Can t thank Johnny Lim and his team enough for hooking me up with a brand new 2018 Chevy Malibu. After getting screwed by Kirkland Nissan they came in and got me a great deal. My wife bought a new car from them a few months prior and I m glad she kept in touch with Johnny. They will forever have our business. This is the best dealership in town!
Raymond and teddy helped my boyfriend and i purchase a new used vehicle today, i have to say this was the most pleasant experience ive had car shopping. they were both very knowledgeable of all the cars that interested us, they made sure that we would be able to fit this into the budget. could not be happier with our new car! thanks guys!
It was a great experience. Really appreciated Kass' help and guidance through the process. Love my truck and very happy with the purchase.
My family and I visited good Chevrolet yesterday and found that it was bad Chevrolet in that they are very slick with their online advertisements of price until you get there and they tell you that it's not the same price because the fine print says You must do this this and this and then you still don't get down to the price that was offered online. We were Hustled by what's called bait-and-switch and although it may not be illegal it is certainly terrible customer service and policy by the dealership. Needless to say we won't be back.
After a HORRIBLE experience at Car Pros Kia across the street, I ventured to this dealership. Teddy Sharp was the first to greet and from there I had the best experience I've ever had as a car shopper. Honest, to the point, no BS! The friendliness, efficiency and respect I received from Teddy at this dealership has won me over. When I'm ready to dive into the market again, this is where and who I'll be working with. For now, I'm going to enjoy my 2020 Chevy Trax!
I worked with Kass Schany, and honestly I can only say good things about him. Kass made my first time buyer experience easy and fast, and he was just so helpful. Also after going around and looking at other cars other looked at me and pushed me away because of what I was wearing and because I looked pretty young they thought I wasn't serious about purchasing a car, but Kass welcomed me and was just friendly and helpful. I would 110% recommend anyone to come here and ask for Kass Schany!
UPDATE.... check your Headlights people. We bought a Durango from them and when i noticed the light was out i drove down. They told me that it was hard to say if it was burnt out before we bought it or after. Then i said well the back wiper is gone the blade wasn't there. If you cannot check a simple wiper blade, how do you want me to belive that the lights were checked. Very upset about this. Had a good experience when we bought the Durango.. but honestly who checks there headlights before you buy a car. Check the lights people..... Check the lights people......
I could not say enough great things about our salesman Johnny L! He got me and my family a great family vehicle. This was by far the best car buying experience I ve had ever. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful and made sure our needs were met. I wouldn t recommend any other dealership to my friends and family. They will not BS you like other dealerships. I also have to give a shout out to the finance department, Julie is a miracle worker!
The team was very friendly; Enjoyed working with Nick. Our transaction was efficient and stress free. In and out with a new vehicle within an hour. They also handled distancing and other safety practices well.
Had car taken in for issue. Service advisor was horrible and incredibly rude. I understand if they were not able to replicate the problem but she didn't need to be horrible about it. I was told I should just pick up my car and take it to another dealership to have it worked on, which is what I'll be doing.
We bought a used truck from Good Chevrolet and we just love it. Our salesman, Kass Schany, went out of his way to help us and provided a top notch buying experience. We would highly recommend going to see him if you need a new or used vehicle. He was honest, respectful and never tried to pressure us...which is not usually the case with most sales people.
Thank you Kass!
Easy place to get in and out of. Very quick service. The guy was kind and helped me right away. I will definently be going here from now for all my Chevy needs!
Awful customer service don t ever buy a car from them because if you have a problem they won t call you back
My family's experience at Good Chevrolet was great. The employees were very helpful, honest and friendly. They were informative and it truly felt like our salesman was after our best interest. He was dedicated to getting us the car that would work best for us and there was no pressure. They have a wide variety of used cars, a long with the various new ones. I would recommend Good Chevrolet to anyone looking into buying a new or used vehicle in the future.
I flew in from Utah and the transaction was seamless and timely. Lewis and Jason were ready for us when we got there and we were in and out in no time.
