Went to buy a 40k+ car and they tried to manipulate me into thinking it was a great deal. They're not straight up with you. The first guy Kass was very friendly and I enjoyed working with him but he sent me to someone that gave me a very bad experience.

This is the 3rd time I've purchase cars from Good Chevrolet - Each and every time has been a great experience. Teddy Sharp was our salesman and he went above and beyond to help us get the cars we needed for a reasonable price. I couldn't believe how fast we were through finance - I purchased 2 cars and Sam had me in and out in minimal time.

One of the worst dealerships you can purchase a vehicle. I am spending the time to post a review so buyers are aware of the underhand tactics. I emailed the dealership with my complaint and received no response. We looked at a used SRT8 Charger. Had a big dent on the roof line that looks like by a hammer and is starting to rust. The car also had a bad stench. I told the salesman I was going to think about it and he got rather nasty. Started saying we are picking the car a part on little things. I said that s not a little dent. To shorten this up he then stated do we have a deal right now if he gets it fixed. I said your going to fix it? A pause, he the stated no. He then started ranting they cannot afford to go through the vehicles and fix the problems or the price would get high. OK, so you lie, manipulate and then admit if you know something is wrong you won t fix it? Granted it was only a $20K car but the same thing happened last year when I was looking at a used SRT8 Jeep that was $40K. Except the first time I said yes, I then got the response let s go do the paperwork but my manager won t be in until tomorrow do get it approved. So I buy a car, sign paperwork, and then need to try to get approval to get something broken fixed? Sure. I said give me a call when it s approved. I never heard anything. I thought it may be a onetime instance, nope. Happened again except this guy was a jerk. The first guy at least was polite when he was trying to screw us. Watch out, they will try to get you to agree to something that they will not uphold and they get nasty if you want to think about it.

I came in to look at a used car, visited the dealership twice and left with the car. Ramon is a true delight to work with and the rest of the staff took great care of me.

Johnny Lin and Zack are the man to go to when you are buying a car here they work to get you the best deal avalaibe for your situation the only down side is they didn't get me my DVD player hahaha great service.

Good Chevrolet had the best deal in the country. I bought the truck remote. Kass was always available to answer questions, and made the buying process easy. They were even able to send off to another state for the plate and have it ready to drive off when I picked it up. Would definitely recommend!

We purchased a pre owned vehicle from Pamela Schuler this past weekend and we had a wonderful experience with her. She provided us a great experience! We would return to Good Chevrolet and do business with her again. This is our second purchase from Pamela and it was fantastic. She got us in a great vehicle that fit the bill. I highly recommend working with her as she is efficient and knowledgeable.

I was pretty done with the truck buying process, and my three year old daughter was even more over it. I spoke with Johnny over email and text for just a few hours, and he made the process super easy. My daughter and I went in, and he ran the numbers while we were driving it. We came to a deal quickly and the finance guy made that process a breeze as well. Best experience I ve had buying a vehicle by a long shot.

Bought my new Chevy Colorado here from Shelby. It's only been two months but I have been very happy with the dealership and service department. Beware of these people, they lie and will do anything and/or say anything to sell a car. These guys told us one thing and came back with another story anything to make extra money.And if you don't buy the car after test drive because of overpricing, they have body guard to insult you. Be extra careful for the ones waiting just outside of the entrance. I and my wife walked out in fear because of men in black gangs. We've been told not to come back. Shame on them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!

They didn't have the vehicle they were advertising and the internet manager was rude about it. He claimed "it takes awhile" to get vehicles off craigslist. Funny it only takes me a couple clicks.

The service was nice enough at first. They just made me sit around for 20 minutes before I could talk to somebody. But then I got to talk to somebody, and it all started going wrong. My salesman, Bryan Arntz, who I had an appointment with, apparently was too busy, and foisted me off on another junior associate, Zach Schreiber.

Zach was pleasant enough, as we got everything squared away and I went and took a test drive of the used car I was interested in buying. He even pointed out the dings on the otherwise nice Cadillac ATS I was interested in before we got started. Then, during the test drive, I discovered the brakes were near the end of their life, and that the car hadn't even undergone a basic safety check before they let me take it out on a test drive. Seriously?

We made it back safely, thank God, and Zach went and grabbed the keys for another identical-except-for-a-different-paint-job car that I'd seen online for way cheaper than the one I'd test-driven. We walk out there, and he unlocks and cracks open a couple doors for me to look in. This car apparently HAD undergone the safety check, but HADN'T been cleaned in a long time.

