Going to Good chevrolet was a good experience. That was where I met Kass Schany. He was easy to work with, no presurre at at all and I got the used truck I was looking for at a fair price. If you go to Good chevrolet, ask for Kass Schany. He will do right by you.

I went to Good Chevrolet after a bad experience at another outfit across the street. I spoke to Kass Schany on the phone, and scheduled an appt to see a car I was interested in on the phone. When I got there he already had the car pulled up for me. I took it for a test drive, and I ended up loving the car, got done with all the paperwork, everything went smoothly the whole process didn t take long at all! Throughout my whole experience there, Kass was very friendly, and I did not feel pressured at all when I was looking at the car. Excellent customer service! When and if I need to buy another car, I will be coming here!
They made me wait 2hrs for a oil change, promised time wait was 1hr.. If I knew I would have had different shop change the oil. Time waiting is worse than paying $70 to get it done on time..
Had a great experience with the purchase of my new car at Good. The sales staff was wonderful. They gave me a great deal without any haggling. Couldn't be happier.
Richard and Grace were awesome to work with. Richard was direct, honest and professional. Grace kept in touch to see if I required any additional assistance. When it came to making arrangements for pick up of my new truck, Richard had prepared everything in advance and made it a smooth process from signing to delivery. I was pleased with the deal and highly recommend Good Chevy in Renton.
I was shopping a used car at Good Chevrolet and Richard Graham helped me have a quick and smooth buying process. He responded quickly to my questions and requests and helped arrange a quick test drive before I decided to buy the car. I notified him before I bought the car to prepare everything when I come in and he did that. I highly recommend Richard to anyone looking to buy from Good Chevrolet.
I came in the other day and Fabian Murphy was very helpful knowledgeable and explained to me what I would be getting myself into if I lease or finance a car thank you for your help Fabian
Kass Schany was awesome! Very knowledgeable, willing to get any info we wanted, patient and very kind! Everything we needed he got for us and quite possibly in record time! Thanks Kass, we'll keep in mind for the future...FOR SURE! Love my new car, thanks again for everything!
Gave us a fair deal on both our new Durango and our Ram 2500 that we traded in. Didn't see our trade in being re-sold for thousands upon thousands more than they gave ua for it(which shows me that it was fair on their end).
I bought used Chevy Tahoe, my sales managers were Renzo and Kass. Everything went well and Kass and Renzo were backing up each other when one of them was off. Also it was nice of Kass to acknowledge the need to service A/C before finalizing the sale, and performing that service promptly.
I shopped from Mt Vernon to Fife and Good Chevrolet was the best experience when it came to price, selection and representation. Justin was great when purchasing my new Tahoe. He was friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the experience was enjoyable. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, do yourself a favor, head to Good Chevrolet and ask for Justin.
I've purchased many vehicles over the years and too often the process can burn a whole day of stress getting through the process. My experience with Kass was excellent as we worked through what I needed to make my new truck perfect for me and done by lunch! I am very pleased with the entire experience and will send some referrals.
Best car buying experience ever. No haggling required, straight forward honest GOOD deal that didn t take our entire day! Teddy was a great help and all the staff we met along the way, the manager and finance staff! Bonus: super great dealing with not only us but they happily accommodated our small children! We will be back 100%
Richard Graham is an amazing part of Good Chevrolet team. I could not ask for anymore of a great experience! I walked in there know what I wanted and the financial team and Richard made it happen. Once again thank you so very much!
Went in to look at a used Charger this afternoon and was completely blown off by the salesman. Nobody approached me so I had to ask the receptionist to be helped. Was curious about options on the car and the vehicle history to which he said he didn't know and sent me out to look at the car by myself. I went back in to try and get a few of my questions answered and he was nowhere to be found. I thanked the receptionist (who the most professional personal there) and I left. Never got the salesman's name, he didn't talk to me long enough for me to even care. I want to write a whole paragraph about this 5 minute interaction with the guy but I'm actually speechless! As someone who works in car sales I cannot fathom how this interaction actually happened. If I treated a new customer walking in that way, I would have been sent home! Beyond that, what a waste of an opportunity on a slow weekday. Truly Unbelievable. Can't imagine he's more than a 3 or 4 car guy..