I needed to get a new truck and was looking to get a 2017 Colorado. I have been very busy and only had the upcoming Sunday to get a truck. I saw Colorado's on Good Chevrolet's site for as much as $5k cheaper than other Chevy dealerships. Seemed to good to be true and it was... I contacted them on Tuesday asking for an estimate on leasing one of the cars on their site. I was told I would get a quote right away. No response the rest of the day. Wednesday I reached out again and was told they only have one lease guy and he's not in until Thursday so I'd have to wait. I emphasized the importance of getting the information by Sunday as I had a small window to get a truck. I was told by the manager absolutely they would help me with an estimate. Thursday came and went with nothing. Friday morning I contacted them and was told they have one lease guy and he was off. Same story as before but a different day. They told me by Saturday I'd get an estimate. By the way, during all this I had gotten numerous estimates within hours of asking from other dealers. I kept after Good Chevrolet because of that too good to be true price. So Saturday came and went with nothing. On Sunday I decided, heck maybe it's been a rough week for them and decided to go in person and get the estimate. I was looking at a Colorado that had an MSRP of $38.5k and was listed on their site for $33.9k. Once at the dealership I was told they don't like to lease cars and I should finance it. I told them I wasn't interested in financing. They told me everyone is abandoning leases and it's not the way to go anymore. I insisted I wanted a lease quote so they finally gave me one. The lease payments were outrageous so I looked over their numbers. They quoted me the $38.5k price not the $33.9k. I was given a 6.9% interest rate. Payment was $525 per month with almost $4k down. I asked what happened to the price and they said since I was leasing I would not get the $33.9k price. This is absurd, the price of the car is the price of the car. I asked them if they could do better and they literally said they weren't interested in leasing and it was the only offer I'd get. What a complete waste of my time. I drove 10 miles to the Burien Chevrolet and within a couple hours drove off with the same truck reduced from MSRP $38.5k to $36.5k and a 4.9% APR lease with payment of $486 per month no money down. How I wished I had just gone to them in the first place. Good Chevrolet plays the bait and switch game, is intentionally poor at getting back to you, and tries to force you in to purchasing options they want to support instead of what Chevrolet is offering in the marketplace.
I had a very good experience purchasing a used truck purchasing at Good Chevrolet this week. Richard Graham was helpful, providing me with excellent service and information throughout the process. My thanks to Richard and the entire team at Good Chevy for providing a safe and professional visit to their dealership!
Amazing! I had horrible experience at a sister shop - another Chevrolet. Well this is my shop I will take ANY vehicle in the future my first visit and within minutes they gained my long term respect and trust. Jenna helped me she is kind and made my experience wonderful!
I was helped out by Johnny. No complaints. I was finished with my purchase within an hour.
Jeff fechner is the best. He has gone above and beyond as always. I live in gig harbor. When my car needs service he meets me in gig harbor gives me his car while he takes mine to Renton. I will never buy another car from anyone else. He's not just a salesman he's become a friend.
We bought a used Volvo and the experience was very straight forward and easy. Everyone was clear about what was going on, what was next and what our options where. I'd definitely recommend them and go back again.
Johnny was great!
Kass was awesome. Once I decided I was happy with the terms I let him know that I was in a bit of a hurry. He was literally running to get paperwork done fast. Everyone else involved was also hustling and breezed by the usual up-selling.
We purchases a 2020 Blazer from Good Chevrolet, it is the our second buying experience at this Dealership. We were so happy with the whole process. Cass was amazingly helpful. He was really knowledgeable, patient and attentive. The atmosphere at Good Chevrolet was very welcoming. Thank you Greg for setting us up for success at your dealership with a great salesman! First Class
Drove 300 miles to buy a Corvette we had seen online. We dealt with Johnny Lim, he did an excellent job. Car was just as presented on the internet. Deal was made and we were on our way!!
Brett, Zach and Shawn did a great job showing me a good used vehicle and easy buying process. Would buy from them again
Kass Schany helped me out, I purchased a chevy volt form them, and the purchase was very nice. It took a few hours for the whole process and Kass was great!! I'm pretty simple and had the car picked out online already, but the team really worked hard to help. There was a mess up on the paperwork with taxes due to electric tax credit for the chevy volt, and they fixed it in a metter of minutes, most dealers would be a little updet, but not them, I will purchase my next car through them for sure.
