The Sales person, Teddy Sharp, was why we ended up purchasing the silverado from Good Chevrolet. He was focused and present and the interaction felt very authentic. The whole process from test driving to buying went very smoothly

I bought a vehicle from Good Chevrolet in Renton last week, and it was the best car-buying experience that I have ever had. They had a wide selection of cars to review and the facility and staff was very well put together and organized. I went to the dealership with a few cars that I had in mind and the two sales representatives that I dealt with were great. I dealt with Sales Representative Jason Vuu and Bryan Arntz and they were able to answer or look up any questions that I had for them. They were both extremely professional and patient with me, and I have never had as much fun buying a car. Everyone knows that buying a car can be awful, but these two gentleman did not pressure me at all and gave me all the time I needed to review my purchase. I had originally planned on looking at two other dealerships, but after my experience at GOOD CHEVROLET, I took home a car and was not at the dealership for more than 3 hours total. Not to mention, I had the best financing and lowest interest rate that I have ever had. I will definitely be back and purchase other cars from here!
We were in the market for a newer car and one just a tad smaller than our equinox. We had shopped around and driven several when we found the Chevy Trax at Good with a great price. We worked with Mike Parks who did his best to make the deal happen for us. This is our second car from Good Chevrolet and we are very pleased. thanks!!!
So, the first time I went to take a look at some vehicles I was turned off by how pushy and how much information the sales guy wanted to know. Frankly, he was way to pushy and lead me to stray away from them. I ended up having to come back in to see if something got turned into lost and found, what really pushed me over the edge and away was the receptionist asked me how she could help me and as I was talking to her she interrupts and starts talking to someone walking by 5 feet behind me, extremely RUDE. However, I ended up coming back to a car they had posted online. I called and spoke with Ken in Sales. Ken was fantastic he was super friendly and I felt was genuinely interested in helping me not just selling a car. Due to scheduling conflict Ken had teamed us up with Bryan. Bryan was great. Very helpful and was really just interested in helping answer any questions and help us pick the right car. We picked a Car, Bryan walked us through everything step by step. When it went to the final stages of waiting for papers to be drawn up he would continue to check in and update us and offered drinks. He was great, had the car sent out to get another quick wash and gas tank filled before we were on our way. Service was much better with Ken and Bryan. I highly recommend them. Car has been great. One thing I noticed once I got home ------little things. Detailing, well It could have been done better. I had to come home and do finishing touches of detailing that should have been done before hand. Some stains on the carpet in the 2nd row and on the overhead visor on the passenger side had splashes of maybe coffee or something. I had to vacuum out the very back where the detailers clearly chose not to clean by the 3rd row. Otherwise everything was great. Just maybe the detailing needs to take some more time to do things right. Might make a difference in a sale for other vehicles.
Thought I was getting a great deal on a used Cadillac. Clean car fax, low mileage. Little did I know, the trunk had a leak big enough to fill the 5th wheel well completely after just a few hours of rain. Now I find out the leak is coming from a space in the body that wasn't sealed correctly after a previous accident. So how does a vehicle sit on a dealers lot and not one single employee from sales or service notice the gallons of water leaking into the vehicle? Pre-sale inspection maybe? No, we're Good Chevrolet, we'll let the customer figure it out. I think the best part of all this is the mold infestation I have to deal with after the rear end is completely disassembled and the leak is sealed. $1000, $2000, maybe $3000 later? Lesson learned, always be careful of who you do business with.
We had a terrific buying experience from start to finish. Shelby and Johnny were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional helping us find the right truck, and Dave in Finance was great to work with, completing the paperwork and wrapping up our purchase quickly. Thank you all!
