Johnny was very up front and stuck to the deal mad...
Johnny was very up front and stuck to the deal made over the phone since we live 200 miles away. Got there and signed paperwork and were out of there. About as pleasant as car buying could be

I spoke with Johnny Lim for 2 weeks via text before actually meeting with him in person. I was interested in 3 vehicles and since I live 2.5 hours away I couldn't make it to the dealership until my schedule allowed. Johnny kept me posted on the inventory and stayed in contact regularly. He answered all my questions and even sent me pictures of the vehicles from his personal phone because the pictures weren't uploaded to the website yet. Johnny had my first choice ready for me upfront when I finally arrived. I went on my test drive and came back to make a deal. The truck was everything he said it was. The buying process was a "GOOD" experience! Im happy with my purchase. Thank you Johnny and Good Chevrolet!
Highly disappointed in the service. I must value my time and other peoples time much differently than the team at Good Chevrolet. I called to ask if a vehicle they got in on trade was still available, and Jacob Mayrhofer said it was on the lot. Excitedly I said I'll be right there thinking I had finally found the deal I was looking for. Once I got there Craig was "running" around the whole lot trying to find the car, and I ended up wasting an hour and a half for a car that wasn't even there. Jacob was "on the phone" and didn't even have the guts come apologize face to face. He was apparently on the phone when I walked in the door and was still on the phone when I left. Long phone call... I hate playing games and can't help but feel lied to when something like this happens.
As a small business owner in Seattle, I'm disappointed in the customer service. I would never waste a clients time the way they did. I would be out of business if I did. Probably never going to a Chevy Dealer again, and definitely not wasting my time with these guys.
I understand car dealerships usually aren't that good, but this one is really a joke. I went there three times half a year ago. First two times I wasn't satisfied at the cars they showed me. then the 3rd time, some salesperson there called me again and told me there was another car. but when I got there, a bald guy(could be the financing manager, can't remember) walked to me and told me something like "you came too much but didn't buy any car. you wasted the people's time". So I walked out of the door without even seeing the car. Now I have a new car from another dealership and feel happy.
Oh almost forget to mention, the 2nd time they showed me a car with water inside the trunk but they claimed that "good condition" . good luck to those who still buy cars there.
False promised, they commit something on email and when you talk to them in person you will get a whole new face. 1 star.
Awful place to buy a car. I got sold a lemon and when I called because the issues came up so fast from when I bought the car, the sales person and the manager couldn t even take the time to call me back. I chose to buy the car through a larger dealership because I thought it would be unlikely that this type of issue would happen. I guess I learned my lesson, bottom line is that I will now get to spend 4,000.00 more to have a car that will be dependable. I will definitely be sharing my experience. Would not recommend this company when shopping for a vehicle. I would have gave a zero star rating if that had been an option.
I Had the worst experience ever in my life. I don't understand how they can sell car with no brakes and not tires like I got to spend like 2500 hundred to get new tires and new brakes on my car I got him like a month ago and now I have engine check come on
Went to good chevrolet, dealt with brian and craig to buy a jeep, geat expirence, very efficent and streamlined process.
Very Friendly and definitely worked with me to get the deal done. Kass Schany was excellent!! I was buying out of state. He pretty much had the deal done via text and phone calls, before I even got there. He even worked with my credit union. All in all, I was very satisfied with his effort and customer service. Highly recommend Kass!!
Before at other car Dealerships all the sales people want was to make a dollar or Two. At Good Chevrolet everyone was more concerned with getting me a great deal on a vehicle that I could afford and that I really like.
All the people their were always very nice and quick about getting things done buy not wasting my time or there's My sales person always explained the financial side of my deal before he asked me about any funds to be added from my pocket. The final delivery of my car was very good. It was spotless when I received it. That's the way every car Dealership should treat all customers. Great Job To the Staff Of Good Chevrolet. Mr. WLDyson
Trying to offer me $17k for a 2014 Camaro SS with 34k miles is very insulting. I may never step foot back in this dealership after this experience.
I worked with Ramon Miller at Good Cheverolet on the purchased of a used vehicle. I walked in knowing what I was looking to purchase. Ramon was easy to work with and patient as I worked to make sure I made sure I received the best lending possible and understood the plan. I recommend contacting Ramon for your next vehicle purchase.
The dealership has a good selection of cars. I was disappointed with the sales staff.