Amazing customer service from Teddy Sharp. I would highly recommend buying from Good Chevrolet. We shopped around and they provided the best buying experience and a great deal.
I am in the market for a new small car (ie. fuel efficient, since my other vehicle is a '16 Toyota 4Runner Trail). I noticed that Chevrolet has good deals on -- and Good Chevrolet has in stock -- a couple of Cruze sedans with manual transmissions (LT's the RS package). I merely signed up for the "Price Watch" feature on the dealership website, and received an email from Kyle Becker (Internet Director) stating,
"...we have suspended the sale of vehicles to customers who reside outside of the state of Washington.
This is because of quite a few factors. Fraud, problems with licensing departments in various states, out of state trade ins, customers getting here and the vehicles being sold out from under them (we cannot hold vehicles with out a bill of sale)."
I've purchased vehicles in other states several times in my life. I cannot believe that a dealership would be this idiotic with their sales practices. I would think they would want to have a single guy with no debt and good annual salary as a customer. Is it really that difficult to manage a sales transaction when the customer has full approval from their credit union for the vehicle purchase? Is it really that difficult to request out-of-area customers to place a cash deposit on the vehicle they intend to purchase (like every other dealer I've worked with)? Is it really that difficult to contact a state's Department of Motor Vehicles to get guidance (if needed) on how to document the sale for the out-of-state customer? Are the sales staff and managers at Good Chevrolet professionals or incompetent amateurs?
I don't write reviews for anything very often -- at all -- but future/potential customs of Good Chevrolet need to be aware of highly suspect business and sales practices (coincidentally, a recent reviewer commented on the dealership not contacting them regarding a vehicle being sold prior to their arrival -- funny that Kyle should mention that in his email). Save yourself a lot of hassle, avoid the apparently "smoke-and-mirrors" vehicle sales prices, and look to a professional dealership for your vehicle needs. I'm willing to spend several thousand more to get a Honda -- from a professional dealership.
I bought a brand new 2017 Camaro with a V6 that was on sale last week from these guys. The camaro was covered in bird poop sitting toward the front of the lot with a multitude of cars packed in around it to where you couldn't get it out without moving a bunch of cars. I asked to test drive it and the salesman acted like he didn't want to move the cars for me to test drive it. So I asked if there was something wrong with the car that they were hiding. He said, "No! It's brand new!" My dumb self took his word for it and went in a couple of days later to buy it. It started with the financing lady adding GAP insurance and a 3000 dollar extended warranty to the contract without even asking me. I had to TELL her to take the Extended Warranty off. This is just the beginning...
So now I am about to drive it off the lot after signing papers and the power windows won't roll down. On top of this I noticed many scratches alongside the car. I immediately alerted the car dealer who assured me he would have it fixed in a day or so. He gave me a rental, and after questioning him about the integrity of the car I left with a sick feeling in my gut. Bare with me now!
Two days later I picked it up and when I was about to drive it off the lot a second time I realized the voice/call command button on the steering wheel was malfunctioning when I tried to make a call after connecting my android. It wasn't even prompting me for a command. So I called the salesman to the car and he had me convinced that it was just my phone that was the problem because it wasn't compatible and an iPhone would probably work. I drove it off the lot...
I immediately tried my roommate's iPhone on the car and it didn't work still. It was still malfunctioning. NO THIS ISN'T EVEN HALF OF IT!
Over the last week these are all of the problems I have had with this "brand new" car: 1. The bird poop I told you guys was on the car when I first saw it in the lot...left permanent brown spots in the paint from the uric acid in the poop. I have to get those spots repainted. Great job maintaining your cars guys! 2. My alarm didn't set a couple of times when trying to set it with my remote. 3. The digital menu above the steering column changed by itself a few times. 4. Every time I go to a gas station that has a plastic sheath around the nozzle the car gas tank locks up and I have to pull the sheath back and push the gas nozzle in as hard as I can (and at the right angle) just to has my car. My arms are burning with fatigue by the time I am done. 5. When my car was serviced the first time last week by Good Chevrolet, one of the people in their service department spattered a gorilla glue type substance on one of my rims and didn't even attempt to wipe it off...it dried on my rear right rim and I could not get it off for the life of me. Great service guys! Thank you for treating your customer's hard-earned property with such great care! 6. Instead of filling my tank, they sent me off with a quarter tank every time....with my brand new car, and my rental car that they gave me yesterday!
