I had a particular deal in mind to trade in my slightly used Camaro for a different model. Johnny responded to me by text very promptly and ran some numbers, and invited me to come into the store the next day. He was nice, courteous, and professional, and he ended up getting me into the car I wanted that day (thanks man!)
Finance did a a somewhat hard sell to me on warranties and paint protection that was par for the course for a big volume dealer with people trying to make commissions. I said no, he was a little pushy, I said no again, more pushiness, and finally had to say no a third time. He was nice and professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, but I don't like having to repeat myself.

Emailed Ramon earlier in the week asking about a truck, he assured me he would hold it til Sunday that weekend to come look at. When I showed up he had it fueled and ready for a test drive. When I got back he asked if anything needed to be explained about the truck or if I had any other questions. We then sat down and very quickly got a deal that I thought was pretty good, and got myself a new truck. Ramon was a super cool guy, he wasn t pushy or anything showed me the price with all the warranties and insurance and everything instead of waiting til the end like a lot of people do, so I wasn t blind sided at all. All in all a fantastic experience, by far the smoothest dealership experience I have ever had. Ask for Ramon and I m sure you ll be well taken care of.
These guys are stereotypical car salesmen. After 3 hours I walked out. They play games with the prices and speak to you like you're an idiots. I will never go there again.
I knew exactly what kind of truck I was looking for and finally found it in the inventory at Good Chevy. Cody Flynn picked up my inquiry and honored my request to prefer dealing via email - which we did for most of the deal and I got a very good deal without ever even visiting the dealership. Once we negotiated the deal and I was ready, we switched to phone and Cody was always available. I ended up getting an excellent deal on the truck with extras that I didn't really need thrown in for free! I wish all car transactions could be this easy and it was Cody that facilitated a hassle-free easy car shopping experience!
Brett Randall he make it really easy for us he work with us really good and that make me to come back and telling my friends to come to good Chevy and ask for Brett Randall this was a great sperience thank you
Kass made the experience as enjoyable as buying a car can be. Got me great financing and the payments I wanted. Good Chevrolet is a good place to buy MOPARS too!
NEW REVIEW........ If you buy a car from them be sure it has at least 2 keys/fobs. My car only came with one and it seems as though they are trying anything they can to weasel their way out of satisfying a customer. At this point I'm sick of the lies and won't ever deal with them in future purchases.
I do not recommend anyone to go to this dealership. We went their than Chinh came to help us. We saw the car and we ask questions about the car and said there are two model of 2016 chevy suburban lt. Than we ask some questins about the car and he said I get the manager to answer them. Than Josh came and he said there is only one model of the lt and the car has no accident. The sales people are not respectful. Josh is the worst sales person. He came to us and he said " let's write some paper and sign the contract let's go inside. He did even ask us if we like the car or not. The interior of the car was dirty and there was coffee every where. Than we went inside and we ask for the manager and he said I am the manager and he is not.I told him we gonna write a review, he said I do not care. So Josh was talking bad to us and when he saw Zack (sales manager) he act like a good person. Than Zack came and open the door and he said get out. We get shocked of what he did and we just left. He did not even listen to us or see what is the problem. How can he do that to his customers. You do not but Chevy do. Chevy should not hire like these people "Josh, Zack, and Chinh". Josh and the other two guys do not own the dealer they are just workers. My plan was buying three suburban because I have a company but after this I will never go to this place. I will go somewhere else who wants my 150k and have a good customer service.
Please anyone had bad customers service with these people report them. Josh, Zack and Chinh or anyone else.
This how you report a dealer and they can lose their license if they keep doing that. Also call the Chevy manufacturer and report them too. This is your right.
Whole buying process took less than an hour and a half which was amazing. Ramone, the sales associate was nice to work with and not pushy at all. Good experience.
Josh needs to learn how to talk. We wanted to trade in our car, but when we told him our price. he got mad and told us to go HOME. Like really is that how you guys treat your customers. Worst DEALERSHIP EVER..
Found the car that I wanted as a commuter and reached out to confirm that it was still there. Johnny called me up to make sure that I was aware that it was a manual in case I hadn't noticed. All told from that point took about 2.5 hours to test drive, discuss numbers, run 10 miles up the road to grab the trade in and come back, and sign and pay for everything. Overall a pretty quick, painless, and reasonable buying experience.