This is a complete ZERO STAR review. Be aware of the scammers that work here especially a guy named AJ. He will tell you anything to get you there and once there will have you work with someone else who immediately throws numbers at you without showing you the car first or let you drive it. He sat there and argued about numbers and checking my credit first. He then went on to say he would sign me up with a higher interest and wait a couple of days for the banks to give him a decision and possibly bringing me down to that APR, 40 minutes into the meeting and still no car seen or test driving done even though I kept repeating it to him. after getting frustrated by his lack or curtesy and honesty I left. I called immediately to get the owner or general manager on the phone and the lady working the front desk DENIESE completely denied me that and said she needed to know what it was about I let her know politely that's for me to handle with them but after her being a child and refusing to transfer my call to the GM I told her it was a complain for bad service so she said okay I can let you talk to a manager but the general manager is not in today, she transferred my call to a manager which name I don't recall and he pretended to be the general manager/owner (how much of a joke can this place be) I asked if he really was that and he said yes so I told him the bad service I got and how shady it was and all he said was "well I'm sorry that happened to you" in a very sarcastic tone and stayed silent. I told him he obviously didn't care and he was lying about being the owner/general manager and hung up the call. I will get in contact with the owner somehow because people like that should not be helping out customers who are bringing in business.
It was a pleasure working with Johnny Lim and the other staff at Good Chevrolet. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and low key. No high pressure pitch and they gave us a good price on the new truck and fair value on the old truck. I would absolutely return for my next vehicle.
Kass is amazing! This was the best car buying experience. He got us the car and payment we were looking for with honest details during the whole process.
I had great experience with all of the people at Good Chevrolet they were all nice and friendly. They did me right with my purchase and then some. Thanks Russ
Amazing experience here, I was expecting to spend my ENTIRE Saturday looking at cars and had the mind set that I might not even drive away with something. Pamela pretty much greeted me at my car when pulled in. I kinda told her what I wanted and she was very knowledgeable on the cars on the lot. Pulled a few cars for test driving. Worked her magic and I ended up driving off the lot in a BRAND NEW CAR with 5 miles on it. I was extremely satisfied with my service here and plan to be a long term customer I also get free oil changes for life. Very happy with my purchase. If your in the market for a new or used car come here and ask for Pamela! She will work wonders for you!!! You won t be disappointed
I recently bought a '18 Colorado ZR2 from Good Chevrolet. This is my 3rd vehicle purchase from this dealership over the span of about a decade. On this purchase I worked with Jennifer Fakaosita, who was professional and very knowledgeable. The reason I keep coming back to this dealership is because of the great staff. Doing business with them is easy, their pricing is transparent, and their inventory is huge!!
You think Evan McGarrah got good service. Heck, honesty is just one facet of their exemplary service. From the moment I walked through that door I felt like family. Sitting down with my salesman Trevor was like meeting an old friend.
Every question I had was answered, every concern was sated. I couldnt imagine a place to buy my next vehicle other then Good Chevrolet.
We drove a long time to see a few vehicles. While the people are good and prices are right, they don t sell to buyers in Oregon. Wish that would have been pointed out to us when we called and 503 popped up. As the other people states below, something about fraud and owner refuses.
Had a horrible experience. I came down to look at an equinox that was advertised as new on their website, when I arrived to do a test drive I was informed that it wasn't actually new but was a service loaner with 4,600 miles on it. I thought okay, it's still a good deal so I test drove it. I liked the car and came back and asked what the final number would be total out the door for one car and then to see what the number would be if I financed one. I waited as they did what they needed to do only to have the salesman come out and tell me that the cars weren't that price, but actually several thousand dollars more., But they did have another one that was really new that I could get at four thousand dollars more. They say they are big on getting referrals, but they won't be getting one from me and I will tell everyone I know to be wary of buying a car from them
Really nice people working there!!! Kass schany was so nice!!!Great experience, no pressure. I would and will recommend everyone to go there to buy. It s not like the old days. Lol!!! I thank them for a pleasure able experience Ask for Kass!!
I had been shopping for a used Silverado 2500hd diesel truck for about two months and went on test drives and dealt with pushy sales people to the point of taking a time out. Thats when I emailed good Chevrolet and got a response from Ramon Miller, no pressure and let me move at my own pace. Thanks Ramon for making my buying experience a laid back full of laughs. . I couldn't be happier with my truck.