One of the salesman there said he would immediately send the paperwork on my car's first service and still hasn't sent it.
I contacted the Attorney General's office and my lawyer to know my rights in this because this is way way out of line.
Well. All I know is that I have wasted a lot of time and gas money driving back and forth from Orting to Renton over this. I have also lost hours of sleep stressing out about this.
Needless to say, my experience at Good Chevrolet was -and is - still a freaking nightmare!
Awesome dealing by Mr.Johnyy ,was honest and kind.I got exactly the car i wanted at very good price
Thanks to johnyy again
Find another dealer. Poor customer service. Spoke to their online manager Richard Graham and he does not respect the buyer and did not seem to want to help a potential buyer..Their price listed online isn t what they sell their vehicles for. I saw a car listed at $63k, inquired about it, but they told me add $15k to the list price . Why list it as $63k when the price is actually $88k?
Pretty good customer service. Got a good deal on a vehicle.
Left another Chevy dealership because of the long waiting back & forth and game playing. Went directly to Good, met with Jordan Stammen right away. Saw a car we liked better than the one we came to look at--negotiated a price quickly--bought the car--didn't have our trade with us, so brought it the next day and drove off with our brand new Corvette! Short & sweet experience--great follow-up call 2 days later and we feel very confident they will take good care of us :-)
Terrible service especially the service supervisor named jiovani, my brakes were messed up and he was in charge of the operation of fixing the brakes. He calls me the other day saying that the car should be ready the next day. Then I get a call saying it will be another week. I missed over 1 week of work and on top of that the communication was terrible with this supervisor. I really don't reccomend this place if you are trying to get your service done.
Walked in and was treated with friendliness and respect immidiately. The salesman who helped me Fabian was very kind and was knowledgable about my specifications and requirements needed. This place has a top notch A+ staff. Thank you, Good Chevorlet and Fabian Murphy for help w my new ride!
I bought a used 2016 Buick Enclave from Pamela Schuler. She was very patient with me, answered all of my questions and never once made me feel uncomfortable or pressured. When I was trying to decide between two vehicles she gave me key pieces of information about each which helped make my decision much easier.
Their prices were the best I found in the region and the staff gave me a generous offer on my trade-in despite some carfax problems. Finance was able to make it all work at an interest rate and price that worked for me.
I'm very happy with my truck and the service I received from good Chevrolet, I'm a repeat costumer.
I had been looking for a car for a while and settled on one and wanted to find a dealership that had the best deal with the options for a warranty. As soon as my husband and I arrived at Good Chevrolet we were greeted by Brett Randall who immediately asked what we were interested in and within minutes had the perfect car waiting for us to look at. Not only was the car what I had hoped but there were some extra options that I hadn t expected. From start to finish buying the car was a pleasant and comfortable experience. The entire team was helpful and never pressured us or made us feel like we needed more than we had in mind. We had all of the information we needed to be sure we were making the right choice and Brett was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. I am so glad we picked Good Chevrolet to buy a car from and grateful that we had someone like Brett to help us out.
We went there knowing exactly was we were looking for and Johnny L. and Mike P. were very friendly and helpful. They helped us find the perfect car and made the process as seamless as possible.
It's now january 24th. Been trying to get through to finance since early December. Finally got a reply january 4th, sent the requested information, and now once again have not gotten a reply despite leaving multiple messages with front desk and emailing. Not to mention how mean one of the front desk girls is. I just need my warranty refund. If I was told what to expect the wait wouldn't be such a big deal but I literally have not gotten any correspondence. This isn't even counting the nightmare it was to buy the car in the first place. Really horrible experience. Currently figuring out how to proceed with escalating my issue. I work in customer service/ sales and would never blatantly dismiss customers this way. I've repeatedly asked is there ANY other way to get it. Nope. Have to go through finance. Wont tell me who the warranty company is. No option to complete process online. Nothing. Just have to keep calling or drive an hour to the location. Randy in finance assured me he would personally handle it, a quick email reply at the very least would have been nice.