I asked to see a three different cars, and was told I "wouldn't want a Kia". I think it is important not to inform your customers on their preferences.
I was passed off to another sales associate on my second visit. But the first associate continued to govern the decisions about the car. If a person can't take car of a customer, they should drop off the sale.
The vehicle was experiencing alignment and electrical problems. The sales associate, instead of getting them fixed, insisted I "enter a binding contract" and that "people did it all the time". No, only sleazy car dealerships do this, instead of giving me a realistic time when the vehicle will be fixed. Every other car dealership I have interacted with didn't ask for a "binding contract" to fix a vehicle in a timely manner.
In the end I bought my new car from somewhere else. There was strong evidence that the sales associates of Good Chevrolet were not conducting themselves with good intentions.
We bought a car from here about a month ago and have nothing but great things to say. We worked with Andre and he was amazing! Very straightforward and very helpful. He was as motivated to get us into the car we wanted as we were. He worked with what he had and made the deal happen! I highly recommend working with this dealership and Andre.
I just want to give a shout out to Good Chevrolet in Renton!! This is the only place I go to buy a car, or get service on my vehicles!! The staff is so knowledgeable, friendly, and down right awesome!! Love this place!!
Lack of customer service and product knowledge. We met a sales associate and asked him to view 2 vehicles. He returned to unlock them only. Me showing interest in the vehicles ask, " what can you tell me if these two vehicles?" Where the sales associates response was " I don't know anything about the two vehicles, and look on line to find out what you want to know." Then left stating he would be back and never returned. Since I could feel that my sale was not important to the sales associate my wife and I decided to withdraw our interest from this dealerships offerings.
I live in Alaska, there where no Express cargo Van's available, and none coming for weeks , I contacted Kass Schany at Good Chevrolet, This man was awesome, not only does he answers and returns your emails and phone calls promptly, he worked with me on getting the sale done , holding the van for me , having it ready when I flew in, Everyone at Good Chevrolet was professional, friendly, just felt right I'll be back , Thanks Kass
Don t do things the right way. Committed fraud. Do NOT not recommend! Would leave zero stars if I could!
This dealership provides EXCEPTIONAL service, large inventory, and knowledgeable staff. This is by far the most enjoyable dealership visit experience I ve ever had. Especially, Bryan Arntz went above and beyond to help facilitate the whole transition & transaction. I can t be more happy and grateful with the result! Highly recommend!
Friendly helpful and made you feel comfortable, ask for teddy his bad ass! Tell him Go Raiders! And he will hook you up lol! I'm going back!
Salesman Teddy Sharp provided great and friendly service during my vehicle buying process, which went quickly and smoothly.
Great inventory, Kass was very knowledgeable and had amazing customer service skills. Would recommend this dealership to anyone.
I bought a brandnew Chevy Cruze for a very good price. I worked with Teddy who was very helpful and easy to work with. The process took a little over an hour and I was on my way in a brandnew car. I got lots of discounts and free oil changes for life. I would definitely shop there again.
Bought a used car for my fiance with Skip Juma and the process couldn't have been smoother, both between the initial buying process and the paperwork process. And she loves the car!
My wife and I went to Good Chevrolet in Renton after finding a vehicle on their website that we were interested in purchasing. We arrived at the dealership and were greeted by a salesman by the name of Artjun who proceeded to show us a few vehicles. After test driving and a few vehicles we made the selection of a 2016 Toyota Corolla and went back inside to sit down and make an offer.
We made it clear to the salesman from the beginning, that ours was a cash purchase. Artjun brought out some paperwork which asked for our social security numbers and which was a credit application for a credit check. Again we informed him that it was a cash transaction and that to our knowledge a credit check was not required. The salesman went back into the sales office and ran a credit check anyways. This should have signaled to us that we should have walked out and not continued with the transaction, but we continued because we liked the vehicle and felt that it was a good car.