The worst part of the day, for me, was when I went to open the driver's side rear door further and, without seeing it, placed my hand directly on a hornet's nest that had grown inside of the car, and got stung multiple times. STUNG BY A BEE THAT HAD BUILT A NEST INSIDE OF THEIR CAR.

Did they offer to knock a few hundred off the car for my pain? Nope. They said "we might be able to fill the tank up for you if you buy it." GUYS, THEY DON'T EVEN INCLUDE A FULL TANK OF GAS WHEN YOU BUY A CAR THERE.

NEVER shopping there again.

I had a appointment at 6:30 a.m., my car wasn't even looked at till after noon, my issue should of been covered under power train warranty but there's loop holes in warranty's, and instead of charging me the amount not covered by my extended warranty , the whole amount was deducted from my card, and I'm still waiting more then a week later for the difference to appear on my card

Johnny Lim worked extra hard to get me where I needed to be on my trade. Overall very satisfied with my experience at Good Chevrolet...

Mike Parks was kind and honest (he didn't pretend to know answers to some tough questions and quickly looked into things for me) and he listened, which made it easy to trust him. I got exactly the car I wanted at a very fair price. Thanks Mike and thanks Good Chevrolet!

The old '05 Suburban was due for retirement, and so headed to Good Chev in search of a replacement. We were greeted by Jason Kim, who was quick to assess our needs, and provided just the right vehicle. Along with the aid of his sales manager, Jason was pleasant and thorough, and the whole process was completed with minimal delay. We would be happy to look to Jason and Good Chevrolet for our future automotive needs.

Nick Capman and Jason Ambrosio were very wonderful. I originally came to buy a 2019 camaro but instead ended up buying a 2016 Dodge Charger. They both were very respectful and understanding on what I was looking for and weren t trying to just sell me a car. They wanted to make sure I was comfortable in the car I was going to buy. They gave me time to think about my choice in car and were not pushy to sell me something right away. It was a wonderful experience buying my first car from an actual dealership. I would highly recommend them.

Vehicle was overpriced and they weren't willing to drop the price

My dad just brought me a car from (I hope I spell his name right) Ramon, he has the greatest attitude of a sales person I have even dealt with. Thanks Ramon and Good Chev.

I had the worst experience buying my vehicle at this dealership as they do not care about their customers. Sean my representative was the only individual who tried to work with me but at the end of the day his superiors were simple crooks trying to get over on good working people.

Issue one : Sean s manager teddy tried to sell the vehicle to me at $30,000 sticker price when the vehicle was posted on the internet at $28500. When I asked about it he was clueless and didn t even know what the vehicle pricing was online.

Issue two: When negotiating with the the so called manager he stood firm in his price which again he stated was 30k and not the 28.5 posted online. I get that and it s fair. But the very next day the vehicle was reposted at $27k. Had he communicated with his team he could ve made a sell that same day.

Issue three: The dealership knew I was financed and continue to tell me that it was a requirement they run my credit score, citing the patriots act. When asked to provide documentation they couldn t.

Lastly: I was forced to leave the vehicle after signing the AS IS documentation at the dealership until funds had cleared. During the period of five days the vehicle incurred several damages to the hood , roof and windshield in which I am sure the employees cause maliciously. I have pictures of the vehicle on the day of the purchase and the damages were not there. To put the cherry on top they gave me the vehicle empty and refused to fill the tank up stating they only did that for select vehicles. I ve bought several vehicles new and used they ve always giving you a full tank to drive away with. I highly encourage everyone to stay away.

This review is for our salesman Kass. We had a great experience with him, as easy and smooth as anyone could wish when purchasing a car. I would definitely purchase another car through him. My only issue was with the financing part (which was someone else), I was told they use the Cudl Program and they would find me the best rate from what I understood. They came back to me with a 7.9% APR (even though I have great credit - above a 780) and the payments were going to be almost x2 higher than I wanted, I felt like the financing guy kind of mocked me and laughed when I said that was ridiculous and there is no way I would take that offer. He was very reluctant to run the numbers through another bank after that and basically told me I would have to find my own loan and interest rate that I was looking for. I asked to try to go through a Credit Union I have used in past they said "yeah, we partner with them" and then I was approved for the lowest interest rate on a used vehicle that bank offers.... why wasn't that found through the Cudl program?

Worked with Ramon he made us a deal on a new diesel that we could not refuse. Great place, great people! Thank u Good Chevrolet!