My husband and I had been shopping for a new car and we made our way to Good Chevrolet to check out a few cars I had seen online. We were greeted by Teddy Sharp. He showed us the cars we were interested in and as we made our pick, he stream-lined everything smoothly and quickly. There was no pressure and he made us feel comfortable and reassured through-out the entire sale. Sam Chi in finance also got us thru all the paperwork quickly & painlessly. We signed for one deal but then got approved for a cheaper deal than we were first offered! Everything worked out as Teddy & Sam assured and we are absolutely in love with our new Buick Enclave! If you're in the market for a new car and you find yourself upon Good Chevrolet in Renton, WA, be sure and ask for Teddy Sharp! :)
Jimmy Juma was the perfect sales man who helped me find the right car with reasonable price. Absolutely appreciated his customer service and would recommend to anyone buying car at this location.
These guys are scammers. When i bought my SUV from them, they added an extended warranty without telling, charging me then telling me I didn't get to use it.
Called in for a used car and was told to come in and ask for Richard. Was not greeted by anyone, not even offered a sit. Wasted 5 hours sitting there for paperwork and Richard just helped out another customer. Worst dealership I've been to. Management only cares about their sales and high APRs.
This is our second purchase here at Good Chevrolet. We were very happy and satisfied with the customer service. Richard and Kass into a 2019 Chevy Cruze back in May 2019. They made the whole process easy and quick. Very helpful very friendly. The financing process was even better. Julie is the best at what she does! This time around John helped us and did everything to make sure we walked out with another new car. My husband and I had walked into Good Chevrolet with the intention of buying a Chevy Colorado and walked out with a 2019 Chevy Silverado! John made sure we were taken care of and was extremely friendly and attentive to our needs in what we were looking for the second time around. Julie once again worked her magic and got us the best deal! She is absolutely great! Friendly, helpful, and informative. My husband and I love both car buying experiences here and highly recommend you come here any time your looking for a new car. We never felt intimidated or pressured into our purchases. It was the total opposite!
I inquired about trading in and getting prices online. The next day Kass contacted me right away and asked what type of vehicle I was interested in and found exactly what I was looking for. Richard took over and was very nice and informative throughout the rest of the process. Explained and answered all my questions from test driving my new car till I took it home. The financing part wasn't difficult either. Julie has been great! They all made my car buying experience by far the best one.
The parts department staff are so ignorant, no help whatsoever. The guy didn't even try to help. I already had talked to someone before which assured me they could help then this guy so clueless. Never coming here again!
It's deffinately a nice change to the ordinary car buying experience. They are informative, to the point, and truly not pushy. I would buy from them again.
I purchased 1 2015 dodge diesel truck on 5-8-2016 for $33,451.00 , after getting home i noticed low coolant level, added coolant drove 2 days needed coolant again added 2 gallons, 6 days later over heats and leaves my stranded, I owned this truck 10 days and under 500 miles. Took back to Good Chevrolet and asked to return truck they sold me with a bad engine toward another truck, they said no it was not going to happen, they offered to put the truck through service and see what the problem was, then told me it would cost ME $14,000 for the repairs or offered me $8,451 less for the truck i paid $33,451 for 10 days earlier. finaly offered $27,500 for the truck they sold me broken and this cost me $ 5,951 for trusting them and truck making it 10 days. when in there shop they said it needed a new motor and said they were sending it to dodge because it was still under warranty, dodge said we will not fix because it was sold in Canada NEWS TO ME, I was Taken For $5,951.00 from this so called reputable dealer,I am a life long resident of Renton and have been going to Good Chevrolet for nearly 40 years, Howard would have never done this a buyer when he was in control! I certify that everything I wrote as the truth
Very nice people. We purchased 2020 Chevrolet equinox and the vehicle purchasing experience was very satisfactory. David Navarro and Tim helped us very kindly and nicely. This is one of the best dealerships we have ever visited.
I bought a truck from them about 3 months ago. My sales man Ramone didn t make me feel hassled with the purchase. He took his time with me and let me test quite a few out so I could figure out what I wanted. They all walked me through the process and I m still in love with my new ride!
