The service department here is the worst...
The first time I dropped it off it was fine. The second time I got my car back it was so gross.. They messed with the seat and the sterling wheel, but the worst was above the door inside you could see hand prints like they had dirty hands and didn't mind to clean it off.. Then the third time when I dropped it off I was talking to les the service guy and he was so rude.. They under charged me one time even when I paid I tried to say hey I think it's suppose to be 200 not 100 but the girl was like no just one hundred I even text my car dealer and told him.... So when I called to say it needed to go in a third time les brought this up of yes I remember your car you didn't pay the full amount... Are you kidding me..
This time.... This time was the worst... I picked up my car 2 weeks later... Not once did they call to let me know what was going on... Keep me updated... My window was cracked top to bottom... I dropped my car off with a full tank of gas, it was on E when I picked it up...
So I left crying... Called the service manager.. Mark.. Told him all of this and wanted an answer... He said well I don't have one.. Maybe your gas vaporized... WHAT.. So he thought this was funny.... I was shocked... You work in customer service.....
I will never... Ever.... Tell someone to go buy a car here or ever get service from them... Please please be careful...

First contact walking on the lot was John. He was pleasant and helpful. I was looking for a used Volt, which they had three listed on the website the day before. Unfortunately, the one I had my eye on first (lowest mileage) was already gone, but the other two were still there. One had mileage I still considered acceptable.
My wife and I discussed some things with John, trying to get all of her questions answered before we decided to buy. I have been researching the Volt for two months already, and all the questions I had were settled long ago. John answered all the questions we had, and then came time to discuss price. We were handed off to Jacob to write up the details and see if we could work a deal.
While I was hoping to get a little more for my trade than was offered, I do think the deal I got was fair. Details were negotiated, credit run, numbers crunched, and everything came out within the defined budget we were working with after all was said and done. We headed down to Sam's office to get the paperwork all signed, and he was very helpful as well.
All told, the entire process took less than 2 hours. Everyone we dealt with was very polite and helpful, and fun to be around. After an experience we had at Sunset Chevrolet in Sumner, who I wouldn't recommend to someone I hated, it was especially nice to come to a place where I felt like they actually valued their customers (seems to be a rarity these days) and want to make you happy while making a little profit, as opposed to screwing you over to make a fast buck.
I would absolutely go back to this dealership again, and if my suspicions about the Volt are correct, I likely will be buying a brand new one from them sometime down the road. Great service, very friendly, and overall awesome experience. Kudo's to the guys at Good. They truly are!
We came to Good Chevrolet to take a look at a couple used vehicles we had seen online, with no intention of actually purchasing anything just yet. With Archie's help, we were able to leave the lot with a 2020 Chevy Trax! My very first brand new car! Archie was so helpful, so kind, and so relatable! Never once did I feel pressured or forced when dealing with Archie. I am so happy with my new car and truly appreciate the way we were treated!
I don t recommend nobody to this place. The sales staff were unprofessional. Me and my wife came in with a pre approval from our bank and they checked our credit behind our back! On top of all this, there was no General Manager or Owner to contact and complain about how we we re treated. Even looking online I couldn t find any information on anyone higher than the sales manager. IF YOUR SMART, DONT COME HERE!
I accompanied my mother here because she needed a bigger vehicle. They claim to spend $2,000 reconditioning trade-ins (even though our trade was only two years old with around 18,000 miles). They also claim to spend $500 for detailing. I guess these are the reasons why they feel like they can screw you with their offer. The vehicle my mother purchased (if it were my deal, I would've walked early on) was delivered with a quarter tank of gas and one key. The rude and obnoxious salesman was just icing on the cake. I emailed the dealership about the gas and key but never got a response. Avoid Renton when buying a car. I've been to almost all of those lots and they're mostly sleazy, old school dealerships.