Just wanna start off and say this is one of the best dealership experience I ve had being here in Washington and near JBLM. They have great customer service and will try their best to give you every great deal they can to get you what you want. I just recently purchased a truck from them, a 2020 Silverado Trail Boss and the sales person named Jason made it a smooth and great experience. Took care of my family and friends. Will definitely go there in the future and highly recommend to my Family and friends
Helpful and friendly, Kass convinced me to go through with something I was a little nervous about, but in a good sort of way (I'm not the best at making large purchases). Worked hard at getting me into the car I have wanted for awhile at a budget I could afford and a warranty that'll save me down the road (is that a pun?).
Bought a new 2018 Equinox, my 2nd vehicle from Good. Excellent service from beginning to end. Sales, Finance, Service, Front Desk etc.
Craig and Brian were awesome getting us in our new Camaro, we are super happy with the service received and they were up front, honest and funny. We are active duty military and its hard to find a honest salesmen now a days but we are 100% happy. Thanks guys! :)
Worked with Cody Flynn on a quick and painless transaction to purchase a new Silverado. Cody was super knowledgeable about the truck and it's features, night and day from the other dealer I had met with. Great deal and great people to work with at Good Chevrolet!
Went there with a complicated situation and my salesman Oliver had it handled in an hour. Easiest car deal I've ever been a part of!
My experience at Good Chevrolet will have me coming back as a repeat customer! They had the vehicle I wanted, were willing to work with me on financing and my monthly payment and got me out the door in my new rig promptly! Richard is the man and had me all set up when I arrived. Thanks Richard Graham! Now I ve got the truck I always wanted!
Good experience at Good Chevrolet. Kass Schany took good care of me. I got an amazing car at a great deal and they took the time to earn my business while not having me there all day. The best experience I have had buying a car. Go see Kass.
If you're thinking Chevrolet, only one name should come to your mind. JOHNNY. Good Chevrolet is a great place to shop for a car in general, but if you want the best experience when it comes to buying a car (I.e. a guy that has patience, is knowledgeable, great listening skills) you need to ask for Johnny Lim or call ahead and he will do everything to make your experience a positive one. There's not much more you can ask of a guy who goes above and beyond for every single one of his guests like Johnny does. He's just a great guy overall and will make your next car buying experience fun and memorable.
I recently purchased a truck from Kass at Good Chevrolet and I honestly could not be happier with the service I received! Kass helped me find the perfect truck and didn t waste our time. We got a great price for it without the haggling nonsense you find at most dealerships. I would absolutely recommend visiting Good Chevrolet and definitely go see Kass!
Alyssa Deaton is your girl if you are in need of a new Chevrolet car or truck! 10/10 experience. Both Alyssa and Good Chevrolet managed to pull off the impossible in finding me a Camaro SS 1LE without having to special order one. Thanks so much for the great experience and the new car.
Bought a 2017 GMC Canyon Denali, very happy with it. Our salesman Richard Graham was awesome, no pressure at all. In fact, he left all the decision making up to us. I found the used truck online and inquired about the availability. Richard immediately contacted me and stayed in touch with me. We made a deal over the phone, and my wife and I flew to Seattle. Richard picked us up at the airport in the truck with a smile and hand shake and did not disappoint us with his demeanor. Very polite and very helpful. Good Chevrolet is lucky to have him in sales!!! When it came time to go to F & I, Richard handed us off to Julie Edgerton who was terrific! THANK YOU Richard and Julie and Good Chevrolet, I've made a lot of vehicle purchases, and this was one of the most pleasant car buying experience of my life, and I'm old!
We recently bought a car here and had great experience - Kass Schany was awesome, ask for him if you want best customer service.