I was referred to Good by a friend whom had just purchased two cars from A.J. Takhar. We showed up with an "idea" of what we wanted. And after looking at several cars, test driving 3+ cars we took home a beautiful new Impala. Thanks for the patience A.J. Michael
I just got a killer deal on a 2020 Bolt from these guys. Johnny and Jordan and Sam were all great to work with. They respected me and my time and didn t try to up sell me. I ll definitively be recommending them to my friends.
Had a great experience buying a car from Good Chevrolet. Jimmy and Johnny were very helpful and got me out the there quickly when I recently purchased a new vehicle. Thank you.
Ted is the MAN!! My wife and I came in looking to purchase a mid-size SUV. With other unsatisfied places we ve been to, we were kind of skeptical about coming in. But Ted was very professional and showed real concern about our wants. We ended up getting a deal on our 2014 Buick Enclave!! And they worked with us on our monthly payment plan. We re Super satisfied! The car is perfect! We felt like family and the team made the process super easy! Thank you, Good Chevrolet of Renton. You guys rock!
Mr. Ramon Miller was outstanding! The Chevy lot was large and packed with cars. The dealers waiting room was spacious clean. I checked out the Honda CR-V. And even though I didn't name the purchase at the time, the no hassle atmosphere and customer service was spot on.
Absolutely horrible. Incredibly uncomfortable experience. Incredibly strange salesman. He talked about having a gun? Changed price, slipped in an unwanted 'service fee.' This could be cancelled within 45 days however they were closed due to covid. Have been rude to me when I attempt to resolve this. Or just put me on hold endlessly. Absolutely horrible.
Very rude car salesman, called me names. Lied to me. Little problems are big problems for that company. If they have to do anything outside of making you sign papers you are nothing to them. Brian rolled his eyes at me, and lied straight to my face about what he said on the phone. Will NEVER go back.
We went in to purchase a newer used van, we had a buy bid from another dealer since there was a problem with the car we were trading in. So that means we were ready to trade in our car and purchase a new vehicle, with no loss to the dealership on our trade. But we were told that they don't do that and they were indignant. What you don't sell cars?! We were told to come back the next day and maybe there was a guy there on a Tuesday that knew how to do it. We were sent away with no deal. We immediately drove to another dealer in Auburn that had the same van we wanted (for a little more money) and purchased it there and that turned out to be a great experience.
I was at Good Chevrolet a couple of days ago and financed a Camaro. I went in there a little bit skeptical of salesmen and had an excellent experience with Raphael. I felt like he wasn t trying to be too pushy like I expected. Sam the finance was very good and I felt like I gotta pretty good deal and I like their process of finding that deal. I m happy
I just want to give a real generous shout out to Lewis Goins. That's the man to see if you want a authentic real honest salesman who doesn't sugar coat anything. Whatever you want he will get done hands down. This was my first time buying a car. And on top of that for my birthday it was a special moment. He made sure that i got what i like. I'm riding in a 2015 Cadillac ATS !!. First car i buy i wanted luxury and he made that happened and financially he made sure i can afford it but also mainly me liking it and knowing it was a good first car. So THANK YOU Lewis ! you made my buying experience A1!! lol
Price they have on they website does not depict the price of the car. Was going to buy a 21000 car with 4000 as down payment they tried to say a 72 month loan was 541 equaling 38000 for the car twice what s worth DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE TRYING TO RIP YOU OFF!
Met Archie while getting my car serviced. After only a short time of explaining issues with my current. He detailed the advantages of upgrading. I was reluctant but he went over everything with me without feeling stressed. I went to get my car serviced and drove in a brand new car! I'm 67 years old, its my first new car. I thought Id never see the day..
DO NOT LISTEN TO MIKE NOURI, HE LIES TO YOU! HE WILL GIVE YOU PROMISES THAT ARE UNTRUE, AND AFTER YOU ARE BIT FROM IT, HE LIES THAT HE MADE THOSE PROMISES. HE SAYS WHATEVER HE NEEDS TO SELL YOU REGARDLESS IF HE MEANS IT, AND WHEN YOU FOLLOW UP WITH HIM ABOUT IT, HE HANGS UP ON YOU. WHEN YOU THINK YOU WERE DISCONNECTED BECAUSE ADULTS DONT DO THAT, YOU REALIZE GOOD CHEVROLET IS OKAY WITH THE SALES MANAGER MIKE NOURI HANGING UP ON ITS CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY ARE PROVIDED EVIDENCE OF MIKE'S PATHOLOGICAL LYING. WANT A CHEVY, FIND ANOTHER DEALER, I HAVE NO MOTIVATION TO WRITE A REVIEW NEVER HAVE, BUT THE PUBLIC MUST BE WARNED OF SCUM LIKE MIKE NOURI. HE IS A CON.