I went to 2 other dealerships prior to Good Chevrolet stating I wanted to but a truck. Crew cab 3/4 ton long bed, fairly simple one would think. I dealt with Brett at Good, immediately he was able to show the inventory they had sharing the great rebates that were available, this guy knows trucks, very professional !!! Check this place out, you owe it to yourself and ask for Brett
Just bought a 2017 2500 Chevy Silverado from good Chevrolet it s amazing, Renzo was the man, helped out, kind, prompt. He made the experience great! Ian a returning customer to good Chevrolet so thanks guys!!
Good Chev was awesome. So excited to see a lady sales person, Andria! She was so helpful and kind. I felt like she really cared about what I was looking for. Knowledgeable and so professional. I highly recommend Andria!
Went here after seeing a vehicle I want. My car salesman Eddie was in the car and had it running when I drove up. It's a beautiful car. Has everything that I want after doing alot of research on it. But while working my deal he also sold a car while I was filling out the credit application. Eddie is superman and a true asset to this brand. I know I will roll out in the car. Thanks y'all.
I tried to buy a used car from Good Chevrolet. I was willing to pay their advertised price. I was a cash buyer, no financing, no trade-in. Before traveling 150 miles to get the car, I asked them to please confirm for me in writing the total cost of the deal. I did not want any misunderstandings or miscommunications with additional charges appearing at the last minute.
The salesperson agreed to send this to me, but never did. Despite repeatedly reaching out to the salesperson, internet manager, used car manager, and general manager, I never got confirmation of the total deal cost. I never heard back from the used car manager or general manager. Instead, the internet manager finally sent me a note saying that they would not sell a car to an out-of-state buyer.
I live in Oregon, a neighboring state, which I made clear to the salesperson from the beginning. I was never told that they would not sell to a non-Washington buyer. I could not find this policy anywhere on their website.
I can only speculate as to why they were unwilling to give me confirmation of what the total deal would cost. I also found them to be generally unresponsive - it would take several e-mails or phone calls to get a response from the salesperson or internet manager (and never got a response from the used car manager or general manager).
Bought a 1 year old used Chevrolet Captiva with a clean carfax an extended warrenty. The warrenty is a joke! I went to have the car get checked out to become an Uber driver and some little tag lights in the bumper didn't work. I took it in to have it checked out. That is when I found out that the car had been previously wrecked and a bundle of lights hasn't been plugged in. Total cost for them to plug in lights that should have been plugged in to begin with $270! I will now only go in for the free oil changes. Had my breaks and tires done at Les schwab. Don't buy from them. They won't back you up!
Horrible. I cannot even get someone to answer the phone to schedule my complimentary oil change I am supposed to receive for purchasing my vehicle there
Worst dealer ship ever, specially when you buy a used cars, I got one a years ago with 39000 miles and it broke down many times when I went back they charge me a lot and their wanrtee never works and cover nothing, I had too much hard time with them at any time when I visited.
If ANY car is good enough for you then THIS is the dealership for you!!! When you make an appointment to see a particular car, and despite them having 2 different telephone numbers to contact you with, they won't call you to tell you they've sold it and did you still want to come see anything else. NO, they are more interested in selling you ANY car then what YOU had originally contacted them for. "That car has sold but I have these 2 others that I'll show you...." All in one breath. You knew it sold but wanted me to come in anyway so YOU COULD GET A SALE. I saw the other cars on your lot via your website and those are not why I drove 30 miles in rush hour traffic to see. Even if this dealership were to get in a car that would be perfect, I would NOT purchase it because of this previous experience with them. To them, a SALE is more important than CUSTOMER SERVICE.
They do good work, but expect a LONG wait, even with an appointment. Came for an oil change. I waited an hour past my appointment time then went to check on their estimated completion time... They hadn't even started on my van.
Wow wow WOOOW. Usually I avoid stealerships for a long list number of reasons. So I usually head to good ole craigslist but good chevy was there as well along with a truck I'm planning to buy. I call to see for a test drive, and the excellent sales assistant is Andria Belote. Long story short I was impressed the way I see dealerships now. No longer where they trying to chase my money I don't have but Andria made so easy to see why I should give it a chance. Good chevy had best prices in town by far, so i was like why not. Test drove a few trucks and was impressed by how helpful Adria was. If you go to anyone else you're asure to get confused a bit. Adria at Good chevy is the way to go!!
This is all for Andy Copeland- "Our Salesman of the year"!!!