I bought a new car on the 22nd and i had the best experience at Good Chevrolet. Teddy Sharp was a wonderful sales person he took very good care of me and i got a great deal. Teddy and Dave the financial person that assisted me were both kind and professional. Kudos to Good Chevrolet.
Kass Schany was great to work with! He got back to me in a timely manner and got me a great deal on new truck. I recommend anyone that is looking for a truck to reach out to Kass. Thank you Kass for making my experience seamless and hassle free.
Over the past couple weeks I've been working with Craig Johnson on getting a used truck. He was very knowledgeable about all of the trucks on the lot, I gave him a pretty specific criteria of what I was looking for and was able to show me multiple options at my price point. He kept me informed when a new used truck came in so I could be the first to look at it. I would recommend looking for Craig next time you need a truck.
First off all I gotta say is Good Chevrolet is HORRIBLE, POINT BLANK PERIOD! Josh was rude and tried to talk down to me he even denied that I was approved at CarMax saying if I hadn't seen anything in writing I shouldn't believe them.. I was looking for a New Camaro and I know My Credit score was shaky but not like he was talking.. Anyways if you're looking for a New Chevrolet go to Chevrolet Of Everett they're the best!! I'll never step a foot into Trash Chevrolet I mean Good Chevrolet.. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
Went to Chevrolet for a second opinion on a coolant issue reported by another shop. Shout out to Jenna Bittner for carefully reviewing and walking me through the service notes from the other shop, and having a tech explain and show me the problem. Not only did I receive great service, I walked away with lots of car knowledge.
I just purchased my second car from Good Chevrolet. Pamela Schuler, the sales manager was incredible to work with. I felt little if any pressure and was quickly moved through the process after finalized my decision. They also were more than fair with my trade -in; agreeing to a final price for my car that was above blue book value prior to finalizing the car I was purchasing. Will absolutely be back.
Skip was fantastic. Not pushy, very informative. Didnt even buy a vehicle. Did a test drive and numbers didn't work. Would definitely go there in the future.
I've purchased several vehicles from Good Chevrolet. They are awesome. They are up front. They don't pressure you in any way. Their service department is good too. KASS SCHANY is my salesperson and he worked hard to get me a good deal. He became a friend through making the deal. You won't be disappointed with Kass or Good Chev.
I've purchased alo lot of vehicles in my lifetime but this has been the best experience ever!!! Everything from having patience in helping me to find the right vehicle for my situation, to me traveling 2hrs to make the deal final, everyone that was involved to make this a successful venture was more than worth it I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to have fabulous experience in purchasing any type of vehicle. I hope to do more business with them in the future!!!!! God bless all you guys
David N. and Tim went above and beyond to make my car buying experience quick and safe, especially under the current conditions. The staff was welcoming and I would absolutely recommend shopping here for your next car! Thanks guys!
My wife and I both purchased our cars and had nothing but the best help and experience that you could ask for. Our first choices were a little out of our league, but the staff was able to get plan B started. still got us close to our original vehicles that we wanted but at a much more reasonable plan. Thanks for all your help
Made purchasing a car feel like we were an inconvenience to them. Rushed us out the door at 7:30 when they didn't close until 8:00 and told us they would give better prices when people aren't watching the time clock. In no way would I recommend this place unless the have the exact car you want for the lowest price. And it wasn't just one salesperson who treated us as a frustration. Beyond that they talked down to us about how renting a car works like we have never rented a car before (because the purchase vehicle was previously a rental so had higher mileage) and tried explaining to us how it's our job to make them money so they can't give us a trade in value of what the trade in is actually worth. Horrible experience on day one and two their only star would be the prices for the vehicle for the surrounding areas.
Awful service. Receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. She hung up on me twice then continued to put my phone call on hold. I live two hours. It s not like I can just drive in and stop by casually. Shame on her for acting childish.
Picked up a new Colorado at Good Chevrolet. Salesman Brett was very helpful and informative without being pushy. Sam in finance was great in guiding me through the paperwork and extended warranty information. Got a better deal at Good than I could find anywhere else.
Back in October when I bought my car, the juvenile salesman Johnny knew barely anything about the car I was interested in looking at, but then begged me for a perfect review so he could make more money. When I didn t give him a perfect review (but gave a good one) he harassed me through text messages (the pictures should be posted somewhere else on this site of that).
