Our vehicle buying experience was superb. We got a deal on a vehicle that works well for us. We don't have great credit, but they easily worked with us, and provided a good rate. The staff was great all around, and the facility is very comfortable. Our sales person, Brett, was top notch. We highly recommend checking them out. Unfortunately we were placed with a sales associate that didn't seem very intrested in selling us a truck. He wasn't willing to negotiate with us at all and it's unfortunate because he lost a sale. It's 7am, all is quiet, I enter and tell the service department my name, they know my Camaro and just what to do.
I sit in the waiting room, plug my phone into their complimentary USB port. I am head down for not too long before them come greet me, explain the services, let me know the status of future service needs and hand me back my keys.
I am in and out in under an hour for my prepaid oil change. Friendly, nice people.
I see a 50+ yr old vette in the showroom. NICE!

I have had my Spark for two months, get sales service. This week I had the tire pressure light go one, called to service dept and was told to check pressure and adjust. Then advised after driving the light will go off. If it does not call to have it checked off. I did all they told me and the light did not go off. Called to see about bringing it in to get it checked. The person in the service dept said he could not see me till during the week and they are only open till 5pm. Told him that will not work I have to work during the day and get done at 4:30. He started to be condescending and big time attitude . Was not offering anything help and told me when I figure out when I can come in call them back. Was also told they are not open next Sat. Asked for Sup and got a voice mail and have not heard back. So right now I am not at all impressed with Good Chevrolet service.

Saturday my car overheated, and Les in the service department was helpful, courteous and pro-active in helping attain a loaner, when Enterprise dropped the ball. He followed through on everything he told me he would do, keeping me updated on what was happening. The cashiers were professional and friendly. I would strongly recommend this business to anyone looking for a good service department.

Internet sales person was rude , he was unwilling to answer one question about a SUV I was about buy, he needs some customer service training and maybe just maybe for him to know that someone has an accent doesn t mean that you treat them differently.Has he was the first contact I would ve not bought or dealt with Good Chev The second thing was that they gave me the SUV that I purchased for $35k with almost zero gas.

So I took my Saturn Ion in there last week for an oil change... they didn't even wash it like they do at other dealerships - I was quite disappointed with that. On the up side they did do a fast oil change. Barely had to wait.

On a side note, I didn't appreciate a salesman calling me today and lying to me that Saturn Ion's are a "popular used car" that people want to buy right now, and he needs to "restock their inventory on the lot". What a load of crap. I love my Ion and it's been perfect for me - but who the hell wants to buy a used one? I felt conned into them trying to buy my car just so I can buy a new one from them and have a car payment - all the while they are making a major profit off of me. I pad my car off over 3 years ago and I plan to run that car in the ground - but that's beside the point. I don't feel I should be hassled with a deceiving sales call of them wanting to buy my car. That's the last time I take my car there.

Zach and Johnnie hooked me up with a 2016 Equinox and I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Hopefully won't need to be back for a while but it will be good to do business with them in the future.

Had to raise to 4 stars Due to recent experiences with the Service Staff, in particular Service Advisor Natashia, my opinion in changing. In a somewhat emergency situation she showed genuine concern and went above and beyond to make sure my Avalanche was taken care of as quickly as possible. Treatment I haven't really seen - most of my other experiences in the 6 years since purchasing my Avalanche (in for regular complimentary oil changes and a couple warrantee things - otherwise I would take it elsewhere for other service) have been essentially the feeling like you are a dollar bill on a rotating money tree... We will see if this continues, but since Natashia offered me her card and to reach out to her personally, I expect more of the same from at least her. Hopefully this is an indication of a culture change in the service department at Good Chev.

I purchased a vehicle back in 2013 from Good and that experience was great - and I would recommend anyone buying a vehicle to definitely stop in and see them. Service however has been lackluster at best.... had it's downs more than up for sure.

I take it in on schedule for the complimentary oil changes included with the purchase, but I learned early on don't expect anything above just the basic oil change... such as basic stuff I had come to expect at other dealers (this is my third Chevy Avalanche) like tire rotation.

