Dr Mokuolu is an amazing doctor ! He diagnosed my situation accurately and prescribed the correct meds to fix it when other docs had me on antibiotics for 3 years. I highly recommend this Gastro doctor

This place is horrible the staff is rude the doctor is on reliable and doesn't care his patients at all, it discusses me to see how you could be a G.I. specialist but you can't even do your job..he doesn't care about his patient at all..Insurance/medication staff is extremely rude and unprofessional they like to yell at their patients when they call about their medication. they don't even have the decency to call you to let you know if blood work info your about medication info and they can't even look the part as a staff member and look like they woke up out of bed and went to work. You should change your career because obviously you do not know how to care for your patient with Gastro problems. It's obviously he's in it for the money.. horrible doctor
The medical assistant service is lousy. I've been waiting 22 days for him to refer the order for surgery and he doesn't. The receptionists do not answer calls and they have created a system for you to leave your phone number and supposedly they would call you, that never happens! For this and more I consider that the service is terrible because they are playing with the illnesses of their patients, which in many cases depend on their lives.
Took my dad to Dr Mokuolu. He did an ERCP when my dad was hospitalized around Christmas and this visit was the follow up. When I called they were able to give us an appointment around my schedule. I hate filling out the patient paperwork at the office so I went to their website, printed and filled out all the paperwork before hand. The front desk lady was nice. The waiting room is little small so don't bring your whole family there to support the patient LOL. 8:45am appointment and Dr Mokuolu walked in our room at 10:10am :-/ Tips: Plan on getting the first or the last appointment if you are a busy bee. His office will always accommodate you. Its upsetting but Dr Mokuolu is worth the wait. He is caring, very knowledgeable and such a GREAT doctor. Dr Makuolu accommodate his patients by practicing in several Hospital here in the Valley so excuse him if sometime he is running late!
He has very good memory of his patient (actually). He saw my dad the first time 2 years ago for some stones in his gallbladder and ducs, back then he placed a stent in my dad's duct (sorry if i misspelled it). He is very knowledgeable, pleasant, explain everything so you understand exactly what is going on and what is the best treatment plan is offered. When we checked out, we scheduled our next visit. A copy of The blood test and the imaging orders were given as we checked out even they faxed it to the providers. Dr Mokuolu is the Gastroenterologist on call for St Martin Campus in case of emergency... Dr Adedayo Mokuolu is one of the BEST in town. Under his care you are in good and safe hands. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for saving my dad s life so many time! Annie Chann and family
Dr. was great, first visit. After my procedure, the minute I start asking questions he becomes an ass..... Definitely lacking bedside manner. If it proves I need future care I will go elsewhere. This is probably the reason you can get a quick appt. His rep proceeds him.
I never got to see the doctor because after waiting 1 hour in the lobby, the receptionist told me that my insurance requires a referral. Two weeks prior to my appointment I called the doctors office and my insurance and both said I did not need a referral. I understand insurance issues happen all the time, however, the doctors office should ve called my insurance BEFORE my appointment and not while I sat in the lobby for an hour to avoid wasting my and the doctor s time.
I have worked with Jackie there and after months of stomach pain, and 2 trips to the E.R. where I was sent home with just pain meds. This group found the problem and took action. I have been pain free since October. Thanks to these people
The staf are mostly all nice, however the person in charge of sending the prescriptions is lazy, and conducts her self in a unprofessional manner. She doesn't seem to care and doest not handle necessary processes for the patients ones you are not in person on an appointment. It's has being a very stressful and disrespectful experience to deal with her.
Rip off Doc charged for arm and a leg as I am self pay, bills me for unnecessary procedures I did not ask for, and didn't solve my health issues. BEWARE!!!!
1st appointment with Dr Mokuolu Worst experience ever. Staff very unprofessional .Not going back for sure After waiting for more than 45 minutes ,I learned that they couldn't find my referral .But the day before when I called the office to confirm my appointment, no one say anything about it. WHY paperworks are not checked one day BEFORE the patient appointment? The answer I got " why you didn't check yourself before coming " UNBELIEVABLE!!!
I ve been a patient of Dr Mokuolu s for several years now. Though I don t see him regularly at the moment, I ve got nothing but good things to say nonetheless! He s done my colonoscopies, endoscopies, other tests and even the more mundane stuff. His office staff has always been very nice to me and prompt when needed in returning phone calls or getting me scheduled for procedures. If I need a refill on a script, as long as I m not overdue for a visit, they take of it right away. Otherwise, like any good doctor, they re supposed to have you come in before they can write a script for something they haven t seen you for in a while. I d rather have my doctor s do it the right way, instead of the convenient and possibly dangerous way, call me crazy. I can see why Dr. Mokuolu has won many awards as tops in his field. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a great GI Dr.!
My only complaint would be that his office on Wigwam has a waiting that is ridiculously, bordering on insanely, small and uncomfortable. Though I ve never had an even close to a long wait (trust me, I m an expert at ridiculously long waits at doctor s offices @ 2-3+ hours), I strongly feel Dr. Mokuolu is overdue for a larger office that will make loyal patients and future patients more comfortable while they do wait, whether 10 or 20 minutes. Just a thought?
Unprofessional, unethical, with no bedside manner. I would not recommend this Doctor to my worst enemy. As a result of my treatment, I filed a complaint with the Nevada State Medical Board. It's quite common for patients to be aggravated upon waking up from general anesthesia. However, Dr. Mokuolu, doesn't possess any bedside manner, and seems to be more concerned with his ego, than with the well-being of his patients. Unless you want extremely long waits, rude and unprofessional staff, and an unprofessional, and unethical Doctor, I would not advise seeing this Doctor!
Arrived on a wed. 20 minutes early. Signed in and Sat Down. Office waiting area is Extremely Small. My husband had to wait in the Car. This is longest I have waited at a Drs. OFFICE . 1 HOUR SO FAR. There are a few people ahead of me still. This is absurd I dont care how Good the Dr. Is. My 1st experience may be my last. BAD EXPERIENCE.... By the way my Appt. Was at 8.45 am.imagine later on ...?
