noticed. He didn't try to talk me into something I didn't want as most sales guy would. However buying a used car has risks and the very next day after buying the car I got a check engine light. I took it back to them that day to check it out. I was told no worries we will take care if it! That is exactly what they did, so not only did I get to experience their sales department but also their service. It was a easy and fast process, they ordered a part and put it on my car fixed the issue without any hassle. I'm more than happy with this dealership and if you're in the market for a car I would recommend Andrey the Giant! Great guy to work with!
Update, I have had this car 8 months and have had nothing but problems. Its been in the shop a total of 4 months out of the 8 months I've owned it. The 1st check engine light 24 hours after I bought it. That was "fixed", two weeks later another check engine light, a month later another check engine, couple weeks go by and it totally broke down. It was in the shop for 3 months that time waiting on parts. I recieved it back and less than a week it broke down again. This time it happened to be a different part that happened to be connected to the part that took 3 months to get. However it was the same symptoms when it broke down. Hmm.. I recieved it back and again within a week it was back in the shop. Luckily I bought an extended warranty that was covering these parts, $275 deductible each time. Well this time its my DPF filter and the warranty doesn't cover that. I bought the car with 49k miles and it currently only has 55k miles. This is a GM vehicle and they do not stand behind their product.