After the final paperwork was completed we were led back to the business office where we were met by the "finance manager" Dave Rehwaldt. Since not having purchased a vehicle in a while we had questions and wanted explanations to the many forms we were asked to sign. From research and speaking with friends we knew that in a vehicle transaction that most things were negotiable and at least requires an explanation to the customer. I asked the business manager "Dave Rehwaldt" for a explanation of the Doc Prep fees and asked if the fee was negotiable, since this is what a dealership is supposed to do as standard paperwork preparation for the sale of their vehicles. At this point, Mr. Rehwaldt became very upset and unprofessional, he stood up from his chair, placed all of the paperwork in a folder and said "this is not my day with customers". He almost began to shout, raising his voice loudly. I reiterated that all I wanted were explanations and clarification about the Document Preparation fees and that his behavior was totally unprofessional. He acted like he wanted to fight, and being big in stature he was intimidating. Now I can see that this was a ploy to distract us from negotiating the fee. I asked to speak to his supervisor and a short time later the sales manager "Tom Rebek" came into Rehwaldt's office and sat down. I explained the event that transpired and Rehwaldt's behavior and unprofessional almost hostile attitude. The sales manager apologized and assured us that he would resolve the matter with Rehwaldt. This business's advertising professes to be customer oriented and cares about their customers, but our experience was anything but custom oriented. It left us with a sour taste in our mouths and we would not recommend this dealership to anyone based on our experience there. The salesman Artjum was pleasant to deal with but be aware of the business office practices of running credit checks in cash transactions and what I believe are diversionary tactics by the finance manager in answering questions about the paperwork process, especially as it relates to the document preparation fees. I spoke with the sales manager Tom Rebek again before leaving and he again apologized for Rehwaldt's behavior.
Worked with Andrey to find a new family vehicle. He was excellent. With covid I did most everything online and with 5 different dealers. He was the best by far and the process was quick and easy.
Beware of Good Chev! I took my car in for a recall in the summer. I asked them to do a full diagnostic as my car was having some other unrelated issues. They fixed the part that needed to be fixed as well as the other part that was having issues. As soon as I turned the car on the check engine light lit up. So I took it back to the shop and of course they found more parts (catalytic converter) that needed to be fixed. At this point I am out over $3000 for what should have been a relatively low cost trip to the mechanic. At this point I didn t care about cost and just wanted it all to be over with. Fast forward 6 months and the catalytic converter is acting up again. I took it to a different mechanic and they informed me that, not only was it having problems, but Good Chev had actually welded it to my exhaust. So, I took it back so they could fix their mistake and then they have the audacity to tell me that my brakes were bad and that I needed new ones. This could have been true except a different mechanic had just checked them when they found Good Chev s mess up and told me that I still had a good amount of pad left. So, in conclusion, don t let these bastards swindle you out of your money and please go to someone you can trust.
Overall my experience at Good Chevrolet was pretty bad. I went there after being referred by my bank (USAA) when I did a car search. They set me up to meet with one of their sales people and view a specific car. Didn't like the one I went to see, but asked to see another. I ended up deciding to purchase the other vehicle I asked to see. Overall, it was a 3 hour process to get everything set up and wait for the car to be "detailed" and "inspected." Below were the issues I've had since purchasing:
-Sales agent promised that I would have a full tank when I left the lot as the car had under less than a quarter of a tank. When they brought the car up, it quickly pulled away and drove off. I assumed that it was to fill the tank. When I got in, there was still less than a quarter of a tank but 20 miles were added to the odometer. Annoyed already by how long the process took, I drove away not caring.
-Dealership set up my loan through Wells Fargo Auto with an interest rate of 5.69%. Even though I was referred through USAA, I assumed and was told that they check all the rates and gave me the best one. I went back and looked at USAA to see what rate they would have given me out of curiosity. I always prefer USAA because I love where I bank. After putting in all the info that was given to Wells Fargo (Car info, loan amount, term etc.) USAA came back with an interest rate of 4.39%. Huh?
-Missing floor mats-didn't notice right away, but the floor mats had been taken out. Assumed it was to "clean" the inside. Called to ask about them and was told that the sales rep would look into it and call me back. Followed up a couple days later and was told that there are no floor mats and if I was promised floor mats, I should have gotten it in writing.
-When the plates for the car arrived at the dealership, I received a call from the receptionist that they were going to hold the plates until I paid my outstanding balance. This was the first time hearing I had an outstanding balance so I called to ask. Apparently it is the difference between the estimated registration cost and the actual cost of registering the car. The total was eleven dollars, but the dealer acted like it was a deal breaker if I didn't pay even though I just spent 30K on a car. Still haven't received plates even though I paid the difference.
-Two weeks in, I'm not able to start the car. I assumed it was the battery, but after a diagnosis, I need to have the battery and alternator changed. Fortunately the alternator is partially covered under warranty. I would have thought this could have been caught during the "inspection" that took almost two hours. After looking through my paperwork, the inspection sheet they gave me was a check off list from June. I bought the car in September.