Advice for buying from here:
YOU are responsible for checking every detail on what you're buying. Check tires, check breaks, check everything. Their safety check means nothing.
Buying a car is based mostly on emotion. Thats the advantage the sales has over you.
"Its when they take you into the back room, thats where they f*** you" - GAP insurance and extended warranties are always added into the monthly payment when you start talking about price. Make up your mind if you want this beforehand. (And you're probably here to buy a chevy, so you'll need it ;)

Car price + 10.3% tax rate + $$$ for titles and transfers($600ish?) + $500-1200 GAP based on location + $375 per year is the average for extended platinum coverage. Use that to know what you're paying :)

Most negative emotions come from having an expectation that is not met. In my buying experience here, I had my expectations highly exceeded in the care and fast response from the moment I called till the moment I walked out with keys in my pocket. My expectations where highly exceeded with getting a very good deal on a used Mazda.

My expectations where dropped when I found the tires on the car were not in great condition. This has interrupted my drive to work which adds to more stress. I drove off with a nail in the tire, but they repaired it 2 days later and did a great job shuttling me to my doctors appointment during the repair. This just falls back to the details - don't expect them to have the details, but they will try to take care of any liabilities.

I hate to end this sale on a stressful note because otherwise, everything was very fair and even with buying new tires, I got an insane deal. My feedback is I wished they could have been upfront about the condition. Cause now I question, if they don't care about tires, what else did they miss?

I found the truck I wanted online at Good Chevrolet in Renton I wanted to see what my truck was worth for a trade so I entered the info on there easy to use Kelly blue book application. The Next morning I had a text from their internet sales person Johnny Lim before I knew it I had the info on my trade and what they could offer on the truck I wanted. After filling out the online credit application I was set to go in and sign paperwork with the financial manger Carrie Barnes. Thanks Carrie & Johnny for making this so easy.

Okay I know it is hard to give a car lot 5 stars but my service was impeccable. I called ahead regarding a car they had. They did not try to switch me and they got me a lower rate than BECU did. The financial guy David was thoroughly tried to sell me but not in a bad way over all I found it an easy process and I got what I wanted for a fair price per Cargurus

I have been looking for a specific vw for a while. Friday, we found one but were unable to get a hold of anyone on the phone for about 2 hours. My wife finally got in contact with someone via their online chat. We promptly told them we wanted it so monday was the day to put our deposit down. We put $2500 down on monday and were told that the documents would be overnighted.... No delivery confirmation or phone calls until we called Friday. We were then told that finance would call us back and that the salesman wasn't sure if the documents had been sent. It's now monday and finance wasn't "able to be reached". 3 phone calls later we finally got a hold of a person. He's unsure of who our salesman is, where our documents are, and that our sale shows no progress.. I just want to buy this car.....

As a first time buyer at a dealership as expected it was nerve racking. I already had my eye on a used truck before a showed up and the second I got there Luis and Johnny approached me almost immediately. They where very helpful with about all the questions I asked. Everything worked out perfectly. Went in, bought a car, and drove home the same day thanks to them.

I live 2 hours away so I did most of the work on the phone with Kass Schany. When I showed up, everything was as we had talked about and he didn't try to up-sell me. When we got the truck home we noticed a scratch which they took care of. I appreciate d Kass not overpromisingas some salespeople do. Everything he said he was going to do he did. I was looking to buy my first car and even though I didn't find anything for myself a salesperson named Eddie was incredibly helpful. I definitely recommend this dealership if the people working there are as helpful as him.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I had the worst car buying experience ever and have gotten treated better at retail stores. I will not speak for all the staff members here but at least for the 2 staff members that were involved in my car buying experience which was sales man Eddy and GM Jordan lacked professionalism, respect, knowlege and honesty. It got to the point where I simply didn't want to buy the car just so that that they both couldn't receive commission from the sale. I was looking at a used camaro ss that I had taken a screenshot of on my phone 2 weeks prior and at the time it was listed 2k cheaper but they raised the price of the car and did not want to honor their original price. They tried making lies and excuses for the increase of price. Anyhow I recommend anyone to avoid this dealership and if you really want to come here make sure it's with the right salesperson who genuinely cares about finding the right vehicle for one's needs and making sure to give the best customer experience which is the least they could do since being a car salesperson does not require much activity in the first place. Car buying should be an enjoyable experience.

I have purchased a couple cars from dealerships before and let me tell you my experiences have never been as good as they were at Good Chevrolet. I recently purchased a car from here. I didn't have much intention of purchasing a vehicle my husband was skeptical we could get the deal he was willing to pay.

