I was quoted $2200 to have six pallets of restaurant equipment delivered from Sarasota Florida to PHOENIX, AZ. My delivery arrived and they received payment. 30 days later they took an additional $308, I did not receive a phone call or an email explaining the charges so I called them immediately and spoke to the sales rep Heather Rhine she says I would receive a full refund but they will need to dispute the charges with FedEx I told her I did not contract with FedEx and that

I should be refunded immediately and they can continue on disputing the charges FedEx She explained that it doesn t work that way
It s been 60 days and my next step is to file a small claims court and with the Better Business Bureau

If you give these people money and there s a problem no one can help you