I have scheduled my service appointment and tried all morning to call and verify the time of my appointment and nobody answered the phone at all.
Now I just arrived at my appointment for the oil change and car cleaning which I was originally quoted 90 minutes for (which is too long to start with), once I got here I am being quoted 2 hours for that service.
It s a good thing these appointments are free because I am definitely not getting customer service I would be willing to pay for.
Austin and Craig were amazing, very helpful and great personalities. They really took the time to get to know us and find what we liked. We love our new jeep!
Purchased a Colorado from Good Chevrolet earlier in the month. Found the vehicle online and worked with Kass and Johnny over email to handle the majority of the details. At the dealership, Johnny was easy to work with and didn't push too on some of the dealer extras. Including my short test drive and typical waiting, I was happy to be out of there in less than 2 hours!
Only downside was when I went have a cup of coffee, someone had poked a pin hole in the cup I selected. Coffee dripped all over (including pants). Fun joke for a coworker, not so much a customer.
Great experience from start to finish. I worked with Brent and he made things really easy without being pushy. I'll definitely buy from Good Chev again.
I was happy with the service provided. entire process and billing was transparent. And the prices were also good. it was good experience as the whole process did not take much time, I was able to look & decide & buy the car in couple of hours.
I was looking for a used car in the 6 to 7k range. Good Chevrolet had a couple in that range and I went there to look at them. When I saw both cars I saw one was clearly just traded in with pet hairs and smell in it and the other one was in such bad condition the sale person said they were going to wholesale it. I did not even want to step foot in it or open the door. These were both Chevy Sparks.
The one with pet hairs and smell was going to be reconditioned but my beef is why not do that first and than post it online before customers are baited in to see it.
I made a comment about this and how frustrating it is to see cars posted on the website as ready to be sold but once there were basically in such poor shape the customer does not want to set foot in it. He says " customers can buy whatever car is there as long as the price is right". Also as soon as we get a trade we post it online. I felt so let down, almost felt I made a trip to some junk car dealer with a dirt lot with a pit bull in front.
What a terrible business practice in my view, its a bait to get you in the door. Seeing how they advertised a couple of Chevys being a Chevy dealer I had decent hope of seeing a nice car.
I viewed a vehicle about a week ago online that was listed at a great price for the year and the mileage. I contacted Skip in their internet sales department and quickly received a response. I was able to schedule a time to come and look at the vehicle on my schedule and didn't feel pressured into making a deal at any point. When my husband and I arrived, we were greeted, served, and treated like humans! Zach assisted us with our initial test drives and was overly courteous in explaining all of the features of the vehicle and again, DID NOT pressure us into a sale. They were great with the follow up to make sure that our questions were answered and allowed us to schedule our return in our time. No overbearing phone calls or hassling emails. We returned yesterday and purchased the car I had my eye on and felt we received an honest deal and were treated with respect as well as our time respected. We have purchased my husbands truck from here and now my vehicle and we don't plan to take our business elsewhere! Good Chevy has been around for years and their great customer service is the reason why! We will definitely be back!
!!!Update! Instead of Good Chevrolet trying to resolve this matter they have hired a lawyer to mail me and make defamation threats against me and in that letter they made false claims! BUYER BEWARE!
With my experience i consider them an Untrustworthy establishment! The sales people were nice but when i got to the finance department that is where things went downhill!
The big problem started when I e-nailed the following day asking for a refund of the $2,500 extended warranty policy they had sold me! I realized it overlaps with the manufacturers policy!
They ignored my emailed again, I called in and even spoke to the sales manager whom said I must talk to finance! Washington state law says you are allowed 100% refund within the first 9 days! They only responded to me when I put a stop on my credit card payment, Then I was told they would process the warranty return after I paid them!
They tell me to return the vehicle
OK. We thought that you wanted to cancel the transaction of the purchase do to the complaint to the ag and bbb. We would be more than happy to have you return the vehicle.
Then the following day they decide they do not want me to return the vehicle!
THIS REVIEW IS BASED ONLY IN REGARDS TO MY EXPERIENCE WITH GOOD CHEVROLET
Awful dealership to work with. I called, from out of state, told them I'd pay cash for the car. They accepted the deal and said they would mail me the paperwork. They texted me back the next day saying I would have to an extra $9000 because I'm paying cash out of state with no trade-in. I wasted a lot of time and energy talking to them, and they acted in bad faith.