Well let me tell you, I first met with Johnny who in my head I was thinking oh man I'm not sure about his young guy, he however knew his stuff and he was amazing! We have a specific credit union we use and when he said oh yes they used to be called such and such I knew he knew what he was talking about.

Then we talked shop, I honestly didn't think I was going to get what I wanted but after some back and forth it was a done deal. All the other times we have purchased vehicles I have felt salesman get angry, try to pressure you and so on, NOT Johnny! He was calm, courteous, honest and so helpful.

I even left my carseats at the dealership outside and it was supposed to be a down pour that evening, they would have been ruined, he called me and by that time I was already home it was quite a drive, he took my carseats inside so I could get them the next day. I'm thankful I met Johnny and he was the one that helped me I have even referred some friends in the market for new cars to him!

This is the first car I've ever purchased and the fellas at Good Chevrolet made the experience enjoyable. I was greeted with a smile and a joke. Jake found us just the right car for our needs. I was eyeing the new Chevrolet Trailblazer for awhile. Good Chevrolet had a lot of Trailblazers in stock compared to other dealers. They also were offering the Trailblazer at a better price. When I arrived I met with Oliver Deron who was friendly and helpful as we went through the buying process. I was out the door in less than 2 hours with a new vehicle. If you're looking at a Chevrolet I would recommend visiting Good Chevrolet.

Only go for the lifetime free oil change. Always rude and nasty. Will never buy another car here. Starting to wonder if it's worth the oil change. I wrote several letters and surveys stating my unsatisfactory service and no one ever reached or called. Starting to think its time to go to Chevrolet direct on the dealership. Understand there was a change in management. That probably explains it. Go elsewhere if you can.

I thought I would change my service dealership from Evergreen Chevrolet 2 good Chevrolet hoping to improve the service experience. When I called to make my appointment to have a recall item taken care of, they informed me that I could not get a ride past 5 miles of the dealership. So I needed to arrange my own ride.

I went to pick up my car after I got off work, and secured another ride back down to the dealership. When I got there the paperwork said that they did not need to do the recall work after all. I drove home and upon arriving home discovered I had another customer's car keys in the cup holder of my car.

Since the greeting mentions that they record all calls, I will let you know that I called at 6:54 p.m. on August 6th. The person that answered the phone asked if I could bring the keys back to the dealership. I said no, that they would need to be picked up at my house. She then informed me that the service department was closed and would not be open until 7:30 tomorrow morning. I asked if she could let them know since I was doing them the favor by letting them know I had the car keys. Her response was "I will not be working through the night until 7:30 in the morning". I then asked her if she would be able to take a message and leave it for the service department. I am sure the person whose keys I have in my car will not be very happy to learn that the dealership was not willing to come and get them.

I purchased a new 2019 Grand Sport Corvette, Blade Silver, with a seven speed manual transmission (which Chevy is no longer making for Corvettes after 2019) from Oliver Deron just a few weeks ago during the pandemic, which has changed all of ours daily lives. I had the fortunate, FORTUNATE experience of working with Skip Juma when I purchased my car, and I truly cannot say enough good things: From the moment I met him and he started helping me, I can't say for certain I wouldn't have bought a sub-standard car just because he was SO nice--but my car was PERFECT and Skip was instrumental in explaining everything and in not making me feel like an idiot for not understanding everything. Bought my first car from a dealership here the other day. Overall good experience. Renzo helped me find a vehicle quickly based on what i wanted, and went for a test drive right away. He was very helpful and knowledgeable of the vehicle, explaining features throughly in both English and Spanish. Was very patient with me not knowing how to use all the tech (I went from a '98 to a 2020 vehicle). And was happy to show me all the tools. Really happy with my purchase.

Hand down, 100% the best experience ever buying a new truck. I can't say enough good things about my salesman, Jason, and the dealership. Even during these trying times he kept his promise to hold the vehicle for over a month until I was able to visit the dealership, kept the price that was advertised, and offered a fair trade in for my old truck. No hassles, no hard sells. I had been working with two other dealerships and multiple salespeople. Jason was the only salesperson who constantly answered my emails immediately. One of the other dealers told me Good Chevy was blowing smoke and would never honor the price once I got to the dealership, boy was he wrong. Everything was exactly as quoted to the penny. Total time to walk out of the dealership with my new truck was less than an hour and that's only because I was unprepared and had to unload all the stuff out of my old truck! We live in Portland, Oregon and my husband inquired about a used truck at this dealership. The response was that they won t sell out of state due to fraud.
......ok. What??? Maybe put in a little work to prove there is no fraud first?? Especially since he was already approved through our credit union. It s also not like we wouldn t be there in person to look at the truck first BEFORE doing any sort of transaction. Maybe check our credit first and then see how you feel when we both have pristine scores.
But no worries. Neither of us were really looking forward to driving up to Seattle anyway. Thankfully I had a wonderful experience buying my car up in Tacoma last year with no weird response such as this.