Just got my new camaro, test drive was smooth and liked the car ! Renzo who s helped us out was awesome! I recommend to give him a visit ! He Also speaks English And Spanish for the Latino amigos Thanks renzo
David Navarro Helped me with the sale of the exact car I was looking for. He was patient with me during the buying process, not pressuring me or rushing me whatsoever during the process like a lot of dealers do. He didn t hassle me when I told him I needed to think about my decision overnight. For this reason, I came back the next day with my down payment in cash. I am really happy with my 2018 Subaru. Thanks for the great service David. Come in and ask for him when you re ready to browse or look at a specific vehicle.
Well, it Chevy! However, their offers or financing terms are not even close to some other dealerships, but still the brand and quality of the vehicles make you stop by this dealer.
Raul Aguilar An Excellent Seller! Very friendly & before !!
I recently bought a used car from Good Chevrolet. It was my first time buying a car on my own and everyone was super nice and helpful and made the whole process a lot easier than I imagined. I was helped by Johnny and he is the best! Told me all about himself and knew his stuff when it came to cars and helped me out as much as I got and worked hard to get me a decent deal! I was helped also by the financial manager David and he was also very kind and helped me through the whole process. He was more than happy to answer all my questions and made it all easy! I highly recommend anyone looking to a car to give this place a try.
We had a great experience. Teddy was fantastic, friendly and very helpful. He got us a great deal.. it was exactly what we were looking for. We highly recommend this dealership for their fast and outstanding customer service. Sam in Finance was also helpful! Thank you once again Teddy for all your help.
I bought a vehicle 2 years ago from here and sadly someone hit me and totaled it. It was during the holiday and I only had the rental for a short time so I had to decide quickly on what vehicle would be comparable to my previous. I came back to Good Chevrolet because of the great service I get anytime I visit. My boy Johnny Lim was great in communicating with me what was available and comparable to my previous vehicle. In a short amount of time I had narrowed a large selection down to 2 particular vehicles and ended up leaving the dealership in something that totally exceeded my expectations.
Good Chevrolet truly went above and beyond. They had their finance and sales team stay open late for me on a Sunday night put gas in my tank before I drove off and even let me keep my rental in the lot overnight since the Enterprise is just down the street. They turned a terrible situation in to a pressure free auto buying experience all while watching Sunday night football. If you're thinking of buying anywhere else... Please... Save yourself the regret... Turn on your GPS and go to Good Chevrolet
I bought a truck from Good. About 4 months later I traded it at a different dealership. When I went into Good to get a refund on the aftermarket warranty (read your contract, you CAN do this). They very quickly had me sit down with the finance department, fill out the form and sent me a check for the balance due. Never in my life have I been treated so well. Car dealerships are notorious for BS. Good, is here to make money and they've figure it out. By treating customer with respect, they gain more customers. I tell everyone about Good!
Respectful to my vehicle and my problems, I've been raving about them to my coworkers ever since their repairs to my car.
Went to Good Chevrolet today in need of a car, and they got me in one. (:
Pushy sales. Just wanted to look at and ask about a couple of cars - I'm in the market but not sure if im ready to buy immediately. Salesman asked me to come inside for "five minutes" to narrow down some available cars that I may be interested in. I wasnt asked much about what I was looking for. He instead shoved paperwork in my face and I spent an hour on what I was told would be five minutes. In the end, he brought out one car for me to look at. I wasnt the least bit interested. He got visibly irritated and slammed all the car doors shut and left.
Let the people browse instead of trying to push them in whatever direction you want them to go.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR SALESMAN CHARLIE NGUYEN HE'S THE BEST..HE'S STRAIGHT TO THE POINT AND GOOD AT EXPLAINING THE BASICS OF ANY VEHICLE..CHEVROLET HAS THE BEST BENEFITS...
Trevor Howell was very good at making sure he found the right car to fit my lifestyle. He went out of his way to explain to me the benefits each car I was interested in had, and also did a great job following up after I purchased the car to see how things were going. All around great salesman.