Stopped by Good Chevrolet and Spoke with Kass. The price had went up on our way down there but he insured me that because I inquired before that they would honor the price. He actually got me the vehicle for 100 cheaper than I originally saw it! My husband and I will be back in about a month to get my son his first car! Good Chev is a laid back place and they are upfront with their pricing. Full disclosure, which is impossible to find anymore! Thank you Kass!
Terrible experience. Fitst problem -No plans to park. Had to park on a side street. The lot wasn't Hugh, but the have a huge amount of inventory so all the cars on the lot were jammed in tight. Didn't matter much since no way anyone could squeeze into peer into a car. Regardless all the cars were locked and no prices or stickers on any of them. So forced to take a sales guy. I was interested in luxury cars and wanted to test a Cadillac. He brought out the one I had seen on line and was shocked. The communication/ nav screen was broken/ cracked. He wanted to know if I was still interested in the car since they weren't going to fix it. I thought what else was wrong with the car that I couldn't see? I politely thanked him for his time and left never going back . Ever. Definitely buyer beware at this place.
I was referred to Austin by my cousin, who also bought from good and Austin. Best prices all around and GREAT service. Thanks Austin for hooking the fam up!
Bought 2 brand new vehicles here. Both needed new brains with in a month of buying them. Probably won't buy a Chevy again because of that. Service here is quick and employees are friendly. But Chevy needs to fix their computer brain issues in their vehicles before selling them not after!
My mother was in need of a new car and Trevor Howell listened to her needs and wants and showed a few different small SUVS until we found a really nice 2014 Captiva. He took the time to show us all the features and go over the warranty options with us. I would recommend Trevor in any of your future purchases.
Tried pushing extended warranty on me. The price online isn't what they say it is unless you meet 5 qualifications that no normal person could ever meet.
Honestly would say one of our best car buying experience with Archie. Though I have already know what vehicle I wanted to buy and done all my research, and came in for a particular Toyota Tacoma for an amazing price. Came in one night to see if it was still available and see it person, Archie told me he was able to reserved the truck until the weekend as I was planning to come down with my dad so I can get his second opinion and promise when I am about to come in, he would have the truck pull up front and warm up as any necessary paperwork ready to make the process as smoothly and quickly as possible. Well I came back the next day and as promise he pull the vehicle up and warmed it up. The test drive went smoothly. He was very transparent upon every information regarding the vehicle. I would totally recommend buying from Good Chevrolet especially from Archie himself.
When I first arrived I was greeted by a sales man who asked if I was there to meet with anyone and what was the nature of my visit. Even though I was just doing research Jordan and his manager Trevor were courteous and helpful and answered all my questions about several cars
I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Good Chevy. No pushy salesman feel like I have had at other places. Craig a newer salesman helped out right from the start accommodating me to find a vehicle. He introduced me to Richard since he is very knowledgeable on Trucks! It was great to know and see the teamwork here and I'm sure to buy my future Silverado there!
My wife and I when there purchased our daughter's first car and had nothing but the best help and experience that you could ask for. Thanks Sales Associate Eduardo "Eddie" Aguirre
I just bought a 2015 Camaro from Isreal and Zach at Good Chevrolet. Isreal's customer service was over the top! I live in Spokane, shopped the three local dealers and no one could come close to matching their price. Some of them even said that the deal is a lie, they are going to trick you etc.. I didn't want to fly down to get tricked so Isreal sent me a picture of the car with the Vin and a hand written note with today's date on it. I flew down from Spokane and with in one hour I was out the door at the advertised price that NO one could touch. The hardest thing about the deal was my delayed flight!
Thank you Isreal and Zach you were both awesome! I love my Camaro, and I WOULD absolutely buy from Good Chevrolet again.
Pamela schuler is awesome, bought my car last week. With that being said im pretty picky but she was more than patient got into about 5 different vehicles before finding my dream thanks so much for my awesome car and keep doing GOOD! Chevy :)
Lousy Chevrolet dealership. I went there looking for a Tahoe, and when I asked whether leasing was an option that made sense, the sales manager gave me a look of contempt and said: "I hope you have a high credit rating." Needless to say I walked straight out of there. I wrote a letter of complaint to the general manager but was ignored completely. This dealership's poor reputation is well earned.
