Had to have deep dish in Chicago, and oh my gosh that pizza was delicious. We got a regular cheese to try the bare bones and oh man, get ready for a lot of delicious mozzarella if you follow in our footsteps.

After an all-day Shedd experience, walked over to Giordano's for sausage and spinach stuffed, on Thanksgiving Eve at 545pm. This location is super busy, but if you are patient, they will sit you and get you comfortable. Nicholas was a good waiter. I like it here.
Favorite Chicago style pizza, go early in morning to avoid the long lines tho. Leftovers reheat well.
We ate menu midday, for 9.45 I think, there were several options, and the drink is paid separately! Excellent pizza! I had recommended it and exceeded my expectations! The food arrived quickly, everything clean, the waiters very kind and attentive! I recommend it without a doubt!
No matter the time of day, the place always has a wait. At the entrance they are a bit tough but afterwards the waiters are super attentive. The pizzas take a literal hour to make so you have to go with time and patience.
The muzarella milanesas are very good. I recommend asking for a ticket because the wait can be felt.
This happens 90% of the time: I place an order online for a pizza pickup, which takes 45minutes for an ASAP order. I know they're busy, so I set the pickup time in an hour an a half. I show up to pick it up, they tell me to come back in 20 minutes.
The official answer they gave me, is they don't bother to look at the order till 45 minutes before it's pickup time, and if they're busy, it'll be late irrelevant of the time you set - there's no way for them to tell you advance.
It's pointless to place an order at this place, which is way overpriced, unless you want to spend half an hour waiting in their lobby. Maybe this is a tactic for them to sell more drinks - either way, not worth the wasted time just for a pizza.

Only three bathrooms for a huge restaurant. Very crowded and a lot of noise. Long waiting time for seating and food
Our waitress was gold. The pasta had no flavor. The wait was long and the inside temperatures were hot, but the outside seating area was perfect on during the evening. The pizza was good and very large.
I m sure this is an outstanding place and our experience was an anomaly. But our waitress seemed to avoid all contact with us for a good hour before bringing the pizza even though we had pre ordered three hours ago. The dough felt heavy and thick. I didn t finish mine despite the delicious stuffing. I just couldn t.

Worth the visit. You'll spend a good deal of time waiting, so make sure you bring good company. Deep dish pizza is the reason for the visit. Appetizers are so-so (the calamari is just no good). Thin crust is a wasted trip.

Amazing pie cooked to order (with a 45 minute wait) in a setting that is homely for Chicagoans and inviting for tourists. Went at 8:00 on a Saturday and there was no wait. Incredible.

Pizza is good, however it takes a while to be prepared. The place is always busy and there will usually be a wait time. The location can be crowded at times. The bathrooms are not that clean and are small. Expect to be here for at least an hour or two depending on what you order.

We ordered 3 deep dish personal pizzas. They told us it would take an hour. After an hour I was told it would be another 15minutes. It actually took an additional 30 minutes. All 3 of us thought the pizzas we're only ok. They were pretty light on the toppings and cheese, maybe because they were the personal size. Not sure. Pretty disappointed. I will skip next time we go to Chicago. We will go to a different pizza joint. We ordered some good pizza when we got home.

We went to the location nearest Millennium Park. It was very crowded, we waited about 45 minutes for a table for two. The waiting area was barely big enough to walk around in, we we're shoulder to shoulder the entire time. We ordered our pizza when we put in for our table, they told us it would take about an our to make the pizza, it was about that, we had our pizza about 15 minutes after we were seated. I am not personally a big fan of cheese but I wanted to try the pizza since it's famous in Chicago. It was too cheesy for me, honestly it tasted better cold the next morning. But, I can see that it is loved by everyone else very much. The serving sizes are huge. Listen to the menu when it says 3-4 people for a medium pizza. We we're STARVING (only two of us) and we thought we could tackle a medium pizza, we barely finished half of it. Overall, it was okay. The line and wait time were not worth it for us. But I would recommend trying it if you're in Chicago, just prepare yourself beforehand for a long, crowded wait. When we went to the location at Navy Pier, the wait was an hour and a half long for a table for two.

I had to wait for an hour because they didn't have notices about listing my name on the waiting list, & a pre-order line so after we ordered "pre", we weren't on the waiting list. You REALLY NEED NOTICES. Giordano's gets 4 stars because of the FAMOUS Chicago pizza. That was nice, but not the services. +, The restroom had glass particles which made me serious about my safety. Even if you are busy, doesn't mean you don't need any announcements of somethin'.

We enjoyed a Chicago Classic Deep Dish Pizza. The atmosphere was wonderful. They did a great job with the Covid19 precautions. Employees were very friendly and helpful.

Honestly not a big fan of Chicago style pizza. Its just aton of cheese where at that quantitly you loose flavor and eating just fat. This was my experience at this place. Everything was excessive. We waited for a very long time to get in and got our food 30 minutes later. Bread was under cooked and exessive cheese. I was very dissapointed in the end.

Went there Sunday on the way back to Milwaukee with a friend of mine, and I have to say this place was great. Pizza was great and so were the wings that we got. The service was awesome and the staff was friendly. Would recommend this place also should note it was busy when we went but they allowed us to order our pizza while we waited for our table, not a bad idea to call ahead.
Loved the pizza here. Absolutely loved it. The beer selection was pretty good and the staff seemed nice enough. There was a pretty decent wait time, but it was worth the wait. Especially enjoyed the outdoor patio area.