Bought another vehicle at good Chevrolet from our one and only dealer, Teddy Sharp. It was so easy and a wonderful experience (like always). We actually called him up, let him know what we were looking for, knowing it would be a hard find, and he came thru in less than a week!!! We got everything we needed at a great deal!!! Also, a shoutout to Sam the finance guy!! He was also great to work with!!! 5 stars all around!! Thanks guys!!
I had a great experience with Good Chev! Richard Graham took care of me and was patient while I made my decision. Props to the folks at Good Chev for passing on your values to your employees. I will be back and refer you to friends/family. Cheers.
Came in Wednesday and a salesman by the name of Johnny greeted us outside. He was very helpful finding us a pre-owned Impala we were hoping to find! His partner Teddy was very nice and we were able to trade in our Equinox for the car we wanted :) excellent service! We were in and out less than a couple hours! Thank you Good Chevrolet
recently bought a 2020 Silverado. After looking for a while I finally found my truck. Renzo did a fantastic job in informing me about the truck super helpful. And got me the deal I wanted.
My experience at Good Chevrolet was great.
My salesman, Johnny Lin was great too. He sold me the truck we wanted at the advertised price. No high pressure. Finance was quick and easy.
Would use them again. Txs
Nasty people that will exploit any weakness and cheat you!! Stay away!!
I saw a car listed on their website and went there to buy the car. But the salesperson who met me would not honor the price and said that deal had expired the day before. I double checked and there is nothing in the listing saying that price was only available for limited time. Looks like this dealership advertises low prices to lay a trap to get consumers in, and then upsells their cars.
So I started this comment out as a rebuttal to a person that left a very negative comment that I have read. And all through that s standard still applies to this, it s more important that it be taken as an accommodation for the people that I have dealt with at good Chevrolet.
Let me start with the parts department, where my relationship with Good Chevy started some nine-plus years ago. I had just purchased a 2000 Corvette, from a run-of-the-mill dealership. The vehicle has been heavily modified to the point where it would not pass emissions unless I replaced the entirety of the exhaust system. I found (Mike Rhodes) my parts guy to not only be understanding but to strive to make sure that I had the exact parts that I needed. (no matter what vehicle I called about.)
In dealing with my first Corvette, even though I m a very mechanically savvy person. Nonetheless, sometimes it needed to work that I could not complete myself. so my parts guy recommended that I talk to (Natasha Willson). I ll come back to her in a minute.
One day while my vehicle was in the shop getting some routine maintenance done, I think it was either an oil change or differential output shaft seal. I was looking around the lot at some of the other Corvettes. One of which caught my eye. Where I ran into Zack Schreiber . A man of which I have over the last nine years purchased more Corvettes from, and four other vehicles including my current truck. as my salesman. Zack is a man I trust not to BS me.
Now all of that being said going back to my Service experience. I was referred to Natasha Wilson to explain what was going on with my car and see what the shop could do. Natasha gives it to me straight, no BS. She told me what could be done with the car and what needed to be done with the car. She has throughout our working relationship never failed to give me those options. I find Natasha to be one of the most knowledgeable service representatives I have ever run into. (For you corvette people) have had a C-5, three C6zo6 s, one C6zr1, and a C7zo6. every time I have brought any vehicle that I owned in for service Natasha has always given it to me straight. Whether that s a water pump, and ignition issue, or just my paranoia. She has fought for me when the warranty companies did their damnedest not to fulfill the responsibilities they had on paper.
I recently moved from the Seattle area back home to Texas, right now the only product that I have for Good is my truck, (the dog didn t like being in the Corvette, I ll get another one). after moving down here my truck was experiencing a hesitation issue. My first call wasn t to the local dealership here in Texas, it was to Natasha, to get her opinion. She told me what she thought the problem was and that I should go see my local dealer. Of which I did, and to no surprise of me Natisha was correct on what the problem was.
So even though I live in Texas now, my dealership is good Chevrolet... I will still buy my parts from Mike at Good Chevy. I will still call Zach when it s time for me to buy another vehicle. And I will always call Natasha, for any little thing that disrupts my peace of mind and driving my vehicles. Whether or not I live in the Seattle area anymore is not the point. Natasha is my service representative from Chevrolet at good Chevy.