Between Sunday evening and Morning morning our car had been stolen. This left my husband without a car to drive to work. He went shopping at several dealerships and received the same ol' sales pitch over and over. Needless to say he was a bit stressed under the circumstances and time crunch of having to purchase one so quickly.
He ended up at Good Chevrolet expecting another sales pitch, and was pleasantly met by Andy Copeland, who made us feel at ease, and helped my husband find a car that met our needs. He beat everybody else's prices hands down, and was true to his word.
In all the years we have purchased vehicles, this had to be one of the smoothest and least stressful purchases we have made with Andy.
I would highly recommend Andy Copeland to all of my friends and family who choose to purchase from Good Chevrolet. My husband believes Andy is the utmost professional salesman that actually cares and listens to the customers needs. I can honestly say there was no high pressure sales pitch, and would highly recommend Good Chevrolet to anyone.
I saw the Chevy Colorado Zr2 on you tube and liked it. Told my husband that I wanted to see it physically and since we knew that there is a dealership in Renton so we chose to go to that place. We started looking at their trucks when Tony Nguyen from sales approached us, handshake and introduced himself. They have a huge selection of colors and prices that fits our budget. Tony walks us through it with no pressure, provided us information & friendliness as we go along. Very accommodating & cares for his customer. Doug Noonan their Sales Manager gave us the best deals that we can have with our trade in that is agreeable to both ends. Their Finance Julie Edgerton was very patient in waiting until what we decided. (we are the last costumer before closing time) Helped us with our loan application and signing of papers so quick & easy. It is a stress free process! They create trust to their customers. Will recommend Good Chevy to everyone either you are a first time buyer or not. They are more than just a dealership.
Great customer service, took our diesel truck to fixed and Edwin Martinez gave us 5 star service, was always available to answer questions and concerns. Thank you Edwin for great service!!!
Pam was very friendly and professional and listened to my concerns. She answered my questions and helped make my car purchase a very pleasant experience. I will definitely recommend Pam to my friends, looking to buy a vehicle.
We bought a honda civic. In September, didn't think to check the air conditioner, but we took it in to trade and found out it had been hit, when I called and told them about the air conditioner, and that they didn't tell us it had been hit, I was made to feel it was our fault and when I mentioned an attorney he hung up on me. Please be careful when dealing with these people, they are not honest.
My second time around buying from Good Chevrolet. The sale associate Teddy was very professional he made me feel at ease start to finish when buying my car. Also speaking to Customer Rep Kelly she was very professional over the phone when speaking to her a few times. I also liked that they both did a follow up with me to see how things are going with my new car and if I needed anything or had any questions. Thank you to all.
My new favorite dealer, top of the line customer service. Went in to look at a Tahoe and decided to buy it that day, ended up seeing one online that I likeed even better that they had, went up to dealer the next day and they had no issue with me swapping out the truck, they were very frendly with me and the whole family, very quick and didn't waste anytime! If your looking for a used or new vehicle stop here 1st, grade A service! Check out the ride in the photo section. Black Tahoe fully eqpied 4x4 really good deal on it. Ask for Pamela
We purchased a car at Good Chevrolet from Jason Seth. I called first to ask about a particular suv and he was enthusiastic and polite. I had called several other dealers that day about other vehicles and didn't get the same response. When we arrived he was extremely helpful, answered all of our questions and was transparent throughout our visit. The end transaction was quick and painless. Thank you Jason and Good Chevrolet for such a positive experience!
We bought a vehicle and within days were having problems with it running, brakes and steering. I called and emailed salesman, and spoke with a Greg who said he was a manager who would look into sorting things out and he never called back. Days later I finally got someone to speak with me and they basically stuck to their guns that I drove it off the lot so they didn't have to do anything to help me.
Now I suppose it's well known that once you leave it's buyer beware; but they could have returned my calls, offered solutions or some sort of help. In the end it turned out to be a $40 part to correct engine running - so this place chose to give really poor service just to save $40
Johnny got right back to me, was very friendly, came to pick us up at the train station, and made everything fast and easy. We we re in love with our new Colorado! Thanks Johnny!
