If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. I m a full time college student and was so excited to purchase a car until I was met with discrimination. I stood at the door for 30 seconds to a minute and was not greeted but instead employees looked at me and looked away. My mother and I proceeded to walk towards an associate by the name of Michael (Mike) Martin to ask why we weren t greeted properly and he said the front desk is over there and proceeded to text on his phone!! We get to the front desk and still had to stand and wait and still no one came over assist us! I had to get someone s attention and even then associates were hesitant. Heath Weishuhn eventually came over an asked what can I help you with ? He then goes on to say Wednesdays are short staffed , interesting thing was there were no others customers in the building and 2-3 agents were available. At this point we re over it! We came in there cash ready to purchase a brand new car. We don t care if you don t like African Americans!! Money is money and how we were treated was distasteful. Mind you we a business owners! There will be a letter sent to corporate and review for the BBB.