I drove my wife to Good Chevrolet where she wanted to purchase a new car. Everyone there was very kind and people directly involved in her case were very helpful. She got her dream car brand new, with very good incentives like lifetime oil change. I was impressed and very pleased with the service provided. Thank you Good Chevrolet people for all your assistance. Very appreciated.
Was trying to find a nice corvette for my 1st one ever, without having to spend a ton of money. In my search I found one out of state in Washington off of a Facebook ad. Shortly after I was contacted by Jordan at Good Chevrolet and it was the easiest purchase Ive ever made from there. I was a little skeptical and requested a lot of pictures and had a lot of questions and Jordan took the time and provided it all. Appreciate his hard work and am looking forward to getting the corvette soon.
They are always way to busy! This is not a good place to buy a car.. Once you buy a car they won't help you with anything. Also don't listen to the dealers about their warranties obviously they have no idea what they ACTUALLY cover.
I recently purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Blazer RS from Good Chevrolet. My salesman, Johnny Lim, was very professional and knowledgeable. Since this was actually my first experience purchasing a car (my husband has always been in the car business but recently has retired), Johnny made this a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Johnny Lim and Good Chevrolet!
Had a pretty bad experience at this dealership. Had to walk away from the deal at the final doc signing table. I asked for a $16000 all in final price, they went back and forth on it but came back with $16320 which I accpeted. But guess what, the way they presented the final offer sheet, it was structured to say my down payment of $2000 plus $16000. The car wasn't even listed for $18000 to begin with. The amount they showed me at the bottom was $16000 and had somewhere above hidden in other numbers that it's on top of $2000 down payment. All along they made it sound like they are accepting my deal. My mistake was that I didn't pay attention to that sheet up front. They even ran my credit to "confirm" my identity even though i had my own financing approved. Unbelievably bad experience. Stay away from this place please!
Response to Dealership comment below: After the experience I've had, I am not interested in calling the generic number and getting bounced around in transfers anymore. If the manager wants to fix this, he/she can call me, you have my contact information.
I worked with Johnny for my new vehicle. He worked with me on the car I wanted originally, when that didn't pan out, he and his boss found me something even better. Low mileage, catered to my needs in a vehicle, purchasing process went smoothly. Johnny took the time to educate me on loans, mileage, and if he didn't have an answer for something, he'd be honest, tell you he doesn't know, and look it up. I'd refer him to others, he's sweet and gets the work done when you're looking for a car!
Kass was very personable and great to work with. It was a quick and easy process. We knew what we wanted, how much we wanted to spend, and we never felt pressured. Too bad all car dealers don't have the same approach. Highly recommend Kass and Good Chevy!
I love the ability to shop online before coming to the dealership. i dealt with Kass online and then Jimmy was the salesman I dealt with at the dealership. Jimmy did an excellent job of finding me the car I wanted. The finance department was excellent. Overall the whole experience was excellent. This is our 4th deal with Good and if we weren't moving in March I am sure it would not be our last.
Good Chevrolet is made up of a fantastic team. I met and worked a bunch of the team as my purchase had some added complexities (cargo van purchase for a camper van conversion). Johnny Lim specifically is a great sales guy who goes out of his way to serve customers, and is "text" friendly.
Having dealt with other dealerships, Good Chevrolet is the pinnacle of all in how the offer customer care. From the sales to the top, incredible. Thanks Brett Randall!
This was my second time purchasing a vehicle from Good Chevy but this last time it was my first time doing it alone. Teddy was great! He made me feel comfortable and helped me get the best deal possible. Now I'm the happy owner of a newer car and I would definitely recommend Good Chevrolet to anyone! Thank you Teddy for making my recent car purchase so wonderful!
I appreciate the extra step taken to provide pictures showing the rear caster angles on both wheels. Getting this setting right is critical to avoid snap oversteer during track events.
Randy place was so patient and seemed so concerned about my issues. He was funny and took the time for me . He did not pass me off or seem frustrated. We joked and he made me feel like I can afford a car and be confident in my purchasing. I will be coming back to him
Bought a used 2018 Chevy Silverado 1500 from Andria, she was very helpful, professional and informative. She made the process easy along with the rest of the friendly staff. They had football on in their lobby which was an added bonus going car shopping on a Sunday!