I recently bought an 07 Ford Focus from Good Chevrolet. Every person I came into contact with from the receptionist to the salespeople were all very nice and considerate. They did their best to find something that I was looking for in my price range and I went in with a pre-approved loan amount. I did spend a little more, but that was due to taxes. Tip: Before you go onto any lot, know what you NEED in a car and what you can compromise on. Know what cars are similar to the one you want and look at the cars any particular dealer has on the lot before you go. Also, always try everything out on the car before you drive and buy it - headlights, tail lights, blinkers front and back, horn, AC, heat, radio, seats and windows, sit in the back seat, look for a spare tire, check tire treads, etc. This dealer put 2 new tires on my car because 2 of the 4 on there were worn. Always call ahead in case they get trade ins. I was very lucky - the car I purchased had been taken on a trade in the day before I called and hadn't even been cleaned yet. When we (my parents and I) determined that was the car I wanted, they got the car cleaned and inspected within a few days. They even offered to put me in a loaner car if when I came to finish the paperwork the car wasn't yet ready. The two men that helped me when I got there were named Jon and Justin. Both great guys and they were really nice to myself and my parents. Great place. Don't be intimidated by their building or the beautiful car they have displayed in there. Everyone there has a great attitude and they all look like they love what they do. Also, they offered us water when we were there and they held the door open for us each time we walked in and out of the building. Its a nice touch and definitely classy.
I highly recommend these guys if you are in the market for a new vehicle. I came in with my wife to just look around and see what they had to offer. The moment my wife and I got out of our car we were greeted by Andria. Andria was very fun to talk with, addressed all of our concerns and questions. The customer service from whoever we spoke with on the phone was great as well, his directions were spot on, easy to find and good selection of cars.
I showed up to Good Chevrolet bright and early this past Sunday morning with my heart set on a 2018 Chevy Cruze and left with a 2018 Chevy Cruze before the morning was over. Ramon made the process as painless as possible and I was very happy with my experience.
A fair price was posted on the internet, I called in and they verified that there was nothing hidden. This eliminated the haggling that you have to go through with some dealers. My trade in was reasonably valued and the process to purchase a new car and drive off, literally took about an hour and a half. I'm happy with Good Chevrolet!
I purchased a used 2013 Ford F-150 at Good Chevrolet. The sales person I worked with was Andria Belote, and I have never had as good an experience purchasing a vehicle! She was a joy to work with.
My boyfriend and I just bought our first Car (from dealership) from them yesterday and they were amazing! We were helped by Eddie and Josh. We walked in to look at a car that we weren't too sure on but walked out with a different Car that Eddie showed us that was SOOOO much nicer. They worked so hard to get us in a price range that worked for us in the car that we Loved!!. They asked us what we were comfortable paying and they worked on it until it go to that range. Then when we went to speak with the financial Lady (I forgot her name but she was absolutely amazing as well) she told us that she made a few more calls and got our payments down even lower! not only that she got our interest rate down to 4.9%!!!! we are sooooo happy with the service at the Chevrolet of Burien and will be back to see Josh and Eddie
Skip Juma helped us making our car buying a smoother than ever. It was an easy and very friendly exchange of thoughts and knowledge. Skip knows his craft and he made sure that all our questions are answered with honesty and sincerity.
Keep it up Skip!! The kids and us are enjoying the new car :)
Jason helped us navigate the purchase of my dream truck. He was patient with us as we figured out our costs and benefits of the entire deal. It was a very smooth process, and I am extremely happy with what I drove home with.
Huge waste of time, customers deserve to be treated better. Low morale and customer service orientation. They pit costumers against each other even if you made an appointment and took time to drive there to purchase the car. I'm taking my money elsewhere!
We set an appointment to buy the car at 6:30pm, after seeing it and test driving it the day before. We called them same day we're coming down from Bellevue to buy the car the next day. When we get there, literally 30 mins prior to our appointment they let the another family test drive it and make an offer. Shady and disgusting sales tactic.
They sat us down and had us do an application and then say, because they came in to test drive it and made an offer today--they get the first right. We told them that makes no sense and that's unprofessional when we made the appointment to buy the car and drove down for it (made the apt to buy same day as seeing it). But because we didn't make an offer yesterday we lose the first right of refusal despite making the appointment and driving all the way. That says a lot about their ethics and business model.