I had been vehicle shopping for a few months, checking lots and online. I came across a great deal online for a Chevy Equinox at Good Chevrolet, and came in to test it out. Jordan Stammen met me at the door as I walked up, and was ready to answer all of my questions, hand me the keys for a test drive, and humor me by walking around the lot to check out all of my options. I just found my second car at Good Chevrolet with the help of Trevor! Trevor took the time to help me find my first car back in December on a time crunch and even took on working with my bank all the way in Illinois to make it happen. I'm picky and had some specifics and Trevor took the time to find the right vehicle with my specifications. The whole team was great to work with and even though working with my bank was a hassle, they made it happen! I would have been set except that the first car got totaled before I even got to put the license plate on it. I contacted Trevor and he let me come in multiple times to see all the options they had. I don't know a ton about this dealership except I spent about 2 hours there buying a truck I found online. I worked with Johnny Lim and he was great; super chill, no stress. The other guy (Jonny's boss?) was cool too and the finance guy was very nice but most importantly, very fast! Overall great experience.
I went into this dealership looking to meet with Richard who was the salesman I interacted with online and he assured he would be there when I got there. I asked for him at the front desk and a salesman by the name of Teddy told me Richard wasnt available but he would help me. I felt kinda bum rushed and caught off guard by that. Teddy was one of those fast talking, loud, rude, typical salesman and his energy didnt sit well with me. We took a car out for a test drive and as soon as I told him I didnt really want the car he cut me off and started to rush me like I was waisting his time. I told him what type of of monthly payment I felt comfortable with i felt like he tried to be little me and then he pawned me off to another sales rep because "his appointment was there". Because of him and my not so good experience I took my business else where and got a 2018 Honda in the same montly price range that I mentioned to Teddy and he acted as if it was impossible for me to get what i wanted with a $300 ish monthly payment range. If you do get a car from this dealership I would recommend not going through Teddy.

These guys were absolutely amazing great customer service no pre-judgment. Had the car cleaned and ready infront of the building running and warmed up. Was good to go when I pulled up got the necessary copies and wasted no time getting me into finance treated me like a valued customer. I would recommend these folks to anybody! Best price on a 2017 Chevy Cruze Hatch. $7000 less than MSRP and $2000 less than the other dealers for an LT with heated seats and android auto MyLink. What more can you ask for? Paperwork was fast. Johnny our sales rep was top notch. I already knew what I wanted before arriving and he had the car ready and running when I got there. Don't expect to negotiate a lower deal, the cars are already the lowest price nationwide. There were two cars on their lot that were identical in every way except color and one was $1000 cheaper, they wouldnt match the prices. I bought the cheaper one even though I'm not a huge fan of red, but I guess that's the point of the difference.
Pressure to buy the extended warranty was more than I care to be subjected to however. I didn't like how the finance guy Sam played to my wifes fears to get me to sign. I had to go back a couple days later after talking it through with her and get the Gap and Extended Warranty refunded. Just advice: If you need to refund the extended warranty or gap, I recommend going directly to the Finance Manager Dave, he is very easy to work with and will email you the required forms. Don't try to leave voicemails for people to call you back. They are either too busy or refunds arent a high priority and they won't call you back. Expect to wait a long time for the refunds to go through. Its going on 4 weeks for me and the Gap refund just finally cleared. Still waiting on the extended warranty to clear.
Look for gap coverage elsewhere. My auto insurance sold me a comparable policy for $11/mo which I can drop when I no longer need it after paying the car down enough. The gap you get through Good cost a flat $895 up front, not a "good" deal.
I also recommend shopping around ahead of time for your financing. For me this wasn't really possible because I needed to jump on this smoking deal fast, but I would rather not have to be going through refinancing immediately after purchasing. We both have great credit, but the financing they put us on was through Chase @ 3.99%. BECU has a much better rate @ 2.6%.

Had an appointment at 4:30 with Josh for a test drive. Took over thirty minutes to be helped by someone else. They tried to pull my credit before giving me a price even though I didn't want to finance the vehicle. Wouldn't give me an actual price. Sales person had to go see "sales manager" three times.

My salesman Kass Schany made the trip from Portland to Renton worth it. He kept in touch with me over 2 weeks letting me know if the vehicle I was interested in was still available. He was friendly and helpful and made the experience bearable. He is definitely worth 5 stars. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that I absolutely hate the manager sales tactics of finding a payment that you want instead of dealing with the actual numbers. It just feels more high pressure to accept a deal that you might not have if you were looking at the true numbers. If I hadn't spent such a long time searching for the exact car I wanted I would have turned around and went home.