Worst customer service after the sale! Do not do buisness here!! My fiance purchased a jeep and was given 2 keys, 1 of which was for the wrong vehicle. We emailed the next day or so after and called also, but we were ignored after the sale. I finally got in touch with a salesman, which was very rude and said " We should have bought a new vehicle if we wanted 2 keys." He proceeded to say that they cant go out giving keys or items out to everyone that has the wrong one. Its not their job to check to see if a key functions they just put it in an envelope." It was a used jeep, but still $30,000. According to him , he said that he would not assist in any form with this, because we bought it and the keys weren't checked and they often get auction vehicles and just "sell them as they come, he proceeded to state that some don't even include floormats. This is just beyond ridiculous, and irrelevant because we were given 2 keys and they didnt match or even fit the vehicle!! As for a woman who is buying a vehicle alone. If you are shown anything with the vehicle, it should be EXPECTED to function and work properly, otherwise don't include it or sell under false pretenses.. I feel that anyone that is looking to purchase a vehicle please learn from us and take my advice. If a person goes alone to purchase a vehicle and doesn't have a lot of mechanical knowledge, they should be able to trust that when they see something regarding a vehicle , that it would be checked or function properly upon the sale. Or at least function for the vehicle. Most anyone that made a sale of that sort would be understanding and at least speak with you in a better manner and not so rudely, or without regard. My advice to anyone looking to get a vehicle is please please go anywhere else. Once the vehicle is sold you will not have any help and this is by far the absolute worst service ever. If they claim to do any type of inspection on vehicles, how thorough can they be if they sell the wrong items? I can honestly say I recieved the worst service and treatment ever. Please just remember if you buy here and ever need anything fixed or serviced, you will deal with quite the run around. It's a shame that a person can go and purchase a vehicle and have things included that aren't functional, and then you are informed that it's too bad. I wouldn't reccomend this dealership to anyone. I believe if we received any response back after we emailed multiple times I would have felt less frustrated and angered. We stated that if it was a key that was for someone else that we would like for them to have it back. We offered to mail it, no response. The point is if they are willing to sell you a vehicle without doing a proper inspection of the items included, or nonfunctioning ones. Would you really want to trust them? And to not even recieve an apology, only very rude service and additude. I cannot emphasize enough that this is the worst service will not ever ever reccomend them for anyone. And I cannot state enough just how awful they treat a customer. Regardless of how much you pay, no one deserves that type of service. Please stay clear of this buisness!!! And to anyone else who was mislead by them I'm sorry for your experience. And as for the owner I truly hope you read this and know just how unpleasant and unprofessional your staff is. And dont just give me a generalized response like everyone else I expect this to be fixed!
Purchased a 2020 ZR1 Trail Boss from Johnny Lim and had a great experience. Not one moment of my time was wasted. Johnny did in one day what 5 other Chevy dealerships could not figure out in two weeks. Best part; walked in at 6:55PM the truck was sitting out next to the front door and I was finished with my purchase and had the keys at 8:15PM. If you know what you want and how much you can spend call Johnny at Good Chevrolet in Renton and he will take care of you.
I get off work late, so Skip had to stay an hour late in order to show me a van that I was interested in. Because I made him stay late, I expected quite a bit of pressure to buy and honestly, I really wouldn't have blamed him. But he wasn't pushy at all. Made me feel like I had all the time in the world. I did end up buying it because it was exactly what I was looking for and it was much cheaper than anywhere else that I had looked.
I visit Good Chevrolet of Renton every 3-6 months for their 5-QUART OIL CHANGE 4-TIRE ROTATION * MULTI-POINT VEHICLE INSPECTION. All of the service people provided excellent customer service; plus they check and repair anything that is under warranty. Their superior service has allowed me to have confidence in my vehicle performance; which gives me peace-of-mind. Thank you, very, very, very, much; GOOD CHEVROLET - Renton Washington.
Rich Samuels was a true pleasure to work with. Very professional and respectful of my time. I cannot stand shopping for cars to be truthful but Rich relaxed me right away and it turned out to be a breeze. Great job!
Brett Randall at Good Chev is a hard working, personable guy with a good attitude and realistic approach to the sales industry. I never felt pressured and felt like he was actually trying to go to bat for me throughout our negotiations (No Dicker Sticker is a real thing unfortunately, took some of the fun out of it for me...) Brett, thanks for your efforts!