They had us fill out the app and wait because the other buyers "credit check" could come back badly. Really unprofessional and slimey to pit one buyer against another. We walked out.
We brought up the fact they had yelp reviews before we left that complained about the same thing, they are aware and just don't seem to care --this dealership isn't changing.
I was 9 months pregnant, and we need a bigger vehicle. We will have a down payment before the end of the month, so on a free day we went to look at some vehicles.
There were no sales people available. The man "watching the lot" was completely rude, and unhelpful. The most helpful thing he did was direct us to another dealer before we left. We were asked immediately if we were buying today- we said no, but soon and I indicated my large pregnant belly. The man scoffed, then directed us to the used cars saying he was waiting for somebody.
After looking for a few minutes he came by again, and asked us how good our credit was. We indicated not very, but we were unsure. He scoffed again, asked about a down payment. He didn't even let me finish- my answer was, "Right now? Nothing, but-" and he made some loud noise and began to walk away- then came back. I asked about how the middle seats in an SUV allow you to get to the back- and he didn't answer. He told me we couldn't afford an SUV, they start at $30K (which is total BS). This is after my husband had said we could afford a $500 a month payment.
All I wanted to do was take a look at some vehicles in person, and get an idea for asking price- I plan on buying in less than a month. If I'd have encountered a sales person who was nice, I'd have come back and asked for them by name. They have lost my business.
Dealer is ok Service department is a nightmare They don't have any good service techs or mechanics Any time it takes 2 days to diagnosis a problem is to long Then flat lie to the customer is wrong I wont go there again
Found a car I liked online and spent 4 days back and forth with Richard, working out the details and getting financing through my bank. I asked if I could pick it up on the weekend, since I live a few hours away, and he said he wouldn't be able to hold it that long, but would be able to drive it down to me Thursday or Friday. I picked Thursday and made plans after work to get the loan finalized and a cashier's check.
My Mom called me at work that day (Thursday) to say she had gotten a call from the manager, Jeff. He was very rude to her and told her that the car had been sold Wednesday night. When Mom tried to find out what was going on and to get a hold of Richard, Jeff said that he was called on behalf of Richard, then hung up on her!
I finally got Richard to respond to an email where I FINALLY got an apology and he asked me if he could help me track down another car (HELL NO!). I told him all I wanted was an explanation and an apology from Jeff to my Mom for the way he spoke to her. That was 3 days ago. Have heard nothing.
Yeah, I get mistakes happen. But I probably wouldn't be writing this review if someone had at least acted like they felt bad about the situation. I haven't had a new car in 13 years, and this was my first experience trying to get a new one. I really feel like giving up after this.
Give me the best deal in the world and I still won't come back to this place!
We are repeat customers. We purchased our 3rd vehicle yesterday. We always get outstanding service. Everyone is super friends and give top notch service
I bought my 2007 Silverado, 2015 Malibu, and 2017 Malibu at Good Chevrolet. Teddy Sharp in particular we enjoy his no-pressure sales style. He was our salesman for our 2015 and 2017 Malibu. I would think of no other salesman I'd want to do business with. I give two thumbs up for Teddy. I'd refer him to all our friends. The 2017 Malibu we bought was a bargain. Low miles at a fair price. The lifetime oil changes are an added benefit I doubt many other dealerships are practicing.
I just purchased a new company van at Good Chevrolet. Rafael Vasquez was great to work with, as was their business manager, Carrie. I got a great vehicle at a good price and the process was relatively painless. Recommend!
Great experience all around except for my own bank of choice, even with the complete disaster my credit union was Eddy Aguirre and his finance team were awesome and got everything done for me, Eddy was so great to deal with my friend who was there with me ended up buying a car from him as well. I go through cars about every 6 months and I can definitely say with certainty that I will be going to see him for my next car. I am very happy with how accommodating and friendly Eddy was. Thank you Eddy and everyone involved.
My service advisor was Edwin Martinez. He did great. He had a nice greeting for me as soon as I pulled into the service department, as did the guys that were ready to disinfect the Tahoe. I didn't have an appointment but instead of acting like it was a problem he said he would get me in as soon as he could. They couldn't find the key to my wheels and upon my request looked again and found it. I appreciated the tenacity. I liked that he was the one that actually came out and got me when it was done, thanked me for the job and walked me to the cashier.