2nd vehicle bought from these great people. Teddy Sharp was awesome and all the staff was just as awesome. I was well taken care of while buying a upgrade to the car I bought almost 3 years ago. Cant say enough good about the experience and people. I highly recommend seeing anyone down there and buying a great quality vehicle.
My car was unfortunately at its last run and I desperately needed reliable transportation immediately. I have always had Chevy vehicles and wanted to get another one, preferably a Cruz or Malibu.
I called the company and spoke with a salesman by the name of Kass. I briefly told him my situation and said I was to come in shortly.
Upon arriving I met with him as I walked in the door. He took upon my needs and wants (car make interest, monthly payments desired), explained what was the best options, and was able to get me a new car as well as take my trade in. The whole process from start to finish was way faster than expected! I was out the door with my new 2018 within 2 hours.
I am very happy with my purchase.

The guys I worked with (Craig Johnson and Jacob Mayrhofer) are amazing. I was buying a car by myself ie without my husband there. And these guys really took care of me. I had some scratched on the bottom panel of the car and they took it and repainted the entire panel. That meant so much to me, every silly question I had they answered. By the end of the deal I said that was fun! that is the first time I have ever said that buying a car. I am so happy with my new car I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

I m surprised they didn t call me but left me a number to call back and to fish around to find a manager, luckily I asked for the right person Wayne.
Wayne helped me so much and made an appointment for me tomorrow and assured me if it can be replaced under warranty if possible.
Wayne really made me feel better about going to this dealership. I still do not EVER want to work with Jen and any future maintenance or needs.
I will wait till tomorrow for a another star adjustment and hope Jeff is great to work with and my headlight does get fixed under warranty as I feel the left headlight is defective.
I really appreciate Wayne working on making things better.

I called service and spoke to Jen who seemed nice but.... not helpful! I have a warranty problem and mentioned I have extended warranty as well with only 28k miles and she is bowing me off because she doesn t see my warranty and told me to get in touch with my original dealer in California!
I used to work at a dealership and we helped people to find solutions not blow them off. For great service we make that call, we say no problem MR customer we will confirm your warranty and coverage. NOT JEN!
I am now in sales and it is at times hard to convince a buyer to have confidence after the sale where they can rely on Great service not be blown off after the sale!
I asked for the manager and she is so presumptuous to deny me getting to a manager and also answered for the manager saying he will say the same thing. I hope that is not the way this dealership treats a customer that s needs help with confirming warranty? I mentioned my belongings are in storage in California and didn t have access to the documents and would need help.
Service (Jen) could easily contact the dealership I purchased to confirm my extended warranty, I m even with 30 days of my factory warranty and sone dealerships out of curtesy can fix a warranty problem if they choose.
I hope management reaches out to me?
Customers should not be blown off.

I had a blow out and was on my little donut spare which is not safe, I called in spoke to Les who told me they were completely booked but after telling him my situation he fit me in to make sure I was not running on my donut tire. They gave me a ride to my job which was close by and picked me up. They were timely specially considering how busy they were. I must say I also got the best price for the tires which really surprised me compared to other tire shops. I am very happy with this dealership. Great job guys!