I definitely recommend talking to Ramone. My friend purchased a car from this dealership and suggested I check it out. Everything happened pretty fast and Ramone was a great salesman. You can tell he really cares. I moved from out of state for work in Seattle. I was stressed about getting a place and a car for work. I was worried about my credit from student loans. I found the car I wanted at the dealership and management tried to up sell me on a car I didn t want and was way over my price range. I was very disappointed. I won t be recommending this dealership to anyone else that is relocating. However if you do stop in, ask for Ramone.

After spending a day shopping different dealers, we returned to Good where we'd been treated fairly. My son was buying his first car. Earlier that day we'd had a terrible experience at the local Chrysler Dodge dealership so we went back where we felt comfortable. Tyson found my son his dream car and Teddy made the numbers work for us. We clearly stated the budget and Tyson didn't try to upsell us and Teddy gave it to us straight. Tyson even went above and beyond to help my son learn how to drive a manual. He was a little rusty and Tyson helped him be confident enough to buy it and drive it home himself. The process was also a little quicker than it normally is which was nice since it was our second day shopping. We got out of there in time to take the car for a ride! Thanks again.

Probably the worst dealership I have ever seen. We walked up to look at a car and the two representatives out front where laughing about the coaching they received from their sales manager and doing impersonations of him. Telling people to be eager and not like so and so to greet the customers. Then we finally decided on a vehicle we wanted to purchase and so I said let s go discuss the numbers. He responds with what s to discuss and starts arguing about the pricing on the vehicle without even knowing my name. Car dealerships were once great at customer service.

I am very happy with my experience buying a used car at Good Chevrolet in Renton. There are so many bad reviews on used car places so I thought a Chevy dealer would have more of a reputation to protect. The price for the car I wanted was very good (via KBB) so I bought it. It s nice knowing they put a 30 day power train warranty. Well, a few days after buying it a concerning noise/vibration started when you put the car in neutral. I thought something was very wrong with the transmission. I brought the car to their service shop, and they had the transmission guy ride around with me. That already put me at ease that they didn t just blow me off. I left the car there and got a call later that the only problem was a bent muffler rattling on the frame. They fixed it and I picked it up. No charge for the work! It was not covered by warranty, but they did the right thing anyway, no hassle. Very good experience for me, and I will definitely buy my next car from them.

A bit high pressure- Because it was pouring rain and I didn t notice scratches on the front bumper of my new car. Bummer.

We worked with Sandy Higbee at Good Chevrolet, as we researched a new truck for us. Sandy was absolutely fantastic and made herself available o answer all our umpteen questions. She facilitated the necessary test drives for us to compare and contrast the multiple models we were considering as informed buyers. Sandy was diligent, straightforward and made sure we had all the pertinent information we needed, to make our ultimately very personal choice - representing and advocating for the vehicles this dealership carried, yet without the undue pressure to push any vehicle on to us (which would've turned us off right away). Truth be told, despite the Chevy models having many appealing aspects, as decades plus Ranger owners, we eventually decided another Ranger fit our specific needs best. As happy as we are with our new vehicle, our only regret is we did not have the opportunity to purchase from Sandy. But should we ever be in the market for a Chevy, we would return without hesitation, if only for her.

Bought a commuter car from Kass and The Good Chevrolet team last night, to say it was a great experience would be an understatement. I called in and he was full disclosure with me about the discounts and rebates that I would and wouldn't qualify for. he also talked to his owner for me trying to save me a few bucks. I showed up and the vehicle was pulled up and we took it for a nice drive. Wife was so confident she left me at the dealership. In and out in 45 minutes. A big Thank you to Carrie in Finance as well and she was very pleasant to work with. This is my third vehicle in under 3 years and will always come back! Anyone looking for a gentle patient salesperson should seek out Evin Jones at Good Chevrolet in Renton. He took his time with my wife and I as we test drove multiple cars before making up our minds. First time dealing with the set price no hassle and I don't really mind even though its hard to get used to. I think we got good value in the vehicle we bought.