Let me start off by saying, I feel quite sad for the person below and their experience with Jake! I, on the other hand, had a wonderful experience at Good Chevrolet with Jake. On my drive home in my new Chevy, I did not feel the slightest tinge of buyers remorse and was quite happy at the end of the day!
As most other reviewers state, I did not feel pressured, rushed or forced to make an impulsive decision. It was a relaxed environment with a lot of laughter involved. Jake was incredibly knowledgeable and was the least arrogant sales associate I have met off a car lot in quite some time. He made the purchasing experience fun, and my mind was at ease at the end of the day.
As a twenty-something year old female who rolled onto the lot with her mother along for the ride, this could have been a very different experience. In the past we have been to dealerships that have been sketchy, treated us like we knew nothing, scoffed when we brought up research and shut down at the idea of having our personal mechanic look under the hood. Car purchasing has not always been a breeze, but as of my latest experience with Good Chevrolet, I definitely know where I will be coming for my next vehicle.
I can't say enough good things about Good Chevrolet, and I feel they deserve a good review for every bad one that comes along.
Pros: Friendly, no pressure, good prices, clean vehicles, no hassle purchasing, honest associates, and a hilarious staff.
Cons: Every dealership has their cons, so, I would just like to put this out there - quite a bit of the sales staff are young men. Who, in turn, may come off as blunt with a bit of an attitude. Once you actually get to talking with them, you may realize they are funny and just a handful of regular people doing their job.
I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Good Chevrolet to friends and family.
First time buying a Chevy and I have to say Kass and Teddy were outstanding! Very low pressure and extremely patient answering all of my many questions while I figured out what truck I wanted. In a business where many times you find high pressure and rush environments to close deals, these guys were the exact opposite. I appreciate all the help and the great deal I got on my new truck. If you are in the market, I highly recommend you give them a visit!
Johny and Cass were great to work with. It was a quick and simple cash purchase and they made it just that, quick and simple. No upselling or pushing me toward a different vehicle. They even helped gather some accessories from a different vehicle that were missing from the one I chose.
Great experience! They had the car I was looking for so I called ahead and spoke with the Internet Manager Johnny. I told him what car I was interested in and what I was looking at trading in. When I got there the car was out front waiting for me to test drive. I then worked with Jordan and came to an agreement to make the purchase.
Most of the times when going to a dealership, it means a bunch of pushy salesmen trying to get you to buy something. This wasn't the case here. There wasn't any pressure and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I believe the Finance Manager's name was Dave. He was great as well.
If you are looking for a new vehicle and a no pressure environment, I would recommend Good Chevrolet!
After searching so much for a truck, we are super happy we landed in the right direction with this dealership. We found the truck we were looking for, thankfully we found the most understanding not pushy salesman! Archie! He was super helpful during the process. We told him what we were looking for, and found the one. Unfortunately, the first day we didn t end up taking the truck, he told us he was going to call us back and see what he can do. Day later he called us back and we went in, we got our truck! Such good customer service! If anybody needs a car/truck please take the time to look here first .
Austin was very attentive when discussing an online vehicle over the phone. When we got to the dealership later that week Austin handed us over to Trevor Howell. Trevor did an amazing job assisting us and less than an hour later we drove away with a new vehicle. There was no pressure and the transaction was easy. Thank you gentlemen for servicing or needs so well.
The service is so long and very bad.I gave my car to verify of my core engine is good or bad. After 4 days, i was not able to have responce. After 4 days i decided to take my car to other garage. Even W/O any responce and services, i paid 400 dollars +Tax. This is very bad experience. I will never return back to this place.
Johnny is our guy!! He was super helpful working with our budget, getting us through our loan quick and in just one visit we were able to purchase our new car! He kept in touch with us weeks after our purchase if we had any issues which we didnt! Other dealers usually dont give a damn after you sign off purchase agreement. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH!
Inaccurate website. I've been there twice this year. The first car I was looking for that was on their website had already been sold a few days earlier. A few months later I found three different vehicles on their website that I was interested in, at least two of which had been on there for a few days. I left work early and when I got there I was told they were not on the lot yet. The website specifically said that they were "available" and yet they were not there. When I brought this up they just shrugged and said I should come back tomorrow.
