Absolutely wish I could leave a zero star review. Darren is the absolute worst, never buy a come from this gentleman. He worked to get me a vehicle, and promised he would give me a call in the morning with what was going on, and never called. He never contacted us until we went into the dealership and talked to him face to face. They left us sitting there in the dark. It s very rude to do to your clients and very unprofessional. TJ however, is a very nice guy. He was really caring and did everything he could for us even. He showed the level of customer care that this place is lacking in.

They had my car for 2 months repairing it from being stolen after estimate was 1 month. I get my car back and the seat belt doesn't work. So now they have to order that part and fix that. Wtf. How do they not have functional checks !?

Well today I requested an invoice from 2013 when I had a duplicate key fob made for my 2006 Jeep Liberty Renegade that I'd misplaced that I needed urgently. The service I received was outstanding! Howard (in Service or Parts...don't remember) looked up the info I needed & connected my telephone call to Adam Osgood who was the person that could send me the invoice. He emailed it to me in a matter of minutes. Excellent service!! When I still lived in Michigan I'd switched to Golling Chrys. Jeep from Shuman because I felt more appreciated as a customer at Golling!! If I still lived in Michigan, Golling would be my Jeep dealer of choice!!! This was our fourth car lease from Golling and though I had some problems with the lease,Marty Knudsen was very prompt in helping to resolve it . I truly appreciate his great customer service !! I am not going to take any stars off as the process had been seamless the last three times except this time but, I do believe that this problem should have never occurred at all.

Such a great Dealership, Bill Golling and his staff are top notch. Tim Delaney took care of my "recall" with great care and speed and some extra hockey chatter. The showroom is spectacular and the concession stand has all you ever need.

Heath has always been awesome to work with. He has been able to find the best deal and discounts to get me into a vehicle which not only serves my purpose but also with upgrades from my previous vehicle. Heath is a trust worthy gentleman. He listens to my needs and what my budget can allow. He goes above and beyond time and effort to spend the time to advise on the perfect discounts, rebates and vehicles available to fit my needs.

I highly recommend Paul Russo--I completely trust him, he makes the process incredibly quick and easy, and to top it off, he's just a nice guy! Paul has been helping me for 14 years and again this year he did an absolute A+ job.

The sales person who helped me was Scott Miller, I went in on Monday 9/24 and he made things happen that same day. Scott was very Pleasant and he answered all my questions that I had. Definitely a great sales guy if your looking to get into a vehicle fast. He also extends himself if I have any concerns after my purchase. My experience was a breeze. I walked in one day curious of my options with my current financed Jeep, looking to get into a new leased Jeep. Within a day I left with the car I wanted. Had a great experience leasing my Grand Cherokee at Golling. Everyone I came in contact with there was super friendly and helpful.

My salesman Bobby was awesome, the deal we discussed was exactly what I got down to the dollar. No sales games played here just great service and solid deals. Everything was super quick too, I was in and out in less than an hour with a lease turn in.

I scheduled a service for oil change with rotation for 12pm, arrived 10mins early. Docs was processed promptly and was told to wait at lounge. Waited for an hour, noticed everyone coming and leaving at the lounge except me. Even the new arrivals came and left. Complained why it is taking so long, was

More mins. Waited again, another 30mins, been 1.5hr, complained again, my papers payment were processed but told another 10mins for car to be ready. After another 10mins no car, complained again, was told still in washing another few
More mins. Was also told it by cashier it usually takes about 2 hrs for Fiat oil change specially when no bay available. It did not take me 2 hrs previous time i was there. Anyway, after almost 2hrs, i got my car. But i will never go back to that place for service again. I booked my appointment days ahead of time, arrived on time but took me 2hrs to get my car. The other people came and went ahead of me throughout that 2hrs. Very poor service, no coordination, inefficient staff.

Update: i talked with Jeff supervisor on the phone and told him about the 2 hr wait. He apologized about the delay. But after that I discovered that my phone holder was lying broken on the passenger side floor, and my passenger s compartment drawer and leg area had scratches all over. Now i know why there was a 2hr delay on my oil change. Someone messed up on my car and tried to hide it. Nobody mentioned anything about it when i got my car after the 2hr wait. How unprofessional.

Kyle Cain and Scott Peters make a up a team of kind professionals who are knowledgeable, passionate and fair. These gentlemen did what they could to not only provide a great experience for me but also for my wife and kids as well. They were patient with everyone and everyone's opinions. I had a wonderful experience today. When I entered the service station, I was quickly greeted by Brandon Cabalum. I did not have to wait at all. He gave me different options for the oil change and gave me a package that save me money on a couple oil changes. The lounge was very nice and they had great food. The only change was done in about half an hour which is not long at all. I totally recommend them and I'm so happy with the service. I want to give a special thanks to Brandon Cabalum. He was great.

Ryan was a pleasure to work with, Customer service is great at this dealership. My only complaints that I have is with the glass guys they tried to get me to pay for a glass chip repair that I could not even see. come on really guys I drive the vehicle every day!!

I was referred by a friend to go see Liam Downey at golling I was looking to get in a truck and my current dealership that I was leasing through made it seem impossible they wanted almost 9,000 dollars down for there truck with nothing to loose I went to see Liam and after shopping around different dealerships that did not seem like they wanted to work with me and tried up selling on every other truck then the one I wanted Liam helped me I asked him to find the style truck I wanted and he did so with no questions asked he seemed like he was genuinely concerned about what I was looking for vs what he wanted to sell me even though the monthly payments are little higher then I wanted with 1,000 dollars down and a brand new 2017 ram express in my driveway and Liam's concern for my needs I don't mind paying the little bit more for what I thought was going to be impossible golling Chrysler is a definite win and I will be with them for a very long time

If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. I m a full time college student and was so excited to purchase a car until I was met with discrimination. I stood at the door for 30 seconds to a minute and was not greeted but instead employees looked at me and looked away. My mother and I proceeded to walk towards an associate by the name of Michael (Mike) Martin to ask why we weren t greeted properly and he said the front desk is over there and proceeded to text on his phone!! We get to the front desk and still had to stand and wait and still no one came over assist us! I had to get someone s attention and even then associates were hesitant. Heath Weishuhn eventually came over an asked what can I help you with ? He then goes on to say Wednesdays are short staffed , interesting thing was there were no others customers in the building and 2-3 agents were available. At this point we re over it! We came in there cash ready to purchase a brand new car. We don t care if you don t like African Americans!! Money is money and how we were treated was distasteful. Mind you we a business owners! There will be a letter sent to corporate and review for the BBB.