-Fluids extremely low or needing replaced-While replacing battery and alternator, It was recommended to me that I have my fluids topped off or replaced. Transmission fluid was dark and brake fluid was milky, both needed to be flushed and replaced. Coolant and wind shield wiper fluid were low and needed to be topped off. Again, I would assume that they would have been taken care of during the time they had my car to "inspect" and "clean" it. They are checked off on the inspection sheet, granted that check off list is from June.
-Called to express my concerns several times. After being somewhat unsatisfied with the response I was getting, I asked if there was a manager or someone I could provide feedback about my experience with Good Chevrolet. I was told that there was no such person to talk to or email to write in to. The recommendation was to write an online review. I didn't at first because I just felt that they needed the feedback.
All in all, I feel that I was deliberately lied to by multiple people at Good Chevrolet. When I expressed my concerns, they made it clear that the sale was final and they weren't concerned about creating or maintaining a relationship down the road.
Went to Good Chevrolet.
Met Brett and Zack and they were AWESOME!!!!
They found me exactly what I needed and I couldn t be happier. It was quick and easy and and an excellent experience!!!!
They were great guys
10/10 customer service
This is the 2nd car we have bought from them, they are great! Ask for Kass, he is a super nice guy, and fun to work with!
Just bought my first car here. My salesman Johnny was very helpful and informative. He made sure I understood everything he was explaining to me and I was never pressured into anything. Great service and very kind people there.
We made the 2.5 hour trip to Good Chevrolet on a Sunday and were able to trade in our Jeep and drive off with a 2020 Equinox in just over two hours at the dealership! We worked with Richard and he was so helpful and understanding of our situation and our hesitance since having been burned by a different dealership a few years prior. We then sat with Shawn in Finance and he was awesome too!!! Eased all of our worries and answered and explained all of our questions. He didn t push anything on us and accepted anytime we would say no which meant a lot to us! We couldn t stop smiling and gushing over the whole experience on our drive home! We had an incredible experience there all thanks to Richard and Shawn! Thanks, guys! We love our new car!
I bought a 2020 chevy equinox two days ago and I'm loving it and enjoying my ride, thank you Jason for the hospitality and really enjoyed our conversation. You are one of the best sales man I have ever talk to. Keep it up
Go see my guy Oliver at Good Chevrolet! He will give you the best buying experience you have ever received!!
When I first called into the dealership, Kass answered and told me all about the car I asked about, I set an appointment with him and when I arrived he was just finishing with another client, his partner Josh helped me with my purchase of a 16 Malibu! I highly recommend Good Chevrolet!! Ask for Kass and Josh! You won't be disappointed!
Skip Juma was great to work with. Low pressure, high service! I will refer him as often as possible....Thanks Skip!
Had a great experience! I bought a Cadillac SRX and had super friendly service from the entire staff!! I also had a little scuff on the bumper that they insisted on fixing ,they worked with my schedule and gave me a loaner for the time it took to fix! I also got oil changes for life. Honestly made some friends there and will be back for sure!
Tony and his sales team, Doug Noona and Sam Chi, went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible on an amazing car. Tony kept me informed every step of the way and made sure all of my questions got answered. Couldn't be happier with the experience!
They refused to sell me a car because I live out of state. I've never heard of such thing in my life. I offered them a certified cashiers check from Bank of America, refused it. I was even willing to bring them straight up cash. After speaking to Richard he gave the phone to his manager Bryant to tell me the same thing. They have a out of state sales policy which makes no sense. I'm more then sure they will lose out on a lot of business with such policies. Money is money and cars are cars. They should take there adds down on third party online websites. That would help. Crazy.
