I was recommended to get my Volvo fixed here from Dyer and Dyer on Peachtree Industrial Blvd. I had damage to a rear door of my suv caused by a pole that ended up being more severe than expected. The original time estimate from Global was 5 weeks because they had to go through my insurance. I don't know where the hold up or lack of communication was (whether the insurance or Global) but it took 8 weeks! They finally gave me a loaner vehicle after I gave a serious complaint to the manager at 7 1/2 weeks. When I got the vehicle returned, it looked brand new and I was happy with the job.
My rating is purely based off of the insane amount of time that it took them to complete the job. Based off of this time frame as well, I probably wouldn't use them again because of it. I expect a collision shop to get me fixed and on the road within a 2 week period. For it taking 8 weeks, you would have thought I totaled my car. It really was only a scrape on the door and bottom rail piece out of alignment. I would hate to see how long it takes for someone that really has a bad car accident to get their car from them. I did see that they had some bad reviews, but I didn't take warning. Take warning, they will DEFINITELY have your car much longer than expected.