Highly recommend Good Chevrolet and Kass Schany specifically. Kass spent 5 hours with us - yes, FIVE, to make sure we found a car we liked. He knew so much about so many different models - it was very impressive. Good Chevrolet already undercuts other dealers' prices, so they won't be able to negotiate down any, which was a bummer, but we're still extremely happy with our purchase.
Charlie Nguyen was great to work with! He took care of when purchasing a great truck. I recommend anyone that is looking for a truck to reach out to Charlie. Thank you Charlie for making my experience seamless and hassle free.
Bryan Arntz and Alex Botsford were the Sales Reps that helped us out. They were great... We went in on a very busy Saturday and they were very personable, informative, and just good to work with. After a great test drive and sitting down and looking at the numbers, we felt like they were straight forward and fair, and helped us see that we were honestly getting a good deal. They were willing to make some compromises, and still make it a win win deal for both sides. We certainly appreciated it and would definitely recommend working with them as well as Good Chevrolet. Everyone from Sales to Finance to Delivery was just what you are looking for in a dealership and the car buying experience...
Initially I had spoken with Austin Embody via email communications, but when I got to the dealership I worked primarily with Pamela, who has a great personality and is extremely friendly and helpful. I ended up getting the car I had chosen beforehand online, my new Used Toyota Corolla 2014!
Kass Schany was my sales associate and he made a bad experience turn out into a great one. All my paperwork was ready for me and the car was delivered as promised. He expedited everything for us and it was possibly the fastest, most painless purchase I have ever experienced. GO SEE KASS!
Went in earlier this week to look at a car I found online. Was a bit late in the day but Mike Parks stayed late to help me with the purchase of my new Spark Lt. Mike was very friendly and efficient making the process really smooth. At no point did I feel pressured, but very supported with all of my decisions. Had bad luck at a previous dealer that day, glad they made my day and purchase better! 10/10 would recommend!
My mom and I went into good chevrolet, not really knowing what we wanted. The manager Zach was very friendly and helpful and introduced us to our car salesman, Johnny. Johnny was very attentive in listening to our needs and we did not feel any pressure at all to buy anything. It really just seemed like he wanted to help us and not make a sale, which is not how most car places feel. We ended up going home and deciding that we really wanted a 2017 equoinix. I called Zach back and he said to come back down to test drive it ! Needless to say, the car was flawless and they even stayed passed closing to seal the deal! Thank you so much for making a somewhat stressful situation so much easier !
I could write several pages about how great this place is. My wife and I picked up a Trailbalzer here and cannot speak more highly of our experience. Renzo and Lewis really listened to what we were hoping to find and went above and beyond to try and get us within our target monthly payment. Their communication was great when we weren t at the dealership, and when we were, they were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Sam was super nice and great throughout the paperwork process and overall the staff here is fantastic.
We ve purchased used cars from other dealerships and have had meh experiences, but our time with Renzo and Lewis was awesome from start to finish. Never did we feel rushed, pressured, talked down to, or taken advantage of. The folks at this dealership genuinely want you to get a great car at a super competitive price. There s no hard selling and no hidden fees you have to negtotiate away. We for sure will be referring everyone we know who s looking to get a car to Renzo, Lewis, Sam, and all of the great folks at Good Chevrolet. Thanks for everything, guys, we couldn t be happier!
