I scheduled a service for oil change with rotation for 12pm, arrived 10mins early. Docs was processed promptly and was told to wait at lounge. More mins. Waited again, another 30mins, been 1.5hr, complained again, my papers payment were processed but told another 10mins for car to be ready. After another 10mins no car, complained again, was told still in washing another few
More mins. Was also told it by cashier it usually takes about 2 hrs for Fiat oil change specially when no bay available. It did not take me 2 hrs previous time i was there. Anyway, after almost 2hrs, i got my car. But i will never go back to that place for service again. I booked my appointment days ahead of time, arrived on time but took me 2hrs to get my car. The other people came and went ahead of me throughout that 2hrs. Very poor service, no coordination, inefficient staff.
Update: i talked with Jeff supervisor on the phone and told him about the 2 hr wait. He apologized about the delay. But after that I discovered that my phone holder was lying broken on the passenger side floor, and my passenger s compartment drawer and leg area had scratches all over. Now i know why there was a 2hr delay on my oil change. Someone messed up on my car and tried to hide it. Nobody mentioned anything about it when i got my car after the 2hr wait. How unprofessional.