When I came to the Good Chevrolet dealer in Renton, I was in fact not looking for a Chevy model. I had contacted the dealership through email initially but, by luck of the draw, I was approached by a certain individual, Olivier (or Oliver), who ultimately made the difference on my car buying decision. It was after my second visit to the dealership (about a week after the first visit) that I was getting serious about purchasing the car I was looking at. Oliver took the time I requested to take a somewhat extended test drive and made me feel comfortable with taking my time and answering my questions about the car itself, the price, etc. The best part about doing business with Oliver is that he seemed to care whether or not I actually wanted the car and never went so far as to force anything on me or make me feel pressured or rushed. He worked with me through my whole decision making process from making sure I took my time making my decision, making sure the price was right, and my trade-in was valued as highly as it could possibly be. I actually took the time to consider all my options and, at the end of the day, I made the right one by leaving in the car I was looking for. Thank you Oliver (Bryan and Mike as well) and thank you Julie in the finance department for all your help in making sure I was taken care of. They even assured me that a couple of things wrong with the car that I pointed out (fish eye crack in the windshield and loose passenger seat) would be taken care of (although a week-ish later) and they delivered. If you are serious about your car search, do not skip over Good Chevrolet. I had test driven many cars at many different dealerships and few managed to make me (the shopper) feel like my purchase mattered more than their sale. Oliver made the sale because he made the sale about me and my satisfaction rather than him and his sales numbers at the end of the day. Thanks again.
Great service and great price. I would certainly go back and recommend these guys to anyone I know.
Husband purchased a 2016 Silverado from Johnny and Jordan and the experience from beginning to end was perfect. The price was extremely fair and they provided excellent customer service making sure we knew exactly what we were getting into. Certainly would recommend either salesman from Good Chevrolet!
After going through several places we arrived at this place. The boy Eddie was the one who took care of us. I answered all our questions and gave us the guide we needed for our first purchase of a car. I recommend that you come here if you are looking for a place to buy your next car. The treatment is familiar and you have to feel good and like family! Thanks a thousand to Eddie!
I went to Good Chev and met with Brett Randall, he showed me the truck and provided me with great service. Brett is very professional. If you are looking for a car go see these guys.
Thank you Brett and Zach for helping me get into this nice Silverado
My husband and I were looking at trucks, trying to make a decision on what we wanted to buy once we'd paid down his SUV a little more. We were approached by a salesman (whose name I wish I remembered), who immediately started talking down to us. He was a little older, and I can only imagine that he thought we were younger than we are. He asked us questions like "How much do you think a truck costs?" and "You know the monthly payment is going to be around $700, are you prepared for that?" in a condescending tone. He ended up offering us his card and effectively ending the conversation before we did, although we were already planning on leaving ASAP by that point.
Jokes on him. We went down the street to Toyota and bought a brand new truck. AND we can afford the monthly payments.
Dealership-wise: I thought it was odd that all the car doors were locked, so if you wanted to look inside a vehicle, the salesman had to run back across the street to the office to get the key.
Drove all the way from Portland to buy a car from good Chevrolet and they did not disappoint. A huge thanks to Austin who made are car buying experience AMAZING despite being crazy busy he never left us waiting or wondering what's going on . We were in and out with our new car in an hour and a half test drive, finance the works
Thank you to Oliver and Richard, very happy with the hassle free purchase of my 2017 Z71 Midnight Tahoe. Exactly the car I have been looking for
Don't know about the sales department but service is pretty good. The service department in Puyallup is god awful! Renton is far superior.
Good pricing , Good people
Good Chevrolet!!!
I knew the vehicle I wanted before arriving and after test driving, Johnny made the process of purchasing simple and quick! I was in and out with my new car before I knew it. Johnny was honest and upfront about the trade in but willing to work with me on getting the lowest payment for my dream car. There was a little hiccup in sending over a down payment but he made sure we were able to work out the kinks and that I was taken care of. Would recommend them!
Purchased a new 2020 Tahoe and very, very pleased with it! Had visited a few dealerships before Good and not only did Good have the most competitive pricing, they also were willing to work with me to make everything work out. I worked with Johnny and Bryan, both were great to work with! Johnny was very easy to get along with and was willing to show multiple vehicles to find what suited me/my family best. Bryan was very easy to work with and did a great job. Last but not least, loved seeing a big display of Tahoma sports in the dealership and cant beat doing business with a Bear supporter!
I risked driving 1000 miles to Good Chevrolet to purchase a new vehicle...Richard, the salesman, and I, had done some negotiating over the internet prior to my arrival...when I arrived, I braced myself for all the ploys/tricks/surprises that I've become accustomed to when buying a car (ie, final price is higher than pre-negotiated price, salesman keeps running back-and-forth between me and 'his boss,' finalizing details of the deal, dealer throwing in last-minute fees for things that I don't understand or don't want, low-balling me on my trade-in, etc, etc)...however, MUCH to my surprise and utter shock, I walked out the door with the vehicle we discussed at the price we negotiated over the internet!!! NO last-minute surprises, NO add-ons, NO hassling me over buying options that I don't want, and giving me the EXACT amount that we discussed for my trade in...integrity, though hard to find, still exists! I HIGHLY recommend finding Richard and buying your next car from Good Chevrolet! I hope by saying this, I haven't put too much pressure on them, or created too high of expectations for your next car purchase!