After finding the car we were looking for, in the price we wanted to pay, I called to make sure it was still available. Being assured that it was, my husband and I made a three hour trip north from our home to the dealership. We were greeted well and it was apparent that we were expected. Johnny Lim helped us and was courteous and knowledgable through the process. The only complaint we had was that the price on the 3rd party website that I initially found the ad for the car was $1000 less than at the dealership. This is because of a sale the dealership was running and the price I saw was supposed to be after a trade in of a certain year vehicle. It felt a little like bait and switch especially after talking to the salesman twice by phone before making the trip up. The dealership does outline the sale price in their ad, but cannot control what is in a 3rd party ad and that's understandable. However, we were able to come to a price that we all were happy with and we drove away with a great car!
5k service was done quickly. My only concern is the checklist showed that the air pressure in the tires were adjusted. The problem is the tires have nitrogen in them. When I called to check on this the advisor said they did not add air, just reset the pressure to 35psi. Not sure how this is possible, and believe regular compressed air was added to the nitrogen in the tires. How can you put on the checklist that the pressure was adjusted then say that it was not.
I went in for an oil change and to have them inspect my brakes. They found a few items of concern, got the parts ordered right away, and fixed it all in a couple of days. The gave me a loaner car to get me through the weekend. I got the truck back on time, after they cleaned and vacuumed the inside, and washed the outside. I was very happy with experience.
We went in to Good Chevrolet in Renton looking for a truck , we had a great Experience! Our Sales Representative Archie had excellent Customer Service , he answered all our questions & Concerns & I really appreciated that he was so patient with us . I would highly recommend anyone to buy from Good Chevrolet in Renton :)
I have bought an average of 2 new cars every year for the last 25 years. I have bought every high end make out there. I have to say that my experience at Good Chevrolet was great. They are top notch all the way! I bought a new corvette from Jordon Stammen. I was so impressed by how protective they are of their corvettes. They were all locked and within feet of the show room where they could be guarded. When I decide on the one I got, it had not been driven by anyone. It only had 2 miles on it.
I brought home a new Audi once that had scuffs on the door sills that forever drove me nuts. I bought a Mercedes off the showroom floor and the leather had a lot of crinkling in the leather bolster were people had been climbing in an out all day, maybe for weeks. That always bugged me. I did not by a new VolvoXc90 a couple of years ago because there were faint spider web scratches all over it, due to the dealer running it through what was clearly an automatic car wash with brushes
I ve had my car for a week and half, and it was delivered to me with 2miles on it. After obsessing over every square inch, there is not a single flaw anywhere. An absolute first. Thank You Good Chevrolet, you are excellent martyrs of fine cars.
If that is not enough, Jordan (Stammen),made the right price the first time, AND he gave me a great price for my trade. Again, the first time! This was a deal that was right in line with some of the top deals on corvettes in the nation, thousands of miles away.
Mr. Chin in financing was so professional and offered me several financing options. I was in and out financing in a flash. It was so easy. .
Good Chevrolet will be my dealership forever. I hope you will come see the difference like I did.
EVEN 1 STAR IS TOO MUCH TO THEM If you're not going to buy NEW car, they wont smile to you, they wont even care about you.
Me and my wife went there to check the used car and the guys came out and assisted me. But in a few min later that guy who assist me mentioned the previous customer who didn't buy the car and blame him next to me and said he got a headache right now. I was super disappointed in his attitude, so I asked him to change the sale's person. The other guy came to me and introduce himself as manager. THE MANAGER HIMSELF is also not passionate, barely listen, dont care about customer (me and my wife) at all. So we decided to get out. And you know what? when we went out and got in to the car, the guy who assist me at very first time told me that "I already knew you will not going to buy the car not EVEN USED and that's why I did little offensive."
This people are so only looking for / taking care of the customer who's going to buy a NEW CAR.
THE WORST DEALER IVE EVER WENT. EVEN 1 STAR IS TOO MUCH TO THEM
Absolutely terrible experience. Evidently since I'm from Idaho, they WON'T sell me a car! Even though I'm paying cash and they are the only dealer in Washington, Idaho and Montana that has this particular car!
This dealership is great, and Kass is a pleasure to work with! He s also really straight up about things, and I feel like that s what you want from someone selling you an expensive thing.
