Golling Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Review

I absolutely love Golling. They treat everyone so well. Art Misewicz was very helpful and made getting an oil change a breeze.

Bobby Chumbler was excellent for my wife and I to work with when both purchasing and leasing new vehicles. He was helpful, courteous and communicative always looking out for our best interests while working through potential options (without being pushy). I would definitely recommend working with Bobby at Golling and will definitely work with him again when we purchase/lease our next vehicle.

Paul Russo really met our needs. We went in late Thursday last week. He set up a test ride with our Dodge Journey. My wife loved it. We told him what color. Did a credit app, we needed the weekend to clean up and empty our current Town and Counrty. So we had a time set for pick up on Monday. Went in and picked up our new car that Monday. Quick and easy, no back and forth, right to the numbers we needed. He truly was a pleasure to work with on our purchase. Thank you Paul!!!!

I had a great experience from the service to my service advisor Adam who had me at ease that i wouldn't be there all day that they would get me in and out as quickly as possible and he even called me to tell me what other services i need to have completed.

Came in today for oil change. First time visiting this dealership I was very pleased with the service and my adviser Kelly was SUPER.

Had an oil change. Afterwards all the oil leaked out and check engine light came on. It was too late to take it in Saturday. Put 7 quarts in from gas station. That drained out too. Dropped off for Monday morning. Will find out tomorrow what happened.

I am a first time Chrysler owner, and I was leary of Chryslers service department. Most people I know do not have good experiences. Fortunatelty, my service advisor was Adam. Adam went above and beyond my service expectations. When I arrive he has a car waiting for me, he is very conscious of my time, and explains clearly the technicians work. I will recommend Adam and Golling Chrysler to all of my friends and relatives. Great job!

Saturday the service dept had been lined up around the corner. Dan estimated a hour + 45 minutes, I was out in 45 minutes. Can't beat that.

Bought a used car. Two days later check engine light came on. Bought a warranty but the company said they are not paying to fix the problem. So I gave to the dealership to fix. They had it for a month and half just to end up buying the car back. Now over a month later they still have not taken care of the required paperwork to cancel the warranty. Worst experience I've ever had. Used car manager does not keep in touch and everything was always "just done yesterday" or "the parts just got in 20 minutes ago" each time was when I called them and actually got through. Most of the time I left several messages but rarely got a return call. Had to leave a message for the used car director to finally get the call back from the manager. Will never deal with these guys again. Highly suggest no one does

Timothy Delaney is the man!! I was really impressed with his service and his accommodation each time I visited. He is extremely knowledgable and caring, even though he was not feeling well and came back from the hospital, he took excellent care of me and got me in and out quickly. If you are ever want exceptional service, go work with Tim. Hands down the best.!!

George Johnson was a wonderful sales person and I will come find him if I am in the market for another car and recommend him to others. Personable, honest and went the extra mile to make our sales experience fun and enjoyable. The service was fast and easy. Mason was very professional and helpfull. They recommend things to be fixed on my car but were not pushy. That is what will keep me coming back.

I just got wrangler from Golling Chrysler and Before going to Golling Chrysler I have been to almost 5-6 Chrysler dealers and I didn t get even 50% for service what Golling was providing. My sales guy was got me a deal which none of the other dealers could get me. Thank you Marcell Hood!

Jaret, the design specialist, is very professional. We went there based on our internet search. We planned to bargain based on the price posted on internet. We ended up with no price changes at all. I am assuming there's room for bargaining anymore these days. May be I am too naive on this.

I have used Golling for over 11 years. Victoria was my intial service rep, and is now a service manager. Adam is my current point of contact.

It typically takes 10-15 minutes from the time I pull in until the time I am in my rental car leaving for every service appointment. Fast, convenient and efficient.

After hitting a deer at 70 MPH, I also had an opportunity to use their body shop and found them to be just as efficient. An entire front end rebuild (hood, grill, quarter panel, headlight and passenger door) was completed in a week.

I would highly recommend Golling and their service team for all of your needs.

Ron Gurnow was an excellent salesman making my experience pleasant and smooth. This was my first used car purchase compared to years of leasing. The vehicle was clean and in good condition. The drive to the dealer was a little far but in the end its was worth it for the experience.

Ryan kept me up to date with my repairs while it was in for service and helped me get a repair covered under warranty. two thumbs up. keep up the great work!! My only complaint is that their parking lot is the worst. There is no where for the customers to park.