Randy Place is very trust worthy and I would certainly buy a vehicle from him again and again! No pressure sales is rare to find.
We loved it at great Chevy!! The sales people are so nice and helpful. Zane showed us multiple cars and we never felt like he was trying to push us into buying. He answered all our questions and we will definitely be coming back to buy from them!
All the staff are just wonderful at Good Chevrolet. I was trying to get a better payment on my Toyota as my life situation changed and I couldn't afford the car anymore. Toyota pretty much said I was on my own and they weren't going to help me. I spoke to Johnny at Good Chevrolet and he was empathetic to my situation and got me into an older but wonderful vehicle that I just love with a payment that works with my current living situation. Johnny, Richard, and Shawn really helped me out, not only in listening to my issues but also in finding a reasonable solution that alleviated a great deal of financial stress. They made me feel like a neighbor and not just another person they could sell something to. Their dedication and empathy has earned them a loyal customer in me and I will be coming back to Good Chevrolet when I am ready to upgrade my vehicle situation. Thank you for treating me like a person and not a number.
We saw the van we wanted online and were hesitant to drive so far to see it but after speaking to Richard Graham on the phone we felt confident he would make it worth our time, and we were right!! Our new van is beautiful and they got us an amazing rate! Definitely worth the drive Thank you Richard! We couldn t be happier!
I am from Oregon (4hrs away) talked to Jimmy the salesman about a vehicle I was interested in over text BEFOREHAND on Friday to be prepared because I was traveling up there on a Sunday, ASKED IF HE NEEDED ANYTHING FROM ME, said NO I WAS GOOD TO GO. I let him know I was already approved with another credit union, they lied and said that I can sign up there through my credit union because they work with them and I didn't have to finance elsewhere. I ended up getting my credit pulled again because they DO NOT WORK WITH MY BANK. After pulling my credit they asked for my proof of residency(something they should of asked and had before pulling my credit), I had the title to my car with address on it, insurance card with my address on it, and Oregon DL with my address on it, and they couldn't accept that. Said I needed a bill, I asked if the direct TV bill would work because I did not have utility bills under my name, he said YES so I sat there for 25min on the phone with DirectTV switching the contract from my husbands name to mine because they said this was acceptable. After receiving an email of the copy of the bill and forwarding it to Jimmy, he talked to his manager and said it was unacceptable. He said my tax return would work, so I go online and pull my report from turbo tax, provided proof to Jimmy, he shows it to the manager and says that would not work. And here I am keeping my cool the entire time. At this point I just want to talk to the manager. the manager says sorry we cannot finance because we can only accept utility bills or a fishing and boating license. things I did not have and they knew. Says he can hold the vehicle for me, i said ok i will be back, i return to the front desk minutes after to see if they can write up something saying the vehicle is on hold, says they do not hold vehicles for anyone, call up the manager and he says "we will hold it if it doesn't sell". That is not holding a vehicle. So here I go driving 4hrs back home with no car, no gas paid for for the inconvenience, and two credit pulls and all I get is an unsympathetic sorry!!! Worst experience of my life I do not recommend this dealership.
Ask for Gary Daniels . honest and genuine and not at all pushy , great man .
My wife and I had a great car buying experience here with Richard Graham the internet sales manager! Good guy! Friendly, happy fellow. We felt very comfortable dealing with him as well as the rest of the staff who helped us. I shopped hard for our Tahoe and Good Chevrolet was the place and Richard was the guy! We'll be back in a couple of years for a new Silverado!
Best car buying experience I've ever had. My husband and I worked with Johnny Lim on buying a used car. He was prompt to respond and super friendly! We were in and out in less than an hour. I'm used to spending hours at a dealership when purchasing a car and this was so easy and quick. Thank you Johnny and Good Chevrolet!
Met by Shelby up front which was funny because I was looking at a ZL1! Checked everything out and made a deal with Teddy and Shelby at the desk!