Went in right after work on a Wednesday tired out of my mind after dealing with some high stress, to say the least I was pretty crass but the staff seemed to understand and didn't take my first impression at face value. I worked with Oliver Deron, he was very receptive and patient with explaining the small print and finer details of what I was signing and my options. They ran a credit check and made sure I got the best rate possible by checking around 4.44% so I'm stoked. In general all the staff was attentive and understanding especially to me who happened to be a first time buyer through a car dealer. Typically I got buckets and junkers from family friends or Craig's list & FB. This was a great first time experience.
Johnny was great!! He worked with me to get everything prepped before we went in so our visit would be quick and easy. The car detail took a little longer than expected but that s ok! It looked beautiful when it came around to the front.
Thank you for your fast, friendly and efficient service, Johnny!
Showed up to take a look at a very low milage car. The online posting was for $10,918. Test drove the car and sat down to attempt to make a deal. The sales rep brought back the price and it was $11,918 so i was shocked. On the website there is a "Important Disclosure" under the shown price, I didnt notice that the price was based on $1000.00 trade in discount. thats on me for not reading.
So anyways I am still considering the vehicle and ask if they can come down on the price because my review of various values such as KBB and Carfax showed the vehicle should be arround 9k. The rep brought back the KBB value they ran on the vehicle and sure enough it showed the $11, 918 price. However I noticed that their KBB had features listed that the vehicle did not have in it. My self and the rep took the paper and went to the car and I showed the rep what was missing on the vehicle compared to what they were showing (but hey no big deal, I am thinking they are reasonable, will take notice and adjust the price accordingly).
I ask the rep to bring this to her managements attention in hopes they would recognize the discrepencies and bring the price back into a fair market value. The rep came back and they only dropped the vehicle $500.00. I felt bad for the sales rep knowing they are not the ones who price the vehicles.
After some discussion noticing they would not budge I had to walk away.
I have never had a dealership overprice a vehicle claiming features that are not there! Definatley a shady experience and i would not go back there.
I warn anyone shopping at this dealership to do their homework and pay close attention to all the documents they provide.
The service team here is great! I never feel pressured or taken advantage of. The work I've had done to date has been reasonably priced, and completed quickly. No complaints.
Update: 09/09/2018: When we purchased the car we asked two specific questions: 1.) Does the car have any open recalls and, 2.) Has the car been in an accident? We were told 'no' to both questions. Today, we learned that there is, in fact, an open recall on the car AND found a paper in the owners manual regarding a claim due to an accident in 2015. I repeat: stay away from this shady and unethical business and the people who work there. Take your money elsewhere, my friends. ~~~~~~ I wish I read the reviews on this dealership prior to going there. TERRIBLE customer service from start to finish, and even afterward.
First, the manager, Oliver, kept giving us keys to cars to test drive and wasn't interested in assisting us at all. Finally, he passed us on to a salesman, Richard, who was disorganized and didn't know anything about the vehicles from the start; he had to keep "checking" on facts and "getting back to us", told us "I THINK so" when we asked for information regarding certain cars without verifying first and unless we asked him to (such as about open recalls, warranties, 4 vs. V6, etc.), and even brought us the wrong Carfax information (for another car) when we were ready to talk numbers about a specific vehicle.
Most of all, though, the finance people are horrible. They are condescending, talk over you, and are ridiculously rude. For example, we had to sign a "back-up contract" until our bank paid off our trade in. We were told that if they don't receive payment within 10 days from our bank, we would be billed.
I called our bank this morning and they told us that they haven't received the fax yet and that the dealership could/should have faxed it yesterday because their machines are always "on".
When I called the car dealership today, Carrie, the finance woman we worked with yesterday, told me that (1.) she "didn't know what I was talking about" and then (2.) that she would fax the paper to the bank "some time today" and (3.) she could call me back "some time today".
Furthermore, she refused to tell me when the official clock started on the 10-day payoff period - does it start when the bank receives the fax for payment or did it start 24 hours ago - AND told me that she would call me AFTER she finished with her six NEW customers who were waiting on her now. In other words, she refused to pull my paper work and give me an answer on the phone today - - after we spent $30K yesterday!
There is clearly no urgency on her part, nor her office, which tells me this business may be running a SCAM to get money from people any way they can. Luckily my bank told me that if that happens, they'll easily be able to stop payment and return the money.