I purchased a vehicle on Jan 21st without being informed that the battery had to be jumped twice while they were cleaning it up before I finished the paper work. The next morning the vehicle would not start at all, nor would it be jumped by another vehicle or box. I called the dealership and was told by the receptionist that the sales manager, Brian, was not in yet but she would have him call me right away so the issue could be worked out. A couple of hours had went by so I called back to again be told he was not in but they were expecting him in no later than 1pm. At 3:30pm I still had no word so I called back and was told he was in but not at his desk. Approx. 30 mins later I received a phone call from the person that sold the vehicle to me from their personal phone who politely and professionally asked what the issue was and then admitted that they did have to jump it, but that it was normal to have to do an initial jump for vehicles that had been sitting for awhile, but that they normally are fine after. He said that he would speak to the manager, Brian, and get something worked out for me. As it turned out the sales rep was on his day off and out with his family but was still directed to work on this issue with me in place of the manager.
Around 7:30pm the sales rep, still on his day off, called me with a solution proposed by the manager; I tow the car to a near by Les Schwab to replace the battery and they would reimburse me the money spent for a new battery. I called up my insurance, had road side assistance added to my policy, and then got my car towed to Les Schwab right before they closed. They told me the battery was the stock battery and was completely dead. I called the sales rep, confirmed the battery was indeed the issue, sent him a picture of the receipt and told him I would bring the physical copy up when my plates arrived.
A month later my plates came in so I drove up to get them only to find no check was with them. I asked the receptionist about the check who called over my sales rep. He informed me that the manager, Brian again, was supposed to be handling it and went to speak with him. The sales rep came back and told me that the check is supposed to be mailed to me and they do not know why it wasn't yet, but that Brian said he was going to take care of it. The sales rep asked if I brought the physical copy of the receipt, which I did, and he took a copy of it.
Jump forward another month and the check has still not arrived. I called the dealership to speak to Brian only to be told he was away from his desk and had my name and number taken for a call back. The next day, still no word, so I texted the sales rep who replied back, again, that Brian was the one handling it but he would ask Brian to contact me. I have called several times since then over the last two weeks with Brian either not being in or away from his desk. Almost three months now with no resolution.
*There were some other issues discussed about the immediate concerns of the car the day after purchase such as wobbling when reaching highway speeds and was told the tires most likely just needed to be balanced. That weekend, unfortunately after the three day period to report issues was up due to work, I took the car in to get the tires balanced only to find that the car was sold to me with a bent rim and a bad wheel speed sensor.
Went to Good Chevy after my brother got a car thru them. Salesman John Kustok was such a big help. I wanted to buy a Traverse but ended up getting an Equinox that I love alot now. I was very pleased with John as he did everything I think he could to help me get the car. Not to mention many of the employees were very nice as well. If you are looking for car go see John and he will take care of you.
I had awesome sales people: Bryan Creek and Craig. They were kind, hard working, and waited with for hours till my husband arrived to the dealership and happy to do so!!! Thank you for such a great experience, and my new car, and for being patient. Your the best!!!
Excellent customer service and communication. Richard Graham was my salesman. I knew what I wanted and the amount of money I was willing to spend, he was very professional and stayed completely within these parameters given. I've worked at an automobile dealership before, he isn't your typical pushy salesman. He really genuinely cares about his customers satisfaction. I will definitely be back to see him again when its time to buy another car after my kids start driving soon. Give him a call for an honest, kind salesman that is looking out for his customers.

I bought a used car 18 months ago, along with the free oil changes for 3 years the staff is great. I've had a few minor issues, lights coming on, not only do they fix them for free, but paid for my rental car. Christine in service is super friendly, a well run dealership and very customer oriented.
This place was pretty legit. Oliver the sales rep was never pushy never asked could you see your self driving it. He was calm and collected and just let me feel it out then talk. Never have I been this relaxed at a dealership. Usually I'm so adgitated at the vulcherness of dealerships but today I was not. It was easy and simple.
My Family and myself couldn't be happier. The guys at Good Chevrolet have done it again put us in a safe and reliable car. All I can say is Thank you so much.

They posted a car online and make offer, no price listed. So I inquire about it to have the salesman respond with nothing about the car that I was interested in, just contact me. Was followed up with a link for more expensive cars that are not even comparable to what I was looking at and was told that this car was going to auction now, but we have all these other cars to choose from. Now this is not the first time I've run into this. Something is available and then not, then it is. Its a trap to get you into the dealership to be upsold. Sad tactic. Honesty and character will get you so much further.
After driving 200 miles to buy a car from this place they add one thousand dollars to the price for some bs. Told me they will fueled up the car and they didn t. Not very good experience.

We have four kids, ranging in age from 13 to 8 months. The last thing I want to do is drag them to a dealership and make them wait around while we're given the run around on vehicles. I checked the night before to see if the vehicle we were interested in was still available and Jeff called me right back to confirm it was. We made an appointment to test drive the next day and got the whole family there in one piece. Bryan and Jeff were awesome! They were fast and efficient yet still very friendly. We never felt like just another sale. We were so confident we would be driving the new car home, we never took the car seats out after the test drive. I would highly recommend buying at Good Chevrolet!

This dealership won't sell to anyone who is not a Washington resident, and who will not be registering in the state of Washington. I was very interested in purchasing a used truck from them, and when I talked to the sales rep, I was told they would not sell the vehicle to me, because I lived out of state.
Got a '13 Nissan Altima with 34k. At the time that I purchased I was promised a detail, extra key, replacement of positive post battery cap, and tire rotation. Went in for the promises at my scheduled time. The internet sales manager Dennis who set me up was not there, so someone else helped me. They did not know I was coming but did accommodate me with the car detail. Did nothing else. Drove away without extra key, without tire rotation and without battery cap. Most car dealers will promise lots to get you to buy. Make sure you get everything in writing or they will fall short of their promises. They are friendly and professional, but all salespeople are. They need to be, to get the deal.