I had a great experience at this place. I was looking around for a new car/reliable car so I came here. When I got here the first person to approach me was a young lady named Andria. She was very kind to me and had a lot of knowledge about a lot of the cars (expecially about the Camero cars which I had my eyes on). They were kind of pricey but the way she broke it down for me I m guessing they would be worth every penny. I really liked this car dealership. The people seem very honest and knowledgeable about what there selling. Great company!
Brett was fantastic in assisting my boyfriend and I in our purchase. He showed us EVERY feature of the car, took his time with us with absolutely no pressure. I have bought many times before and never had this type of customer service. I will be referring my family and friends. Thank you, Brett!
Great service every visit! Natasha Wilson in service is the best! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and she makes you feel like you are a valued customer! On our 3rd new car from them.
Went to look for a new truck and the sales people were uninformed of the inventory and just pointed in a general direction when asked where a certain model was.
I had excellent customer service from Good Chevrolet and enjoyed working with Johnny Lim as my salesman. He s an awesome person. I m happy with my truck and would recommend this dealership.
The company I work for buys all of their fleet vehicles from Good Chevrolet, and when they heard that I was in the market for a new vehicle they directed me to Skip Juma who they always work with. I can certainly understand why. I purchased my new 2019 Equinox from Skip Juma at Good Chevrolet a couple of weeks ago, and I can't say enough good things about him. He knew what I was looking for and had it there waiting for me when we met. He worked to find all the discounts that I could use and I am very appreciative of that. I didn't once feel like I was being taken for a ride or being sold something different than what I was looking for.
The finance department was also great.
If you're looking for a great buying experience, definitely go to Good Chevrolet and ask for Skip.
I've seen first hand how this place treats their employees. Fires them without even a call, they're nothing but fake to their customers. I'm not talking about myself, I know 3 individuals that were fired for something that could never have been their fault. Don't be fooled by their fake smiles. You'll walk out a loser in the end.
I have visited this dealership several times in the past (mostly when closed) just to look around at there inventory of vehicles. I would also stop in on occasion when they were open to make a deal on a vehicle but unfortunately I could not decide on which one to buy (too many choices). My most recent visit there I met Andria, she is one of the best sales rep there, very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and would be able to without a doubt get you into your next new or used vehicle. I highly recommend buying your next new or used vehicle from Good Chevrolet in Renton, the salesmen and salesladies are by far the best in the business.
Rood and mean and not honest people
Special service area we hate that lady blond
This last experience was great. My last experience was not and I have completed a survey on that experience.
Their service department is complete garbage brought my car in twive because trunk wouldnt open after a whole day they called to tell me they couldnt figure it out they recommend me to take it to their next door competitors. What kind of dealer cant fix their own product?
Teddy made our car buying experience very pleasant. There was no pressure and no double talk. Whole process was very fast and smooth. We recommend him to someone looking for a new Chevrolet vehicle.
Doing a final walk-around, I noticed some areas under the clear coat which were flawed, Skip had the repairs handled promptly and also took care of the recall regarding the key/remote. I was very happy with the whole process. I was treated professionally and courteously at all times. The whole buying experience was pleasant and in no way what I expected based on past experiences at other dealerships. Thanks Skip!
Dropped by Good Chevrolet to look at a car we saw advertised on the internet. Kass Schany was our host and proved to be congenial, low pressure, and helpful during our stay. We walked away with a beautiful car at a reasonable price. Thanks to Kass and his team for getting us in and out with a our new car in less than 2-1/2 hours (including our trip to our bank!)
Been trying for years to get my recall notices taken care of first I left my phone number was told they would call when parts arrived that was years ago, this is for a 2008 ignition problem recall and an air bag problem been trying and trying they never have the parts on hand always on back order they expect me to bring my vehicle in at their convenience tried again today to no avail. Sure they are great when they're making money off you but that seems to be the only time. James Russell Renton Wa
We purchased a 2015 Equinox LTZ. We are very excited to start driving it. The customer service was top notch and the Good Chevrolet team was the best. Those team members were Pedro Trujillo, Greg Mechanic and Julie Edgerton.
Thanks to everyone for the great experience.

Chatted online with one of the sales representatives... Found a truck at Good Chevrolet that I was very much interested in! I have never had such a good and understanding experience as Jason had provided! I immediately set an appt for that afternoon. After meeting up with him I felt very confident in purchasing my very first vehicle with a trade in. He broke it down to where I had no question that I was getting the best deal possible! Thank you Jason! I am more then grateful
Rafael V. was a great help when I came by to browse some cars. Really easy to work with and very knowledgeable about his work. I recommend asking for him if you decide to stop by.