Friends, there are SO many car dealerships and SO many cars available now. I highly recommend that you take your business, time, and effort elsewhere and avoid this car dealership.
And if you do use them, I would recommend financing through your bank AND, if you're forced to sign the back-up contract like we were, then INSIST that they fax the bank paperwork while you're sitting there and personally verify (maybe even get a copy of it) the receipt confirmation.I also shared this review on Yelp.
Update: 08.07.2017 I got a response from the dealership in regard to my review on Google, but I cannot respond back to them on-line. Therefore, I would like respond here: Dear Dealership: We called on Monday and left a voice mail message with the General Manager regarding our situation and experience. We requested that he call us back to discuss and resolve. To date, we have STILL not heard back from him. Clearly the GM doesn't even strive for excellence at this dealership. The responses to unsatisfied customers is simply on-line lip service. Again, I would recommend taking your money/business elsewhere.
Misled and wasted my time. Had a written offer from another dealership in which the stated they would beat, in writing. Stopped down to purchase a new truck, but at that time, the written offer provided was no longer valid and the cost had gone up considerably. Thank you for wasting my time.
We went in to look at several Rav 4's . There prices seemed really competitive on line. We started out with a salesman that was just not a good fit. He was not listening to us and it started looking like a bad experience so I went to the front desk and told them we could not work with that salesperson. They brought in another salesperson who listened and turned the whole thing around. We ended up buying the car . They were extremely generous with my daughters car trade in and I think gave us way more than anywhere else would of to turn the whole experience into a good one and making sure we did not leave unhappy or without the new car. I would go out of my way to use Craig Johnson as it was the salesman that went to bat for us and closed the deal by doing so.
We purchased a 2014 car. Within 3 years it turned into a death trap; the engine dies while driving and the steering wheel seizes up. It's a deathtrap. The engine needs to be replaced. We still owe $6k and Good Chevrolet told me that I'm stuck with it. They sold me a lemon and offered no path for a resolution. I have no means to get to work and I'm out thousands of dollars. I will never purchase a Chevrolet product for the rest of my life, and you shouldn't let any of your family members either.
Short version: The salesman called Teddy was lazy and arrogant and sold us a car with an open recall on the front airbags and seat belts. And that after I told him I was buying a new car, looking for something safe, since I had just been in a rollover and was lucky to be alive.
Long version: Whatever you do, don't go there and if you have to, then avoid at all costs a salesman called Teddy. When we came first time to look for a car, he was arrogant and the parking lot was so full that the car he wanted to show us was unreachable. He then said: Knock yourself out, I have a bad knee and I am not going through these cars to show you. It doesn't look like it is a car you want anyway. Well, we thought it was just a bad day for him and came back again the next week to buy a Cadillac.
Unfortunately my husband didn't want to pretend we were new customers and called for Teddy again. Teddy sent a assistant, which was a very nice young man, I was glad that it was another person helping us. After he helped us with a test drive and we gave our information for him to put on the computer, he passed us on again to Teddy. My husband said: "I think it is time to talk about the price". Teddy answered: "There is nothing to talk about, the car is there, if you want fine it you don't you can walk away". Which we almost did. I was furious of his lowest level of politeness. We loved the car, so we stayed and ended up buy it.
He brought us the payment options without the percentages of interest for each one, written down in a piece of paper, ZERO PROFESSIONALISM! It was like we were buying some screws on Home Depot. We are talking about a 65,000 car here.
Then he gave us the Carfax, upon request, and it showed that there was a recall on airbags. We asked if it was resolved and he said: "I don't know if it was fixed or not, you call the number and find out". It was Sunday night.
Again, we bought the car ONLY because we really liked the car, which actually we had looked online, this salesman had ZERO work to do on selling the car, look for the car. When we asked for the history of the car he knew nothing about, all he answered was "I guess".
Now, after bringing the car home, I looked up about the recall and the car had a recall on the software responsible for AIRBAG AND SEATBELTS NO DEPLOYING ON THE FRONT SEATS. Is it risky to drive around with the car like that? The recall was on September 2016 and Teddy sold us the car on January 2017. In another words, Teddy and Good Chevrolet didn't bother to fix their car before selling it to us.