Although the claim is a multi-point inspection is done at every oil change. I learned how lax that "inspection" can be... On my last visit, I was clear the vehicle was about to go on a long trip around the state and in addition to the oil change I especially wanted to know if there was anything else needing attention before putting 1000 miles or so on it... I was assured the multi-point inspection would cover all the key areas of the vehicle and they even noted to the technician this information. One of the inspection points are the brakes... We went on our trip and all was fine thankfully - within the month after though I began having brake noises which was surprising since it had just undergone this inspection... took it into a brake shop and found that the inside of the driver side rotor was completely metal-metal... at the time of inspection replacement of those pads would have been absolutely required if a proper inspection had been done... This oversight cost me an extra $250 to replace both rear rotors instead of just the brake job.

In full disclosure , the Service Manager when I brought the brake situation to his attention quickly offered to reimburse me for the extra expense... Mistakes happen and I appreciate when appropriate correction is taken when the issue is brought to attention.

So, in the end: Definitely check them out when buying a vehicle - they seem to treat all customers as valued guests with personalized service through the purchasing process. Just don't expect too much on the service side. I have generally always just felt like a number when bringing my vehicle in for routine service and I find the prices higher than other places - sometimes exceptionally higher (I have work done on my vehicle elsewhere because of this). I think with just about every purchase they include lifetime oil changes - appreciated bonus but just don't expect anything much outside that oil change.

I have always been around salesman in companies I have worked for so I don't like them they will tell you anything you need to hear in order to get you to sign the contract, it is annoying and an insult to most people's intelligence so Teddy I appreciate so much that you were cordial and respectful but most of all at no time I felt like I was being pressured.
You have a job to do and that's how you make a living and I respect that but you go about it well and treat the customer with decency. I will see you in a few months when I'm ready to purchase a vehicle for personal use.

We bought a Vehicle(2017 Silverado) in early August from Kass Schany and Good Chevrolet. We inquired on the internet and phone to about 6 different dealerships and Kass was by far the easiest to work with. Every Question was answered quickly and every email I sent was responded to in a timely manner. When we came in to good chevrolet he made us feel right at home. Typically when we buy a vehicle we are ready to leave as soon as we get our keys, we actually sat around for about 45 minutes just chatting with him. Good Chevrolet has great prices but I would have paid more just to work with Kass and the Finance guy. His manager, I think his name was Josh was also very easy going and had my hubby laughing the whole time. They gave us a great deal on trade and a great deal on a warranty to make sure we are covered. If you are going to call or go in to Good Chevrolet, Ask for Kass Schany, you won't be disappointed.

Unless you (give them more money)... then he transferred me to his "internet sales manager" which I asked about the out of state sale comment and he snickered and hung up on me. TERRIBLE SERVICE TO A DISABLED VETERAN THAT WENT THROUGH 20 YEARS OF PAIN TO PURCHASE HIS DREAM CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE AND WAS ESSENTIALLY TOLD TO F OFF. We were able to set up an appointment that fit around my schedule and the staff was very nice and understanding when I had to reschedule. I dealt mainly with AJ and when I showed up for my appointment, the car was right there waiting for me. He let me take it on a test drive by myself which I appreciated. This place is OK but the staff in Service is not so friendly. When you arrive they do not greet you or acknowledge you. You can be in front of them waiting for upwards of half and hour before they try to help; even with appointment. Cashier and parts department are a little better but certainly don't make you feel welcome. I believe there is room for improvement in customer service. Other than that they have done a great job on my vehicles and kept me on the road!

Where to start... "Yes we honor USAAs car buying perks (usually lands you a better price, or discount on warranty etc) but our prices are so good we don't apply it." So no, no you don't accept that... Just say that. OK, the prices on the car I was interested in was $1500-2000 less than other dealerships I was looking at so no big deal, not going to lose sleep over them not honoring a potential perk.

I took the time to get my financing sorted before I went so I knew what my payments would be etc... through Capital One, who they use, and apparently a lot because numbers to numbers for some reason the interest rate was better here than at some other dealers... Cheaper car, and slightly better % rate, win win... Onward!