Went in knowing what I wanted and ended up leaving with what I wanted, a new ZR2. Ricky Washington was helpful throughout the process and am happy with the transaction. Only negative I have is that through the process, and part of the deal, we had Good detail my girlfriend's car and the door lock was broken during the cleaning. She didn't tell me until we drove 100 miles home and now we need to have this repaired.
Went in looking at a used jeep. Sales person would not discuss Price at all. Asked for a manager, told us he was losing money already and won't do anything. Before we could even speak he walked out with his hands in the air.
No parking on an early Saturday morning, not enough sales people to assist, and horribly rude attitudes.
I bought a used '05 Silverado and I am very happy with it. Kass made the process quick and easy.

I'm so happy that I ignored the bad reviews and brought my Sonic in for an oil change and inspection this morning! I recently moved and use to take my car into the Puyallaup Chevorolet and always had excellent service there. I read the reviews for the nearest dealership in my new area and was hesitant. Good Chevorolet welcomed me in and took care of my car quickly. Jeff in services was so friendly and helpful! I ended up paying less for my routine oil change and service than in Puyallaup too! Internet manager, Richard Graham, was great to work with. I've purchased lots of vehicles over the years, and Richard made this transaction the smoothest I've ever had. He was both honest and trustworthy through the process. I was out the door with a new Silverado in less than an hour. I'd highly recommend him and Good Chevrolet for your next vehicle!
Buyer/Military beware! We had been working with a sales rep for over a month during the shutdown on a vehicle. When they opened we went to purchase the vehicle and found shipping damage on it therefore we did not sign anything. Once the damage was repaired we scheduled an appointment to go close on the vehicle. The price increased one day prior to our appointment and even though we were led to believe that the previous price would be honored, once it was time to sign the staff did not honor the price I was quoted for both verbally and via email. The sales manager told/yelled at us that we had plenty of time to sign for the vehicle and we should have signed for it while it had damage. I hope the owner of this facility rectifies this because I was really disappointed not to have been able to purchase this mother s day gift.
BTW, that vehicle with repaired damage is still there. Hopefully they disclose this to the next potential buyer.
Bought a used truck (2017 w/26,000 miles). I ve owned it for about 6 months. I noticed about a month or two in the paint on the front bumper looked sketchy. Sure enough, shortly after the entire clear coat started coming off. Good Chev s response?
Man that looks like it was painted by the previous owner. Sorry bud, not our problem.
I will say it feels pretty good spending $38000 with a bumper to bumper warranty and knowing I get to spend more just to get the vehicle looking how it should come off the lot.
So if you are in the hunt for a new or used vehicle (especially if you are a first time buyer) I highly recommend going here! They ll tell you what you want to hear! But it might cost you a little more in the end...

Just moved here from Los Angeles wanted to trade in my truck...First Mr Graham acted like I was bothering him ...And did not want to deal with me..Then they asked for my paper work for my truck..I gave them the reg and insurance paperwork .Mr Graham brought the paper work from my truck w / o the envelope I asked him where my plastic envelope was..He said sorry and went to retrieve it...Inside the envelope was my plate sticker . When I arrived home I remembered my sticker and decided to look for it and then I found it was missing...I called them and no one knows anything and they were all so rude...And don't care..I even left messages for them no one has called me back..And what's worse is I am from California and now have no sticker..Also be aware they lo ball trades and try to screw you..
There were 3 people there with the same issue. Lo balling trades..So beware and go somewhere else....
We didn't buy from Good Chevrolet but did go through the sale experience. The front guy Bryan, was nice and communicated with us through text and had the vehicle ready for us when we got there. He didn't know much about the car but let us look it over and gave us space. The manager came in to close the deal, that we were looming for a little wiggle room on because we already had our eyes on a similar car that cost less. He didn't budge & showed us some app that said he was losing $1450 on the deal they offered. The app must be a calculator that just shows avg vs what they offer because I'm not stupid. People don't list vehicles at a $1450 loss. We liked this car better than the other but it was an easy choice to leave when someone pulls tgats stuff.