We took the car to Puyallup Cadillac dealership and it took 40 minutes for them to fix it, and they gave us a free car wash. They told me it is the job of the dealership to fix this type of problem and we left wondering why Good Chevrolet didn't do it.
Brett and Zack were so awesome. There was absolutely no pressure. I would come back here if I ever buy myself another vehicle. I bought my granddaughter a vehicle.
Brett was great helping my sister buy her first car! He did not push her to buy anything that she didn't want or could not afford. I would highly recommend Brett! Super nice and respectful!
Good Chevrolet continues to impress and earned my repeat business. I recently traded in a car that I had originally purchased at Good Chevrolet about 3 years ago and my experience this time was even better than my last visit. Teddy was a huge help and really went the extra mile to make the purchase process as easy and stress free as possible. Not only was he a great help to me but also took great care of my mother and helped her find a vehicle that was more comfortable for her but also arranged things so the numbers were do able for her budget as well.
This dealership also has an amazing finance team. They really have their customers best interests in mind and every time I've purchased a vehicle their the finance people have always been helpful and would go the extra mile for me to do every they can to get me the best interest rate possible.
Easy and relaxed sales experience i got a great hassle free deal my sales guy Fabian was great no pressure carrie was great very informative i was recommended there by diane onsess who just bought a chevy cruze
This was the worst experience I have ever had in a dealership. My family has gone to good Chevrolet for over 25 years. That will now come to an end. It makes me very sad for this dealership.
Do not want to give even 1 star. These people make you to believe that you are getting the best deal in the market. They will show no respect of you or your money. They ran credit check on me that appeared as a hard enquiry on my Credit report without my consent even when I said I wanted to buy the car with cash down. Stay away. You will get similar cars at more well refined dealerships in the area. Please do not buy cars from these guys. Unfortunately there is no way to give 0 stars here. There tone changes as soon as they know you are in the deal. When I complained that why did you run the credit check, i was told we are sorry about that, if you want you can walk away from the purchase. By that time they had done the damage to my credit report. STAY AWAY!
I've purchased a few vehicles from Good and always had a great experience. Their management team both in sales and service always go above and beyond for us. Recently I purchased a Stingray. Two weeks in I notice a fuel smell in the garage. I take it in to find out the fuel tank is defective and it will take roughly 6 weeks to get the part from GM. I was very upset as by then our summer will be over and I wouldn't have much time to enjoy the car this year. That said, they could have very well told me it wasn't their fault and that I just had to wait on GM. Instead they took a tank off one of the other cars so I would be up and running now and they will swap that part on the other corvette when it comes in. This wasn't something they were required to do, they went far above and beyond and I am very thankful for it. It's hard to trust many dealerships when you are buying a car but you are in great hands with Good Chevrolet in Renton.
Teddy Sharp did a great job taking care of me, an out-of-state customer. They did exactly what they said they would on both the new car and my trade-in. It's nice to deal with someone who keeps their word!
We just bought a truck from Good Chevrolet, and we worked with Jason Ambrosio, he was very helpful and made the process very easy. Thanks again for the great service!
Overall bad experience with buying a car here. 2 good things I did get from this dealership 1 ) a good price on the veichile I purchased 2) a great financial person . The bad things I got 1 ) salesman said I would have to buy a 500 dollar chipped key - I have never been anywhere where you have to buy keys for your veichile. Finance person said I could have one free of charge ( yet to receive my key 1 month later ) 2 ) was called That my license plates were in I called to see what was going on with my plated and STEPHANIE was extremely un professional during are conversation she said " what's up what do you need " who talks like that to customers?????? Middle school students may address each other like that. She was very snappy at my questions and rudely interrupted while I spoke. Everything I said she argued with saying I didn't have plates in when after searching she found my plates . I get it customers can be a hassle . I am in customer service myself and know that is no way to treat a customer . STEPHANIE in my opinion is a very poor representation of any conpany. Including good chevrolet !!!!