Decided on a used 2015 that still had 40K+ left on the power-train warranty so I had absolutely ZERO interest in purchasing their overpriced $2900 warranty. They come back with the numbers, including a set with the warranty, repeated I didn't want it... Salesman #2 comes over "so I understand you don't want the warranty"... give him my reply that it has plenty left on the power-train and the chance that enough breaks that I break even on the warranty plus the additional interest on financing said warranty makes it cost prohibitive for me. Guess they didn't like that because back comes Salesman #1 that I have been working with and he informs me... "well my sales manager (or whoever) wants you to go to Capital One do the paperwork yourself and have them cut a check and come back and we can close this deal"... Seriously, because I didn't want your inflated warranty and GAP protection you don't want to process my paperwork with a finance company you obviously work a lot with, and both, save me the trouble and close the sale on the spot??? Even though all the paperwork I had when I got pre-qualified said bring in this paper, give it to the dealer, sign and drive home. Guessing it could be like some of the other negative reviews, where they sell the car while I am sorting all that out, probably to someone who would buy an extended warranty... whoooops... It's an up-sell, if it didn't make them a lot of money... they wouldn't offer it. I get it, I understand, and I've bought them before. Sometimes the cost is worth being covered because you can't afford the down time or cost of a pricey auto repair bill down the road, but that's not where I am at on this purchase so it wasn't worth the additional cost. Don't put someone through something that you wouldn't have otherwise just because they didn't want your up-sell. There was NO mention of this until I told them no to the warranty... bad business, so I replied with my wallet... Thanked them for the waste of time and walked out on the spot without another word.

Sure their prices may be good on some things, but if you don't want to pad their bottom line with their up-sells be prepared to either jump through hoops. Or better yet, just save yourself the waste of time and another hard hit to your credit and look elsewhere.

Stay away from this dealer. I reserched cars at this dealershop on online before i went there. and i found one vw used car with the price 11000 around. And as soon as i got there, I asked if I could do test drive. So did i test drive and i thought the condition was pretty good in terms of noise, mileages, inner deco, cost and etc.. ( even though this vw car has been known having lots of issues) so, i told i am interested in buying this car.....

Making a long story short, after talking about car's history, my job, budget, credit score, and so on, this guy ( i have his name, but will not mention it for now) went to speak with his manager to get approved. After few talks, this guy came back to me with a paper saying with big smile, "hey, you got approved, congratution~, and here is the information. all u need to do is to sign on it." Here is the funny part. As i checked the details of financing and payment, i was really suprised by the fact that there will be $304 per month for 60 months ($18240)

Ok, i admit my credit score is not super high and maybe average around, but just $7000 additional payment? without including taxes and fees? this is insane. As i asked the specific percentage of the total payment, they were saying, "we have no idea, man. but once you sign on contract, we will contact finance department, or you need to talk with them directly... as i wanted to know why payment is so high, his manger came with him after a couple of minutes and told me that there was warranty and it was $3999... ok. all i could see on that one page paper regarding warranty was "warranty garanteed" without any explanations and information. it was not even typed, but scribbled two words... dishonest and not trustworthy dealershop.... Stay away from this dealershop please

Here goes my first ever bad google review. This dealership has terrible sales practices that I have never experienced at any other dealership across the country. Complete lack of respect for the customer at management level. At this dealership the only thing that matters is the bottom line.
Set up an appointment to purchase a car that we had driven the day before. We made it unequivocally clear that we are interested in the vehicle and that we are setting up an appointment to purchase it. Even offered a to pay a holding deposit. We showed up at our appointment having driven 45 mins to get there only to realize they let another customer make an offer and purchase the car.
Talked to the sales manager about the situation and his solution was to wait and see if the other couple s credit application would be declined. After the fact he didn t even have the common courtesy to come and talk to us himself. I honestly felt terrible for my girlfriend that was looking forward to purchasing her first car.

Had a decent price on a truck advertised. They price them $1000 less online for trade in credit which I was unaware of, until right before time of purchase.
I was promised the truck was perfect . It was close, but with small issues. Salesman was unmotivated for the sale, and barely made it happen. Apparently spending 35k isn t enough to make a really happy customer.

Got my truck back from them after a delayed return time. Truck looks good, but their service was not to par.

Because I live in Alaska they would not sell to me or any other Alaskan. Go figure. Alaska built Seattle, Seattle still rapes and pillages our fishing grounds and now they won't do business with us. For the 2nd time, I have had a scheduled oil change and my car wasnt serviced after being left for 11 hrs while at work. 1st time, Service worker Jenna didnt even look in drop box where she insisted I leave my keys. The 2nd time, a service manager grabbed my keys and never gave them to service workers to work on my car. I have purchased 3 cars here now. This is my last. 80% of cars on their lot, employees drive as their personal commuter. Absolutely a mistake. Buyers beware.