While we are very happy with the vehicle, the sales leaves something to be desired. Seemed like after the deal was made we were forgotten. We bought this on Sunday, didn't get it until Saturday. They didn't tell us until Thursday that they needed the miles on the other car we traded in, didn't get the clear coat sealer on until Friday. Finally got it delivered on Saturday. I was promised a few things with this that we didn't get. I doubt if I would recommended this company to anyone.
I truly appreciated the Positive Customer Service that was seen & given to me. Every step on service, Greg Minor in The Service Dept., came to me & kept me updated on the status on My Traverse.
Kass Schany was a pleasure to work with on our new Bolt purchase. He was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. That, combined with Good Chevrolet's best in the area pricing made our drive up from Olympia well worth our time.
excellent customer service. every one that helped me to get my camaro was very nice and trusting.
Our experience started when we contacted the website to confirm a deal and specs on a vehicle. Kass responded quickly and was very helpful without being pushy. We continued to ask questions and started much of the preliminary process before ever coming to the location. The highest compliment I think you can give to a car buying process is that they did what they said they would do. They made the deal work as advertised, and better. They made us a good offer for our trade in and found a few areas to make the deal sweeter. Kass and the team made us a good and clear deal. The management made quick and clear offers. Finance had all of the paperwork ready to expedite the process. Kass and the team made sure that the offers he made were followed through.
This has been the most painless experience, buying a vehicle long distance from Alaska through Good Chevrolet. We worked with Kass Schany and he went out of his way to make sure everything was in order for us. He even hunted down a canopy that would fit our new truck and got it put on in record time and to the barge by the deadline. We appreciate his helpfulness and kindness! Need a Chevy, I would highly recommend these guys!
This was our first time going to a dealership to purchase a new vehicle on our own (my daughter and I). I did a lot of research and decided to go with Good Chevrolet, they had the best internet prices. Inquired about a 2014 Camaro and Dennis Weymouth contacted me. We sent a few emails back and forth, I told him of my concerns with dealerships and he was very upfront and told me he would go the extra mile to make this a fun experience. He was true to his word, it was fun and we were in and out in no time. Dennis called us on the next business day to see if we were happy with our purchase, yes we are very happy with our new 2014 Camaro, no regrets. I have already recommended to family members who were talking about getting a new vehicle to check out Good Chevrolet and ask for Dennis, he was the bomb! Put us at ease and made it a very comfortable experience from the get go. I also want to thank Carrie for all her hard work, she did all the paperwork for us, she was fantastic.
Everyone was amazing! Johnny was really awesome! They were helpful and very professional.
I am writing to report a great experience buying a used 2015 Chevy Volt from Kass Schany at Good Chevrolet. I expressed interest in the car on Good's website; Kass contacted me and was very responsive to all my questions, even coming in on his day off to make sure I was able to get a test drive and start the purchasing process. Kass sold me the car at the listed price with no haggling or arm-twisting; everything was completely straightforward. Dave, the finance director, handled all the logistics very quickly and was a great conversationalist to boot.
I would definitely recommend Good Chevrolet in future. Thanks for the car!
Thank you good Chevrolet and especially my sales guy brett. My credit is not the best but brett made it happen getting my wife and I into a 2019 Chevy Cruze hatchback premiere.next time i buy a car it will be through brett.
I have dealt with Good Chevrolet in the past and the experience has always been great.
This time I bought a new Silverado truck and I felt no pressure at all. And my trade in value was very good. All in all, I certainly would recommend Good Chevrolet to anyone.
Thanks Justin for taking great care of me.
Kass made it easy buying a new vehicle even when I was coming from another state. Best price I could find in several hundred miles. Kass is personal and not your average salesperson. Best car buying experience by far! Thank you Kass!! I ll be checking with you first for new vehicle purchases !
Was a great experience. Spoke with Johnny over the phone. Was unsure if the deal could be done. He assured me if it could be they were the ones. After being at 3 other dealers who weren't capable. The same night they told me it was approved. Even at a lower interest than they first thought. Johnny(sales) Sam(finance). Amazing work guys. Johnny even delivered my truck the next day as he said he would over 30 miles away. Good people to work with here. No let downs. And the new 1500 Silverado Duramax is a rockstar. Love it. Thanks guys