I only hope that I can not only keep a good customer/sales/service relationship with the people that I ve mentioned. But I hope to call them my friends now as well. Thank you to Zach, Mike, and Natasha for keeping this United States Marine on the road!
3 days in a row I'm trying to reach service department.
5 days later I have scheduled an oil change appointment
Cody Flynn was my sales person! He was an amazing and informative individual. He made the process easy and therefore put me at ease. The additional staff members were kind and helpful. I will be a lifelong customer thanks to the folks at Good Chevrolet! Thanks!
I originally went to Sunset Chevrolet to take a look at the new Tahoe. I did not plan to purchase a vehicle immediately and had limited time to spend at the dealership. I was kept there for way too many hours, fed incorrect information about the vehicles, and I was given the hard close before leaving. By sheer luck I spoke with a friend about my shopping experience and interest in the Tahoe. She recommended I work with Teddy at Good Chevrolet. What a night and day experience! Teddy Sharp made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. He did not pressure me, there was no haggling over price, and the transaction was smooth, quick, and stress free. He went above and beyond in helping get a great value for my trade in and even removed a custom part that I needed to use in my new SUV. The finance manager was friendly and thorough when reviewing my paperwork. I was very comfortable and at ease throughout the experience. I came away with a big smile on my face and a proud owner of a brand new 2015 Chevy Tahoe. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a new car to visit this establishment and ask for TEDDY!
I responded to an ad on July 13 to come and see a Dodge Sprinter van, I was told time and time again that it was at the detailer for weeks. Finally on July 29 I was told that it would be available to view the next day, I called on July 30 to make sure it was there before I drove all the way there, the employee said they'd call me right back. No response. I spoke to a salesperson yesterday Aug 2, who said that it was still unavailable to view but I would be called right away when it could be seen. I heard nothing until I receive an automatic email today, 8/3, that it has been sold.
I will not be doing business with Good Chevrolet because I never could get a straight answer from them after 26 emails back and forth between July 13 and August 3. I don't even know if the van ever existed or if it was just a ploy to get people on to the lot.
Great experience, great price and great customer service working with Ramon! Thank you so much!
Had a great experience buying a vehicle from Good Chevrolet. All aspects of the purchase were made clear up front, no last minute negotiating with the finance person in the back room. Plus free oil changes for life?!? Would recommend purchasing from here if they have the vehicle you want.
Great service! Teddy and Raymond were awsome and made the experiance great.
Guy who test drove with us was friendly but it took a long time to get there. My wife and I were ready to buy but no one came out to help for a really long time. When they did they said they would get us keys but never came back. After 15 minutes of waiting for him we went looking for help. They apologized and let us test drive the car. A few things didn't work but since they are a one price shop the sales guy said they won't move on price. It was a used car but for 25k I would expect it to be in better shape. All that said the staff was friendly and the location comfortable enough. Nice cars and they let us take our time to talk it over.
After 3 visits to find a leak in my AC system the mechanics finally got it fixed after taking steps to trace the leak each visit. Jenna also worked with the mechanics and my warranty company to ensure it was covered by my warranty and was super patient and helpful every time i called. She is literally the best service representative i have ever dealt with in my 25 years of car ownership!
My husband and I did alot of research on finding a particularly SUV. We'd been following the asking price and felt there was plenty of this make and model at this location for us to choose from. We had a 12 yr old single owner vehicle we planned to trade in. When it came down to purchasing they took all our information and asked how we would be financing. We told them cash, (as we had a cashier's check made out to them and we would pay check for any tax and small difference. This they didn't know) They came back with a much higher asking price then they had advertised online. With a crazy trade in amount on our vehicle. Again asking how we planned to finance. We told them cash. They said that was the price. What we had been seeing online for the past week and lastly early am had all been sold. We were bummed as we had travelled 3 hrs and had an overnight stay. But had a back up plan and we're not afraid to use it. Lee Johnson!!! We could not believe there was no negotiating just a good bye and good luck. Good luck we did have at Lee Johnson!!! Our asking price on our trade in and their asking price on the vehicle. PSS. we paid in cash it is still done today!!
